➕️ YES: The hotel's location is amazing, literally in the heart of one of Chiang Mai's trendiest areas. The room size is acceptable, though rather small, but we didn't expect a larger one for this price. The staff is nice and efficient. There were definitely some minor issues we raised and they tried to fix, but nothing alarming. ➖️ NOPE: The room's style is definitely outdated, to say the least. But the worst part is a constant, strange smell of old wood and mustiness. This smell kept me awake for the first two nights; I felt like I was suffocating (the AC blowing to the max didn't help much). The fact that the only tiny room's window cannot be opened did not help. Indeed, a large, extremely dirty (simply rub a tissue against it to see the magic) irremovable plastic panel separates the inside from the outside. The room's design is very poorly done, and the entire hotel deserves a serious update. There is no parking, per se. Just two spaces that are often occupied by two large cars, so it's nearly impossible to park even a scooter.

The Japanese toilet was amazing to have! Location was great as we were there for New Year so could watch the fireworks from our room Nothing

The property was located very centrally and at a convenient spot in Nimman. However the main strong point for this hotel, is their very lovely front desk and hotel staff. From my check in which was late in the evening and in the morning I received extremely kind, generous, and supportive service and smiles from the hotel staff. I want to thank the staff especially the kind lady at the front desk during my check in mishap for all the understanding and kindness extended ?? Nothing

No one stayed there. Empty

The location is near to a 7-11, a street away from the famous Fah Lanna Spa, a few minutes walk to One Nimman, everything is located in the area. Room is spacious. The wash basin in the room is oddly located outside of the bathroom

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was included, which was super useful, and yet, as the location was so good, there were plenty of food and coffee places around. Not really much to not like about the place.

Location is perfect, super comfy bed, big TV screen Noise of music from the street during the night, the shower head was not working well, old furniture in the room, breakfast not tasty

The location The hotel looks like abandoned and it looks very old. I felt uncomfortable staying there, so I decided to leave, even I paid for two nights. I walked around and found other hotels around the corner for the same price and much nicer :/

The location is excellent (beside the old town )if you are not planning for Yi Ping Festival . The hotel is sitting at the main road Nimman soi 7 easy to get " Rod Dang " (local transportation) back and forth and around. Lots of Café and restaurants . Also the laundry service is located in Soi 13 , less than 10 minutes walk to drop off and pick up your clothes. The hotel itself is nice and clean and excellent staff. Take more time to go back and forth (10-15 minutes extra ) to the old town. I am referring Nimman area is a new town.

good location, good la cart breakfast, strong flowing of shower a bit over price, the rooms should have sound proof due to bars and pubs surrounding.
