Worst Hampton Inn experience. The bathtub won't drain and I ended up standing in a pool of water while taking a shower. The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall. The phone wasn't plugged in. The TV has no internet nor apps. At breakfast we had to wait for 15 minutes for some omelets. There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. The pool had hand towels, not body towels. The staff was very uncaring. We wouldn't be staying here again.

When i kept asking her about its charges, she says will talk to manager due to her mistakes of checking in and she never contacted after that day. On check out day, i finally resolved problem with another staff who is a manager’s daughter. Lack of professional manner of staff needs to be addressed.

The hotel was undergoing renovations. You would never know as everything was as normal as can be. We stayed in Buffalo last year at the same time at a different hotel that was undergoing renovations. We had to climb over rocks and dust and could hardly hear the check in clerk over the jack hammering, What nice stay this was.

This hotel room was in terrible condition. TV did not work, furniture ripped, dirty, it smells.. Not happy with stay at all. Spoke with manager and could not do anything about it.

Over all a good stay. Room was clean and breakfast was as expected for Hampton. The lobby had a foul oder in it throughout the entire weekend and wasnt overly appealinv to spend time in and they were also going through renovations. This should be noted on expedia and the hotel while booking.

We were here at this hotel because we had hockey tournament in the area. Breakfast was very good , so much to choose from and the attendant was awesome . Our room was very clean , we had a great view of the airplanes . The kids loved it ! We used the pool and it was great . We pretty much had it to ourselves the whole weekend . We didn’t notice that room refresh was every other day unless requested, but that’s our issue not the hotel . Great weekend thank you .

Check in process was quick and easy. Rooms are beautifully renovated and brand new. Hotel manager and staff were very friendly and kind.

Hotel bus pick up at airport at 12 midnight and staff at check in.

I stayed three nights and not once was my room cleaned nor did I receive clean towels. I ask about the room and I was told they cleaned every other day. Well every other day didn’t come for me. Breakfast was just OK. Did not go back for breakfast. The dresser drawers were not cleaned. Therefore I kept my clothes in my suitcase. The staff wasn’t very nice.

The room could have also been cleaner; it fell short of my expectations in that regard. I felt as though it had been given a once-over ahead of our stay but nothing more. Generally, the staff we encountered were quite friendly. Big shout out to Carl(?) who made us feel welcome and went out of his way to see we were taken care of. He picked us up via the hotel's airport shuttle (a great amenity!) and also checked on us during breakfast. His service is keeping this rating from going lower and should be acknowledged. When we prepared to leave, he confirmed when we needed the shuttle back. Another note for guests: this service is 24-hours but you must verbally request a ride (call the front desk from the airport when you arrive and let them know during check-out when you need to be taken back). I would consider staying again once the renovations are complete in 2026.

Room was clean, enjoyed complimentary breakfast, staff are quite pleasant, and there's coffee available 24 hours a day.

The fridge door would not shut and it ran non stop until I unplugged it, thus a warm soda. The “clean” towel had dark hairs on them. The tv remote lacks a feature to view and select from the menu. I could not get the ac to turn on, the room was to warm. Unplugged lamps. I’m being a bit picky, but Hampton are not a cheap place to stay.

The last time I stayed here was about 2 years ago. This stay was mid week and not super busy. The cleanliness overall has declined and it’s looking a little run down. The coffee station in the foyer needed a good wiping down; (coffee snd creamer drips all over the counter). In my room, bathroom mirror was smudged like it hadn’t been cleaned from the prior guest and there was hair on the floor outside the shower doors along with some mold in the corners inside the shower stall. Shower door track was pretty gross. There was a used bandaid under the ottoman and something under the couch. The bed was comfortable but the fabric on the frame was starting to shred on the side. I did not request a new room as I arrived at midnight from traveling all day and needed sleep for early plans the next morning. This location is so convenient, breakfast is always good and staff is friendly. But unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because of the cleanliness of the room I stayed in.

walls and ceilings were very thin. We heard everything around us. And the room we were in we could hear everything upstairs. They were stomping around and getting on and off the bed and flushing the toilet. Pretty frustrating.

The elevators were broken and air didn’t work in the room. We ended up leaving after a few hours after having to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs.

It’s an average to good hotel. Good for an overnight.

Only stayed there for 12 hours

Rooms are dated and they only service it every 2 days. Shower handle was stripped and it was hard to regulate water temperature. It also did not drain properly. We called to have it fixed but they never came and we were only there 2 nights.

Great service! We were having problems with griwn kids in the pool, after kindky asking them numerous times to please stop squirting us with their squirt guns. As we were just watching our kids in the pool. A few wet sandwhiches and cell phones later, they were asked to leave. Great customee service.

I didn’t find out until I got there that there wasn’t a microwave or safe in the room although the website said there were. I asked for more towels and didn’t receive any so I just reused the ones I had. Other than that the room was comfy and clean.

One of the issues were that there was hockey teams staying on our floor and it was very loud and the hallways are full and crowded. Kids were also playing hockey in the hallways.

Hotel was clean, and staff helpful. The only issue was noise. We heard npise from the hall, and frpm the room above us. The floor was s bit squeaky on spots, and bed platforms squeaked somewhat. Beds were comfy aside from that. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

Cool room set up. Big and clean. Furniture and window coverings felt like they were 70s throwbacks. TV remote seemed like it was meant for a different TV. That’s all minor though, solid stay, would recommend.

We like the area close to shopping. Will be back. One issues we did have was we had a king bed but the sheets were like queen size.

I loved Carl the man in charge of the breakfasts. He interacted well with everyone. He was the only pleasant part. The hotel was dirty and our room had an open empty bottle of wine in the closet and condoms and lubricant from someone else in a drawer.

Main problem was the noise level above my room, constant banging, dropping items, running around. I don’t know if it was the staff or other hotel guests but it was all night long and it caused the metal on the wall to vibrate and make more noise. When I tried to take a shower in the morning, the water was freezing cold.

The hotel itself was ok but woke up to the entire hotel not having any hot water so my family could not take a shower. Hot water was not available for hours. So had to go somewhere else in order to take a shower which is very inconvenient. I haven’t received a credit yet for what they stated would happen.

Very noisy and the alarms went off during the night because a pipe burst. No hot water in the morning. I understand things like this happen. Just an unfortunate situation.

We are passing through for the evening on to a further destination. The beds we’re comfortable and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The coffee… so good, hot and fresh.

The young lady who checked us in was very nice. The property is a bit dated and the heating and a/c units are old and make noise.

I wanted to give five stars because the staff was amazing, the hotel itself was safe and clean, the breakfast was fresh, abundant and clean. We rented two rooms for the night. One room was perfect and the people who slept in it said they slept amazing and had no complaints. However, on to the bad....they chose that room because the other one had a smell. Sour, almost vomit smell. There were no other rooms available, as we were told when we first checked in. The beds themselves were so creaky and beyond uncomfortable. The one queen bed we slept in felt like it was broken and so hard and uncomfortable. We went to move to the other bed and then discovered the sour smell...mixed with a Lysol scent. Turned on light and saw steaks down the bed skirt. Our conclusion was someone vomited in that bed. At this time it was 2 am and we had to be up at 5:30. We went back to the other bed for the night. Worst night sleep ever anywhere. Soooo uncomfortable cannot even explain. So this is why it's hard to rate. Hotel itself, staff, breakfast and one room great. Other room, #221, horrible beds and one filthy.

The room my spouse and I stayed in (322) for the one night was exceptionally noisy as when I walked on the floor in the main bedroom area, the floor creaked, as well as the bed moaned when moving in it, as well as the room next door was very loud for a time.

Excellent property, did notice a leaking area on the first floor that occasionally happens, corporate might need a more permanent fix for that issue, it has happened in the past in the ceiling, instead of repairing it just replace it, other than that the hotel and staff are perfect. Especially the cook for breakfast he is very welcome and deserves a raise and a promotion.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a few needs that they were able to handle quickly and with a smile. I left my computer in my room and they locked it up until my return. I'm very grateful for their care and communication. Thank you all!

I was deeply disappointed by the Hampton Inn. I booked because it’s so close to the airport but I will definitely not be staying here again. Staff was nice though.

Had a weird cleaning smell that was really strong like they were trying to mask a different smell. The beds were so loud. You try to move a little in the bed and it creaks. Dirty foot print on the headboard.

The bad. Our room (216) had basically zero sound proofing. Every step and movement above us sounded like a major construction project going on. Luckily the people above us stopped moving at 11pm but at 6:00 on the dot loud crashing noises again. It made our stay less enjoyable unfortunately.

From arrival to departure staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The shuttle service provided made my turn- in of my rental car easy by providing a ride back to the hotel. The shuttle drivers were prompt, pleasant, and courteous. While not a 5 star hotel it provided a pleasant atmosphere and clean accommodations for a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel and would use it again if traveling thru.

Great place to stay before our flight out of Buffalo. Highly recommend. They will let u leave ur car there (for a fee) and shuttle you to and from the airport.
