    A little longer . I paid almost $300 and the bed was very lumpy I got up sore the room had a very strong smell of sage or something with a very strong odor that wasn’t very pleasant

    The staff were very friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. The hotel is in a great central location, quiet area and close by to a Target and several restaurants so that you can grab something nearby. The room itself was okay, beds were decent for a one night stay, but pillows were flat. There were some stains on the comforter and the carpet that could have been cleaned up, also the bathroom could use a deep clean. Again, for a one night stay it was decent for a graduation weekend that we were in town for.

    Staff was friendly. Bathroom soaps were nice. Nice selection of coffee in the room. Hotel needs a lot of updating. Bathroom shower tile was cracking. Water pressure was non existent. Toilets didn’t flush well.

    They wouldn’t let us check in until the very last second even though my room was ready. Then we got to our room and the bed was broken. Like we couldn’t even sleep in it. When i went to complain she told me to put my kids on that mattress and after arguing with her and asking for my money back she agreed to put me in another room. Even though i told her i wanted my money back to go elsewhere. I won’t stay there again.

    Room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable, staff was great, my only complaint is I felt breakfast was lacking for a Sunday morning. The pancake maker was out of mix I believe it made one but it was no bigger than a silver dollar. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express and breakfast was much better. Other than that great stay

    Not the hotel location I chose online. Not the room I chose. Redirected through Booking.com which I got out of twice and went directly to main site. Blinds to window busted and couldn’t open blinds/curtain. Toilet clogged and the person that showed up made a mess, kids running up and down halls, spills, and the smell of marijuana everywhere. The room itself needs work. A little caulk and paint would go a long way and fixing things.

I am also handicapped and requested a handicap room but the only thing I got was a walk in shower. No railing to hold onto. The commode was so short with no rails and whenever I used the commode I had to wake up my husband to help me get up. The girl that ran the front desk had been dropped off from another planet they had a menu on the counter and she just looked at us and shrugged when we asked where it was. If I ever make another reservation I will try my hardest to actually speak to someone at the motel that knows where they are located. I did not even get a shower this morning for fear I would fall. Again I am very unhappy. What would have been better is if I could have stayed in the location I wanted and if I could have had an actual handicap room

    The staff was Luke warm at best. Not a single smile or any enthusiasm at all which wouldn’t be so bad but aside from the weekday overnight woman at the desk, they were all horrible. The common areas like the lobby were clean but that’s about it. The pool was murky as heck. They never unlocked the door. We had to ask for it to be opened at 1 pm but supposedly it opens at 9am. Expedia says it has a hot tub but it does not. The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived. Check in was 3. We arrived at 3:45 but had to wait to make sure our rooms were clean….spoiler, they were cleaned halfway. The shower leaked onto the floor so badly we needed to constantly keep a towel there. We had the do not disturb sign on the first night only but apparently that was a sign to never showed up until the day before we were checking out. They threw out things we didn’t want Thrown out. My card was charged on check in and check out for incidentals. The refrigerator in the room had rust galore. Will NEVER waste my money on this place again.

    I liked the location I was booked room 307 to which we walk in and there’s a man asleep in the bed already. Was assigned another room where the TV wasn’t working, the shower head kept falling down and wouldn’t stay up but it was too early in the morning to complain about it. Just felt inconvenienced.

    I could not check in because bookings.com did not pay them....the staff at the hotel would not help and told me I had to contact bookings....which was nearly impossible I called the customer service number and waited 20 mjn for someone and was cut off in 2 minutes. Did the same thing again and was also cut off. Had to make a new reservation directly with the hotel. The room phone did not work, we had issues connecting to the wifi, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and the breakfast was underwhelming....not as nice as other hotels I have been to.

    The one king bed room I reserved was not provided and instead. We were given a room with two queen beds (which were really full size beds. The key cards they gave me did not work and they eventually fixed it a few hours later. On the plus side, breakfast was good and it was a reasonably priced room.

From drumming to the obstacle course on the floor above me the noise was allowed to continue all night even after complaining a couple times. Won’t be staying here ever again. The lady in charge of the place was very little help except for towels. Work was 2nd on her list of important things to do. Chewed off finger nails in the shower. Cleaning was not very good. Also a lot of hair which grosses me out also. Luckily my stay was for only a night and I always carry shower sandals but I questioned how well it was cleaned after whoever stayed there before me.

    The staff at this hotel were so rude. Im not one to complain about food but online it says breakfast till 9:30am, i was downstairs by 8:57am to get some breakfast and this cleaner lady stood infront of me and said the breakfast is closed, it wasn't even 9am yet which is the new time for there breakfast but they never updated it on there website. The lady kept yelling at me saying its closed, its closed. So i walked to the front desk to complain and the front desk lady did not care at all, in fact she smiled the whole time. I would rate this hotel a -100 if i had to. Staff was rude, and hotel room was dusty and disgusting.

    This hotel charged $100 for incidental fee because I used expedia. I believe that's an over charge when normally hotels only charge $25 or $50. I only had enough money for the room and not enough for the incidental fee. When discuss with the front desk clerk she didn't care.

    Ok place to stay. The rooms wasn’t as clean as the should be. Dirty baseboards, looked like they just painted over a bad spot in the bathroom. I killed two spiders in the room. Not a lot of food available. I asked for a plain bagel lady said they was out of food.

    At breakfast, the staff starts vacuuming at 7:00 AM in the breakfast area and you cannot have a conversation with your group as you cannot talk over the vacuuming ! I asked the front desk if they could have them wait til breakfast hours were over to vacuum. They stopped for a few minutes and then started again. I will say that maid service is excellent - Rooms were made up early in the day and very clean ! There is NO Hot Tub at this property and the pool area had limited towels and was sub par.

    The hotel is nice, clean, quiet and in a good location. Hotels.com does not tell you about the deposits even though I paid in advance. It was not a planned stay, so really didn't research anything. Overall, I'm pleased. Breakfast was really good!

    When I arrived I stood at the counter for awhile as there was no one at the front desk. When she came from the back she greeted me and checked me in. I requested a luggae buggy as i had a lot of bags and a pack and play for my infant to sleep in. she told me that she didnt know where it was so my husband had to make multiple trips to the car. When we got to the room, the blinds were broken so we couldnt open or close the blinds, so it just stayed dark in the room during the day. Then I went to pull out the sleep sofa for my 5 year old and there were no sheets on the pull out. No problem. I called down and requested for bedding and a pillow and she told me, "Oh you can come down and get them from the front desk." Annoyed i just said okay. I expected them to be delievered to the room as it was already late. There was human hair in the King size bed and it looked like they didnt change the pillow cases. My husband went to tuen on the TV to try and catch some of the all star game, and as soon as he sat down the service went out from the direct TV connection, so he then missed the game. We were too tired from a long day of traveling that we couldnt even argue. we just checked out next day and stayed soemwhere else.

    A good area to rest and relax but the bed was TOO SOFT and the walk-in shower floor and walls didn't appear up-kept, clean, around the drain had a mildew look, floor installation of walk-in shower on the outside appeared unfinished, ceiling in certain areas need plastering and plainting, bathroom door need replacing; towels needs replacing (too dingy), toilet paper not a good quality (grossly thin). Handdicaped Parking can be revisited (bring closer to hotel or install a handicapped ramp where there is lawn to avoid walking around to get to Hotel door.

    Checked in at 10:45 at night. Walked in my room only to see pee in the toilet, trash and dirty towels in bathroom floor and dirty beds. Walked downstairs to get a new room. Walked into the second room and the exact same thing: dirty beds and bathroom. Went back down to the front desk to ask if they had any clean rooms and was told they only had those two available. I asked if a maid could clean them and was told a maid was not on duty. So we were to stay in a dirty room or go find another hotel. Thankfully found one across the street. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m still trying to get a refund for not being able to stay in a clean room. Absolutely ridiculous.

Also, one night in the front hall by the restroom there was a huge roach wandering around. Not pleased about that at all...I used the plastic cups in the room to gather it up and put it out into the hall. Cups never replaced. When they came in to clean my room, they did change the bathroom trash but did not change trash in the main room under the table by the TV.

    Box Spring was moldy. Bathroom was dirty and needs updating, rusty waterstained ceilings and walls. Toilet was clogged and I advised on morning and when I hot back in evening they said the person left for the day and brought us up a plunger, the pancake machine was broken fir days, they didnt have barely anything for breakfast 1st day we got there so we spent more $ going out for bkfst which was the reason we booked there. I expect this from Choice hotels which was also why we booked here but I was disappointed. I tried to book a 3rd night but they were charging more than Expedia and although I found a less expensive hotel, we booked the 3rd night since kids were tired. Ice machine didnt work. Pool was nice but very humid and no pool warmer which was ok. The Queen beds werent true Queen size. Main lobby was nice. Was it the worst place? No. But for the price, I expected more. Too expensive. Food staff fixed the pancake maker rhemselves and were very nice.

    The common areas and the outside looked nice, but my room was nasty. The entrance door was misaligned and hard to close, the carpet and the sofa were stained. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the elevator. To make matters worse, the shower floor was dirty so me and my wife had to wash up in the sink.     I only have 2 small things that weren't quite right...there was a small spot of mold in the shower & the bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. Other than that I had a very nice stay. ALL of the staff were awesome!

    False advertisement one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Then find out there isn't a hot tub. Breakfast was nasty. Bed was comfortable shower was nice.

    We arrived at 3:30pm (check in is supposed to be at 3:00pm) and our room wasn't available. We had to wait until 3:40pm to check into another room. Ceiling paint in bathroom was peeling and ceiling above shower head was discolored and moldy. Disgusting! Informed front desk and she stated she would have someone check it out. We went to dinner and came back and there was no one at the front desk.

    Some of the staff were extremely rude and inconsiderate. They also acted as though having 1 towel for a 4 day stay was acceptable. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

    The hotel was perfect for my one night stay. The bathroom ceiling had some cracks like their was previous water leak but I didn’t experience that during my stay. The room was spacious and clean. My only issue was that I was told that breakfast was served from 6am-9:30am in the morning. When I came down for breakfast at 9am the food was gone and I was told the kitchen will not provide anymore food. I selected this property because they served breakfast. This was disappointing.

    Room was comfortable and clean, but wall-mounted toilet paper roll holder was missing and shower water temperature was warm, but not hot. Lamp needs to be added to the in-room coffee/microwave area. Very dark without an overhead ceiling light fixture. Breakfast choices were very adequate, but TV was blaring loud on a polically-oriented station and very annoying. Indoor pool was clean, but overhead lighting needs to be improved and underwater pool lights weren’t on at all. Overall, the stay was a little disappointing considering the price.

    Bed bugs I also found out they charged me twice on my card. 160 dollars a night disgusting hotel. The hotel stinks 5th floor was smelling of mildew. The people across from me also had to change rooms there room flooded. They never offered me a change of rooms. The bed had blood stains on it they covered it with mattress Topper. It should have been disposed of. . I slept on the couch and checked out early. Fighting them for refund now. They were rude to me and also refused to give me paperwork upon checkout. They called me a Karen when I complained. I had to also get my key cards reactivated twice could not get in room. They do not answer there phones snd poorly stsffed st night. Tertible customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Absolutely horrible! Was woken at 12:30am to report to the desk. Had to get ahold of my wife in bed to confirm the reservation. Had no issues at initial check in. Desk gave my room key to another guest to check in and they reported there was already luggage in the room. Breakfast was not good and the same choices each day.

    Breakfast was not good. I booked this hotel only because of a good and healthy breakfast. Unfortunately, there weren't any food items for the customers who are health conscious. There were no fruits at all, not even an apple or banana. Hot food was just a joke, only three items with pork and beef, no chicken for people who do not eat red meat. This hotel made me embarrassed in front of my friend's families because I was the one who recommended my friends for a good breakfast and hotel stay. This was my second stay at this hotel. But, I am not going back to this hotel next time. I hope hotel management will improve but damage has been done.

    Room key swipe was inoperable and had to get a new key card every time I returned to my room. Dryer's swipe card also inoperable and staff had to provide their own change for my clothes to dry. All of these simple annoyances could be prevented with upgrades.

    No hand towels, wash cloths. Dirty shower, broken blinds, key card didn’t work, no door latch for security. Staff inattentive, poor customer service, slow check in, slow check out. Camper trailer parked in parking lot, it stunk.

    Finally time at the hotel pool was cut short, because of other hotel occupants who were both loud and smoking pot at the opened outside entrance to the pool. Hotel staff never came to check on any of the commotion. Not a good environment for someone with small children. Better to pay the few extra bucks for nicer area.

    The room was outdated. The ceiling in the bathroom looks like it was about to fall apart. You can see the water damaged from the room above in the living space, right over the bed. Overall, the room was a 4 out of 10.

    I let the receptionist with a short list of things, such as: the bathroom si k didn’t drain very well, the fan in bathrooms was high whiney sound, the remote didn’t work. I forgot to tell her the heat didn't work at all, it was a chilly stay.

    Didn’t have hot water and they made me wait to move rooms until Maintenance confirmed it around 1230 PM - meaning no hot shower until mid day. Pool was small and cold.
