We had a really great stay! The room was very clean, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We even had to change our dates, and they handled it without any issues. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Would happily stay here again! :)

Very loud planes every 10-50 minutes up to 1:30am at night. Smell of breakfast in the room in the morning coming from downstairs. Breakfast not great.

Good location, the hotel is near good restaurants, department stores, 7-11. Spacious and nice view room.We can see the mountain (Doi suthep) from the balcony. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is not so variety. Anyway, the boiled rice and fried noodles are delicious.

Rooms are spacious and the staff members are friendly I don’t like their security practices at the hotel. Room card is not required to access the hallways and elevator so anyone can enter the building from the lobby.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is also ideal. The staff are very helpful and well mannered. The flooring in the room (my room was 501) is starting to gap out, causing slight difficulty when walking on bare foot.

The room felt like a small apartment, which was perfect for us—it had a cozy, homey vibe. Everything was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. The location was convenient too, with most things fairly close by. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to explore much due to the water festival happening during our stay, but it was still a memorable experience overall. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches made it feel special. When we first arrived, the bedroom air conditioner wasn’t working, but the hotel staff responded quickly and had it fixed, which we appreciated. The space itself felt a bit dated—some of the fixtures were worn out and could use an update. The breakfast was based on a set menu with limited options. However, the staff did try to accommodate us as much as possible, which we appreciated. It would be great if they could expand the menu to include vegetarian or halal options in the future. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with Songkran (the water festival), and the nearby mall and surrounding areas were hosting large parties with very loud music. Even with everything closed, the noise carried into the room and went on until around 11 or 12 at night, making it hard to sleep or relax.

Breakfast was not really suitable for such a quality hotel...either cancel breakfast or put a good quality breakfast...its better for reputation. For all four days we ate elsewhere for breakfast.

The room was premium but the towels were thin and old. It will be nice to have soft towels in the future.

Great bed and location near many restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff. The worst breakfast I have ever seen. There wasn’t anything edible and place for breakfast was quite dirty.

The location is the best part of this hotel. Right near all the amazing foods and bars. Also, the room was a good size with great cleaning every day. Bathroom's toilet ran all night and had trouble flushing. Hot water stopped our last day at the hotel. The price was a bit high for what was provided. No smart TV and the internet was spotty all week.
