I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express when visiting Eastern WA University events. It’s very close and convenient to the school. I have always had a good experience and the staff is nice and always has been helpful. The rooms have always been clean. The dining area for the breakfast is spacious and inviting. One of my favorite amenities is around the clock coffee. I recommend this hotel.

Great stay, pool and hot tub were good and the breakfast was hot and ready. Stayed there to watch a graduation and it worked out great.

The room was great. The parking was secure. The staff was very helpful. The continental breakfast was outstanding. Excellent place to stay. We will definitely consider it again in the future.

We always stay here when visiting family in Cheney. Full delicious breakfast, clean room, nice bedding, close to shopping and easy to get in and out driving. Great staff.

Great place to stay... Location is super convenient to anything you might need... Hotel is newer, well kept, nice and clean... Great free breakfast... Pool and hot tub are nice enough... Our room was big and comfortable, two beds and a pull out sofa, two TVs... Overall very satisfied, would stay again and recommend to others...

Room was clean, though they do not do daily service of the room like make beds. All supplies like soap and toilet were restocked. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the best. Parking excellent and safe, very nice Safeway, Froyo, Subway across the street and gym very clean. Morning breakfast which is include was well attended to and delicious, though I wish they also served bacon in addition to breakfast sausages.

The room was great but I had a hard time getting warm (i'm old and cold all the time). The most outstanding point was the morning breakfast staff. They were wonderful.

Piping hot coffee from an excellent machine using fresh coffee beans. Breakfast also good with fresh cinnamon rolls.

Excellent breakfast, staff was friendly, pool needs some work but looked clean, short staffed so rooms were not cleaned for my 4 night stay. Should have given a discount, after all I paid for it.

Checked in on Thursday, room didn’t get cleaned until Monday. Recieved text message stating they were short staffed and the room would only be cleaned if requested. Went to desk and requested cleaning. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and finally it was cleaned.

Room etc were great. However, went down to breakfast, well before service ended, and they were out of nearly everything! Guess they didn’t take into account the appetites of all the newly arrived college students! 😆 We waited for more to be put out but it arrived as one sausage here, one thing there. So we left and went to eat elsewhere. All in all, our stay was fine.

Good location with walking distance to grocery and fast food. On busy intersection, yet quiet. With permission, they allowed me park my car safely for a week.

Shower water pressure was lacking. We understand the need for water conservation, but this left a lot to be desired. That being our only complaint, we wouldn't bring it up .... but you asked.

Our tv in the room was not working, we had to ask the front desk twice and it still never got fixed. There was no room service at all to our room. Very disappointed! Came in for our nephews collage graduation. We have stayed several times before and have never received such poor service.

Nice property. Would recommend. Refrigerator didn’t cool enough and food spoiled, but we only stayed 2 nights and reported it when we left.

Daughter had a double for little league and we treated her to a hotel and pool she loved it . Room was huge nice and clean only thing I can complain about is the Kleenex box was not replaced it only had two shoved in it .

Super clean! Everything looked freshly updated or new. Staff was friendly and ON IT! My only complaint is that I ordered 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds. I'm not a complainer and thought it was fine until about 3 am when I told my wife it wasn't working out and she needed to leave. She said "maybe YOU need to leave!" I gave her a kiss and told her I loved her, rolled over and fell asleep. Good place to stay, just don't take a cab ride to the airport with a taxi driver named Saleem.. rip off. $90?

I hated that we were forced out of the spa by unsupervised children. We couldn't sleep for kids running and bouncing basketballs up and down the halls and stairwells. I sent an email to the manager and got zero reply whatsoever. They obviously don't value their returning clientele.

The hotel staff is excellent. All were friendly and helpful. Our room was in excellent shape and we enjoyed the well designed decor, including the nightlight built into the bottom of the bathroom Led mirror and the comfy bed. The pool and hot tub were adequately heated and the gym was small but well appointed. The complimentary Breakfast was good and the older Woman who managed it was really sweet. You could tell she took pride in the area.The only negative was the heater in the room, which was loud. At least it wasn’t as noisy as the train which whistled by at 9am, but we were already awake. We asked to be on the opposite end of the complex but it’s not hard to miss. All trains entering a populated area are required to blow their horns.

We stayed here while moving our son into Eastern Washington. It was conveniently close to campus, the breakfast was good, the pool & hot tub were clean & functioning, and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Cheney!

We visited Cheney for a college tour. Although the town is very small, we found the hotel to be conveniently located and nice. The breakfast was great, and the little town was charming. However, we will not be choosing Eastern Washington University.
