Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo Airport

The stay was fantastic overall the only thing that could’ve made it better was knowing how to use my AARP to get more of a discount.

Large spacious room. Amenities on the premises really sealed the deal though. Large pool and hot tub (though very chlorinated and kinda hurt the eyes) ping pong table, gym and basketball court were a fun addition. Food was plentiful and abundant variety.

The motel and room was very clean. I would stay there again.

The shower was a bit dirty. My wife is a professional cleaner and cleaned it up.

This hotel is beautiful and updated. The room itself was clean but there was hair in the shower. The biggest downside was the pool/hot tub, the pool was DISGUSTING it was completely cloudy you couldnt see into it, there was bush debri and twigs from outside in it and HAIR clumps of hair floating in the water. It was very busy the weekend we stayed so on top of that the pool & hot tub was swarmed with kids that werent always being supervised and if they were they were just ya know being kids but when theres no moving around space in the pool and your just getting splashed constantly kinda a bummer. But the breakfast was DELICIOUS the employees were so welcoming and lovely which is why I had a hard time rating it the way I did but unfortunately I book hotels for the ratings and the pool.

I usually love this facility and other Homewood suites mainly because of room style selection. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t what I’m used to. We had quit a bit of ants in our room. I called the front desk several times and they sent someone from housekeeping up with a spray and cloth and they kept coming back. One of my children is very much afraid of any bug. The children didn’t sleep in the room I paid to make sure they had due to the bugs it was so late by the time we got back in the room even though they did not have my room type available it was so late to switch rooms with children. I included pictures but I realized how hard they are to see Ants were taking over our room. Another room would have been nice

Great hotel. Clean, well maintained, and the staff was very friendly and nice. A pleasant surprise because I wasn't expecting anything special, but it was a particularly nice stay since I typically stay in Airbnbs.

Wonderful stay. Very com beds and pillows. Responsive staff. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet. Pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful for the kids.

Hotel was great. Security officer working at this location was terrible. Aggressively approached a group of adults in the pool area and started yelling about how there are no beverages allowed in the pool area. We were all confused because we didn’t see a sign anywhere. We were compliant and understanding, agreed to dispose of drinks. Security officer continued to be unnecessarily aggressive about it.

I got in late in the evening and went to the room and to bed. Woke up later due to smoke smell in the room which was a smoke frr room. I complained the next morning and the person said they had several party groups there over the weekend and obviously didn't get the room cleaned.

The staff was amazing, really going out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. Friendly courteous. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was like a little apartment. It was awesome. The pool was in a glass room, which in the evening we watched the sunset while we were in the pool. Definitely will be back.

The facility was amazing. It’s very clean and the staff is extremely friendly helpful, and make you feel right at home at your home away from home. I definitely would be coming back again over and over. I wish there was more handicap parking if I had to point on something I didn’t like and that’s really not anything to be honest. It just depends on how full the hotel is.

The room was very nice and the remodeling is beautiful I booked this a few months ahead of time for my daughter my birthday because of the pool. When we arrived the pool was down for maintenance and I already had all her family coming over to celebrate. They said we could go to another hotel in the area to use the pool so I dealt with it. When we went to the other hotel pool we couldn't stay more than a half hour because there was way to many people screaming it caused us to get a headace. Nobody called to notify me that the pool was unusable so I could try and find different accommodations. This is the second time this has happened to us now because we have also booked a room in the past just to take our kids swimming and get away for the night. It ruined my daughters birthday and I deserve some sort of discount in the future at least.

This hotel provides exceptional cleanliness, service, and amenities at a great value. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast staff provides one of the best complimentary breakfast set-ups that we have experienced. The staff was friendly, personable, and accommodating. This is our hotel of choice when visiting the Williamsville, NY area.

Was really busy and think they got used quicker than they could replenish as a guest was having a pool party!

Pet friendly, lots of space, breakfast was a good variety Housekeeping was not as expected. Beds were poorly made, counters were not wiped, coffee was not restocked.

I loved everything about Homewood Suites by Hilton. The recent renovations made the place superb, in my opinion, as I stayed there through Christmas and New Year's waiting for my goods to arrive from a recent move from the Pacific Northwest to Western New York. I loved that they decorated the foyer for the holidays. I've never met a more friendly and welcoming staff. From Josh and Calvin at the front desk and everyone in between (cleaning and breakfast staff), I highly recommend Homewood Suites for an extended stay or stay of any kind. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and "at home." On top of all that, the location of the property was great and close to all the things as far as food and stores.

The breakfest was great, it verified each day. They kept it filled, at least each time I went up thier was plenty of food for all the customers. When the customers would leave their tables, the staff would wipe the tables down so other people could use.

We used to stay at this location any time we visited town, we love the layout of the rooms and the fact that the hotel has a kitchen in each room. However, ever since they went through their “renovation” it seems to have gone downhill. It was better before the renovation. New Floors were missing gaps in multiple places, bathroom shower was pretty disgusting in all corners (not the cleaners fault) and multiple hardware failing apart in bathroom.

As a mama I can appreciate a great, family friendly breakfast and all extras. My 6 year old absolutely loved the breakfast, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The pool could always be warmer - but it was a comfortable 84 degrees. It was snowing and we were swimming :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was spacious, tidy, and well-equipped. The breakfast was consistently fresh with good choices (eggs, waffles, fruit, etc.), and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly and made check-in easy. The shuttle and proximity to the airport were a huge convenience. Overall, great value and a relaxing stay!

Requested a first floor room when I booked, but ended up on the highest floor and was told there was nothing that could be done and nothing else available. What is the point of a request when the reservation is made if it cannot be honoured?

The staff there were absolutely amazing!! The breakfast ladies were phenomenal!! We have stayed at many hotels over the years but this one was great for our family. We have 6 in our family and booked a 2 bedroom suite. Great space, everyone was comfortable sleeping. Warmed pool, jacuzzi, game room, basketball court and the court yard is beautiful and the weather was perfect to sit outside. Overall great experience to coming to Buffalo for the first time!!

To be told upon checking in that my reservation had been transferred to another hotel was embarrassing and unacceptable!! And the hotel I was transferred to was a smaller room with less beds than I asked for.

Good breakfast and the breakfast room staff was outstanding.

My room was nice, spacious, and clean. I loved the new shower, and we slept comfortably in our king size bed. I would definitely reccomend staying here.

The hotel staff was great and the breakfast was awesome but the room itself was not what I was expecting at that price. The carpet was dirty the bed was uncomfortable and the room was either freezing cold or extremely stuffy. The sink and shower were not draining properly and it made always a mess everywhere to be frank was not good

Hotel was great overall! Room was quiet clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the best I've seen at a hotel! Both were a great temperature, clean and big! Beautiful courtyard area. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, had nice options though like non-dairy overnight oats and chai pudding. Water pressure in the shower was awful but that's the case at every hotel I've ever stayed at lol. Other than that hotel was awesome, great location, central to so much!! Will stay again!!

Great location and friendly staff. Bathroom was very outdated and stained in the bathtub. Carpets were also dingy. Beds were nice. Breakfast was ok at best.

My family and I stayed here one night on our way to Columbus, Ohio. For an airport hotel, it was really nice. Staff was excellent, the room was very clean and modern, pool and hot tub was very clean and operating as expected, and the breakfast food was good. Bonus was the happy hour the day we were there with free drinks and snacks! Will definitely stay here again if we ever need to stop overnight in Buffalo!

This booking worked out, but HOTELS.com did not book our room after we had paid for it on the website. After an hour long phone call with customer service, we were able to get a room and get settled in.

The housekeeping does not clean your room unless you request it. The over all room has odor and smells.

Booked via orbits , paid Uber $25 and get a call after reservation was mad that hotel is sold out . So orbits or property messed up and cost me $25 on uber fair. Front desk clerk could care less and was unappogetic

Was told the room slept 5 adults comfortably when it really only sleeps 3 adults comfortably. Asked or either early check in or late check out and I didn't get either. Asked for a sleeping cot when I made the reservation a month ago and when I asked for one upon check in they said they had none available. I was told the suite had a full kitchen with utensils, it did not. Had 2 stove burners, no oven, and one fry pan. Informed hotel manager of how displeased I was hoping to get a small token of understanding with a free snack or drink or something, only to get an "I'm sorry".

The hotel is nice and clean just as a hotel should be. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The pool is large enough for multiple families to enjoy at once and the hot tub was very clean. The breakfast is delicious as well with a nice variety.

Suites were extremely nice and very comfortable. Only had one clock in the entire suite, alarm clock in the bedroom. Time was wrong on it and ciuld not correct it. Also all the suites border the courtyard in the middle of the building.Very nice but when other patrons are outside your bedroom windows at midnight laughing and talking, you will hear every word they say.

I always love it here the hotel is absolutely beautiful and a luxury getaway from home . Me and my children love the staff friendliness and the overall cleanliness and hospitality of hotel staff .The hot breakfast is always a pleasure and is very delightful. I will be coming back !!!

Front desk a the 4 ppl plus the security guard never once said a hello or a smile as im there for a day with my two young kids and walked through for pool enough; all lined up , stone cold with zero to say ask or show any oz of cheer Yet next morning, where the nicest spread of a buffet was with the sweetest woman relating to several people as she went table to table cleaning up after tables as her job The the house keeping staff was as sweet if not sweeter with a woman that said her name is like Saudi Arabia - she needs a merit I swear, let me know which I read, that the place had been redone in 2024 and was not only as kind as can be but very informative. Then whoever Courtney is that sends the texts out , she and the welcome committee should be trained by the end of the totem pole with customer service Rules are rules and I do follow them, the pregnant woman who had a thermos wasn’t allowed to have her water thermos by pool. I do understand the strict no drink no food, so after I thought we were going to be arrested by the two stone faces that let us know about that thermos, To which I immediately stated “ no big deal, I’m going up to room anyway , I’ll take up” and still got the stone cold responses on repeat.. only to receive the hopefully robot Courtney who shares the following …

Even though there was a mix up with the check in dates they were quick and efficient.

Full accommodations were not met, due to room type availability not available, therefore they wanted me to pay to upgrade the room. The customer has not control over the room availability the establishment does and the fact they sold out the room type instead of attempting to make it right they did not. Was not a good experience especially at 2:30am with a toddler and an infant. Normally I do not like to leave bad reviews but this is the second time I had a bad experience at this facility. The first time a similar thing occurred. The manager attempted to make it right by offering me reward points to my account, which never happened.

The suite we stayed in was thoughtfully designed with distinct spaces—the bedroom and bathroom were each separated by doors, providing private access to the shared open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchenette. We thoroughly enjoyed the added privacy and comfort.

My husband and I really enjoy staying at Homewood Suites. My 2-year-old loves the swimming pool so much. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location is very easy to get to any place for shopping or dinner. We will be back in the future for sure.

I traveled with my miniature Schnauzer and there was an area where he could relieve himself and run. This hotel had a very nice breakfast with convenient hours. It was in walking distance to stores and restaurants as well. The staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about their guests comfort.

There were kide running up and down the hall ways knocking on doors and running away . Smelled like weed .

Totally blown away by the staff , customer service , and room . It was a home away from home . Totally lived up to it's name.

This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The reception staff was very polite and friendly and the room was very clean and very spacious and comfortable. We didn't use the fitness center but I looked in and it appeared clean and very well equipped with numerous machines as well as hand weights. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had and the kitchen staff were happy and friendly. Even the maintenance staff we happened to meet in the elevator seemed happy so this location of Homewood Suites is definitely doing something right!

The room was clean and spacious. While we were only there to get a few hours of sleep after a long travel day, we had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again

I would not recommend this property for that fact alone.

I had a terrible experiencing trying to celebrate my son's birthday. They would not let me bring a cake and accused of a party but there was no music and only four of us singing Happy Birthday. Then they smudged my son cake before he could even see it.

It was the perfect place to stay whilst attending medical appointments at ECMC nearby. The kitchen allowed us to limit restaurant visits and Wegmans close by was perfect for stocking up on supplies

Upon arrival we were given a room on the first floor that was perfect for us … however once we were in the room we were met by an extremely cold room - turned the thermostat up but the room would only go as high as 60. Front desk told us that they’ve had problems with this issue and moved us. Our second room, was fine initially until we tried taking showers - our initial showers took over 30 minutes for the water to get warm (not hot) . The next day it didn’t even get to that temp. The night before we bought something’s to put into the refrigerator and freezer. The ice cream became soup and the cold beer we put into the fridge was warm and became skunked. We be stayed here in the past but never again the quality of this hotel has gone down unfortunately.

I booked a suite for my daughters 13th Birthday. We were expecting to relax, hang in the pool and hot tub and have a great time. When i checked in we were told the pool and hot tub were broken so we were not provided all amenities the hotel advertised. Also upon check in we were told if were loud we will be asked to leave with no refund. Desk staff was not friendly or welcoming. I went down later that evening to get extra towels and the guy said you don’t need towels you didn’t swim. I explained our room sleeps 8 and we only were given 4 sets of towels he proceeded to tell me they were booked and had run out of towels. Only after asking for management did he give me the towels i asked for. Overall this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this facility to anyone that wants to do a staycation with family or some type of celebration. I was happy when we checked out to be leaving. Very disappointing i won’t stay at another homewood suites facility.

I had three reservations for family members at the hotel. I like the hotel very very much. The only small issue was that there was no room service for 3 days. It was supposed to be every second day, but we didn’t have service until almost the end of the trip. And it was fine. It was Christmas. I get it. I just wish they would’ve said something ahead of time.

We have been staying here for years. We usually like it a lot. The prices have skyrocketed. The renovations were nice but there were several small changes that made a negative impression. It snowed and the walk ways were Not cleared. The table is the room was much smaller and only had 2 chairs instead of 4. The beds were smaller. I could hear the neighbours tv better than my tv. 3 dogs near my room with constant barking. The kitchen is tiny. The fridge couldn’t fit a pizza box. No hand lotion, 1 coffee pack, 3 towels for a 4 person reso.

I can't review the hotel because we could not stay they were full even though Expedia let us make a reservation. Nothing like pulling into a hotel in a snowstorm and finding out you have no room.
