The second room I couldn’t even shower because the peace was broke off to start the shower. That was definitely my first and last time staying

Nothing My family was coming in for a funeral and due to heavy rain our traveling time was delayed. I called the hotel and was told my room was still ready. The lady said the manager had stepped away. We get to the hotel, there is no front desk staff. Trash is in the halls and lobby. A guy comes out a room half sleep and gives me a key to a dirty room. The construction was everywhere. He said he was taking all my money when I requested a refund so I could find another hotel. He refused to talk to booking.com to complete the refund. I will never take my family back here. Don't waste your money nor time.

The hotel attendant was friendly The carpet was dirty with big pieces of mulch and the bedding smelled like someone's sweaty laundry.

Towels in restroom were very old you could tell because the were light brown Not white, pillows were yellow, covers on bed were stained. I dont know how they can still be in business. Immediately left and asked for refund. Haven’t received my refund yet. I have pictures to prove. Everything it a horrible place to stay. They showed us another room to try and accommodate us but it was still the same bad smell. Smell was bad that it hurt to breath. I could not sleep there breathing it in and sleep on the beds. Looks like they haven’t upgraded in 30 years

Made a booking on booking.com they lost my reservation blames me then sd i didnt make one when i showed them they still couldnt find it... then they gave me the wrong room i booked a double and got a king . I had to share the bed .. wtf. Don't trust the pics its not that clean there were bugs. Staff is unapologetically rude there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain that ran into the shower water... omg i could not. . The place should be tore down or seriously remodeled...

Older hotel. Only had a flat sheet on the bed. No fitted sheet. Windows did not close,they had a shim in the window.

As soon as we opened our room, roaches scattered everywhere! They did move us rooms, but they were in there too. Unfortunately with it being late and 4 tired children. Not to mention everything in the room was broke. We stayed that night checked out FIRST THING. Never again!!! I do not recommend this hotel.

The location is good. Room smelled like mildew. A/C was leaking so I had to use the ice bucket to catch the water, refrigerator was dirty, and there was something on the wall that looked like poop and no one cleaned it, this place is a mess.

It was disgusting, roaches, dirty floor, dirty tub, gray towel that are supposed to be white. One little soap , no more toilet paper and the one we had was a half a roll. I ask for more towels. The clerk told me in a hour when he wash and dry more. He also stated the office is closed at 11pm no one will be at the desk. The kicker was when I told the owner my complaints she told me to get out and took offense of the complaints. Foreign owned this facility is a disgrace the city health inspector should shut it down pictures to follow.

Hotel booked me, said they never got my confirmation, i asked customer service if they could use any other alternate method to find my booking, they said they did. I contact Hotels.com customer support who said the hotel confirmed on their end that they received it. We paid twice for the same room and they wont offer a refund or allow me to stay a second night even though ive provided proof of all of these things.

They have a no refund policy because they know that the condition of the property is awlful. Walked to the door of the lobby and the smell hits u. Doors to the place dirty finger prints all over the glass handle and everything. No one at the front desk had to pick the phone up to call someone to the front. It’s signs up about the no refund policy, extra guest have to be gone at 8. They have the right to come in the guest room and so on is what’s on the sign. Man comes give me the first room 109 soon as you walk in the smell of mold and mildew hits me in the face. Go in try to cut the air on not working so I try to crack the window and it opens wide no way to keep anyone from coming in mind you this room is on the first floor. Hand prints and foot prints on the wall. So go back and was given another room look at the pics. Left out had a function come back the smell is now worse. Go in the room try to make the best because didn’t want money to go to waste the smell was bad. Pull the covers back to spray second can of Lysol covers had holes, sheets not on the bed carpet so stained in spots that it looked like it had tar on it. It's an ok place to stay but for 80.00 a night there shouldn't be so much stuff out of order. The soda machine, the snack machine, the coffee and juice machine the sink in the lobby,the elevator. The blanket on the bed that was more like a curtain 3 tiny pillows on a huge bed, the heater that we set to 70 and it was definitely hotter then that so we either were too hot or froze and the fridge barely closed because the freezer part was so frozén over you can't use it. It would be nice if it was cleaner and everything worked and the desk clerk didn't talk on the phone to someone else while checking you in.

I have a complaint that I want to make about this location because we never used the room on November 16th. I reserved this. My family and I had a memorial to go to that date because my mother died a few months ago. We got there at 11:00 am to see if they had an early check in and the Indian woman who was there had an attitude the entire time. First, she charged us a $40 fee for checking in early. She got into an argument with my father because we never been to a hotel that charged us for checking in early. She even threatened to cancel the reservation because we never heard of this fee. When she finally got an the rooms, one fo the rooms had a damaged sink that wasn't safe to use at all. The other room wasn't clean and had dirty towels. We requested to get the rooms changed but she said that she no longer had rooms available. We requested for a refund, and she said that we had to pay her another $40. It turned into another argument because I said that I was going to call Hotels.com. So she gave our $40 back and called one of our relatives who works for the city government. Our relative spoke to the manager, and we were told that now only one room was available, which was the room that wasn't clean. We instead stayed with relatives. I tried to call the number on the website to make a claim or a refund request, but instead we were directed to the same person we spoke to at the hotel. I would like to know how I can get a credit or refund.

First off the lady is on the phone 24/7 loudly (owner) even during my check in she was on the phone the entire time, yelling, and arguing and she basically threw my room key to me . Next the room was FILTHY! Nothing was cleaned, floor wasn’t vacuumed, blanket had blood on it. I went to the first desk to ask for a rag and spray and to tell him the tv wasn’t working. 3 hours later he didn’t come to the room after saying he would. After having an anxiety attack because I was surrounded by filth as I was staying there for nearly a week. I finally calmed down and went back to the desk and asked for spray and a wash cloth again to clean the room myself…because obviously housekeeping is useless (she’s another loud one smh) I also had to vacuum the room too (they had just brought a vacuum but gave me the old one lmao) weed smoke everyday, crack heads and hookers, DONT TRUST THE PICTURES! The lobby and hall is hot nasty and sweaty. They refuse to deep clean, I’m sure if covid lived on surfaces forever this hotel alone would cause another pandemic. The very next day, they had my partner move us out of their better room, which I prepaid for on line to a very undesirable room and no compensation was offered for inconvenience. They lied to my partner and told him, l knew about the move to the undesirable room and I was totally shocked at this lie. As soon as I arrived at the front desk there were 3 out of order signs and no compensation offered. This was a rip off!!!

The staff was friendly, the room was fine the only thing I didn't like was that the AC/heater didn't work which made it very cold at night other than that it was a good stay.

The rooms looked like floor was NEVER vacuumed, first room, air conditioner did not work had no knobs on them to even turn or adjust, curtains was barely holding up , second room same thing dirty floors, Microwave was nasty, Shower did not even have a shower curtain and same thing with the AC unit. Just bad rooms for the amount of money paid to stay here

This property needs to be city inspected for mold and mildew. You get what you pay for, nothing...room was dirty beyond crazy. Shower curtain had mold on it, window was broken. The only nice thing was the gentleman that worked the front desk. Hell it's just his job but I commend him for even working there.

I was told "there were no rooms available for early check in but for an extra $20 they would have one cleaned in 30 mins". I felt completely robbed and taken advantage of.

How can a hotel NOT provide AC in a room in the hot summer? How can a hotel provided discussing towels? How can a hotel leave a large, heavy, and dangerous metal bed frame standing up in the middle of the room? Manager should be fired for being so rude to customers and and not provide decent accommodations. I paid $129 for one night and expected a decent place to stay. I would like all of my money back and an apology. I give this dump a zero rating.

The hotel was dirty, the security locks on room doors were missing, windows that would not close, broken bathroom counter, dirty bathtub, dirty bedding, cabinet with fridge was broken. There was no one at the desk to check out and no one answering the phone. Definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Black mold growing across the whole top of the shower and above beds. Mold and blood on hand towels and one set of bedding. Was so nasty that we were only checked in for 30 minutes. Broken bathroom door and our hotel door had a broken lock and toilet paper stuffed into where the peephole was.

Disgusting. My room didn’t even have a lock. I felt very unsafe. My room also smelled like piss. This place honestly needs to be condemned. The owner refused to give me a refund even though I didn’t stay in my room for 5 minutes.

Been staying in neighboring hotel for the past few years and this was the worst experience. Got very little sleep due to people who clearly lived there being lousy and noisy at all hours of the night. Not picky people but we won’t be back.

The bathroom was clean except for the stained grout on the floor and the caulk around the toilet. There were only two bath towels, no wash clothes or hand towels. The desk chair was dirty and the tv had smudges and prints. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. There was no presence in the lobby, there is a phone at the desk to call for an attendant, who was courteous. The lobby looked bare. I saw NO bugs. The area as a whole seemed safe. Did I stay, yes. In today's economy, I can't afford more. It was fine for a few nights. This is not a 4 star hotel, expect that. Would I stay here again? Yes, for a night or two. You do you. If you need spotless, don't stay here.

The room smelled like smoke couldn’t staying due the smoke being with my asthma…they doesn’t do refunds. They didn’t have anymore rooms available. Just wasn’t a good choice of hotel. Lost out on my money that I can’t get back.

My girlfriend and i booked for 2 nights didn’t even stay 1 whole night the bedding smelled funny the shower curtains were extremely filthy bath towels and wash clothes were stained the front desk guy gave me an attitude when i asked for more towels and rags he tried to give me only 1 rag and towel when there was 2 of us i wouldn’t recommend staying here

The vents blow dryer and A/C has not been cleaned and had lots of dust and dirt built up. Second room was better but still very Dusty. All of the bed linens had stains and one bed had holes in the blanket. The towels and washcloths had stains on them so we used our own. We only stayed for one night as we were attending a funeral service but if it were more than one night we would not have stayed here. I’m sorry but I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Was afraid that I would probably get bed bugs from the bed or the chairs in the room. Bedspread was stained with holes in it and the sheets were dirty. Well, this is one of the worse two hotel/motel I’ve stayed at due to being unsanitary. The first time I stayed here, there was smoked marijuana and cigars on the night stand. The 2nd time was worse, as in the entire bathroom had hair all over it. Shower curtains, excessive mildew.

My stay was terrible! Bed bugs in the bed, poor heating system, dirty looking sheets, towels and the refrigerator had ice all in the freezer. You can't get nothing in the freezer. It's terrible and I will never, ever go there again. It's horrible and the elevator is not working. Please do not go there because you will be disappointed.

There was no towels and the toilet did not flush. Told front desk they said that they would send maintenance to fix the toilet and they did. The front desk handed me a towel and said they would be a few more to the room. The towel they handed me was dirty and no one brought any other towels to the room.

Air conditioner was leaking into the carpet and it made a splash when you walked on the half of the side of the room closer to the air conditioner. Plus the shower handle was completely broken off and getting clean towels was like impossible… On average inwould have to ask three times or more after the front desk told me they would bring some to the room… I used the hotels dot com app and would pay in the morning and the front desk worker would tell me if I used the app I would have to check out at 11am and return to check back in at check in time which is like 3pm… The person who did show up to fix a/c leak and shower handle was so high he just looked at the water in the floor and could barely stand up, he told us he would return the next day to fix the issue and by that time we had checked out and went elsewhere…. Roaches were found there as well two of them

Horrible horrible horrible customer service hotel not clean at all the owner walks around with his shoes off I paid $320 some dollars for four nights and it was absolutely horrible I had to go out and buy towels bath cloths and soap and tissue because the hotel did not provide any of those things for me I was highly upset that even after the weekend was over they would not steal change my room and they had rooms available nobody even came out to unclog the sink in my room which was clogged when I got there and the whole time I was there the service the customer service housekeeping service cleanliness water bugs walking around the floor it's absolutely horrible they need to be shut down the health department needs to go there

The stay was good. The bathroom however is not. Unfortunately with the cracks in the tub foundation and the shower head having rust, the shower curtain was broken so I didn't feel comfortable soaking in the tub. But for an $85 smoking room I can't much complain
