Good bang for your buck if your not looking for something expensive. That when I got there that I had to pay for another night to get my room early cause I showed up at 5:30am the same day i booked it for.

For what we paid I guess I couldn’t expect better. The location is noisy with the highway and gas station next door. The bathroom door need’s adjusting but it was nice to have a refrigerator.

Very efficient check in. Super nice employees. Loved the convenience of being near the interstate. Restaurants nearby on route 11. Black stone grill was excellent. Motel also has a gas station Circle K across the street. Coffee pot inthe room and coffee enough for 2 small pots, cups, sugar and creamer as well. Comfy bed, Nice granite walled tub/shower very nice. No bugs! Oh yes, doggie friendly 10$ for each pet per night. We shall be back!

had to ask the nice lady at the reception window for clean pillowcases to go over the stained ones on the bed. There do not appear to be any "suites" here. It's just another rundown Motel 6. Would NEVER recommend this place! Awful!!!!!!

The stay was fine. Beds fine. I had thought it had said it had breakfast, it did not.

Clean rooms, very clean with newish furnishings and a minifridge. Helpful staff. Zero amenities, there was a pool area covered and locked that may be open in summer. The area seemed safe but not pleasant, a large truck stop was adjacent and a convenience store across the street. Overall, I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly. Bedsheets were stained. Noise across the street was loud with door closed. Couldn’t get the busy signal of the room phone to stop.

The linen was horrible with cigarette burns and blood stains. One German cockroach that I killed and showed to the front desk, which of itself is enough for a bad review.

Staff was courteous. First room, the fridge had not been emptied and there was 2 containers of Thai food on there and the whole room stunk horribly. Lady was very nice and apologized, moved us to a similar room nearby. It was great. No hair dryer in room, and fiance freaked out but lady at desk gave me one. Disaster averted. I would stay again based on price and location near Rock City.

When we entered our room, it was smelling of weed. We requested for another room and was offered to take a refund as there were no alternate rooms available. We tried to get a room in other nearby hotels, however, there was no vacancy due to the long weekend. We were so tired as it was already 11pm that we agreed to stay in the room. While leaving the lobby when we reemphasized that the smell was unbearable and then they offered an alternate room. The room was disgusting, sink was filthy, bedsheets, comforters, towels had stain and smelled too. Some other customer was alloted our room and she complained about the same issue. I heard her when I went to the front desk to get pillows as there were not enough pillows in the room. I couldn't sleep at night as TV was so loud in the adjacent room. The person in the adjacent room was smoking right at his room door. When I opened my luggage bag after coming home, it was smelling of the same smell in the room.

In addition, the property offered no basic amenities: no breakfast, no shampoo, no conditioner. For the price, the lack of cleanliness, security, and hospitality is completely unacceptable. This location does not meet the standards of a safe or comfortable stay, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Cockroaches. Staff with bad attitude. No free food/drinks but available to purchase at high price. Very limited parking. Circle K nearby 24hrs. Comfortable bed.

Close to Chattanooga and the interstate! Very clean and quiet. It’s beside a gas station so you may hear trucks pulling in. No breakfast but a clean area to chill at. Comfortable bed and couch with great views of the mountains.

Recently renovated, spacious, bath tub and room in general was super clean. Parking lot was clean as well. Quiet and secure area. Staff was super nice and courteous

They let us in our room way before it was time, that was really nice of them.

There were roaches, plural, walking the floor when I entered with my luggage. Instead of scurrying out of sight, they continued their way about the room. The night window was closed when I wanted to tell someone. I left the room.

You get what you pay for. Place was dirty. Stains on sheets and towels. Druggie hangout spot. I feared my car would be broken into but all was good, and front office staff was very kind, hence the 3 stars.

Sheets were yellow, stained and moldy. We had what looked like blood on the head board. Even though we were in a smoke free room it smelled like cigarette smoke and when we turn the light on in the bathroom the fan kicked on and all you could smell is weed.

The bed was clean but the sofa looked like It hadn't been cleaned. Check in was slow because of my international ID. The room had an iron and fridge but no hairdryer. It was fine for a 1 night stopover but I wouldn't go back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SUED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING & SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPT! The pictures on the site are all photoshopped because the nightmare it actually was in reality was far different than the photos. How this motel hasn't been shut down by the health department is beyond me! We had to buy bleach and Lysol just to use the bathroom in the room. The entire place smelled of cigarettes and filth. Bedspreads were stained with unknown substance and there was a razor blade on top of the barley working AC unit.

The noise. You have noise from the highway which is not to bad. It's the truck stop that is behind the property and trucks are coming and going all day and night.

Convenient right off the highway

It was not cleaned, there was used toilet paper left in the restroom, half of the cable did not work, the coffee maker was missing the pot (I think they thought it was a single cup maker), the knob to use the shower was missing, one of the bedside drawers wouldn't stay closed, the extremely creecky metal bed frame will keep you up all night, every lamp shade was cracked, one of the bulbs flickered so we couldn't use it.

Where do I start. The sheets clearly had not beet washed. We took the stained comforter to the front drag and we were given seemingly clean sheets. The shower… unusable. The shower head just sprayed water either as one small stream or literally water spraying everywhere. The counter with the sink was broken. The beds are anything but comfortable. The smell of pot was present all night, which was actually welcomed over the other smells in the room. The only good part was the guy at the check in. He seemed genuinely mortified when we showed him the sheets. The customer service was excellent, everything else was disgusting. Never again.

Heater/ AC didn't work properly. Couldn't adjust temp or fan. Near interstate and noisy.

My first review ever! This place is dirty, everything smells like cigarettes, bedbugs everywhere, walls bed, bathroom, disgusting, please close it down. I left 20 minutes after arriving because we got bitten everywhere by the bedbugs

Nice for a visit to Mammoth Cave

This property is gross. Found bugs when walking into the room, it stinks, and the comforters are stained. This is not how a hotel should look. Let’s not even speak of how cold it is and how the curtains allow all light in

The room was clean and the hotel was very convenient to Ruby Falls. The bathroom faucet ran the whole time and had to jiggle the handle on the toilet to get it to stop running. We didn't mind the stink bugs too much.

Couldn't find a stopper to take a bath the air conditioner was horrible couldn't get it cooled off the bed was hard and the cleaning stuff they use was unbearable

Room smelled like weed so bad even though I told the front desk I wanted a non-smoking room. The shower head was so moldy water hardly came out no matter the setting, there was long black hair on the counter and in the sink, the bed is more like a cot with a fold out metal frame and head board that was not secure, the counter was separated from the wall and looked to be falling off, white sheets and blankets had stains on then even though they had been washed, the mini fridges freezer was completely froze over and full of frost, a/c when working was very loud, staff on check in was nice, this property needs lots of work and seems that they don’t do upkeep

It was a clean and more newly furnished room, but this is the second Motel 6 in a row with a nonfunctional tv. They made an attempt to fix it wi new batteries or new remote and were able to turn it on but it was not able to navigate to any channels. At least i had my phone for entertainment. They also charged $10 for dog fee. They also had no plastic cups for drinking in the room nor when i inquired at the desk, luckily i had an old Love's coffee cup in my car. Couldnt wait to get out of there the next morning. This was the most expensive Motel 6 in Chattanooga at over $100 total. Shouldve saved the money and tried sleeping in my Jeep. Never again a motel 6! Never!

The room we checked into had stains on the pillows and sheets, And on the walls. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling rapt in a bag. Mold in the shower.

People smoking weed so bad we could smell in room. It backs up to a huge truck stop that made me feel uncomfortable traveling alone with my teen daughter. Air unit was filthy. Sink had a leak around it.

This was our half way hotel to home after staying in Daytona for a week. Arriving at the hotel we had a 15 minute wait to get our room key. No big deal. After this we went to the room and put our stuff down after the bug check on the bed. No signs of bed bugs. Great. 2 of the 3 of us left the hotel room after setting plants and chocolate from our trip that couldn’t sit in the hot car.. barely looked at the room and left. Came back after 2 hours and went to take a shower. Inside of the shower the shower head had a thick black ring of filth around where the water comes out. I tried to just not think about it as I finished my shower. I got out and the towel I used seemed white until you held it up to the light and there was stains galore on the towel. It was absolutely disgusting! So I grabbed another and it wasn’t that bad minimal stains but I needed to dry off! Seen a roach crawl across the floor near the door after my shower. We went to the main desk and said we wanted to check out and ask about a partial refund because we were not staying there and if we did we weren’t gonna sleep at all. We decided to just finish our 7 hour drive home before staying there. We have not since heard from anyone at motel 6. Got a email back saying to wait 5 days and its been over 7 now. I doubt I will hear back from them at this point. The outside looks nice but it is filthy with horrible customer service! Faucet drips, probably where the roaches would drink!

The beds and floor were damp to the point of feeling wet. We were just here to sleep so we could get back on the road. The wet beds plus the extremely noisy area and neighbors made that impossible.

Location was great for what we wanted to see. Shower, sink and floor was dirty. Used towels in shower. Had a few big bugs walking up the wall and across the floor. Air conditioner worked great. Difficulty at times using the television.

They had to immediately give us new pillows because the ones on the bed were stained. The smoke detector was in the drawer and no where it is suppose to be. The sofa has stains all over it. The sink leaks. There's an iron but no ironing board. Also, there's no hair dryer.

Basic Convenient Place to Stay. We only stayed two nights. The basics were available. They had small bar soaps, - no shampoo or conditioner. There were plenty of towels - no hair dryer - no door hanger for do not disturb, but there was the tv, fridge, and the microwave. Pillows were the flatest pillows that I had ever seen - bring your own. There were upgrades mixed in with the old. The sink worked but I could literally pick the faucet up - it was unattached ha ha!! It was clean though and to me at the price offered, it was worth staying here. The Interstate was a little noisy but it did not bother us and you are very convenient to everything in Chattanooga with a Mountain View just across the highway. They have a pool but it is under construction I think. It was filled with wood and parts?? I could walk to the store if I needed to for anything. It was a safe place to stay dispite the corner truck stop. It was an easy check in and friendly staff. The price and prior rating was a plus and set me at ease after reading people’s responses. I would recommend this hotel for those that are looking for only the basics - nothing fancy and it’s merely a motel 6. If you like the extras and expect more then don’t stay here. Make sure if you bring everything you need because they just have bar soap. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Many TV stations and convenient to the places that we were going to like Dalton Georgia convention center, Chattanooga Aquarium, Ruby Falls …

It’s only an Ok stay, I’ve stopped through for an overnight stay, so if doing the same don’t expect too much. For the money and the length of our stay it was just fine. I had an issue with my room shower at first but the attendant was prompt to give me a new room.
