Check in was easy and quick. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had no issues showing our stay. The hotel is on a good location with plenty of parking and several restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly.

We enjoy staying at Home 2 by the Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY. The staff is just wonderful. They are so kind and friendly. Always have smiles on their faces and just happy to welcome you. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. We never have an issue. The morning breakfasts are a delight! We enjoy that the menu changes daily for the hot items. The staff keep everything stocked and cleaned. They’re also very helpful too. We can’t wait to stay again!!!

The only problem I had was that my key card kept having to be changed because it was not allowing me entry to my room. It was alittle frustrating because I was only there for three days but all else aside this place is fantastic.

The check in was easy and painless with a friendly attendant. The room was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed and wanted. Parking was ample, free, and adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, with various options, and the breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming. The local area had an abundance of restaurants, gas stations, and a large shopping mall. Easy access to downtown Buffalo, the BUF airport, and highway options to get to Niagara Falls.

Staff is so helpful. We enjoyed the conversation with staff in breakfast and appreciated taking tooth paste to our room.

Our room was super clean and spacious and the staff was so helpful and the breakfast was so good!

Our suite was excellent and well-equipped. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a funeral; however, this room would be perfect for a lengthier stay as it included all the necessities. It came with a microwave, a good sized refrigerator/freezer, dishes, and pots and pans. It even had a dishwasher! (Other suites we’ve had included the dorm sized fridge with the useless tiny freezers). Excellent!

The room is really clean and organized and the staff was very friendly with all my requests. They are implementing a new breakfast system, which is standard for NorthAmerican hotels and the food was very good. the yoghurt machine was simply amazing. The property is modern and well kept and staff promptly addressed an issue regarding a noisy neighbour. It was a great stay.

We stayed here based on proximity to I90. Our check in was quick and very friendly! Our room was impeccibly clean and more equipped than we expected. We checked in after dark, so the well lit parking lot was a bonus. Breakfast was prompt, fresh and delicious. Would stay again!

Great stay, the room was surprisingly bigger than we thought and the plus - you have a kitchen with all the things you need for a short stay. Room are very clean

The staff is very respectful and so helpful. Anything that was needed was achieved. Clean friendly environment. The breakfast was wonderful. I even had family that have been to other hotel's and said they never experienced the variety of things available. The kitchen staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Hotel smells like cigarette smoke. The front desk staff had no shoes on (walking around in their socks). It also appeared like someone had been in our room beforehand-there was hair in the shower and the tv was on and bed looked like someone had been on it. We stayed the one night (it was midnight and I needed to get the baby to bed). But we checked out early the next day

The room was in ok condition, we were traveling with a small 7 pound non-shedding dog so we were put in a room that was clearly used for pets. The carpet was all pulled and looked dirty. My dog kept on licking the bathroom floor so not sure if the floors were cleaned properly. I don’t think we will stay at this location again, as the extra $75 US a night to have a non-shedding pet who is potty trained is to expensive. Also the water in the lobby with lemons tasted bad.

The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and the rooms had plenty of space for our family. We appreciated that there was enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The room itself was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. One downside was the breakfast—while it was a nice addition, the eggs and sausage patties were cold when we went down to eat. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it could definitely have been better. The rest of the breakfast options were fine, just wish the hot items were a bit warmer. Despite that, it was a great place to stay for a few nights. It had everything we needed: comfort, cleanliness, and a location that made it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

We based our trip to Niagara Falls out of this property and I think it worked out well. We are from Texas and are used to long drives. It was approximately a 30 min drive in our rental. The property is solid. Two adults and two teenagers were comfortable in the room. Dining choices were plentiful and easy access to the mall.

We liked that it was close to everything. Mall, dining, Highmark Stadium. Staff was very nice. My 2 issues were the breakfast was not good at all and our bathroom had mold. Lucky I'm the type to bring my own cleaning stuff.

Everything was good but we were charged twice, for our stay, still waiting for a refund, the card i use to reserved the room was not for the payment, when we got there we pay with another card, not knowing they already took the payment from the other card, until we got home and check the account and realize what has transpire,

This is our second stay at this hotel and we very much enjoy it. The hotel and room were very clean. The pool is great especially for kids. Shopping is close by and a lot of great restaurant options. The best part is that you can eat in because the rooms have what you need enjoy lunch or dinner. The breakfast is also great!

The property was very nice, clean, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was large with very comfortable beds. The TV was high quality and had a lot of station options. The bathroom was large and clean. I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we stay near the city. The 90 entrance is just outside the parking lot for easy travel! Great hotel!

Great front desk staff

We showed up and the elevator wasn’t working and they kept saying the electricity was low. The air in the room wouldn’t go lower than 75 degrees. We also had to carry or bags up and down the stairs. We ended up leaving after a few hours. I will say, they did give us a full refund, but didn’t help us get our items down the stairs.

Our stay was nice and comfortable! We observed ants in the bathroom so I think there is a need for pest control. But other than that we loved the space in the room and the small kitchen with dishes.

I love how spacious the room is! Few things that could be improve: Would be nice to have a stove as there are other kitchenette stuff, dish soap seems like water was being added into it, very watery. Same goes to the shampoo and body wash soap!

The manager Kristie and the staff Sam were great, they resolved my double charges quickly and with empathy. The other staff seem to didn’t care. The breakfast was very good and the place was spotless. The beds great as the decor. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. Just needs to train the staff that are not so good as they should. Thanks Sam and Kristie you were the best.

I would definitely return to this hotel. The main desk staff were welcoming and informative. Checking in solo made me think about other privacy things. The staff didn't announce my room number aloud which was a nice choice for my safety. Our room pull out couch bed was a large mattress and the most comfortable sofa bed that I have slept on. I personally love the kitchenette with plates, mugs, cutlery, a dishwasher, sink, paper towels, and a medium size refrigerator with a freezer. This always makes me feel more at home. The convenience to area restaurants and the Galleria Mall were ideal. Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay!

I was not happy that we went to check in at 430pm and the room was not ready.

We were told check in was 3 pm we got here at 5:30 pm and our room was STILL not ready. We were told it was going to be another 25 minutes. First we were told there was no other accessible room so we had to wait. Then 5-10 minutes later they found a room to “upgrade “ us too. Very hectic for first impression. Beds feel like rods in your ribs. The room we got “upgraded” to I can’t even shower, I need an accessible walk in shower and we have a tub

This hotel is fantastic! Newer and clean, rooms are spacious with surprising amount of amenities like kitchen with tea and coffee, lovely smelling soaps/shampoo/lotions and tons of storage and sleeping spots. Staff was kind and welcoming, breakfast was clean and delicious and pool was huge and crystal clear. Seriously, so impressed. You guys should be proud of your hard work!

Only stayed one night, but the hotel was very clean and despite it being full, it was quiet all night. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean and the people were very kind. It was Thanksgiving, so some of the services were not available, but there were great restaurants around the area that we could go to and it was right by the mall! If we visit Buffalo again, we would stay here we also love that Cabela’s was right next-door ha ha Breakfast food was great but wish there was some fruit. The area didn’t have much of a view besides the highway and the parking lot so don’t expect to see the falls from there lol besides that we had a great stay it was very comfortable and clean.

This is a great hotel in a good location. It features a full kitchen including a dishwasher! The hotel is very clean, in excellent condition and nicely appointed. I was only there for 2 nights on family business, but you could easily stay for an extended period.

The property is brand new. The rooms are very big and include a kitchen. The pool is located adjacent to the bbq area. You can feed the kids and they can swim. The breakfast had alot of choices.

The stay was great located right in a mall plaza with so much around about a 25 minute drive to the falls the only thing they can do better is provider a better selection for breakfast other than that everything was great

The bathroom door didn't work. The main door lock didn't work. We had to manage the bathroom with another friend. Very bad experience.

Great property in a great location

Driving from Delaware I reached Buffalo around 9pm, I was super duper tired and didn’t feel like scavenging for a better hotel and had to adjust in a tiny room that was offered as an alternative. We didn’t enjoy our stay at all. And I humbly request for a refund since I didn’t get want I paid for. The overall experience was unpleasant. With all that said, I appreciate the hotel management reserving a room in another hotel as a courtesy without leaving us with nothing.

I recommend this property gets new pillows. The pillows had absolutely no support for your neck or head even when u used 2 to 3. Also, the mattress was not far behind with needing replaced.

One of the things my family looks for when traveling is free breakfast, and this breakfast is particularly sad. Hot items are limited, and staff stops refilling early and starts completely tearing down exactly on time. If you show up at 9:05 for a 9:00 breakfast you find nothing left. The space is also awkward, leading to long lines when the hotel is full.

Breakfast was great and the service phenomenal! Everyday they had stuff out for the kids goodie bags, chocolate, chips, juice. On the day of the eclipse, they ordered pizza and had cute eclipse cookies and games. Very nice and clean hotel.

I didn’t realize that they didn’t have a hot tub. The pool is listed as heated but water is freezing. First room we was placed in had trash stashed next to couch bed, went to pool came back bathroom flooded from toilet while my daughter was in shower to me toilet looked like it wasn’t sealed to floor. Second room after flooding was not vacuumed had hair on bathroom floor. Beds were not comfortable at all, and the free breakfast even if you get up at 6 is still cold, looked half cooked. The breakfast workers eye you like a hawk, makes you feel so uncomfortable. A few of the staff was friendly but a couple had some kind of attitude and gave me very bad judgemental type of energy.

The place was nice and clean. Staff was not very helpful. Kids running up and down hallways early in the morning while sleeping because of very late check up in. Called front desk and nothing was done.

Samantha and the team at the front desk were excellent- quick checkin, super friendly, and when we were missing bedding for the sofa bed, delivered it to our room within minutes. Breakfast was good- good variety for a continental. There were a bunch of families on site for a tournament and the kids were running the halls and screaming at all hours, interfering with the hotel staff/cleaning staff and playing tag between floors/mini-sticks in the hallways. The hotel staff did their best to manage them but the families seemed to think it was a playground. Convent overall, very clean.
