The view is amazing. And very good service The rest room keep blocking and it’s smell

Location is great The hotel is so OLD. There is a lot of traffic noise at night. I had to ask for a hair dryer. Bath towels so old. Wifi in room intermittent. No air purifier available. I woke up with headaches due to pollution and not air filters or air purifiers.

The location was great! Easy to walk to the mall and the night market. The rooms were awful! Some of the rooms smelled terrible like the toilets were baking up, some smelled like moth balls, the beds were the worst part of all. Sleeping on the floor was more comfortable than sleeping in the beds! The rooms are extremely dated and not well cared for. The hotel is pretty run down and gross. It is no where near the 4 star accommodations they claim they are. The staff was also unpleasant and never showed up when they said they were sending someone right up to take care of things. Most of the TV’s in the multiple rooms we had didn’t work. The rooms aren’t cleaned very well and looked dirty open arrival. It was gross

Some of them helped me and my mom ( on a wheelchair) ?Staff at the reception counter. I asked her to check if they have an anti slip mat for my mom. She said will check. I even reminded her to let me know (call maybe) but i didnt hear from her after i checked in. The other male staff at the counter that time said that they do not have, i also told him if they can ask and let me know. "Follow up" is a must do when u work in a hotel, because if u fail to do this, guest will be upset and even lead to complain. Simple act could have saved yourself from getting into trouble Reception (no matter what classification of hotel you are) will be one of the first contacts of guests. It is crucial to be welcoming, approachable, helpful and sympathetic.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is located centrally and also quiet place. The breakfast is good.

Very near a mall Kinda old already and some areas need renovation

I live next dooor but we had a power cut. Furama was convenient. The room service was terrible. They got the order wrong 3 time and being served at the door by a robot is a gimmick and it was not appreciated

Very nice hotel, great value, friendly staff

Big rooms, comfortable beds, has kitchen for 2 bedroom suite, very near a mall. The mango with sticky rice was sooo good. Dinner at the hotel also did not disappoint. The soft shelled crab, pad thai and tom yum soup are my favorites! Already a bit old with some areas dusty

Rooms were adequate.

Location is prefect but price is a little higher than expected. Breakfast was not so good with higher price than others. Room was too big for 2 person stay House keeping and make up room service.

The location was close to everything m, but still in a quieter street, so I slept very well there. It’s not the newest hotel, but for the price, and amenities I’m very happy with it. The room was huge, I liked the kitchen part where I could have my own food. A Lot of storage space. They keep it as clean as possible. Interiors of cabinets were a bit dusty. Maybe some upscaling wouldn’t be bad, things look a bit old. Apart from that, can’t complain.

Room was spacious, windows were very dirty. Bathroom shower water was accumulating and was not draining, Location was very nice. Breakfast was very adequate, but it was not included in our original booking. It was offered as compensation because we complained about the bathroom and windows. The Wi-fi was very bad. connecting to it was painful. Wi-fi could have been better and easier to connect with. Bathroom shower water drain was blocked. Windows were very dirty.
