The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The place is clean, but that’s about it. Nothing like the pictures. All they supply is one towel and washcloth per person, and 1 roll of TP, no soap or shampoo. No kitchen ware as pictured. Very aged hotel. Walls are very thin and we could here are neighbor, if you know what i mean. Most of the people there are long term residents.

They didn't honor my reservation. When I arrived at the location the young woman at the desk told me that they did not do reservations she looked in the computer and said she saw my name but then said that they did not have any rooms available. This really inconvenienced me and cost me money as I had to leave work early to check in. Very disappointing.

The lady at the front desk was nice. The place reeked of pot. The room was filthy. Like rice on the bathroom floor, mystery stuff on the table and countertops, white powdery substance on the floor, and wrinkly sheets just to name a few. The pictures on the website looked nothing like the room.

The room was clean. Management were very courteous and friendly. My only complaint was with the snow and ice that we had the weekend after check in and nobody cleared the sidewalks or the parking lot was not scraped and cleared making for treacherous conditions.

Always remember that any "Discount" is just coverage for a "nickel & diming opportunity" like $.25 to wash your clothes in hot water and heavy-duty cycle. That if you don't arrive at office hours to pick up a key, even though you told them what time you would arrive, there is a $4 late fee in your bill...and a technology fee for Wi-Fi when it is off line long periods of time. Be aware that this IS NOT A HOTEL. YOU WILL provide many things on your own, put up with drugs on property and deal with issues of other people a good bit of time there.

I'm not rating this against 5 star hotels, but against other hotels of its kind. It's cheaper and better-managed than most other hotels in the long-term category, and much cleaner. This property is managed well, and has long-term occupants. There are strict rules, which keeps the place as quiet as one can expect in a hotel, and fairly clean. The room itself was very clean. The experience was a new one for me, as this functions less like a hotel and more like a dorm. As long as you just need a clean place to stay that doesn't smell like weed or dog, this does very well. It's in a great location, with lots of stores and groceries a mile or so away. The room is very spare, without a desk and desk chair. I had to work on my laptop on a small round table with uncomfortable chair. The AC was very loud, drowning out the TV if I was watching. The walls are thin, as expected, but the people next to you are likely going to respect the rules and not be noisy. I was given a housekeeping day, but housekeeping never showed up. My dislikes are mild, and if I needed a long-term stay again, I would rebook here without hesitation.

Place exceeded my expectations. I had a queen suite. Room was so clean has every-as described. Quiet and very comfy. I will stay there again and would definitely recommend.

Na My room wasn’t clean, there was a roach crawling on shower curtain second day and bed had holes in blanket.

Room was clean , staff were nice, location alright close to food and shopping. My fiancé and I were placed next to the loudest people always yelling and cussing out their kids. We couldn’t get any sleep. U can hear everything they were saying. Kids running and jumping shaking our bed all day and night. We both work , our jobs are close and we are staying here temporarily but my goodness we were so uncomfortable. I don’t want to hear “I’m going to beat your axx” all day. We’d like to get some sleep at some point I am freaking tired ! I’m just really upset & can’t wait to get out of here. We’re wasting so much money just to hear these people yelling all day. This is ridiculous. We could go somewhere else but why should we have to when we pay as well & would like to be comfortable at least.
