The room was clean but bare bones. No amenities but a fridge including no coffee station or microwave or even an ice bucket.

The staff was all absolutely excellent. I have a list of names but the truth is every single person we interacted with went way out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The hotel was packed with kids and the staff NEVER showed any sign of irritation or inconvenience and everything was always spotless so you never saw signs of the all the teams that were there. No one was ever standing around doing nothing. There was nothing that I was disappointed with.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Property was very clean and well maintained! Only critique is that the room I was in did not have a coffee pot or microwave, minor inconvenience to have to go all the way to the lobby to get coffee or heat leftovers

Spotless clean room. Staff was polite and helpful; worked with us for an extra night's stay. Very convenient location - close to downtown and I-80 access. Has a contemporary vibe. Lots of outlets and USB ports in the room and common areas. Good hot breakfast. My only complaint: rooms lack luggage racks, so we used the ironing board for this purpose. Also, the time on the alarm clock was off and steadfastly resisted resetting, both by staff and us, but this was a minor problem. Overall, this place was a good experience; will stay here again on next visit.

I liked the new style. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with hot eggs, sausage and biscuits/gravy. Location good right off highway and near downtown where a lot of the big boots were No microwave in room

I had a great stay here. The staff is really friendly and recommended some great restaurants. If ever I am in Cheyenne again, this will be where I stay!! ❤️
