The location The sheets had excessive hair in them. Our pillows were filthy. We requested another room. We were moved to another room. It was hot and clammy. I tried to check out early . The attendant stated that they couldn’t do anything because I’d paid 3rd party through Booking.com. My family and I left Friday June 12th at 3:30pm

Everything in my room was sticky and dirty. There was a 2 inch gap under my door into the hallway. Hot tub was shut down. Tub in room was peeling and flaking. Bed felt like a plywood board with a lumpy pillow topper. Every place in the hotel smelled like a different chemical. Chairs in lobby were dirty- you could see finger smears on the fabric.

Locations . I wouldn't recommend this place for a family trip , the only lighting is the room is single table ramp , The breakfast was very ordinary and simple, occasionally, food or milk runs out , we have to let the staff know if when we see them . For some reasons , room service only restocks towels and trash bags , but does not tidy the bedding set or replace it .We stayed for 4 nights . The facilities and service are poor considering the price .

The hotel was very clean, but showed its age. Staff were kind and courteous. The pool and hot tub were clean. But both were FREEZING, as a result we couldn't utilize either while we were there, which is unfortunate because that is the main reason we picked this hotel. The breakfast was simple, but good! Cereals, hot foot options, waffles, the normal breakfast buffet. It's a clean quiet place to lay your head with a lot of quick food options nearby if you are traveling through.

I was highly disappointed with this stay. The pictures on the website is not the actual hotel and location. I've used Hotel.com more times than many and I had never came across the misrepresentation of a stay. The hotel itself is old and antiqued. The surrounding area is rundown. I am highly disappointed in this recommendation. It was a good thing that I wasn't traveling alone!!!

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom, such as the floor of the shower which looked dirty, and we put a towel down to stand on. Lots of repairs needed, like the towel bar in the bathroom, the vanity mirror was crooked, etc. Missed breakfast the first day because it didn't start until 7, and had to leave by 6:30 am. It was fine for just needing a place to stay, but overall didn't feel clean or updated.

We had food left on the refrigerator. Never had our bed changed and also asked for more Shampoo and conditioner never got it. Also towels in room were dirty. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not working

Clean the rooms better the first one they put is in was damaged and had a weird smell and ant problem but then they put us in another room that was great smelled better and clean

Hotel could use some updating. Paint chipped, furniture was chipped also, bathtub was stained and worn. Not appealing. Breakfast was fantastic and the pool and hot tub we loved. Front desk clerk was not welcoming and no one was at the breakfast to help with more plasticware.

There were scuff marks all over the walls one of the light bulbs in the bathroom was blown out the toilet paper looked like it was from the previous check in it looked used and the shades had holes in them. Our key stopped working after the first day and the breakfast gave us all the runs. It was an awful stay. There were kids coming into our hotel from another hotel using the pool and there was water all over the floors and even in the elevator.

Not a bad stay just small complaints: tv picture quality is poor, shower water pressure is low, pillows on king bed were tiny, and over an hour before check out we were still relaxing in bed and housekeeping was already banging on the door to come in to clean.

That room should never be rented to customers for occupancy. Everything in the room was falling apart. The upolstered cushion filling was falling apart. Both bed headboards were not attached and exposed. Damaged furniture throughout the rm. Bathroom wall paneling coming apart. Half plastered wall to cover drilled holes in bathroom wall. There were more issues however its been almost a month and I don't remember the rest.

Desk clerk was very friendly, although didn’t seem too concerned about his icy parking lot, which was dangerous to walk on , especially as I’m recovering from a recent knee replacement. When I told him about my concern, he just said yes I fell on it myself and it hurt.

The room was very clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

Room smelled like smoke although this is a non-smoking hotel. Everything seemed old. TV reception was awful, good thing we didn't spend much time there. Breakfast was not good. We stayed here years ago and had a much better experience. Won't be back.

I only spent one night but the hotel was clean, the walls in my room were soundproof, the bed was comfortable, very good use of space, the shower head was a little rusty, but still worked.

Staff was great. Beds were rock hard and leaned to one side. One made squeaking noises every time you rolled over. The fridge let out loud random bangs throughout the night waking you up. Water was not hot. Wouldn't stay there again.

Everything is close by shopping, and restaurants.

Only good thing was the person that check me at night was really nice.

I chose this hotel because it had a pool. When I checked in, The pool was out of service. I was told that it would be fixed in 2 days. Four days later, still no pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Mostly quiet until my last day. Checked out a day early because no pool and loud work being done in the parking lot.

Four guys drinking out the back of a pick up truck all night making noise. There was a ball on the roof rolling around in the wind. Glad I didn’t see the giant cockroach on the floor in the hallway until I woke up for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was gross but exactly the level of gross you would expect from a hotel chain breakfast. No more no less.

The walls were so dirty with food. The pool was being repaired and we chose this hotel for the pool. The chemicals from the repairs were unbearable. The last night there was a loud party with fights in a room nearby. The front desk didn't do anything. The smell of drugs was bad and people yelling and screaming through the halls. It was very scary because I was traveling alone with my kids. We couldn't change hotels because it was prepaid already. Worse hotel ever in my life. I know the company wont do anything about it but at least someone can read this

Elevator inspection was over 2 weeks expired. Food was clearly powdered eggs and paper thin bacon. Each floor had a distinct odor. Electronic key cards malfunctioned more than once.

I was extremely disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available. There was no indication online when I booked that they were under repair/renovation. Everything else was above average including a nice clean breakfast area and food. I would stay there again.

First room given to me smelled like sewage and there was no shower curtain or towels. Changed to a different room, however that door wouldn’t open despite getting new keys. Last room given to me, there was no tv remote. Walls are super thin and door were slamming constantly.

Clean comfy room some minor damages in the bathroom and stains on carpet and walls but looked to be old. Great bed and large screen tv w lots of channels. Everything was clean and kitchen items all worked. Coffee also available in the room. Hot and cold Breakfast was good and located across from commercial stores.

The room smelled clean when we walked in! Probably the cleanest room out of the 4 hotels we stayed in on this trip. The bed wasn't the best, it was pretty average. The tub looked like paint was peeling. The location had plenty of food options. But the traffic was horrific. And alot of uturns had to be made to get back to the hotel after getting food. Check in was pretty fast. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was the best out of the 4 hotels we stayed in on this trip. Room price was decent.

The squeeze-type liquid dispensers in the shower are a poor design. Some work, some don’t. Also, 1 had already fallen off the shower wall by the time we checked in. Must be a better way to dispense liquids. Come on Radisson…..you can do it!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise on our road trip. Right off the interstate, clean. Desk staff wasn’t the friendliest but was efficient. The breakfast lady was attentive and kept everything full and fresh. The continental breakfast was quite nice. Room was clean. Pool area was run down and hot tub was out of service but we would book again for sure. All in all a good deal.

Did not like smelling on cigarettes and pot when walking out the front door of the facility. People were smoking in seats just outside the ftont door.

The hotel was nice itself. Located on a very busy strip. A bit hidden off the road amongst the other properties. Looked to be well taken care of. The room was generally fine. Bed was comfortable. Huge window in my room. Nice size indoor pool. A good place to stay. My only negatives were the elevator needed servicing or replacement as it was making a loud scraping noise as it moved up and down. But being the only elevator means the timing would have to be right to take it out of service - so we grin and bear it! Would definitely stay again!

The cleanliness was minimal.

This was literally one of the worst stays I have ever had in my adult life and I have traveled extensively for the past 30 years. This property is tired, banged up and in very mediocre condition. The guest washer/dryer was broken, the hot water was spotty, and the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful in trying to arrange a late check out. I would strongly recommend travelers to choose another property when the area. This one SUCKS.

The breakfast options were very nice. Housekeeping was very attentive to replenishing or providing additional items if needed. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable to assist with extending my stay.

We stayed here while getting work done on our home. It’s a decent stay but needs updating and better breakfast options.

This was my third stay at this location first two times great this time not the cleanest pool and hot tub. Look like fish water none of the USB outlets in the room worked lukewarm water for showers.big just disappointment after the first two states were great

The building is looking good on the outside but the inside need some renovation.

Pool was hazy and nasty looking, does not look maintained and the hot tub jets did not work. Preteens were screaming in the pool room, so we left.

The pool was dirty, it was not properly taken care of. There were metal needles in the bottom of the pool. The ice machine had bugs frozen into the ice There were ants crawling in the room. People were outside of the hotel partying at 4am. It was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had.

When I walked in there was no one at the desk to check in. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out. When I checked out the desk receptionist was standing behind me in the lobby on the phone. I tried to get his attention 3 times and wasn’t acknowledged.

A lot of loitering around the front entrance Drinking smoking people don’t pick up behind themselves trash was overflowing… Kids leaving trash etc in the pool area … I’m sure things would have been better if graduation traffic was not to hectic

We checked in yesterday for an overnight after checking in a getting the keys went to the room and the room we were given did not have a lock / door handle so went downstairs staff gave us a new room I went to the room and the keys didn’t work I went back to the front desk explained that the keys didn’t work and the staff rolled his eye made a big big sky and mumbled under his breath the whole way to the room to try to show me the keys did work. They did not so I had to get new keys again when the behavior was reported staff at the front desk. She acted like she didn’t understand what we were saying. Stack was very rude and unhelpful.

Cleanliness needs improving.

When we checked in, front desk guy was not friendly. We got to our room to find it different than advertised, stains on the walls and the ac was unplugged. We plugged it in but it took forever to cool the room down. My kids have asthma and the hot stuffy room did not help. Was told we couldnt switch rooms. Ice maker was down.No directions posted in room about wireless etc. I told the desk clerk about the ac and he just laughed it off. Place was dingy, dirty and every time i went by front desk in the evening no one was there. And it wasnt late!! When i checked out i was just told to put keys in basket. No thank you for staying or anything. Same rude guy as the day before. We will never stay at this nasty hotel again. I have never had to complain about a hotel. This was a very disappointing stay!!

We stayed at this property for one night on our drive to FL. We reserved a room with 2 beds. We arrived around 10:30PM and had to repeatedly yell "Hello? Is anyone here?" to get the young man to come out to the desk. We got signed in and went to our room....which reeked of smoke ( its a non- smoking property). Im not talking about one person having a cigarette the night before. It STUNK! There's absolutely no way a cleaning crew would not have pucked up.on it. We returned to the desk (ANYONE HERE???) and were changed to a different room. It's now after 11PM and we're tired, so we start getting ready for bed. My daughter uses the bathroom, then i do. The water by this time has gotten hot, really hot!. I move the lever on the sink around and theres no change. By this time we're both ready for bed. My phone beeps...a message from the management asking about our room. Any problems? I answer and tell them about the issue with the hot water. No response and we're so tired, we just go to sleep. In the morning, we try to take showers, and theres only super hot water in the tub too! We manage to use bottled water that we had in the car to brush our teeth and washed up as best we could. Not a word about the message i sent, no one at the desk when we checked out. I would never stay there again and would suggest tbat you dont either.

Never again. I stayed at this place for one night, a complete nightmare. The house keepers were so loud at 8 am, they were laughing and joking in the hallway. You can hear absolutely everything from the rooms next doors. I stayed with my little brother who is 7 years old, the couple next door were having so much fun, we could hear all the screams, I reported it to the hotel costumer service, they didn’t care because they never answered me back with a solution. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but I checked out after my first night. Not worthy at all.

Was a bit disappointed about the constant smell of marijuana. On the third floor near elevator the trash can over flowed for 2 days. Musty smell, pool was green and cloudy. Hot tub was nice and hot, jets did not work, was a green color. Every/Any time I went to front desk they were on the AirPods speaking to someone else and not making customer service a priority, talking to me and their phone call at the same time.

Check-in was simple and amazing. The front desk clerk was really nice and helpful. The morning breakfast served between 6 and 9 PM was very good! It was self serve and almost as good as you would get any restaurant. The Cracker Barrel next-door was terrible. They were out of a lot of things on the menu.

This place smelled like burnt chemicals, was falling apart and was probably the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I will never stay at a Radisson again. I was ashamed to let my family stay in such a hole. I would rather have slept in my car.

The facility and staff were nice. The rooms are far from sounds proof so you can hear every sound your neighbors make. This made it hard to sleep or relax.

This is a solid 3 star hotel. Not terrible, not great. Staff at front desk got the job done and thats about it. Everything was mostly clean and the breakfast was really good. General smell of pot in the hallways at all time and some stains on furniture.

Check in was ok. They did not ask about my rewards status. The rooms were fantastic. The front desk did not have any extra pillows. The hotel and grounds were immaculate. The location was not driver friendly.

Hotel looks ok from the outside. Our room had a broken off smoke detector, and a refrigerator that rattled and made a loud noise continuously. There were loud people in the hallways for hours until almost midnight. Room doors continuously being slammed. Got up to take a shower this morning and barely had any water pressure. We were just thankful to get out of the building and get on to the hospital to see our newborn grandbabies.

Front desk staff was cold when greeting us, he seemed irritated that we walked in and didn’t say much other than ask me for my ID. Bedrooms were clean but had an unpleasant smell.

The hotel needs an upgrade. The furniture is dirty. Let me hear from door wouldn’t lock. TVs need to upgrade. No bed Linen for the pull out couch. Couch, bed mattress had stains on it.

My stay was fine but average. Only problem was the tub did not seen to be totally clean.. also the beds have a protrusion on the sides near the floor which can be dangerous and hurtful.

The room was pretty clean except alot of cold air coming in window. The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Other than those things, everything was fine.
