Great visit. The hotel was clean and quiet, the breakfast bar and Coach’s sports Bar was delicious, the staff (especially Adriana at the bar) were so friendly and accommodating. Look forward to visiting again!

Loved the room. It was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that the mattress very hard. Enjoyed my stay very much. Staff was nice as well. Would stay again.

I stayed at the double tree and it was the best friendly staff clean and safe environment it was truly a pleasure 🙏.

It’s seem we didn’t sign up for the breakfast,but I thought it came with the package ,the lady at the front deck say we would have pay for breakfast

Convenient location to Midway, and good restaurant with friendly staff. My room was very nice and the bedroom room itself was clean, however, there were problems with the bathroom. There was mold in the shower in several spots, the body wash container was empty and the lotion container was empty as well. I didn't notice these things until I was already in the shower - too late to make a change. In the morning, when I wanted a cup of coffee in my room, I discovered the coffee maker was broken. Related to the front entrance, there is an ashtray just before you go inside the hotel. I noticed around 6:30 p.m. that someone had dumped all the ashes and butts in a pile near the door. When I left the hotel at about 7:15 a.m., the pile was still there. These are things I don't expect of a Hilton property and it was very disappointing.

There was no free breakfast. The room had the air and heat unit controlled with a thermostat that did not allw for just the dan to run we tried to have the ac on with a higher temp and it would not work. Set at 69 the air blowing out was so cold you froze. My mom has breathing issues and the room got very stuffy so she did not get good rest before our flight. I asked about maintenance coming to check bit they leave at 11pm and the front desk person offered no other help. Parking is 30 bucks a night and literally right next door you can stay at the fairfiled for 120 instead of 179 and free breakfast and Parking through way.com is 10.00 per night. I will be searching other options in the future.

We did not eat at the Hotel. But the location was convenient for all the places we went. The staff was amazing and ya gotta love the cookies.

Airport shuttle service was outstanding.

The shuttle was great, the room was clean, front desk staff was friendly. The only problem happened after I checked out when the maid told the front desk that two waters were gone so they charged my credit card $6 after I had already been home for 8 hours! I didn't even take the two mints for fear that there was a charge, so be aware!

The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. They took care of our needs and answered any questions we had.

Clean room, very friendly, caring and informative staff. Our stay was very short as we were there for an event with my son but it could not have been any better. Shuttle was very nice from the airport when we got there and after the event where uber had a surcharge of almost $100 to get back to the hotel we were able to use public transportation to get back to the airport to then take the shuttle back to the hotel. Morning checkout was quick we got back on the shuttle and arrived on time for our flight back home.

The beds were not as comfortable. I didn’t know about breakfast our entire stay. The cookies that are bragged about were never available. The one good thing was the Coaches restaurant. The last night I placed an order and it was really good.

Staff here are very courteous and friendly. The location is unbeatable really for access to Chicago or the outer suburbs and especially the Midway airport. Makes it difficult to consider ever going to O’hare. Safe surroundings and well lit parking areas. Restaurants within walking distance and gas stations close by as well. Room is clean and tidy. TV channels are limited but who cares. The support staff here are excellent too.

Coaches is great. Housekeepers did a great job

It was nice. Room was clean. Bed a little hard for my taste, but overall fine. The restaurant is a gem; my friend and I didn’t want to leave to have dinner and then breakfast - restaurant came in handy.

The stafff were wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. My only less than exceptional experience was my first morning at breakfast. The restaurant staff was unfriendly and slammed my plate down and didn’t offer a refill of my empty glass. My only bad experience during my stay.

I flew in from Chicago O’Hare so I had to catch a Uber to the place. They didn’t have a shuttle for that far out. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and I was just there for a two nights day.

Convenient stay. Free parking. Huge lot with plenty of restaurants and stores surrounding. Understaffed so there will be a wait sometimes. The room was not in the best condition. Rust and possible mold in the bathroom. Had a stain on the sheet but got changed. Comfortable beds/pillows. Didn’t hear other rooms. Driving in and out is easy. Just beware traffic will occur at any time of the day. Not super walkable due to the busy roads/traffic. If you are on a budget, it will be sufficient, but if you are looking for a nice place on a budget, choose a hyatt instead

Coming towards the end of my different night, different city road trip, I enjoyed my stay at Double Tree Hilton in Chicago. The staff was very helpful & friendly during my stay. Check-in was simple & Marlene was exceptional during my check-out the next morning after sleeping past my alarm & needing a bit more time to check-out.

We had a very lovely stay at The Double Tree! When we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying there again!

Very nice, clean rooms, good sized gym and Coach”s restaurant is good. Also several other places to eat within walking distance

Everything was wonderful

We had the night from hell. We missed our SW 8pm flight because they changed it to 9:47pm, so we went to eat. SW flew out at 8:10pm. All the hotels had motorcycles coming in all night long and the music from the bar downstairs never shut off. Loud loud loud all night, so no sleep and had an early morning flight.

The main issue was that I ended up having to contact customer service to connect to the WiFi, and at 11 the following morning they shut off the water for maintenance

The property was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and with traffic the property is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.

Check-in was uneventful. Room adequste. No complimentary water. Mini marts prices were high compared to other facilities. No extra blankets in toom. Parking was frr though.

The lady st the front desk was every nice. When you first walk in it smell so good. The pool was nice a little cold but you get used to it.

When I arrived the place was amazing. It’s modern & updated. The check in staff were friendly & fast service. When we got to the room things were okay from what we saw as well. We got something to eat. There’s a lot of close restaurants & stuff close by. When it was time to lay down our bedding apparently was dirty. My family asked what was that on the bed. The bedding was stained but could not see it with the light on. See attached pictures. When I reached out they said I could get at $75 restaurants voucher/credit. However, when we went it was only for $60. We were here for business & we all broke out. When I checked out the front desk lady was so rude when when I tried to explain to her my concerns. Adrianna or something like that.

The service at the hotel was great- the staff did a great job of making sure they were available if we needed anything during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint would be that the curtains do not close all the way.

Great hotel with very nice staff and accommodations. We were a big group and hung out in the lobby with non problems or concerns from staff.

The property itself is overall great. However the staff is not very friendly to black people. The one black employee even gave us a warning when allowing us entry into the pool. I will not be booking at this location ever again.

Really nice property near Midway Airport. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Wintrust Sports Complex. The location was perfect…literally 5 minutes away. This hotel is clean and modern. Plenty of dining options and ample free parking.

Very nice employees. Nice hotel. But our room smelt awful, they were fully booked so they were not able to switch our room. They need new bed covers, ours were stained and gross.

Love the great service from front desk to maid service. The breakfast Lady was not very attentive

I liked the location, i didn't like that one elevator was down and never fixed. I didn't like there was hardly any staff at the front desk, many times the drsk was unattended. I also didn't like there wasn't a stove top to cook food yet there was a full cabinet of dishes. I didn't like the pre packaged breakfast, it was not fresh eggs.

The heat didn't work

The Hotel Staff were amazing! They were polite and accommodated requests quickly and professionally. The opportunity for a late dinner made it easy to eat something that was tasty and delicious I highly recommend this site near Midway Airport and the Interstate when wanting to drive to downtown Chicago.

It was great. I would stay again. The first room has been a smoking room but they were prompt to move us to another room. It’s a great stay great location right beside midway airport

Great clean rooms with refrigerators, microwaves, and 55” TV. Safe parking, key access elevators, indoor pool, gym, restaurant and room service. And the doubletree cookies!

Everything was fine and loved that we had a microwave so we didnt have to purchase food but the room could have been a little cleaner. They didnt clean out the mini fridge so it had other people foods in it and im not sure it even worked cause it felt warm..

It would be nice to have a free continental breakfast for the price you pay. I have paid a lot less for a stay with a great facility and a free continental breakfast.
