- Spacious rooms
- Convenient location
- Unclean and bug-infested rooms
- Poor customer service and unhelpful staff
- 3/5
It was decent for the price.
- 5/5
The staff are rude and unhelpful and you have to fight with them to get them to provide things like trash bags for the trash cans or a working iron, or a hairdryer, or pillowcases for ALL the pillows
- 5/5
They didn't expect a upfront deposit and they we're kind, quiet, good housekeeping.
- 4/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Staff ok but can be a little rude and inflexible considering the rooms are pretty dirty and has roaches . Other than that you dont have worry about them not bothering you

- 1/5

- 1/5
My kids find d**gs in the room because nobody check the room and overnight you can’t sleep because people are fighting all night
- 1/5
room wasn’t very clean, ac didn’t work, outlets didn’t work. worst place
- 1/5
The room stank of cigarettes, marijuana and meth smoke. My shoes were sticking to the floor, and I noted lots of tarry gummy black spots on the floor. The bedding had multiple cigarette burns. I didnt want to touch the bed at all, let alone lay in it. I went outside minutes after arriving, and a patron in one of the rooms was yelling, "Die, die, die!" I didn't know what it was about, so I went to the front desk to ask. The guy at the desk behaved suspiciously, and I caught on. I got my stuff and waited for a cab. The concierge asked how long I would be waiting, because I was on his property. I had paid for the room, but he treated me like I was going to bave the police raid his bosses hotel. It was filthy- think dumpster chic. I felt like I was in a haunted house with all the dirt under me.
- 1/5
This place is not for families and should definitely not be included in a website for cross-country travelers; it is a housing project for low income residents. This should be communicated clearly in the description as such.
- 1/5
Terrible. Dirty. Unwelcoming staff. Rooms not ready.
- 1/5
Bugs in room and on bed and open food in Federator stains on sheets food in cabinets
- 1/5
It was filthy. The bed mattress had bugs and was littered with stains. The toilet didn’t have a flush handle. The health department should be called on this place.
- 1/5

- 1/5
Just terrible!
- 1/5
The room was nasty! The website stated the room was equipped with a mini kitchenette but it wasn't and what they did have didn't work. No coffee maker in the room. Stains all over the walls! Nasty bathroom! I had reservations for 2 nights and I only stayed for 1 night. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone! $10 per night pet fee.
- 1/5
It was roach infested The tire rack was broke no no ironing board or iron refrigerator was broke stove didn't work
- 3/5
The room was good and spacious. We can smell cigarette smoke in the non smoking room and the noise was bad. You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
I did not stay at the property and immediately requested a refund due to beds I booked not being available and upon opening the door to the room Roaches were scattering EVERYWHERE!!!! There is an infestation at this property. It’s not clean at all the tv stand was falling apart.I did not feel safe at all !
- 1/5
This was an extended stay hotel and was full of questionable tenants making me concerned for my safety and the security of my car. The room was filthy with cockroaches and other bugs very evident. There were no amenities such as a coffee maker or shampoo etc. .The towels were very cheap and limited. The microwave was unusable due to filth , mold and cockroaches. There was garbage everywhere in the passageways. I would not have stayed but I was exhausted and did not want to get back on the highway. I slept poorly on top of the covers not wanting to get in the bed. This place is a disgrace and Expedia should remove it from their site and should refund my money
- 1/5
The room was not cleaned, roaches everywhere,tv does not work, poor customer service
- 1/5
Property is a catfish! Pictures online are good but once you get there it is the worse! Roach infested plus my shower nor lights worked!
- 1/5
The room was filthy and had a lot of roaches. The cabinets were half broken. The table wasn't secured to the wall. The toilet moved when you sat on it. There were no dishes provided. The bedspread had cigarette burns. The room was non smoking, but smelled like smoke. The air conditioner was missing the vent. There were holes in the walls all over the place. The fitness center was closed and being used as a storage facility. We never found a pool. There was garbage all over the facility, including car parts. We never saw breakfast, even though it was listed as an amenity like the pool we never saw.

Booked and pd for room. When got there to check in my room was unavailable. Only had single room when I pd for a double. Said they would refund and it would go right on my card and it didnt. If you ever need a space as big as an apartment with a working kitchen to provide for you or your loved ones, these are great hotels to go to! They even advertise that you can borrow common kitchen amenities. This is a great place to go if you feel like hanging out in the room and decompressing before hitting downtown Chattanooga . The room was clean, spacious, and comfy beds with plenty of pillows Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

THIS IS A ' flee bag motel " no soap, holes in the wall, dirty towel, NASTY NASTY DO NOT STAY HERE
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed and very clean linens. Safe and secure place with everything within walking distance. I do a lot of traveling in my business, I stay at a lot of motels and I really did not expect this type of EXTREMELY high quality at all! I will definitely be staying at this place in the future!
- 5/5
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Checked in was fast and easy. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfy. Pricing was great. very convenient location to everything with lots of places nearby to eat and shop. I’ll definitely will be staying when coming to town in spring. Nice kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave and stove top.
- 5/5
They are pet friendly and thats important to me because i take my pets everywhere i go
- 5/5
The staff is friendly, theres a refrigerator stove and microwave in the kitchen so you can cook if you want to or there's alot of good restaurants around
- 1/5
I got a room with old furniture, table attached to wall with one leg almost to fall, weed smelling. This motel is rated 3,5 stars. I thought I’ll get a better room for this rating.
- 1/5
Questionable hygienic condition of people at reception and the are in general. Avoid this place at all costs.
- 5/5
The Airport, Mall, food hub, Walmart, Multi directional highway accesses toward Atlanta, Knoxville and Downtown Chattanooga. The rooms are clean and have a nice esthetic! Staff is also very nice/ accommodating. Property condition looks nice. Bed was so comfortable. Linens were very clean. If you looking for extended stay this is the best hotel in town.
- 1/5
Very dirty rooms. Noisy outside
- 2/5
Room was dirty and found covkroaces. Will never stay here again.
- 1/5
Didn’t like the cockroaches or bedbugs. Or the condom that was left in the toilet. Extremely run down. Mattress was old and all you could feel were the springs.
- 3/5
Look at room before paying
- 1/5
The microwave was rusted, the bedsheets were dirty with cigarette burns and Pubic hair , the floor was absolutely disgusting when I moped it was completely black! When I asked for new sheets I was told there wasn’t any clean, 5 hours later still now sheets. There was a syringe and needle behind the bed, and also several in the parking lot and Grass where you walk your dogs! The staff doesn’t speak English and the woman during the day up front is absolutely rude and needs a job far away from the public, $90 a night for this place is a joke!!!!!! I will be contacting the BBB! And the people who check hotels about all the drug usage am going on in the parking lots that’s plain as day!
- 3/5
Full of cockroaches.
- 1/5
Broken furniture, bugs, my bad for trying tho
- 1/5
Don't trust the pictures, they are not recent. This has become a transient flop house.
- 1/5
I stayed 7 nights my room was never cleaned. I had to go get towels and toilet paper from the front desk. The bathroom had mold growing on the baseboard. I will never stay at a studio 6 again.
- 1/5
Will never go back! Holes everywhere, water by the door and window.
- 1/5
Paid for a double king and they gave me a smaller room at the same price without telling me they over booked. They bathroom was very dirty.
- 1/5
Spent 4 hours cleaning just to sleep. All visible surfaces clearly don't get wiped let alone cleaned. Broken items and missing fire alarm with ashes and cigarette burns in a nonsmoking room. Customer service terrible and lied about replacing detector in the morning. Cleaning service never showed and couldn't change sheets at the front desk.
- 1/5
The rooms were horrible…had a god awful smell, bugs on the floor and in the bed, the air conditioning unit was broken “literally” staff said they went to clean the room which was a lie.
- 1/5
This place is a fire hazard and so unclean our first stop was to PUBLIX to buy cleaner. The refrigerator did not work; no smoke detector, no room phone, no staff availability... This place is unsafe. Should be closed for good!
- 1/5
Filthy place to stay, much worse then the pictures. We aren't the people to complain about bad hotels, they're cheap for a reason but this was too much. Top dresser drawer was full of condoms and trash, floor was sticky, holes in the walls. We left and they won't refund us for that night, told me to call back to talk to a manager but they dont know his name just that he wont be back until next week. I expect he will never come back.
- 1/5
The room smelled and there was a fly buzzing on bed. Only one working light bulb in bathroom light fixture. Property felt very unsafe.
- 2/5
The property needs reparation , everything is in very poor condition, there is not mirror in the bathroom, it need painting, all walls and doors are dirty with stains every where, very disappointed, there were cockroach
- 1/5
Holes in walls, smelled of cigarette smoke when we requested no smoking, duct taped handle in bathroom, floor sticky,
- 3/5
Floors were filthy, they had sticky spots all over them, I wet a towel to try and clean floor but towel turned black. . No lamps in room, dim wall lighting. Bathroom had old dirty washcloth on shower curtain bar, toilet paper stuffed into wall as a door stopper. If I get a room for 4, I expect 4 towels not 2
- 2/5
Very, very basic hotel. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper at reception and had to wipe down room with disinfecting wipes as pretty dirty. Floor was filthy and trash under the bed. Toilet wasn’t anchored to the floor🙀
- 1/5
Bed stained sink stopped up. Clerk unfriendly
- 1/5
I got this room just for one night and we didn't even stay here it was so bad. The pictures online looked good and the room said non-smoking and location looked good, but it was the opposite. When we checked-in the smell of the check-in desk/room was almost intolerable, although the man was nice. When driving around the building to park we saw some sketchy things and felt a bit unsafe. It seemed their was a lot of movement at almost 11p.m. which was not a good sign. We had our two small dogs with us and when we walked in the room they didn't even sit down they were so uncomfortable. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana smack you in the face as soon as you open the door and I was looking for a light to turn on to see if it was even cleaned some but I couldn't find any switches on the lamps or walls so we decided to just leave and find somewhere else. We let the front desk man know and he said we may get our money back but we haven't seen any sign of it.
- 4/5
Staff was great, room was spacious (1king w/kitchenette), clean room, bed was ok, many restaurants to choose from in the area.
- 2/5
Room airflow was horrible.
- 1/5
Checked in. Went to our room, and walked right back out. Room wreaked of cigarette smoke, both bedspreads were stained, and had cigarette burn holes in one. Spoke to the man at the front desk and he said what do you expect for $70. If you can afford it, spend the extra $30-50 and stay somewhere else. If you have kids stay away from this place.
- 3/5
The room was very dirty and the furniture is broken. The sheets were nice and clean, however there were cigarette burns in the sheet. The bathroom was very large. Easy check-in. They had a nice little area out back for grilling and for dogs.
- 3/5
Overall, the property seemed clean, but check in was supposed to be at 3 and when I arrived at 4:45 it wasn't ready yet. The manager was friendly and let me know he'd fix it within 30 minutes. There was a stove top in the room (one was missing a nob), but no coffee pot or shampoo. Also the alarm clock was broken and upside down and the ac unit turned on but no other options (change temp, fan, etc) worked.
- 1/5
Cheap but room was so dirt and we had people fighting outside my door at 2 in morning it was so bad I got up at 3 and slept in my truck in rei parking lot
- 1/5
The place awful - it is very dirty and in disrepair
- 1/5
My room was not clean somebodys food was in microwave and there were roaches not happy at all
- 4/5
In-room facilities are catered for long-term stay. Even though they had full kitchen facilities, there were no utensils or anything to take advantage of the cooking elements. The wifi was almost non-existent if that is a priority for you. My wifi connected for very short, isolated periods. But mostly not at all. The signal didn't even list on my devices.
- 1/5
On the plus side...I accidentally booked a smoking room and the guy at the desk was kind enough to switch it to non smoking....thats where the plus side ended. There is a notice posted at the check in desk and notices on the building about using the parking lot at your own risk and not leaving anything valuable in your car. There was no parking near our room and we were being watched from people on the upstairs level when we came in. The room was NASTY. It smelled like cheap floor cleaner. The duvet covers were stained. The comfter was yellowish stained/dirty. The shower curtain was ripped and snagged. The cupboards and refrigerator had food remnants. We "slept" about 5 hours with one eye open and got back up and left. I found what I assume was a roach in the bathroom when I got out of the shower. Walking from the bathroom to the bed and my feet were black. There was gum or something that looked like gum stuck to two places on the floor. The people above us (possibly full time residents) were loud until 3am. I wish I would have taken pictures.
- 3/5
The floors were dirty. The stove top didn't work. There was no coffee maker. There was no dishes. So you would have to bring your own. The towels were stained. The sheets and blankets were stained and one of the beds had holes in it. We saw a couple of roaches. I would not recommend staying here.
- 2/5
Beds were made but the room had not been swept or cleaned. It was a non smoking room however it smelled strong of cigarettes. There were cigarette wrappers under the bed.
- 2/5
Room 123 smelled like it used to be a smoking room and no ozone machine could begin to fix it. Also had a faint smell of weed. That doesn't bug me except I don't want to smell like that when I'm going to be around folks for work. The room also had some bugs, fixtures and wall plates were loose, noticed used gum stuck in the corner of the top of the shower, there were cigarette burns on the comforter... All in all it wasn't a terribly pleasant experience. It served my needs as a place to stay while in town overnight for work, but next time I'll spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.
- 2/5
There were bugs. And grease stains on the walls. And hairs on the sheets and towels. Really really really gross.
- 2/5
The room smelled like smoke, there was hair everywhere, the blankets had brown stains and holes, the ac didn't work, the towels were dirty.
- 1/5
Will not be returning!!! Wish we could have gotten a refund!!! Not only was our room very unclean... the toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor and it moved ALOT!!! We opened our microwave in the room and found a MASSIVE pile of what appeared to be Crystal Meth!!! Staff was very unconcerned with our concerns!! We told the guy at the front desk that we would not be returning and his response was “yea ok, I know”
- 2/5
Cons were that the room was absolutely filthy. I got two rooms and when I checked my daughter into her room, there was a cockroach. I got bleach spray and cleaned our room, baseboards, bought a mop and cleaned the floors. After cleaning, the rags were completely black. We went through 6 mop pads to get the floors cleaned. It was horrible and took 2 hours jus to clean the room properly. So much for covid cleaning on their end because after just walking into the room and taking our shoes off, I sat on the bed to relax for a moment and saw black all over the bed from my feet. That was when I realized how absolutely filthy the room was. There also was no fire alarm. It had been ripped out and just had wires coming out. :/ Very unsanitary and very unsafe.
- 3/5
No mirror, flush handle broken. Slippery stairs up to room. Well lit parking, safe area. Lumpy mattress!
- 2/5
Pictures looked nice, but facilities were questionable.
- 3/5
The parking lot had two giant full dumpsters blocking about 10-12 parking slots so had to walk a long distance to our room. The room itself was okay but instantly was greeted by two roaches coming out of the bathroom. The AC unit knob was broken so had a hard time changing the temperature. The pillows on the beds were VERY flat and lumpy, called the front desk to ask for one extra pillow, they said they don’t stock extras sorry! Which I’m assuming is a big ole lie. What hotel doesn’t have extra pillows?!?!
- 4/5
A budget friendly hotel. Room was bigger than expected
- 1/5
This place was beyond filthy . Many roaches
- 1/5
It was awful! My son and i rented room 221. I called around 10:50 to let the front desk know that id be down by 11 to pay for another night (night 4) and the woman was very rude and told me to leave and that i had til 11 (8 mins by this time) to leave or police would be called. I asked why & she said "i don't know. You can't stay here." Then hung up. I had to wake my son up and rush out of the room, leaving behind some personal effects. They were also late on checking me in. It was almost 5, so two hours late, in checking me in.
- 1/5
I made reservation. Came there. Opened a door to room#130. Very heavy chemical smell. Cockroaches on walls, not sure about clean sheets, and broken bathroom door, dirty baseboards. I made pics of a door and cockroaches, and showed the guy. Seriously, he knew about it. We left, gave a key, and asked about refund, guy said : don't worry, we didn't charge you yet. But next day they charged anyway. So, never ever I would recommend these hotels, or stayed. But I use Expedia many years, will not trust them too.
- 4/5
Decent for the price.
- 1/5
Horrible. Check in states 3:00pm arrived again at 5:00 room still not ready and service desk just suggested pretty much a non negotiable refund! Rude, horrible service and unprofessional!
- 1/5
I was charged for the room though I requested a cancelation prior.
- 2/5
Studio 6 used to be a nice Hotel, but now its rundown, half cleaned and has bugs and smells like garlic 😕. This is definitely a last resort
