The room wasn’t very clean. Stray hairs everywhere! The listing says newly remodeled. That’s not accurate. Nothing in the room was “new” except maybe the flooring and it wasn’t installed properly. Gaps in the LVP. When checking in it’s a digital kiosk, where they charge you a $3 fee to check in, but if you don’t pay it, you can’t check in and you room is non refundable. And the area isn’t the greatest. Whole place smelled of weed and someone was outside yelling from 11:15pm to 12am. The pictures are deceiving for sure!

Shops are nearby, but the place was awful. Remote video check-in with hard to understand instructions. Dirty rooms, no amenities, no breakfast. For $77 a disgrace. Shouldn't have been more than $30. Never again!

The room was absolutely disgusting, no remote! When I went to go check in, there was a stupid kiosk machine there. Honestly, the most stupid investment on the property! And a waste of money! Also, an Indian woman on the stupid kiosk machine thing, it was incredibly hard to understand what she was saying with her Indian accent!! And, the part that irritates me the most! She told me there was a $3 booking fee, BUT THE SITE I USED NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT BOOKING FEES!!! I truly felt that was a scam! If you have a booking fee PUT IT ON THE DAMN SITE!! Forcing unsuspecting clients to pay a booking fee is borderline disrespectful, nasty, and straight up borderline stealing at this point! I am beyond pissed off! I am NEVER staying this disgusting hotel again!

Nothing at all There were roaches, left over spoiled food, and a mysterious white substance in a clear bag in the rooms. I requested a refund and the front desk lady lied and said she had issued one but i have not reviewed anything. I will be calling the health department for this place and attempting to get it shut down due to hazardous conditions.

AVOID! I have never had such a poor experience. I opened my room door and saw several bugs crawling on the floor and the walls. The top cover on the bed was clean, but the linens underneath were dirty and the mattress was stained. The room was nominally non-smoking but clearly smelled of cigarettes. I immediately turned around, turned my key in, and left. For what it's worth the staff did give me a full refund with little discussion.

The door to my room wasnt completely secure it was lose around the lock and makes it look as if the door doesnt close completely, the toilet water pressure was very low and only flushed twice it took forever to refill so it didnt flush for a long time, the shower you have to play with it to get hot water because the knob was broken, the towels couldnt have been washed well because they had hair all in it and the lighting is very dim. It was advertised as being recently refurbished but i dont think i was given a room that fit that description however with how late it was it was convenient just not comfortable.

The bed. In My first room, there was no microwave or phone. And the TV didnt work. And the fact that the people above me dont know how to stop fighting and screaming m yelling at each other. I didnt get any sleep. And the room cleaner stole my weed when they bagged my stuff up amd put it in storage.

Because it said pet friendly, they need to fix their website. That's all the rest of it was all right, and the brother was running the dust that night to check-in was awesome. There were so many homeless people around the hotel just yelling things at us. I know that's not something they can help, the hotel is in a bad spot. When we were leaving there were alcohol bottles all over the place. It just feels very unsafe there

I didn't stay myself actually, and my booking through Booking.com was for my homeless granddaughter, Im hoping to get a refund because my Granddaughter didn't use the room, apparently she and boyfriend who already had a room there were not renewed because of disturbance they repeatedly caused due to the two of them arguing and yelling at each other. Which i didn't know when I booked the room.

The overal stay was okay. The service staff were very nice and the check in went smoothly. However the room was not cleaned throughly with burn marks in the bed sheets and hair still in the sink. The room we were in was also a non-smoking room but smelt as if a pack a day had been smoked in there for years. However the location and price were attractieve and the stay went withou any hickups

Fukkn water was off. Then I go to the front desk and the middle eastern mgr lied and said it was a city problem and that every one’s water was off. That was a bold face lie. Then after the water comes on 5hrs later he refuses to rent to me. Horrible

Ummm. Nothing. I asked for a nonsmoking room. I got a very stinky one. It was dark. And dingy. The tv didn’t work. The neighbor above us was very loud at 2am. I was supposed to stay 2 nights and managed to get through 1. Hoping for a partial refund.

Nothing at all! It was loud very loud , people walking pass the door all times of night , the walls are VERY VERY THIN , had to go buy my own wash rags because the one’s left in the room had brown stains , it was a very odd smell in the room , room did not look anything like the picture , I paid for two nights but only stayed one due to me not being able to get any sleep , I was told I could not even get a partial refund back!.

I like that the room was spacious and clean. I feel a slightly bigger refrigerator would be better. As long as the people next to you are clean they are usually no roaches. They provided everything i needed for my room when asked.

I prepaid for three nights after seeing this location listed on Expedia. It said rooms had been renovated, so I thought great! This place was anything but renovated!! The room was gross/dirty with holes in wall and ceiling. Walls were very dirty, as well as, the doors! The worst part was that my room had cockroaches running around. That was horrible!! Had I not arrived so late, I would have left. The next morning I packed up and just left. I spent just the one night instead of three that I paid for, I was so disgusted I didn't bother to tell the office because I booked through Expedia and would have to jump through hoops to get my money back for the additional two nights I had booked. *** EXPEDIA PLEASE REMOVE THIS MOTEL FROM YOUR SITE OR GUEST WON'T CONTINUE TO GO THROUGH EXPEDIA IN THE FUTURE.*** Expedia, it was a horrible experience and you'd be best served by dropping this motel as soon as possible!! Lastly, they are renting rooms to people who live there and not just passing through. The maids live there as well with their family. The maids children were up early repeatedly running back and forth past room doors yelling and screaming! Occasionally the maid would tell them by name to hush but after 2 minutes they were back at it screaming and yelling. What a real treat for tired guests to deal with at 7am! For possible guest thinking about staying here, take my review seriously. By the way, there is NO continental breakfast either.

for the price it's what you get. if you need it for a night or two cause your low on cash than this place is good. it was clean and sheets was new. they are in the mist of upgrading so who know what it will look like in the future.

This hotel was very friendly. Had a minor maintenance issue with our room door, but they were quick to fix it for us with ease. Hotel keeps itself clean to the best of its abilities and room service is friendly. I stay here often and have only had this one issue. Although, the pillows are a little flat.... lol

We normally go to this hotel. This time it was different. It had like an old smell. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was checking me in and talking to someone else at the same time. I thought it was rude. Check in normally does not take that long.

The stay itself was fine, however, the roaches crawling in the bathroom and the walls in the room were definitely not a welcome site. Hence, refused a shower. The phone was plugged into the wall and sitting on the floor, no desk for the phone or desk chair placed randomly in the room. There was a frozen dinner left behind in the freezer as well.

There are what appear to be drug addicts in the stairwell and parking lot. Upon walking to my room, someone tried to sell me a tablet. Got in room and TV wouldn’t work so I was moved to another room. Noise outside most of night and hard to get comfortable in the bed. Aside from that, it was great.

1) Desk clerk was pleasant; 2) TV worked; 3) Cable worked; Hot water worked; 4) Keycard for door worked; 5) Room was relatively spacious; 6) Reservation was inexpensive. Now, for the negatives: The desk clerk charged me an additional $3.00 Administrative fee. Upon approaching my room, I encountered a vagrant sitting outside my door, which was in a darkened corner by the staircase. He stayed there, talking loudly on his cell phone outside my room for hours. My room smelled awful. There were at least 4 houseflies living in my room. The property and the room appear dilapidated. There are several broken down automobiles parked on the property. There is trash everywhere on the property. Not all of the lights in my room worked. The bed coverings were stained and appeared to be ancient. The privacy curtain had several holes in it. The floor was filthy. There was a wet towel on the floor, wadded beneath the A/C unit. There was no plastic bag in my room's trash can. The bathroom fixtures are ancient and falling apart. The shower curtain rod is the removable, spring-loaded, dime store type. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided. There are drilled holes with no fixtures in the furniture and the walls. It was difficult to stay in this room - it is likely one of the worst I have ever paid for. It also is likely to currently have several health code violations. I feel slimy and idiotic for reserving and sleeping in this room.

It was okay, nice quiet location. The only issue I had was the people that was over top us, was walking back and forward throughout the night and early morning. it was hard to sleep.

The place is pretty cheap. I didn't like having to pay $3 cash when I got there. They had some rules posted at the window that made me feel uncomfortable. I understand not wanting rowdy and loud guests but you shouldn't have a say who can come and go. As long one is quiet who cares. Also it was stated they can come to the room anytime. Unless someone is making noise or it's a medical emergency or they are requesting services. You respect the guests privacy. A couple of staff members were nice. The one Australian gentleman and one lady who came around to realize I was staying later and a maintenance guy was helpful. The arm to a chair was missing too.

The one Australian guy was nice and a couple of maintenance people .I didn't like that they had these rules posted on the window. One was that they can come to the room whenever they wanted? That made me feel uneasy and creeped out. I understand you don't want rowdy and loud guests. But one should have any visitors or can come and go as they please as long as they aren't disturbing anyone. This place was cheap and if I ever have the money again. I may come back. Although it is a bit far.

The room was pretty nice but you had to communicate through the window and not inside. There was no phone in the room and for some reason you always had to pay $3 cash when you got there for each day. The staff was ok. The one Australian guy was nice and a couple of maintenance people .I didn't like that they had these rules posted on the window. One was that they can come to the room whenever they wanted? That made me feel uneasy and creeped out. I understand you don't want rowdy and loud guests. But one should have any visitors or can come and go as they please as long as they aren't disturbing anyone. This place was cheap and if I ever have the money again. I may come back. Although it is a bit far.

It was just right for what I needed was a place to spend the night. It was load at night when drunk people rolled in but overall it is ok.

Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Will accomodate any concerns. Very affordable family motel. If you are looking for free breakfast and a pool this isnt it. However there a several places within walking distance to enjoy an ice cofee...a meal and a great mall and theater to shop for anything you may have left at home 😊

Disgusting cleanliness. Junk on the walls, floors had not been cleaned, sheets had stuff on them, it was filthy. They charged and extra “cleaning fee” at check in, only wanted cash for it.

They property wasnt hiwnit was advertised, dirt stained shower, door had to be pushed hard to shut, not soundproof, nonroom service, sheets had burn holes in them, homeless people around and people smokong weed. Pillows were uncomfortable. Mr sbd my girlfriend hates it but had no where else to go. Never coming here again.

Not a bad little overnight stay. We didn't expect to stay over night but they had availability and we were definitely not driving home that late at night. It's not immaculate but it's a decent last minute stop.

If this place is your only option, DO NOT GO!! There are roaches in the rooms. There was hair on the pillowcases and when we asked for replacement options we were told there aren't any and the lady working the front office at night was rude and brushed us off. It's literally in the hood with drug addicts walking the parking lot approaching people. Disgusting place

My room was not clean at all! The bedding from the previous guess still was on the bed. Dirt crums all over my hotel floor. Bath tub was dirty. My refridgerator was broke causing my meat and food to go bad. The hotel manager told me that he were going to bring me another refridgerator. But he never did! He kept blowing me off about replacing my food because of the hotel broken refridgerator. I had to make my own bed. And wipe down all of my hotel room furniture. The hotel housekeeper did a poor job sweeping up the hotel room floor. I had asked the housekeeper if she could leave me a rag and some cleaning solution so i could clean my hotel room furniture. By time i got done wiping my hotel furniture down. The wrag was black! Homeless people and druggies camp outside around the Budget Lodge hotel. While stalking paying customer's. The druggies and homeless people click up with sex traffickers. Lord know what else is going on in there rooms. The druggies and homeless people stalk and follow customer's into the nearby stores and McDonald's, Taco Bell, Dairy Queen and gas station's. Some of the homeless people who were band from the Budget Lodge property. Still come on to Budget Lodge hotel property asking Budget Lodge guest fir money? And if you don't give them money. My room was to be a non-smoking room. Room and bed had lingering smoke smell. Room had no chair for the desk. Bed linens had burn holes. Most occupants live there. No pets but heard several dogs barking. My key card was disabled aftee my 1st night but I paid for the weekend. After that I just checked out and got a room somewhere else.

After a long day of driving and getting to hotel around 12:30am all I wanted was to shower and get some sleep. Tried to shower and either I had steaming hot water or ice cold water. I tried for at least thirty minutes to turning knob this way and that way. So finally I go up to the office and asked for another room an she tell me no that I just need to turn the water faucet knob really slow. Told her I already tried all that and she told no I’m just not turning if slow enough. So I go back to the room and messed it for probably another thirty minutes and just gave up on taking a shower. I was really upset over this and was going to go to office and complain ask for refund and go get another room somewhere else. But I was just to dam tired and needed to get some before I headed back out road. But no I was not happy at all

Water pressure in the shower 🚿 was poor. Crack underneath the entrance door. No table or chair in room to sit and eat. Pillows were not comfortable. Flat and worn. I would suggest to bring your own.
