    Convenient location to shopping amd restaurants. Love the pool area and rooms with balconies overlooking. There's a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Karaoke night once while we were there. Breakfast had everything you needed to start your day. Check in was quick and efficient. We would stay here again, loved it.

    Did not change room sheets after requesting it for two day , staff was horrible at listening, room temperature is set at 72, we should’ve been able to control temperature, room was hot and muggy, people fighting upstairs, dogs barking next door first 4 nights it was miserable! We were supposed to be on vacation and relax

    We enjoyed our stay. The check-in was very efficient. 5th in line and took under 5 min. to get served. Room was clean and modern, food was great, staff was exceptional. We would definitely stay again when we're in Buffalo.

    Stayed here for the weekend when I was in town for a wedding. Firstly, the deposit was $250 which was a surprise I was expecting 75-150 at most. The hotel is very dated, needs ALLOT of maintenance for example the AC even if it was running it just felt nonexistent. Bedroom just as a whole looked unclean, carpets are stained and old, room walls are dirty, cracked paint, bathtub was peeling and just felt nasty to shower in, bathroom sink was leaking around faucets, the door itself to the room looked as if it had been broken into at one point. The pool area looked decent but just after seeing what I did in room I did not want to chance it. The breakfast was not too bad so that was nice. Also, I noticed quite a bit of teens just out and about in the parking lot smoking weed and being very loud which had me a bit concerned for my vehicle. I think this place has the bones to be allot better if some major updates and maintenance come. But I will not be staying at this hotel anymore. I would also at least like to say the staff was decent so that at least made the stay better but it's just not enough to want to return.

    There was a lot of noise from other guests and it was expensive for a basic stay. The pool area must be the biggest draw but we had no need to use those facilities. Room was clean and comfortable but bathroom tub needs some attention as it was chipping and the caulking was showing signs of mould.

    I really enjoyed having a room that walked right out to the gated pool area. The gym was good. I was disappointed that the garbage cans did not have liners and that they provided travel-size shampoo and not squeezables in the shower. The staff did not give us any information about the internet connection, the pool, or breakfast hours. We had to ask for sheets for the pull-out bed and more towels. The breakfast area was clean and stocked well. I do wish they had a waffle maker, but they did have juice, cereal, eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, and hashbrowns.

    I can truthfully state in the twenty years I have stayed at the M, I have never had a negative experience with rooms, food, staff, or amenities. As long as this twenty year experience continues in the same vein, they cannot be surpassed on any level including price of stay~

    We had a courtyard room and it was very hot and humid and the smell of the chlorinated pool was in the room. The air conditioning didn’t work well, and the vent was rusty and noisy. The ice machine was out of service. The hotel’s website was not current with a lot of misleading information.

    Hotel was outdated. Kids were in the fountains swimming and in the pool with no adult supervision and the pool was overcrowded. We had to bribe our grandkids out of the pool because we were afraid they were going to get hurt. The reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. The rooms and hotel set up are great just need to be updated.

    The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was outdated and the sink area was covered with faux wood that was peeling. Although, I didn't get to experience the pool, I had a beautiful view from the room and the dining area. The breakfast was good and included: bacon, eggs, toast, bagels, potatoes, juice, coffee, yogurt. The staff was also pleasant. Overall, it's a solid hotel if you don't mind if it's a bit dated.

    I liked the size of the room, amenities and the free breakfast. I also liked that it's close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I did not like the dated bathroom. The breakfast should have included peanut butter, a waffle maker, the coffee was not good. The parking lot had a lot of potholes - it needs to be resurfaced.

    It has been my go to place for a couple years now as I live in Pennsylvania, but travel outside the country so I have to go up to Buffalo to catch a flight to get there. I enjoy Danielle‘s sense of humor and company at the bar when I stay there. I also noticed some new evening staff as it’s been two months since I was there last that also seemed very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very good also. This was the first time I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms was quite nice. Thank you, kurt ramsey

    The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself it's sometimes cold as well overall we will stay again it's not a bad hotel and the weekday prices are good too

    Location, with people soliciting money when going off the hotel property. Once at chick fli-a and gas station across street. Coffee was never filled, when asked I was told they were really busy and it would be a little bit. This is morning coffee when breakfast was happening. Room next to us with kids loud and hitting walls until 12am. Parking is located on side of building, uncomfortable walking to hotel at dark.

    The sound of water in the courtyard makes it very peaceful with all the plants and trees surrounding. Kids in the pool playing and having fun made it seem like a beach vacation. The staff greats you warmly and the restaurant on site has a decent menu for quick food and drinks. Nice place to stay and the location is very convenient.

    Breakfast was limited; my room had to be changed because there were damages done to the room, the front desk staff gave a family keys to my room, and I had to walk to the door to see why someone was trying to come in on me and my child. They did not apologize just reset my keys for the room. This hotel is very big but is in need of a major update fast.

    Room we booked was unavailable. Made the hotel decision based upon King rooms. Receied a double queen instead. No apologies or amendments. Tub was chipping horribly. Musty smell. Wallpaper chipping and peeling. Plastic alarms and devices looked old and tired. Shower took forever to heat. No sound proofing. And very loud service maintenance and drilling happening early in the morning without notice from staff upon checkin.

    Room was not ready an hour after the check-in time. Desk was nice and upgrading our room, the new room had no AC. When front desk was contacted, someone came at 8am, touched some buttons and left without communicating anything to us or fixing anything. Then, toilet wouldn't flush. We let them know around noon, they contacted us at 11:30pm if we wanted to move rooms. Parking was easy and always available and breakfast was good and runs pretty late.

    Check-in was at 400 pm. I arrived at 420 pm. Room wasn't ready. Had to wait. Staff was very sympathetic, especially when I told him i would settle for even a smaller room. He was pleased and offered to drop down, without prompting, my in incidentals charge from $250 to $100. Then my original-type room became available around 435 pm, but he kept the lower incidental charge.

    The biggest issue was the fight that broke out at 1 am on our hall among guests. It sounded like 10+ people in the hallway. Lots of shouting and vulgar language. There were security guards downstairs, but they did not seem to be doing anything about the fight on the second floor. One person called the front desk and was told the police had been called. No one apologized for the disturbance. I would not stay here again.

    The room lead right out to the courtyard and the courtyard was really nice. The breakfast was good as well. The pool was cold and the arcade didn’t have much. We were told the night before we left we could do a late check out that there was a courtesy 12pm and could possibly do later but had to come back in the morning. When we came back in the morning the girl said there was no late check out at all. This was a weekday where the hotel wasn’t full as well.

    Overall the stay was good, however i had reserved a suite, and upon check-in learned that they had apparently been over sold. I was given a standard room with two queen beds, but i guess i thought there might be some price adjustment/compensation. The 3 stars for property condition relates to an area of the hallway which had restaurant style bus tubs covering areas of the floor to catch water leaking from the ceiling

    They changed our room without telling us, explaining that we were upgraded after I went all the way back to the front desk. I don’t know how going from one King bed to two twin beds was supposed to be an upgrade. We ended up near to some sort of maintenance room that poured moist air into our room through the night.

Staff were not helpful at all. we tried to register early but were told they couldn't register us until 4 when we went back at 345 there were no rooms like I had booked so they put us in a small room and the ice machine on the 1st floor was broken and we had to go up to the 2nd floor to use a microwave. I definetely got a lot of walking in. The pool was a nice area even though there was no towels the first time we went so we used the towels from our room which when I asked for new ones they never came.

    Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area. Continental breakfast was well-stocked and clean. Enjoyed live music in the Twigs lounge. Our only complaint was the shower/tub. While it was well-cleaned, it was quite old with the tile needing replaced, and the shower floor chipped off in places from what looked like a shower nat that had been previously glued down , which wasn't the greatest to stand on. Overall, a good experience!

    Everything seemed very run down. Our room had a huge crack in the wall and was peeling. The shower had dirty stained pieces on the bottom of the tub. A $200 security deposit was rather large for a 1 night stay at a hotel. Will be checking to make sure the whole deposit is returned.

    Staff at the desk (besides 2 ladies) are completely incompetent. This is not rocket science - check guests into rooms, ideally the room they paid for. Over 5 months, there were at least 4 instances where the room I booked in advance & paid for up front was not available. You would think they would give me similar accomodations. For ex, if Jacuzzi king suite I booked was not available, at least a king bed with a couch. Nope, put in a tiny disability accessible room where the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom; I doubt a person in a wheelchair would have been able to fit around the bed. Adjoining rooms have ZERO sound insulation. It's like sharing a room with a complete stranger; you can hear them & they can hear you - every word. I requested a non adjoining room every time & can't even count the number of times I was put in one, only to have to lug everything back downstairs and request a change. 75% of hotel is "under renovation", only dark rooms around the pool - loud w/shrieking children - available. Buckets collecting water leaking from ceiling in hall. Wouldn't be surprised if housekeeping is paid under minimum wage off the books - not a single one speaks English. This place went from a slightly outdated good deal to a mess. Fine for 1 or 2 nights but don't expect much.

    The property was very dated and the rooms were not very clean. Also, upon arrival the staff was very unpleasant to work with and we arrived early with a noted early arrival check in time and they would not accomodate this and would not let us into our room until 4pm, which made us late to our reservations for a show at Sheas theater. They also placed a rather large hold on my credit card for incidentals that took almost a week to be returned to my card. We will not be staying here again in the future.

    Now that that is out of the way. When walking into the room I was surprised that the room was dark and not in a lights are off way. I had the lights on, in a modern era a little more light would be a nice to have but the darkness of the room hid some of the wear and tear of the outdated room. Outlets that were too loose or bedside outlets that did not work entirely due to the power strip behind the bed not holding the plug in entirely to work. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and Its been under renovations or at least appeared to be both times but in side looks like nothing has changed. I am debating If I keep the reservation I have booked for later in the year at the M Hotel Buffalo... Pros: Location: is central to most and the mall next door while looking run down from the outside is very much alive and active. Pool: While I was right next door to the pool I did not get to enjoy it due to all the other traffic and Loud Hockey group.... Cons: Loud Hockey Group. Room Darkness, some lights were not even working and were broken. Outlets are not stable (bring a power strip and find a hidden outlet to charge your stuff). If it wasn't for the price I'd take my business elsewhere but you certainly get what you pay for which isnt alot. (in my opinion)

    Check is at a late 4pm. Arrived at 4, told jacuzzi suite has no water and offered upgrade to balcony room (Buffalo in February next to the Thruway) no thanks. Then turns out it just had not been cleaned yet, can you wait 15 min ok sure. An hour later I have to insist is my room ready? Rooms ok and clean but to warm even with climate control off. Turn to AC, its off for the winter. Nice property too bad too much not up to par.

    In addition to boiling for my entire trip, the bathroom was disgusting. The sink was so cracked I’m not quite sure how it still held water. The lights were flickering. Paint was falling off the walls. And the shower? Well, we chose not to shower during our stay, that’s how disgusting it was. 0/5 stars, do not recommend and will not be returning.

    Some cons were- bathtub had a lot of cracks/peeling which gave my kids the ick. Our door to courtyard was finicky but we managed to get around it. Also the doors to the hallway could use more soundproofing as we could hear everything and everyones conversation in the hall.. it was a bit of a rowdy weekend with a hockey tournament group staying. But overall we had an absolute blast and looking forward to returning!

    Rooms were horrible. Air did not work so was very hot in room. Bottom of tub and sink coatings were chipping off. Shower curtain rod was barely attached to the walls and hanging Neighbors extremely loud all night. Overall I would not recommend a comfortable stay.

    Our family stayed there and we were very satisfied. The building is older, but they still care and are trying hard. The rooms and halls were clean. The walls were freshly painted. There was lots of staff. The location is perfect - practically in the parking lot of the Walden Galleria. Kids could walk there by themselves if they wanted to. There were a lot of people enjoying the pool and the atrium area. The atrium area is like going into a time-warp - in a good way. It's old, but it's well maintained and clean. The beds and pillows were as comfortable and confidence-inspiring as they would have been had we stayed at a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express (where we otherwise might have stayed). The wifi worked fine. The breakfast was what one would expect. Eggs, homefries, toast, bagels, danish, muffins, sausage, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, tea. No waffle iron, but didn't miss it. Next time back in Buffalo and if we want an excellent value we'll definitely go back to M.

However a group of kids from a wrestling tournament and a group of kids from a hockey tournament were running all over the 1st floor being obnoxious. The hotel only had 1 security person on site at the time and she was trying her best. We almost packed up and went to another hotel. I know this isnt on the hotel but the person in charge of the kids.

    The heat/ac must have been broken. I set the room at 60 degrees F because it was so warm in there but I left it as is while I went out, thinking maybe it just needed some time. When I came back it was still incredibly warm in the room so much so that I was sweating just from sitting down. I shouldn’t have to buy a desk fan just to be comfortable for my stay. Other than that the room was alright as it was.

    It could have been worse - but it could have definitely been better - we went for the pool for the kids- the pool was nice to look at but up close it was cloudy and had chunks of debris floating in it. The room was outdated and dirty, copious amounts of cords piled in the corner. Mildew in the shower, the bathroom vanity was peeling, we had to call for maintenance twice - once the heater wasn't working and then the shower was stuck on and the phone didn't work - maintenance gets a A+ they were prompt and pleasant and took care of the problem. Breakfast was disappointing even in the scope of quick grab and go - we passed on what was available. Overall disappointed in the visit.

    When we checked in there were none of the rooms that we had booked available - instead of getting the courtyard room with 2 queens that we booked we were offered a ground level room facing the parking lot with two double beds and told that was our only option. The carpet was filthy, and the room smelled like puke. All we were offered was a 25% discount on the room rate. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

    Was good for the kids to use the pool.and being close to the mall was a plus. We stayed in the Atrium room first floor and it was clean but outdated like from the 70's and the tub was chipped and the doors wouldn't close properly .     The shower and sink were slow to drain water so taking a shower was like standing in dirty water. The power also went out and stayed out for several hours. Parking was a nightmare as the hotel was full. People even parked in the handicap spaces without a handicap tag. I was unable to get a receipt because the computer system was down.

    Enjoyed our stay the rooms were clean a little run down. But my overall stay was excellent. I wish they had a bit more variety for breakfast maybe throw in pancakes and parking was limited.     My ten year old son and I stopped in Buffalo for a night. He LOVED the pool. Our room opened up to it. He said it was one of his favorite hotels... That being said, it was clear the hotel hasn't been thoroughly cleaned or maintained in fifteen or twenty years. It was run down, dirty, and falling apart. The guest facing staff was incredibly kind and helpful- no knock on them, they're polishing a turd the best they can. Breakfast was standard hotel fair. Great location. One of those "we got what we paid for."

    The staff at the bar and lounge inside the hotel were fantastic. Friendly and engaging and the food was good. The hotel part on the other hand, the staff were unfriendly and not at all helpful. The room seemed dirty with paint chipping in the tub and bathroom. The shower was broken and the bathroom sink was leaking. The room was an absolute sauna even after turning down the heat all the way to 60. The fan was not working to cool the room. Ceiling tiles were missing in the hallways and leaking into buckets on the floor.

    This visit was a confrontation visit i was staying in a courtyard room .with access to the courtyard. I went out my room to the courtyard where there was a event taking place ,i went to the bar where i was confronted with a RACIST STAFF MEMBER who berated me for being in the courtyard. She was loud and demanding that i leave the event IMMEDIATELY without explaining anything to me. I was admonished and belittled in front of 60 people in the bar .this particular bar staff member was on disabilty but working full-time hours.she was rude and very nasty and works the twigs bar on some occasions. I love this hotel but i have been a guest 5 times and this was the worst hotel interaction of 2025

    This was our second time staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed it back in May, but this stay was not nearly as enjoyable. It started at check-in, where I was essentially ignored. The gentleman said as few words as possible. It was weird. On our long walk to our room, there were about ten stains on the carpet and a part of the ceiling that had fallen and had water leaking all over the floor. In our room, the fire alarm was hanging off of the wall, a couple of lights didn't work, the remote barely worked, under the sink in the bathroom was completely falling off and it was insanely hot in our room and no way to actually turn the heat down or off. We tried countless times! There were two phones in the room, but neither one worked. Our main reason for staying was the pool and unfortunately, it was not heated as stated and the area that the pool is in was very chilly, cold even. Breakfast on the first day was terrible. Dry. On the second day, though, everything was delicious. Even with all the negatives, we managed to enjoy ourselves.

I called the hotel the day before my arrival to see if I could get early check in/ set up shuttle service. i was told to call back when we land, once I got to the hotel I asked if I could get early check in, I was told that they couldn’t find my reservation, Then was told that early check in wasn’t till 2 pm. No where does it say that early check in starts at 2 pm, nor was I told before my arrival. was charged a 250 deposit which is not noted anywhere. Our room The Air conditioning does not work, blows hot air. No way to shut it off. We were told that maintenance would come look at it, at midnight. We said no wait till Am. Air never fixed. Went to front desk at 8pm told them about air, We were moved to another room, same issue in that room. Only blows hot air, will not shut off. went down a 2nd time to tell them about air. was told that I was going to be upgraded to a deluxe king room and was going to be charged 66.00 for my remaining 2 nights. Got new room, I was downgraded from my previous rooms and still charged same price. Only offered 25% off of stay and still charged 25 fee for early Check in. Staff is horrible except for a few people willing to help.

    The toilet seat was broken, the alarm clock and phone did not work (there were so many cords knotted up, I couldn't tell if they just weren't plugged in, but this should have been noticed and ready for guests), an outlet with a light did not work which reduced our lighting in the room (I tried to plug in my laptop and outlet didn't work), desk was not wiped (sticky substance on it), bathroom wall needed a good wiping, the room smelled of smoke (we reported it as its a non-smoking facility and didn't want to be charged/blamed), but also the smoke detector was hanging from wall (assuming previous guest disconnected it to smoke, but again, this should have been noticed by cleaning staff before another guest arrived). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lobby and pool area/courtyard are beautiful. Halls/flooring in halls renovated/modern. Free hot buffet breakfast was a bonus and was pretty good. The rating is directly related to the condition of the room.

    Arranging the airport shuttle on arrival was awful. Not knowing how it worked I messaged the hotel twice before leaving to find out how out it worked, to have no response to either. On arrival at the airport, I rang the hotel, only to be put on hold by reception for 20 minutes. They completely forgot they'd put me on hold. I had to hang up and ring again. Not impressive at all.

    Blood on the blankets shower didn't drain I almost fell and busted my face. They all lie like crazy tell you 1 thing and do another. Dirt all over. Was not told about the DEPOSIT ON TOP OF MY ROOM BEING 150$ SO THE TOTAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN 400$ BUT THE MANAGER LOWERED IT. MY boy friend stayed up all night making sure there was no bugs his 1st night in a hotel our 1st weekend alone and he has to panic about bugs because ofthe blanket was bloody so he worried the night supervisor said he would get us a free night or 1/2 off another night never happened BOYFRIEND STAYED UP ALL NIGHT

    The room was very old and while the courtyard was cool - the rest of the hotel felt rundown. The carpet seemed clean but was stained and ripped. The mattress cover on one of the beds was sooooo old and needed replacing. The toilet seat didn’t open all the way without hitting the back of the counter… which was really weird.

    the room we picked was so nice! had a big jacuzzi and a door accessing the pool directly. I always wipe down the hotel room with some lysol wipes (the surfaces, bathroom and door handles) and my wipes did come back a little dirty. the breakfast was not bad, they did offer sausage, hashbrowns, eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, mini blueberry muffins, apples, oranges, a juice and coffee bar BUT everything was cold and the toaster wouldn’t work. the service was good and the hotel was safe and quiet which was our biggest concern.

    Airport shuttle not running on 11/14. Arrived at airport at 430, hotel not answering phones. Stuck at airport in cold weather. Bar had good atmosphere but, not enough help. Took up to an hour to get just an order of 10 wings. Rooms were clean. Overall an OK experience but will not stay here again.

    Had the worst experience as I’ve been to several hotels at this point. First of all, I would like to thank the security manager and one of his security officers for going above and beyond and helping us as well as the maintenance guy other than that everything else was horrible. The check-in process was fast, but was ran by kids who didn’t know left and right as we got locked out of our room and could not get assistance until an adult had to do it. Then we asked for fresh linen for these kids to say, sorry we are out. The delivery guy for the linens had to go and get me some as he heard me and was complaining about the short staff in our hotel stating they have no housekeeping most of the day. The lack of housekeeping is very noticeable with dirty hallways from top to bottom, stains all over the carpets, including inside the rooms. Most of these stains were even sticky. I was scared to sleep in the bed afraid of something biting me. The bathrooms were falling apart with the sink, cracking and dirty corners in the showers, which I hope wasn’t mold. Finally saw housekeeping in the morning who are so rude. They couldn’t even say good morning. I feel bad for the maintenance guy and the security staff who I think deserve to work at a better hotel. I was so glad to wake up early morning to just run out of there. My wife even hurt other guess wanting to leave and heading to different hotel. Glad I stayed one night, by the way, I was too scared to try the breakfast.

    Some wear and tear on the hotel. Tub paint was peeling. Breakfast was Ok; but not special. I wouldn’t say this hotel is anything but average at best. They wanted a $250 “security deposit” at check-in; which is ridiculous but maybe an indication that their normal clientele has some issues. Pot smell in the entrances was pretty bad. For the price, I’ll stay elsewhere next time. This hotel could be so much better, and the location is great.

    The shower in my room had no fan, which made showering uncomfortable. There was also a 250 dollar room incidental fee that I was unaware of prior to making my reservation. While the hotel gave the appearance of being “luxurious” it lacked the quality of very basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc). The hotel staff were very kind but overall I won’t be staying here in the future.

    My stay was really unacceptable. When I checked in, the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly — there was food on the floor, sauce on the walls, and hair in the bathroom from the previous guest. We also didn’t have a TV remote, and housekeeping was blasting music at 8 a.m. I have pictures of everything. I don’t think I should be charged full price for this stay, and I’d like a refund or partial refund for the inconvenience.

    The second room we got put in had a leaking sink handle. The tub didn’t drain correctly and one of the lights was falling out of the ceiling. Also one of our towels was dirty! The hotel its self looks nice however it could definitely be cleaned better and a lot of repairs are needed. At check out the front desk attendant was very nice but when asked for help he was ignored! The staff just didn’t seem to be very helpful. Definitely won’t be coming back.

    This was a surprisingly enjoying stay. The room was older with some wear and tear, but really unique. Loved the quaint brick walls and the different levels to the room. I also liked the door access to the swimming pool area. The breakfast was great too. The part I really liked the most was the unique inside swimming pool witha large indoor garden area, it even had a bar! Also, I forgot to mention that you ar located near a ton of stuff (Stores, restaurants, etc). We only stayed one night but wish I had more time and my whole family with us. Overall great quick trip. If we go back we will def stay there.

    We stayed when there was a convention and it was really loud in the hallways with kids screaming and adults screaming at each other. I have been going to this hotel for over 30 years and it has aged a lot and there has not been much done to update the rooms. The washroom was very old looking and rusty. The cleaning staff were not very helpful. There are no safes in the rooms.

We arrived at 11:30 area and were not able to check in and told to come back around 12-1 totally understandable! We came back around 12-12:30 and were told check in was now not until 4. It was a little frustrating. Thankful we were allowed to park, but had valuables in our vehicle as we were coming from out of the country.

    The foyer was nice and the front desk was very friendly, happy, and it was easy to check in. I went straight to my room to drop luggage. If the bathroom in my house looked like the hotel's, I would be embarrassed to have guests. The tiles in the shower were nasty and black. The drains in the sink and tub were peeling. It was hot and stuffy in the room and I couldn't get the thermostat to lower or stop even though it was set at 60°. In the morning, I pulled back the curtains and it was cooler and I saw what looked like an emergency window and two living mosquitoes. There was no view because it was a rooftop and the top of what looked like a greenhouse outside the window. That did not bother me so if it's important to you, ask for a good view. The pool area looked beautiful but was a bit chilly. There is a small community microwave but it's in the laundry room.didn't try the bar or the free meal in the morning. It's under renovations on the 8th floor so hopefully the rooms are nicer quickly!

    They take care of the entrance to make it look great! I had two different rooms and they both smelled bad. Both outdated and bathroom has discoloration in the tubs. The police showed up each night (Friday & Saturday). The security was looking for a particular vehicle the one night. There is a bar attached doing karaoke inside the hotel. The first night there was a party and nowhere to park.

    We had a room next to the outside and elevator banks. For hours there was a loud party going on with doors slamming and loud sounds. We had an early flight and didn't get enough sleep. Had to call front desk twice to question the noise. Never resolved. We were able to get a nice shuttle driver from the hotel to the airport early.

    I will never again book with this hotel. They did not disclose important information in regards to their new “High Risk security deposit paid only by credit card. They would not accept cash. They expected to collect a $250 high risk security deposit. The room itself was only $88 a night. When I called originally, a staff member told me that the deposit was $100. But after getting to the property, I was told the deposit is $250 for individuals and $100 for “groups.” So unfortunately I was declined the right to stay in the hotel. I was left stranded. It took over an hour to wait for a shuttle from the airport. I had to call the hotel myself and beg for a courtesy shuttle. So overall, this place is not up front with information and they cost me money for a night. I was not able to book another room elsewhere, because I did not have extra funding to do so. And I was declined any refund for the inconvenience. I paid for the room, showed up an hour later and was declined my room based on the fact that I was given incorrect information. I was told to call the third party I booked through and request a refund. However I was not given one. So I just want everyone to be aware, that this place is not informative and they do nothing to assist their customers to fix any mistakes or issues that we encounter. No compassion was shown. I was treated very poorly by staff member. I was spoken down on and treated with an attitude for no reason at all. The hotel didn’t care I was upset.

    The elevator buttons some time did not work and you would not know it until it goes in the other direction. No signs telling you were the ice machines are located. Slow draining sinks and tubs/showers. Poor water pressure at the sinks and the mini fridge did not work at all. I was very very disappointed in the condition.

    Adding breakfast to your stay doesn’t seem worth it. The eggs tasted frozen, the breakfast potatoes were cold and also had a freezer taste. The coffee was absolutely mediocre and unpleasant. Only one of the two elevators went up to our floor on the 7th, and that one only worked properly about half the time — which made getting to the room unnecessarily complicated. The staff was neither polite nor professional. On the phone, they often sighed, making us feel like we were a bother. Several times, they even hung up before we could finish asking our questions. Parking is large and convenient, but there are no cameras or on-site security, which makes it feel a bit unsafe.

    The hotel is beautiful and right next to a large mall and lots of restaurants. I stayed in a 2nd floor courtyard room that was very spacious and had a nice sized refrigerator and freezer. It also had a microwave which is rare these days. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the courtyard from my balcony was beautiful. I sat out there in the morning and drank my coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

    The person at the front desk was not respectful or professional. When we first got there he said there was no rooms available when I already had booked. I had to speak to a manager and the manager was also rude. The housekeeping unfortunately didn't do a great job either when I went to lay down it looked like the sheets were not fresh My hair was still there so it looks like they just made the bed but not change the sheets. This property was noisiest place ever there were kids playing ding dong ditch at 12:00 a.m. the first night We had to go to the front and complain. There was kids running through the hallways most of the night I would never stay here again

    I was told that it had new owners and that it has been this way for over a year. The room was not cleaned to any standard. The beds were new but too soft (cheap mattresses). The furniture was outdated and worn. The bedside electric outlets did not work. The bathroom was a disgrace! Peeling paint on the tub floor and pubic hair on the wall. The buffet breakfast was cold, the toaster burnt your toast, the fruit rotted and the staff nasty. If you are a tea drinker, your tea will taste like coffee. This was the worst place I have ever stayed - I should have been refunded my money! I spoke to one of the managers about the breakfast and his response was the warming dishes were not working. I went to the front desk once we saw our room and was told that that is the only room available. They sent a person from housekeeping to clean it up and they used the same rag for the bathroom on the desk. Since I booked with a third party I was charged whether I stayed there or not. This place should be condemned!!

    Generally, the places were well-maintained. We were informed that work was being done on the floor above for renovations, which was perfectly acceptable. The contractor was very polite and quiet.     Didn’t understand why it was so affordable when booking. Upon arrival staff were helpful. Bag check they tagged them but didn’t check numbers when retrieving the bags.     The room we were given was used by someone else, the beds were slept in. The door to the courtyard was open when we everted the room. The doors to the room wouldn’t open and had to get the maintenance person who was luckily waking by to open the door for us.

    The concept of the hotel was nice with balconies looking out over an indoor pool. Unfortunately the state of the rooms was poor, and we had mold and rust in our bathroom with part of the covering over the sink falling apart, as well as pieces of the bottom of the door chipped away. We asked for a new room, which had less mold in the bathroom but it was still there, and part of the wall in the bedroom was coming off. We ended up going elsewhere.

    I wish they would have announced before purchasing my stay they are remodeling. Veey early noise, very durty restroom, and bed. Continental breakfast the same everyday. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bread and beagles but it was good. I loved how they had coffee, hot water, tea and cold water available 247 and shuttle ride. $40 uber ride to the stadium and niagra falls. $250 deposit is nuts. Plumming issue. Bed was comfy so I thoigh until moving sides midnight and body ached. I dont know about staying here again maybe after renovations.... best to call to check status on that before.

    My experience on first day The AC was not strong enough to keep the room cool we are very warm all night called them to a fan and none were available. The bathroom causing the bathroom to be wet. I called down the leaking stopped from above. I asked for the bathroom to be clean due to water not knowing where it came from barely wiped it down towel still smelt funny couldn’t Have a shower before leaving. No compensation or apologies were offered Second day to be near an hour to check in as a person doing the check-in didn’t have experience with Expedia AC again in the room was not good even though requesting a room to make sure did not open until 2 PM that day just not what it was other days it was very inconvenient Again, long check in process with complaint no compensation or apologies offered.

    The property wasn’t too bad. The pool was very nice. But the room was lacking. It was a little outdated and seemed a little gross. Someone had thrown up behind our headboard of our bed and it hadn’t been cleaned either so that was also gross. The tub as well was just outdated and the lining inside was coming off. It’s a good place to stay in a pinch.

    I stayed 1 night. The motel is older, but being remodeled. My room was clean. The bathroom is dated but it was clean, nice linens. The motel is close to the mall, has airport shuttle. It has a lounge/restaurant the bartender was very friendly. The cheese burger was delicious. The price is very fair. They do take a 200 dollar deposit. I would stay again. Room to accommodate large vehicles big plus to me.

    We went on this stay not planning on being in a hotel room except for sleep. The location was key for my pick of being centrally located to the attractions we wanted to get to.     I could have got a whole house rental for cheaper, but choose to do this for a friend for their birthday and still did it because of the area of things to do. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and nice. But it isn’t desk staff or bartenders jobs to fix the hotel. Have a family-friendly, pool, pet friendly.     I cannot believe that Hotels.com would allow this hotel on its list. Ive been to a lot of countries & hotels & this was the worst. No luggage assistance. No room service eventhough it was advertised. Photos on the site suggest much more that u get. Commutation between phone lines was Out of Order. U get a room & a bed otherwise DIY. A sign at the front suggested that the Hotel was under Renovations. No evidence at all of this to excuse the run down place & lack of facitities shown on the Website. Hotels.com should not have this business on their books. I was shocked & disappointed with what i found. And the careless disregard of staff at the premises.
