Seeing the fireworks (after the concert on the lawn nearby) from our room was a special surprise. The warm chocolate chip cookies upon our welcome were a real treat (as were the extra ones we requested each time we passed through the lobby ;) ). A full-service bar/ lounge and restaurant is available to guests and friends. The breakfast buffet is excellent (lots of tasty choices) and reasonably priced. Call ahead to see what they offer during the week. The adjacent Morton Steakhouse is accessible through the lobby as well as outside. They offer valet service for patrons of the restaurant and/ or hotel. Self-parking in the deck was easy ($20 flat rate for up to 24 hours for which you can pay online). Level 2 has an indoor elevated walkway from the deck to the hotel's 2nd floor (luggage carts are available in the lobby at the concierge desk). A 24-hour convenience nook is available for personal necessities, grab-n-go foods/ snacks/ drinks and cans or bottles for a relaxing night cap. Starbucks is located near the bar and serves a limited menu of coffees, teas, carbs, and non-caffenated drinks. It's perfect before you head over to the Convention Center or hopping on the free shuttle to the airport or shop

Very good

Everything! And the gym!! :D wow the gym Nothing, perfect shuttle system, perfect staff, perfect rooms, perfect for traveling.
- 5/5
This was an excellent choice to stay at. It is a small walk to the train for the blue line but it beats riding an uber to the city.
- 5/5
Great experience! Shuttle driver was kind, helpful, and had a great sense of humor which was so appreciated after a long travel day! Desk check-in staff were super kind. Gave us fresh warm chocolate chip cookies. Waiter at restaurant was kind and funny! Food was delicious and big portions! Breakfast was yummy, especially the waffles! The cook making waffles and omelets was super friendly and a great cook! Then Natalie at the front desk helped us store insulin to keep it cold and kept our ice packs frozen after we checked out and stored our luggage until we came back from shopping and getting lunch before our flight! Truly wonderful experience! Comfy beds. Clean room. Hot shower.
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so exceptional clean. I love that the shower and tub were separate. I was in a nice location to walk to various places.
- 5/5
Rahim at the bar was amazing.
- 4/5
Good location, however the hotel needs some maintenance. Rooms and bathrooms paint/wallpaper look a bit beaten up.
- 0.5/5
Door came off the hinges at 2am. Blew a breaker for the entire bathroom when my wife plugged in her curling iron at 3am.
- 4/5
Good gem No swimming pool
- 5/5
Very good location and excellent environment. The people in the restaurant were very nice and super friendly. We like them.
- 5/5
Localización muy adecuada
- 5/5
The room was beautiful, nice sized TV, bathroom had shower and tub. Only downside was paying for parking which was $20 a day. I stayed there but was shooting at a dart tournament at Hyatt Regency.
- 2/5
I liked that it was close to the convention center. Fire alarm went off when we were sleeping, the whole building was evacuated, the wall paper in the room was lifting.

- 3/5
The staff were rude. I rented two rooms for two nights and both bathrooms toilets didn’t flush properly! We paid way more than the rooms were worth.
- 5/5
We lust had an overnight but everything was good
- 4/5
Property was ok. There were a few things that didn’t sit well with me, order in room and had to go to the front desk to get access to my digital key. Parking was expensive and should have been complimentary.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious room.
- 4/5
The air conditioning in the room was under whelming. I had it set on mid 60s and i was still sweating. Cooled off by morning, but slept poorly both nights because of how warm it was.
- 5/5
The shower needs to be more clean
- 5/5
Staff was helpful and very nice. Rooms were very clean.

Clean king size bed but the full double beds I had at first had an a/c problem
- 1.5/5
The location is great and the hotel is super clean well maintained We booked a double bed room with 2 queen sized beds but we got a room with king sized bed with a couch. The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. Also the walls are paper thin in the rooms and the next door neighbors were not quiet at all to say the least. The Starbucks in the lobby is highly overpriced and you can’t skip tipping when paying

The hotel was nice. Parking was not great and pretty expensive but the hotel was centrally located and made it easy to get around for our trip.
- 4/5
The dinner and breakfast at the bistro were good. The mini fridge in the room wasn't cleared out before we got there and someones else's food was left.

Very never hotel and great location. Just wish the bar would have stayed open a little later. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff as well.

Staff was great. The beds were small . We booked two queen beds and we got what felt like two full beds instead. The toilet was running when we got there but they sent someone up to fix it right away and it was fine after that.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 1.5/5
Location Everything. It was dated, smell is old, rooms need to be updated. Walls need to be checked for water damage. Bathrooms are not nice looking. You don’t feel like you’re in a nice hotel. Feels like a motel. The lobby is decent.

Room was clean.
- 5/5
First desk gal was nice. Room was very clean and quiet. Tv has Netflix to hook up your own account. There’s a great (spendy) steakhouse attached to the hotel. Free shuttle to airport every 30 minutes. It was a perfect solution for getting stranding at ORD over night.
- 5/5
You was nice and big and so was the bathroom
- 4/5
Over all everything was good. My only complaint is the hotel doesn’t validate the $20 parking but a small restaurant like Bub City did. Only spent $50 at Bub City, and close to $200 at the hotel.
- 5/5
The people at the admission desk were very helpful.
- 2/5
The gentlemen at the counter was not very helpful. I felt like I was on an assembly line. Then I asked about parking. I am from out of state. He said in the parking garage ramp. I asked do we have to pay. He said yes $20 a day. I was not expecting that on top of the room charge. Then as I walked away my daughter asked about the cookies. So I turned around and ask if we could have some cookies. The room was fine. Just check in experience was not.
- 2/5
The staff was nice but our room was so awful- dingy and the ceiling looked like it had leaked and was in terrible shape. The ceiling tiles in the hall were missing We mentioned it to front desk but they didn’t seem to care much.
- 2/5
No coffee or microwave in room.
- 5/5
The Room and Hotel are awesome! We had the breakfast buffet at the restaurant very good it was$23
- 5/5
This has been the fastest check in I have ever experienced! Peter was professional and nice. We walked into a nice and warm sitting area. Our room was fresh & clean, the pool/hot tub area and halls were also clean, plenty of towels. Coffee available at all times. We had a pleasant 2 night stay, no complaints. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room!
- 5/5
Yes, breakfast was really good, room was nice and cozy
- 4/5
Super close to convention center
- 5/5
Rooms were perfect for the event i went to, and the cleanliness was fantastic, no complaints at all
- 4/5
Room had peeling wallpaper in places, especially the bathroom near the shower.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
Parking communication was very poor/not explained correctly. Rooms were fine but had a giant bright light in front of the window at night. Currently under renovation but no noise.
- 5/5
Excellent location for my daughter’s surprise engagement party.
- 2/5
Parking was $15 in and out. Not daily parking. No swimming pool as otherwise stated on their site. Staff didn’t show up for requests of fans. We were told multiple times they were coming but never showed. Said they were in the elevator right now coming but weren’t. When questioned later they said the fans were broken. So they lied. No one was actually coming in the elevator. Food at restaurant was just okay. Bartender did a great job
- 5/5
Didn’t get the breakfast
- 5/5
Priced well & customer service was great.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed and pillows
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was not included in the room price but was available for an extra cost in the hotel restaurant. We didn’t participate in that so I can’t speak to the quality. The fitness room was top notch. Best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The reasons I gave 4 stars and not five are, breakfast was not included, the ice machine on our floor did not work and there was a dresser drawer in our room that would not stay closed. I did try an ice machine on another floor and it also did not work. I was told by front desk staff that I could get ice from the restaurant. Which was helpful. Over all however, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
I stayed here for the Chicago Marathon and liked how it was close to transit and the airport. The shuttle to the airport was really convenient. There are plenty of places to eat in the area though outside of the city. The rooms are pretty dated and do need to be renovated as the AC didn’t really work and the showers seemed old. We weren’t in the room a lot but when we stew it was fine.
- 4/5
Had an issue with bed bugs first night. They moved us to a room, sent me to Urgent Cars. Got prescriptions
- 5/5
Great overall
- 5/5
This hotel is about 45mins to one hour away from downtown Chicago by public transport but the transport links are very good. 15 mins walk to the CTA trains straight into Chicago. Taxi was about 25 mins if you don’t want to use the train. Hotel room was so big! So well serviced by the room staff. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Walls were a bit thin so you could hear the next door guests but the hotel really had so much charm we didn’t mind.
- 4/5
L ( blue line ) to Washington st. About 35 min ride. Felt safe the entire time. We were attending collect a con. Had a great time!!
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Property was great.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff we stay here every time we come to Chicago
- 5/5
Room was clean and everything in good condition. Restaurant food was good as well.
- 5/5
Easy check in/out, friendly staff, clean hotel
- 5/5
Amazing stay!
- 5/5
Great location and clean
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
On time
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
You had to pay for parking every time you went out of the lot. $15 each time. And the mattresses are a little hard.
- 5/5
The bed was actually comfortable, the pillows didn't suck, the bathroom was spacious with a full tub and separate shower, there was plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance, and easy and reasonable parking nearby. It was within eyesight of the convention center our event was at. This was legitimately perfect, if not "luxurious". Great for business, probably pretty good for family travel too, with the nearby fashion outlet mall.
- 5/5
Onsite Restaurant & bar very good
- 5/5
Room service & maintinence was quick. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to both expedia app and hilton app.
- 5/5
Breakfast staff was exceptional.
- 5/5
Everything was fine. Will stay again.
- 4/5
Comfortable beds, clean room.
- 3/5
Valet was charged way too much, I’ve been multiple times and been charged different prices for parking. Also my friends credit card info was giving to front desk and got info stolen
- 5/5
Next to Stephenson so great for any show there.
- 5/5
Customer service went above and beyond their responsibility. Called restaurant to make sure they were open.
- 4/5
Close to the airport and convention center, lots of parking options but not free. The carpet in the common areas is quite outdated.
- 5/5
Very clean a d the staff were friendly and respectful
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
The room was very pleasant. The bathroom and showers were very spacious. I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Stayed for a week for the NSCC. Was very convenient to walk to the convention center, the Entertainment District, and the outlets. Romm was large, clean and comfortable. Both restaurants in the hotel had great food and service. Overall a terrific experience, we would highly recommend the Double Tree at Rosemont.
- 3/5
This is a very out dated property. It was fine for a night but very small beds in a double room and desperately in need of a renovation. Having a Gibsons in the lobby was nice
- 5/5
Great spot, especially with Gibsons access.
- 1/5
We called about issues they said room was ok. We’ve stayed there often we know better. We were exhausted from 24 hour travel.so we just dealt with it. At check out. Only we’re sorry. No air and it’s 85 unacceptable
- 5/5
none
- 5/5
Very Nice Hotel would stay again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.
- 5/5
The entire staff was fantastic!
- 5/5
Great location. Helpful and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great property to stay at, close to airport, outlet mall, and blue line into the city. Cookies every morning and night which the kids loved! Super clean, staff was amazing and attentive, even suggested places to try near for dinner.
- 3/5
Bathroom in room had hair on the tub upon arrival, makeup mirror light didn’t work, and there was a brown stain on the bathroom wall near the toilet (yuck)
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Good property
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, great restaurant, easy parking and convenient location.
- 5/5
Good value. Love Gibson’s Steakhouse. Cookies are a nice touch.
- 3/5
There was no airport shuttle between 1:30 and 3:30 am. We had to hire taxi to get us to O’Hare for an international flight.
- 5/5
Good hotel, conveniently located. Good food. Very clean

Area popular 50 yrs ago, but run down now.
- 5/5
空港に近く、周辺にもレストランやモールなどがあり便利でした
- 5/5
Quiet, comfortable beds. Pleasant staff. Good location for entertainment and restaurants. Close to downtown Chicago.
- 5/5
Coffee maker in the room. I wish they'd had tea, I brought own bags in any case. Bartender Michael was friendly when I was waiting for friends.
- 4/5
overall not a bad hotel
- 3/5
The shuttle service was convenient, however!
- 5/5
The sleeping experience was amazing. It is close to an entertainment area so you can find food and shopping and bowling and movies within walking distance.
- 5/5
Them cookies. Lol. The hotel bartender is great as well
- 3/5
Bathroom seemed like a after thought or just cheaply done as tile was broken/missing and not very well cleaned
- 5/5
Check-In was quick and efficient, and the complimentary cookies were divine! The room was very clean, and the shower and bathtub were also very clean and sanitary. My only gripe was that upon arriving, we had difficulty parking. The signage in the lane leading to DoubleTree parking said closed, and the ticket we received had said the convention center not the hotel... so there was some confusion there, and the woman at the front desk didn't clear it up for us. After we figured out parking though, we arrived with ease, the AC was not on so the room was very room and humid, and we noticed that the holder for the shower head had broken off the wall prior to out visit and had not been fixed. Aside from those few minor issues, our stay was swell, and the Theater, where my sister and I attended a show, was a mere 5 minute walk, making the hotel well worth the stay!
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The frontdesk staff was really helpful and professional!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Had a great stay. The cookies the hotel gave us were great.
- 5/5
Great stay! Very convenient walkable route to the convention center.
- 5/5
Our favorite when we fly out of Chicago Ohare. We always stay the night prior to departure and stay once we arrive back. Clean and comfortable beds. Like the dining options.
- 5/5
We found It very convenient that the hotel was a skybridge walk to a convention center for an event we were attending, it was a great surprise. It was in walking distance and less than 30 minute driving distance for activities. We had no issues with the room or service.
- 5/5
Great location and great staff.
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
The property does not offer free parking for guests. Prepare to pay every time you the hotel
- 5/5
Clean, spacious rooms and convenient shuttle to the airport
- 5/5
I liked that it was safe and spacious
- 1/5
The heater was making loud noises. Every few hours we got in kinda late, my daughter and my grandbaby. By the time we heard the first loud noise it was just passed Midnight couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night. When checking I informed the front desk the staffer said you should’ve told us when you heard it. I was like after we’re in bed and everybody’s asleep 2 o’clock in the morning? He said sorry to hear that and that’s all I got from him for the price and it’s supposed to be a good hotel which came highly recommended very disappointing. Will never stay there again.
- 5/5
The área was Greta place to stay every thing was available
- 5/5
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my window.
- 3/5
The room I was in had a very noisy heating unit. Metal was grinding every time it turned on
- 5/5
Stayed here for a pre and post vacation airline flight. Shuttle ran on time restaurant was good.
- 5/5
Amazing stay and wonderful staff
- 5/5
and out of. After getting into the bed it was comfortable. Almost needed a step stool to get in the bed.
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
We had an amazing time.
- 5/5
Wonderful and comfortable stay
- 4/5
Nice hotel with lots of amenities and friendly staff!
- 3/5
Check in was not as smooth as I expected.
- 5/5
Great job
- 5/5
Great property! Close to everything.
- 1/5
Key cards don’t work. Nobody picks up at reception. Wifi doesn’t connect. And so many more things
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the friendly staff, unique dining options and location. Will always be my hotel of choice when visiting the area again.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Not as nice as other hotels in the area, outdated.
- 5/5
Stayed at DoubleTree O’Hare for a training. Room/Bed was comfortable and clean. Instructions for complimentary shuttle from airport to hotel wasn’t clear but still appreciated when I finally figured it out.
- 5/5
Just what we needed
- 5/5
-
- 5/5
Always a good stay
- 5/5
Top notch comfort and Gibson’s was great and on site.
- 4/5
The staff is very friendly. But the Property is looks old.
- 1/5
I have a few videos just wish I could have recorded the smell of cat urine in the room I paid over $200 for. One night and $80 in parking that the site has advertised as free. That's not even mentioning the heater that clanked every 15 mins , sounding as if someone was breaking in. The vent in the bathroom for the steam screamed as loud as I wanted to while staying at this 2 star hotel rated at as a 4 star... never again at this fugazi establishment!
- 5/5
Very nice clean hotel. Location was perfect. Literally a two minute walk from everything in Rosemont.
- 4/5
I appreciated it being convenient in the hotel bar staff were enjoyable. The rooms were warm and I had asked for a fan and never received one. I would have appreciated more timely customer service.
- 5/5
Very nice rooms and service. The shuttle to the airport was appreciated and ran in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
Pictures of the frayed plug attached peior to my unplugging it. Im not normally one to leave a review but with my experience being literally ahocking I figured it was called for
- 5/5
The food was a little expensive in the area allaround was wonderful.
- 4/5
Good location for event at Rosemont Arena. Parking is a bit confusing but hotel is noce
- 2/5
I stayed here solely because it advertised an airport shuttle. Unfortunately it ended up being so infrequent, I ended up taking an Uber. Sort of false advertising. Most hotels run them every 15 minutes.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. A minor problem arose, but it was rectified immediately and I was extremely happy with the way it was handled. The shops in the hotel were very expensive; that would be my only gripe. Would absolutely recommend though.
- 3/5
Lots of stuff in the area if you want - food, bars, other hotels, and a big recreation zone with cinema and bowling and stuff. So that's fine, but the hotel is just a big expensive airport hotel.
- 5/5
stay was good
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 1/5
I have never been to any hotel like this one, and for how bad it was it was expensive for how bad it was. I don’t recommend it and will never go back to it ever
- 5/5
Everything was convenient
