Bed was VERY COMFY! Rooms nice. Note: Restrooms are a mile away from the ballrooms. Seriously , so far away.

I have always loved staying here as it never changes from perfect. The room is so clean they have the only hotel bathtub I wouldn't be scared to soak in. The classic feel for everything is great.

Very nice stop easy off on interstate. Several things to see great food. Pool area nice golf course is around property.

This resort checked all the boxes for us. It was a great CX all around. I would definitely recommend to others and return there myself.

Hotel atmosphere is beautiful. Rooms are very large and well maintained. Quiet location even though it is near the freeway.

We loved the property. It was beautifully landscaped. Our poolside room was huge! We loved the $1 ice cream cones! There was a group of youth baseball players and families staying while we were there. They were loud, rowdy and obnoxious at and around the pool area. We were trying to sit outside our room in the evenings. The yelling and screaming made it hard to enjoy. There was no one from the hotel monitoring the pool area.

Arriving 9pm, I really wanted a cup of coffee. Even though the restaurant was still open, they had dumped their coffee and could no make any. Kerrigan machine in room but it was not clean, had spilled coffee all over. Bed was nice room otherwise clean. Nice property but we only had 1 night.

Best place to stay in Cheyenne! Just wish the weather would have been warmer so we could have fully enjoyed all the property had to offer!

One reason we stayed there is because it was listed as pet friendly facility. We were passing through to another destination and really didn't have much to pick from. The charge of $50 for a pet was a lot higher than other hotels we stayed at in other cities/towns. Then, they charged an additional $30 incase extra is needed to clean the room. The hotel is old, the rooms are old and there is no elevator to the second floor. There was a faded blood stain on the top sheet of my bed, it was small (about the size of a dime) but still gross. The dog park area is dirt and weeds, while the area around it is lushes green grass. It is as if they really don't want people to bring their pets. If that is the case they need to just remove pet friendly from their website.
