Our breakfast meals were made by Miss Patty, she was incredible! The food was hot and flavorful! The front desk receptionist, Daysie, was courteous, efficient, cheerful, and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job! Mercedes, the housekeeping, supervisor, assisted us with a few needs. Everyone did a fantastic job!

We checked in we got to our room only to have a horrible smell slap us in the face. It was very humid and musky. I opened the mini fridge only to find rotten pizza and salad that have been there for quite some time. The cleaners yellow poll and cleaning pad was in the room. The good news is that it took all of two seconds to fix when I spoke to the lady at the front desk. She gave us a new room and it was very good. Just not what you want to be dealing with at 11:30 PM.

Everything was super clean and well maintained which isn't always the case everywhere. Every employee was super kind and helpful and the ambiance was great! We could sit in the lobby and play games and socialize, it wasn't just for check in/out. The pool was super clean and nice to relax at and the room was comfortable. Will definitely be back

It was very clean and nicely appointed room. The variety of lighting and access to outlets was helpful during my business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and the coffee was hot! Very convenient location and the sunset was so pretty I almost forgot I was at an airport.

The shuttle and staff were great!! Room was great. Bartender was great!! The only thing I think needs work is the bathroom. Those tiles are really slippery and I took a fall. You need strips in there or something. Other than that we will be back for sure. Thank you ❤️

The bar stayed open until 11 PM, and there was a great atmosphere with guests watching the Sabres game and others playing billiards. The lobby was a comfortable and inviting space to relax and spend time. The room itself was thoughtfully designed and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay overall.

The best part of this hotel was their incredibly kind staff. They were accommodating and always make you feel welcome.

The room was not vacuumed. The shower glass was not clean. The room was not cleaned during my stay.

Location, price. There were little kids hockey teams staying there. The parents were the rudest pricks and the kids were the most obnoxious there coul ever be. They were rude to the staff, noisy, jumping on the furniture in the lobby and generally being spoiled entitled brats. The parents and coaches did absolutely nothing to get and keep them under control. A letter from the hotel to their league would be in order as well as an absolute ban for any future stays in the facility or any other hotel in the Buffalo area would be appropriate.

Got to the hotel after our flight from London at 12 as we’d been booked for 3 weeks in advance. Got to property by taxi because the shuttle driver had just not turned up! Then we arrived and front desk told us that they’d oversold and we had no room. It was 1 AM and we got told we had to go to another hotel. The girl at the desk was lovely and sorted our hotel and aloft have said they will cover it. Was incredibly shocked and disappointed.

I can't actually review the hotel because they overbooked and sent us to a different hotel when we arrived at 11:45 pm for check in. Very disappointing.

Staff were welcoming, helpful, sweet and smart. Of course I needed a local opinion on buffalo wings and their recommendation did not disappoint! I actually stopped by there again on my way back through town. Room was nice. Location was good. I love Aloft because of the contemporary design, affordable prices, amenities, and value. The thermostat only allowed me to change the temp after a certain time and then it warmed back up in the morning. Couldn’t change the schedule or setting. I like to sleep with it colder. But other than that, I enjoyed my brief stay.

First time staying at an aloft property. Staff was great, but some issues with the guest room. Bathroom door was off the track which was repaired, but it still didn't seem right. Lightning in bathroom and sink are not bright enough. Housekeeping only partially cleaned room: bed was made, sink area was NOT cleaned, only some towels were replaced. I loved the layout of the room! ❤️

I really enjoyed the bar and outdoor area. I also got really good use out of the pool table in the lobby area. The staff was amazing, one in particular was very helpful and informative. Shoutouts to Ryan who was working the front desk.

Stay was good, but would have liked to use shuttle services. I came in through Amtrak and it wasn't until i was leaving that they mentioned I could have booked with the shuttle service. Would have saved me 100.00.

Great location. Hotel is in decent condition. Rooms slightly worn. Paperthin walls where everything is heard. Hockey Tournament took over lobby with people and tables of food when they have conference rooms. No room left for other guests.

Make sure your room is not near the ice machine. The rooms look nice, but have no sound proofing whatsoever. You can hear neighbors flush their toilets and cough in their rooms. If you are near the ice machine it will keep you up OR wake you up during the night. I would never stay here again.

Tv not working for YouTube and the breakfast was very expensive and nasty. 7$ for a bagel and regular cream cheese, the cream cheese taste like sour cream and the bagel was very greasy

Staff was nice. I have not stayed at this location in about 6 years but I used to stay there very often for work. Returning to this hotel it was noticeable that some larger scale improvements and refreshing might be needed. The plumbing seemed to have back-up issues and our rooms wallpaper needs to be addressed (gross stains). Environmental control (we were there in the winter) was constantly fighting to maintain room temperature and it was loud and uncomfortable with cool periods and then sudden blasts of heat.

Really can’t say enough good things about the people here. Great place to stay for Bills game too.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a while. The hotel itself is very outdated. The room had a strong rotten egg smell and the shower did not drain. Overall, it did not feel very clean. I would not stay here again.

The staff were very pleasant. The room was very comfortable, especially the mattress and pillows. Liked the refrigerator and coffee maker! The light switches were very confusing and not enough light in bedroom area. The room was clean and yet some wear and tear in bathroom area.

This is a decent, but unspectacular hotel. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful. The hotel itself is okay, with plenty of free parking and in close proximity to the airport. The downstairs area and bar is nice enough, but the carpets in the upstairs hallways were stained and dirty.

The hotel, inside and out, was clean. Our bed was comfortable. It would have been nice for a better breakfast option, but all in all, our stay was very good.

Plumbing issue in bathroom sink. When turning cold water on, it drizzled out and made very loud rapud banging noises. Shower drain needs cleaning so water can drain properly. Visible hair clogging drain. Otherwise room was nice. Little lotion bottles in room should be a given, but it wasnt provided. Just a suggestion.

No door bolt lock on my room door. Knob missing to lock it. Notified the Front Desk the next morning. They said it would be taken care ASAP. It never was fixed. Hospitality never made up the room for my entire stay.Ice machine broken. No coffee ready in the morning. When I checked in I was given the wrong room for my key. I have stayed here many times before. I suggested this place to a friend and his room was never cleaned up.

The room is nice and clean but they didn’t clean the room while you out for the day and there isn’t any free breakfast as it shows you have to buy breakfast and the sucky part you can only order what’s on the menu you can’t do changes to what they have cause they have no price for it like just wanting a side of eggs was an issue just wanting a side of fruits was an issue but other then that my stay was good very nice staff I must say they make you wanna come back.

We have stay at this hotel many times with no issues until last night, our room was on the 6 floor,first thing we notice was the musty smell coming from the air conditioner that would not go below 75,next was we needed showers after sitting in the sun all day,the shower door leaked at the bottom so we had to use our towels to mop it up and the shower wash was empty and sitting on the floor because it was broke off the wall.We ask the young girl at the front desk for another room but said it was sold out and would talked to the manager a couple of hours later we did get a new room it was for handicaps but at least it was alot better than what we had.On the positive note the young girl and the manager did a great job taking care of us and we even got free drinks at the bar, We have the hotel book again in a few weeks we have our fingers crossed

Difficulty checking in. Room keys didn’t work. Staff seemed confused

We arrived and check-in took a bit of time even tho we already pre-booked online. The room was good at the start but the temperature started to climb as the day went on. We discovered that the AC was not working. In addition to the pool not being open. That was the whole perk of booking there. We went down and we were almost put on a floor lower than ours, I don’t see how that’s accommodating for something we paid so much for, the AC should have been checked before entering the room. It was just an okay experience.

This hotel looked cute and the room was very comfortable and had good amenities like tea and hand cream. BUT the entire hallway smelled like smoke, and the room itself smelled like stale smoke. Perhaps investment in some air purifiers would help with this issue? It was hard to tell what was new cigarette smoke and what had been baked in by time, but it was really hard to get past. Maybe it's only the 4th floor?? I almost think we should continue to have smoking floors, so I can stay far away. Otherwise a nice place!

It was short and sweet had an early morning flight and used the shuttle.

The hotel is cool, easy to navigate,, and they honored my request to be near the elevator. The room could be cleaner—like the drain around the sink had pink mildew. The ceiling has lots of dust bunnies on it. Otherwise, it’s a good space.

The adjoining room doors were useless. They are heavy doors that are in a limited space. The whole point of adjoining rooms is to potentially make two rooms one. I had a Luke warm shower (at best) in the morning. I will add that it was not a peak time. The beds were very comfortable. However, for the money I spent there was nothing about this property that was worth it to spend again.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, but it seems no one from the front desk staff to the reservations line, has clear and concise information about their check-in process. I absolutely would not have booked this location, if I knew it was going to be all of this. I would have just stayed home!

We've stayed here a couple other times before an early flight out of BUF. It's nice to have a convenient location across from the airport, and somewhere we can have some food and drinks the night before and hit the sack early without worrying about a long, dark drive to the airport early morning. The bar and lounge are nice, but the food offerings are dreadful. Everything is microwaved or tastes metallic or something off. My husband couldnt really have anything off the menu first Friday of Lent, almost everything was meat. Our friends had to order Door dash, that's how bad menu was. But, room and shower were fine, TV didn't work though. Keep your expectations to a convenient airport location with a comfy bed, and you'll be fine.

Hotel should probably mention that airport parking is completed by the guest through a 3rd party. We just parked at the airport instead.

The entire reason we chose this property was for the salt water pool. It was absolutely freezing. The kids and I spent very little time in the pool because it was so cold. Then our room wasn’t regulating temperature correctly and the shower wasn’t clean. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we were so uncomfortable.

Quick stay when flight got canceled. Rooms were fine, front entrance could use some better seating.

We were met with a light hearted, funny and professional front desk clerk by the name of Keyona. The room was clean and cozy. Great lobby and bar atmosphere. We did have an issue that was immediately handled with empathy and courtesy after speaking to the manager Calvin. A customer service. We will be back

It was a modern looking hotel with a swimming pool, gym, and bar. The front clerk was friendly, the place and room was clean. The room had a nice large screen tv, it was clean and smelled good, the king size bed was comfortable.

Overall, my stay at the Aloft was pleasant.

Heres something unique...an incidental charge on my credit card that was never disclosed when i booked the reservation. Exoedia wont accept my review if i state the dollar amount but its significant. The clerk told me when i checked in that it would be refunded in 7 days. So the hotel is scamming every guest and using their money for a week for free. This is a huge profit scam for the owners of this hotel. Not happy. No hot water in the morning. Ill never stay here again.

I liked that I could leave my car for long term parking. I liked the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. The tap in the bathroom shower was moveable from the wall. I felt like it could have been a bit more clean.

I was just here for one night and had a great stay. The lobby is bright and fun and the staff are all excellent. There's plenty of parking and close access to the highway and quick food/coffee options. For me, the room was just a bit too spare. Not enough lights, just a bed and a small desk chair, and no warmth whatsoever. Maybe that's a decor thing though that others might appreciate.

It was nice except there was a hockey tournament teams staying there and it was extremely noisy and kids running around everywhere

What I loved about the property was Keyanna at the front desk. She made the world of difference in our stay. She really tries her best to make you happy with anything she can do for situations she can’t change. Helpful with a smile. Marriott properties like Aloft are lucky to have her.

The room was very dirty and unkept. The nightstand was ripped off the wall showing exposed wood. Would not stay here in the future.

Calvin at the front desk went above & beyond both upon our arrival & departure. There were issues with my reservation which he took care of swiftly & more than satisfactorily. He should be a valued employee if not already.

Check in was a breeze and front desk staff were very kind and easy to talk to. Nice to have people with personalities and that are easy to talk to! Hotel was quiet even though it’s across the street from the airport, and on a busy road. Lots of amenities close by!
