I was surprised by the noise level of the trains and the internal air conditioners. Otherwise, it had excellent Marriott standards. Especially pleasant and accommodating staff.

The staff is absolutely amazing here. Between my cat going missing and then my husband’s truck needing a jump they were beyond helpful. Also if your animal goes missing lift the bed and box spring up. My cat managed find a sliver of space and squeeze in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, I wish I had gotten their names because they deserve the appreciation

I like that the room had a single use coffee pot (w/ pods) and real creamer. The sofa bed mattress was terrible (which is typical) but the leather couch was very comfortable and big enough to sleep on.

Our room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was one of the nicest, cleanest we've experienced at a hotel. Breakfast was good. The elevators were very noisy, shaky and a little terrifying.

Good clean rooms, the bed was comfortable but it was a pretty soft mattress, we appreciated the pool and hot tub, nice quick check in and good breakfast. Would like to see them switch to getting their milk for breakfast to come in paper cartons instead of the little plastic bottles. Plastic is convenient for on the go but at breakfast families were using 3 to 4 bottles per person for their cereal and for drinking that it seems like unnecessary waste if there isn't going to be a recycling bin for all that plastic. Also the hot food counter was right next to the exit to the parking lot out back and it's a single door so a lot of foot traffic and people trying to get through with their bags while you're getting breakfast. This is the only hotel I've seen with this bizzare set up. A bit of a design flaw as most hotels are set up that the parking is out the main doors. Or even if not the layout of breakfast could have the food away from the door to not have it be so congested in a small space. We would still stay here again over an older hotel.

The young lady at the front desk was super friendly and very knowledgeable on the amenities at the hotel. She was fabulous!!!
