Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. While some guests appreciated the comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location, many expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast options.

- Poor cleanliness and maintenance
- Limited or unsatisfactory breakfast options

The front desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly. I didn't notice an accessible room available when booking the room. Will definitely ask for that next time.
- 4/5
Air conditioning was very loud, the rest of our stay was very good.
- 1/5
It smelled like weed, we had prank calls at all hours of the night, a barking dog walking up and down the hall in the middle of the night, and a car alarm going off in the middle of the night

Refrig freezer useless 3/4 full of frost. had to change room. New room TV remote did not work. worker brought replacement, then had to come back to get picture. Workers were only part of "Quality in name! Bathroom was a joke.m raw unpainted 1x2 wood holdin up bathroom counter. below counter walls were3 colors {pealing paint} ceiling had a half- assed patch job. Hallway carpet worn out 5 years ago!

The room was clean, but it did not have tissues, the shower head was very rusty and could not be adjusted to change the water spray; the shower hot and cold valve handle could be turned beyond normal range, it almost came off. Not to mention water was barely warm, not hot. Breakfast served hard boiled eggs that were still frozen from being in the freezer and the Tatter tots were raw, not cooked to a brown and crispy appearance.

The lobby and halls were very warm and had a very distinct smell that was off-putting. The room was fine, and clean though and did cool down.

Friendly staff, microwave and frig in room. Very comfortable bed. Great location right of the highway.
- 2/5
He stayed there one night. The room was very tiny. There was no blanket on the bed no extra pillows for the price. I got what I expected. Got up the next morning for breakfast, which was supposed to be a free buffet and they have boiled eggs and tater tots that were extremely cold. You couldn’t get your own milk because it was in a gallon jog and there was no creamer for the coffee.

Room was clean. NO hangers in closet to hang anything up. No towel racks, so you could hang wet/dry towels. Shower head needed to get fixed.aked. It sprayed water on the celing. Bed was comfortable, but squeky box springs. Chair in room needed to get reupostered. Quiet stay except for getting woken up with the fire alarm going off-but no fire.
- 3/5
Hair on the toilet and in the bathtub. Pillows thrown on the chair and not on the bed. Bathroom recently painted but messy work and paint spatter all over the sink. I guess you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Lobby is great, portico is great, and the rooms are very clean and have plenty of furniture. Price point is really good also. Same class but 50$ cheaper.

Booked a non smoking room obviously it wasn’t it smelled awful. Bathroom was awful looked like who knows what was splattered on walls and pictures, looks like someone tried to paint over splattered who knows what on the door. Only positive is the air was working. Fridge did not work. Smell was awful. Not worth the price definitely

Some other shaky guest on drugs hanging around in parking lot made us feel uncomfortable.

Elevator does not work

Dirty room very noisy and rude staff
- 4/5
Bed was too tall for my wife with disability
- 2/5
Lighting in room was poor, no trash in bathroom, breakfast was late and the electrical appliances did not work well.
- 2/5
The bathroom had black mold growing on the ceiling and walls near the shower. Which I know is common when not using the bath fan, but you don’t have an option to not use it, so it must be just making noise and not actually venting. The hair dryer did not work. The refrigerator did not hold a temp low enough to keep food cold overnight. The chair in the room was very dingy and looked well used. The staff was friendly. Probably would not stay here again though.
- 3/5
Average hotel, nothing bad to say
- 5/5
Yes. Nice room.
- 4/5
Overall, everything was nice. It’s just a little old and a little dated. Even though they’ve remodeled, you still can see marks in the walls and on the doors.
- 1/5
They claimed they don't offer the type of room i booked (a jetted tub king suite) and then when i showed him the booking he said all the tubs were suddenly under maintenance. He also said there was no up charge for the tub, but then said there was but it was only 5 dollars?!?! But also the tubs dont exsist. Also bugs in the bathroom!!!

Room wasn't sanitary, it looked like it had not been cleaned except for the bed being made. One elevator did not work, the other one got stuck and doors wouldn't close, bath tub was rusty. After checking in and seeing the room I left. I've yet to receive my deposit which cost more then the room. Terrible.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!
- 4/5
Bed is comfortable, but very high. Hard to get on the bed. Nice tiled bathroom shower with grab bars. 2nd time I stayed at the Quality Inn.
- 2/5
Room needed dome upkeep...water was under the flooring and soaked my socks when I tried to get into bed.....hallways needed maintenance.
- 2/5
I hate to have to leave a poor rating for a stay. In this case I'm sad to report that this was not a great experience. I was traveling with my wife and mother-in-law for a funeral and all we really needed was a clean comfortable room for the night. When we arrived the desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. We go our room keys and unloaded. When we opened the room where my mother-in-law was staying I found that the window had been left wide open and there screen was broken leaving the room open to the world. The flooring in both was coming up and causing trip hazards. We settled in and it wasn't too long we got a call my mother-in-law that she had just killed a tiny bug. We investigated and pulled a part the bed and while I saw no signs of insect activity the seems of the mattress were full of crumbs and dirt. We check our room and found the same. I also noted that the room I was in was missing a desk chair. We requested my mother-in-law be switched to another room and we found the mattress much the same. There was also a hair blob in the tube. Just not very clean all the way around. We had rooms reserved here for the return trip but decided we should cancel and find a different facility. The sleep itself was comfortable enough. I really think this location needs a renevation with new furniture and complete cleaning.
- 1/5
The room was filthy electrical wire sticking out of the wall safety hazard the television did not work horrible experience

- 1/5
The elevator didn’t work it was. It was very slow and scary wall paint was peeling off the room
- 2/5
The room was so dirty we had to clean it and get new sheets. Definitely not worth 260$ for two nights
- 1/5
Place smelled of cleaner trying to drown out cat urine smell . Bed has old linen that could not be cleaned fully due to excessive use . Elevators don’t work and place was run down
- 3/5
Staff was very courteous and the hotel is central to a lot of restaurants and the local mall. The down side is there is NO kitchenette just a mini fridge and a microwave. The elevator is very slow to close the doors on the first floor and even worse to the point that the alarm sounds on the second floor. Hotel is in ok shape and mostly clean. The shower has only one decent setting and the tub drains slowly. Finally although it has cable TV it gets spotty reception on most channels. Overall would I stay here again? Yes for one night but not for an extended stay due to the lack of kitchenette.
- 5/5

- 2/5
Staff was very nice, beds were clean and the limited options for breakfast were fresh. Everything else was a disaster. VERY run down. Outside doors to back parking lot were damaged & incapable of closing so anyone can walk in unseen. One elevator broken; the other elevator had a room phone mounted to the wall and hard-wired into the emergency phone box. All walls, surfaces damaged or dirty. The room: carpets very dingy; broken or slow sink and shower drains; locks on door missing or broken, curtains didn't fully close. Breakfast options were coffee, OJ, cereal (cheerios, fruit loops), batter for waffle maker, apples, hard boiled eggs, bread for toaster.
- 3/5
Yes
- 4/5
Clean room. Close parking. A little noisy from our neighbors. Could use a new coat of paint. No luggage rack. Knobs missing from dresser/TV stand. Couldn't open drawers. Good free breakfast. Accidently got billed twice for same night. Had to call to report it, so I wouldn't have to pay twice for one night. It took about a week for it to be resolved. But for what I paid, it was a decent plsce to stay for one night.
- 4/5
Breakfast could be better
- 4/5
The only complaint was that the room smelled a little like moth balls and the reception on the TV was bad quality. But the staff was very friendly. I didn't bring these issues up to the property because they weren't bothersome enough to complain
- 4/5
The hotel is old and needs renovation, but the staff are friendly and the price very reasonable.
- 3/5
The area felt safe and well-lit, the lobby nice and clean-but the rooms not so much. The elevator only worked on the 1st & 3rd floor. The elevator doors shut on you and don’t care if you’re there opening them, they’ll keep squeezing so you have to forcefully pull them apart to finish loading/unloading the elevator. The microwave didn’t work in our room & there wasn’t a single trash can either. A hint of mothballs fills the room, but at least the a/c worked and was nice and cold. It was a last minute stay bc we had gotten a nail in our tire, so we only slept there for a few hours before hitting the road again. We skipped out on the breakfast bc it didn’t look appealing at all whatsoever. We’ve been staying at a different hotel each night on this trip, & this one was pretty bad. I would not want to stay there again, nor recommend it for a full night’s stay, but it was fine to sleep there safely for a few hours as we needed. Everything else was much more expensive, so you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
The room was clean, but definitely needs some maintenance such as a hole in bathroom wall, missing screw on TV causing it to be misaligned, big chip out of bathroom door and no safety latch on the entry door. Surprising disrepair considering not many people were staying there and therefore this should have been one of the better rooms. Air conditioner worked great and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, still decent value for the price.
- 1/5
The guy who checked me in stayed on his phone the entire time. Handed me key cards and pointed down the hall
- 1/5
I was not refunded my deposit that I paid for incidentals I paid half in cash and half on card and I only received the cash back nothing else so they still owe me 50$ and I checked out 11 days ago no happy at all
- 5/5
Great spot for the price!!
- 1/5
When I got to my room on the third floor - by the elevator did not work. Had to walk up. My room door was wide open- as in completely wide open. Not the most secure feeling at all. I would not choose to stay here again !! And they have still not retuned my $100.00 dollar deposit to my card.
- 2/5
The elevator was broken, the ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, the wall beside the trash can was gross in the main part of the room. The room number was 219. The pillows on the bed was not good, went to a local Walmart and bought my own pillows. I find it ridiculous that you have to request house keeping to bring new towels when you are staying multiple days. Had to visit the front desk on several occasions because my room key didn’t work. There was some junk furniture sitting different areas of the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t very good either, boiled eggs and some waffles.
- 4/5
Didn't eat wish they had juice
- 2/5
Toilet was not working. The facilities and area were not very clean.
- 4/5
Very Friendly Professional Staff. Will stay here again
- 4/5
Its been great so far. Me and my kids love the room...free breakfast is great...
- 1/5
The rooms are horrible. The furniture is beat up, cracked up big holes in the wall by the sockets. The elevated do not work. The breakfast is awful. They say it’s supposed to be hot, but they only had cereal cold at that. Do not waste my money.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and beds very comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was great. Not a big breakfast and the elevator was down. But other than that it was great.
- 1/5
Terrible experience all around. Horrible neighborhood. Another guest was robbed while we were there. Filthy rooms, old food stuck to surfaces. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Sheets were dirty and stained. Curtains were covered in stains. The only nice looking area was the lobby which was very deceiving. The whole place smelled terrible. Some areas smelled like illegal drugs were being used indoors. Booked an accessible room due to health condition and was put on the 2nd floor with no working elevator. Language barrier with staff. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
- 5/5
I accidentally made a mistake with booking but it was quickly resolved, I couldnt be more pleased with the staff!

Bad a lot of Bad issues
- 1/5
Room was full of mold, and wasn’t clean at all. Elevator was shady didn’t work good
- 3/5
Comfortable bed and clean bathroom, as well as friendly staff. Corridors and elevators were not in good condition. Some fixtures were damaged and carpet is very old
- 4/5
easy check in and comfortable. Needs updates. was good for us, it was close to the funeral location.
- 4/5
Looks like they could be in the process of remodeling. Not nearly as nice as the picture shows. That's often typical for a hotel. It was comfortable. Very little for breakfast. We were trying to travel cheap so can't really complain.
- 2/5
It was really bad, specially when the phone rings at 1 am 3 times when I picked up the call nobody saying anything, my girlfriend got really scared, that's something first time happening, I will never stay at the same place ever
- 2/5
Elevator was broken, the room smelled bad, and when I asked for any restaurants (even fast food) nearby, I was told they had no idea but offered me the delivery pizza coupon they had but didn’t know where it was. They weren’t rude, and the hotel was quiet at least so I could sleep well enough after I got past the smell.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay and the beautiful staff. Wonderful peeps!
- 2/5
The staff was very friendly!! The room...mold on the ceiling above the shower, drain clogged in the shower, toilet seat loose, skimpy on the towels, but did allow us to come up and get more. Fridge did not work. Not enough outlets in the room, there was a large extension cord for the tv area. Large crack in the window. Prank calls plagued our room starting at 230am...ridiculous! Breakfast was skimpy, but ok. On a very positive note the bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was nice.
- 4/5
Properties old that was comfortable need some refurbishing staff is very friendly though
- 5/5
No continental breakfast available.
- 4/5
Property was dated, need updates elevator only worked 1st & 3rd floors there was a sewage leak during the visit. Friendly staff
- 1/5
This was basically the cheapest hotel I could find on short-ish notice. You definitely get what you pay for with this one. The "secure" doors to the outside were constantly open which didn't make us feel safe. One elevator was broken and the other one was extremely scary. There was a major water leak on the first floor, so the carpets were wet and smelly. The gym was sparse and dirty. The staff(other than the woman at the front) were not especially helpful. I'm skeptical that our room was cleaned properly as the coffee supplies were not only missing, but the cups on the coffee station had been used and were very dirty. The breakfast offerings were minimal and of poor quality. Suffice it to say, we will not book here again.
- 1/5
My family and I stayed for 12 days, we never received daily housekeeping, the curtains had mold on them, the shower curtain had mold, one of the bed had blood stains on the mattress cover, the pillows were all flat and very old, the sheets and pillow cases were stained yellow, there was no hairdryer, which we were supposed to have, one of the lamp shades had stains on it, the rooms had damp carpet around the fridge, the Wi-Fi was horrible, at night the AC wouldn't cool the room down, one elevator didn't work, there's one elevator that opens the door when it's still moving and when it stopped the floor was uneven with the door. So many things were out of order, the so called laundry room was in terrible condition, I would never wash or dry clothes there. The change machine was out of order, the ice machine was out of order, it took them a week just to clean the pool, there was green stuff in the water. The lobby was like a sauna, and the lobby doubles as a breakfast room smh, breakfast consists of toast and if you're lucky you can get a boiled egg, there's no jelly, the machine for waffles wouldn't work, a lady had to come and skake it and then one big goop dropped out, the cereal was in like a closet room and it looked like stale cereal that they never put out for breakfast, the coffee was horrible. This place needs the health department to come and shut it down.
- 2/5
Lady at front desk was nice. Rooms smelled like someone spilled fabuloso or carpet powder in it. So strong of smells that my nose hurt. On the 1st room there was someone already in it. The second made our eyes water with the smell, same with the third. The desk staff did put us in a suite that had a living room and bed room. After this and a terrifying elevator ride each time the bed room was just far enough from the hall at least to be tolerable with the window open. Comforter/decorative topper was stained and the down type blanket had a over all yellow tint. The pube on the counter did not help either. We just tried to touch as little as possible at that point since it was super late and I had two sleepy kids. Got some nice whifs of marijuana around 2AM from our open window. Luckily it didnt wake the kids. Breakfast was uncomfortable (lack of AC) and the waffles tasted weird. I can not recommended this hotel OR the location.
- 4/5
Building is old and showing it's age but room was clean. the surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy but again it was good for the price
- 2/5
Later my room card was deactivated and I had to go back to the front desk to have to re-activated. Also the rooms and halls had an unpleasant musty smell. No A/C in the halls/waiting area/front lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast was included but by the time we got there there was no more coffee, not even decaf. They had some hard boiled eggs sitting out but they were scorching hot to the touch. We put them in cups of ice water to cook them down... Overall would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Room was filthy. There were crumbs and bugs in the bed, lots of people living there what seemed to be long term. Breakfast was boiled eggs and bread.
- 4/5
Nice stay for one night
- 3/5
The elevators don’t work. The security door doesn’t close all the way on the side door, so I didn’t feel very safe. The room was fine clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
Also, it was NOT clean/ smelled bad in hallways. Also left dairy products just sitting out on counter (instead of keeping them chilled) during Continental breakfast
- 2/5
Close to the ball field
- 1/5
I left my headphones on the bed, left the room, and less than 30 minutes later I texted the hotel (because no one answered on the phone) saying I forgot them, confirming it on my tracking app. No one has responded to me yet. This is so unfair!!
- 1/5
This property is Terrible. The elevators are hazardous. They either don’t work or the doors open before the elevator stops on the floor that you are on. The hotel itself is dirty!
- 1/5
Dirty, tv barely worked, didnt get room as advertised on expedia elevators broken, it was very hot. Ac out.
- 3/5
Was told the Elevator was working but it was not, so it was a huge pain to carry luggage and ball bags up and down 3 flights of stairs.
- 2/5
The air didn't work in the lobby so you couldn't enjoy breakfast. It was only one elevator working. It should've been stated on their website that they were doing renovation. The beds were comfortable though.
- 2/5
We felt the motel was quite dirty and rundown.
- 1/5
Where do I start? Toilet was covered in pee when we got there. There was cigerate burn in the sheets and blinds. We found someone's belt in the bed. The fridge was frozen over and the leftover food we put in it was full of water and had to be thrown away. Also the elevator doors opened about a foot before it got to the correct floor so that's a huge danger to any kids or animals. Stay as far away from this place as you can.
- 1/5
Called hotel at 5pm to confirm reservation with 2 beds and to let them know we would be arriving after 11pm. Upon arrival, the 2-bed room they earlier confirmed availability was no longer available. Only offered a king room for 3 people to attempt sleeping. Hotel is renovating-total mess, baseboards and door frames hanging, water leaks throughout, items broken off wall in bathroom, and no flexibility from staff about compensating for their obvious error. The continental breakfast area was less than inviting, right in hotel lobby and sorely lacking in options. Overall awful experience.
- 3/5
Good deal for the area.
- 1/5
Run down: one of the elevators (near the front) was out of order. The working elevator (near the back) had a sign saying to call front desk if not working. Leading one to believe that it happens often. The 2nd floor ice machine was not working and judging by the out of order sign on it, it had been awhile. Just an overall run down feel. Stinky: Room smelled like the hotel was trying to cover really bad smells with disinfectant/air freshener. It was a very unpleasant smell that got into our clothes. Breakfast was very limited as well.
- 2/5
My stay was terrible due to your faulty elevator. I felland cut my toe, bruised my knees, and my elbows. When I called and told you about. All I heard was I'm sorry. No one came to check on me or nothing. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently.
- 1/5
Property has 2 elevators we were made aware that one was out of order for the past 3days. Used the other to our room om the 3rd floor. Leaving the next morning the 2nd elevator was not working. Had to carry luggage to lobby. My wife has some mobility issues. So I had two help my wife down. Then the luggage. I don’t think the property takes care of the property. Would dicourage staying at this property.
- 1/5
Would not recommend and not planning on staying again.
- 4/5
the room needs more paint maintenance
- 4/5
Lobby was modern and updated. The breakfast is pretty basic without hot food. It appears the carpet is being replaced in the hallways because one was off limits and stripped of carpet. Room was a little dated but clean but I did have to plug in the power strip that powered the refrigerator, microwave, TV and desk lamp. A plus - The toilet paper is the best you will find anywhere since it appears they use Sam's Club Members Mark Ultra Premium. Most places use single ply newsprint.
- 2/5
This hotel was dirty and rundown. One elevator was not working at all and the other elevator was not operating correctly. It would trap you inside and not move and would take forever to get the door to open and let you out so you could run up and down the stairs. There were dead roaches under the beds. The bathtub was not cleaned before we took the room. The continental breakfast was horrible and there were even dead bugs under the serving tables along with bug traps and a mouse trap. The ice machines on the floors did not work. Overall this is a $20 dive hotel. Horrible experience!
- 1/5
This quality Inn was surprisingly bad. My door wouldn't close unless I slammed it. The room was poorly cleaned. The coffee tasted like days old. The breakfast was one of the worst quality inns I've experienced. There was a lot of little things like the main elevator was broke down and the stair wells were filthy. It was a what I would expect at a bad Red Roof or Motel 6.
- 3/5
stay put. It went to the middle of the rod. Since the rod wasn't secure. The hair dryer was stil somewhat broken, yes it worked but couldn't stay on the wall and it was cracked.
- 3/5
Poor condition.elevator in disrepair.room smellled.genersl poor maintenance
- 4/5
Great front desk employees
- 5/5
Close to attractions !
- 2/5
Hotel was in bad condition. Main elevator was out of order and the other elevator would not close when getting in and pushing floor button. When it finally did close and go up or down, the doors opened and the elevator was still moving. Room had trash in the closet and under sink in the bathroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely outdated and in major need of updating.
- 1/5
It was horrible. The first night room was like a room they use to take stuff out of. There was no phone, trash cans, iron, ironing board, missing a desk lamp and the chair and the clock. On top of that only two pillows fora king size bed wax told thay had no more. Big bubble in the floor was a huge tripping hazard and the shower rod was broken. The new roo. They put us in was better but the tub you couldnt takea ahower it was broken.
- 1/5
Walls were paper thin and I had to listen to two children who were left alone running around their room at midnight. I knocked on the door and no adult answered. I asked them to keep the noise down. It happened again at 1 am with me having to knock again. Then at 4 am I had to listen to the mother’s phone call as if she was in the same room. This is by far the worst sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel.
- 4/5
It was for one night. Very convenient off interstate
- 5/5
I had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites. The staff was amazing—super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and they were very accommodating with my pets, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
MOLD in shower stall. Sticky floors. BEDDING smelled dirty. Could not use hair dryer mouted to the wall no outlet in the room at all. Actually their was no outlets in the room to use any where. Checked out early because of issues would not give us a refund.
- 3/5
The place was in rough shape, stains on the sheets and bathrooms dirty. Only slept here but probably would not stay again.

Big decline since our last stay. Moldy bath tub, room in rough shape, walls scraped and paint missing, bath fan hanging off wall, toilet seat broke, only 2 tv channels, chair used as lock for room share door, old fire alarm hanging on wall disable and elevator doors open before it reaches the next floor.

Not at all what I expected. It was old, dirty, musty, moldy and noisy. On the positive side, the check-in gentleman was very friendly and helpful and the bed was quite soft.

There was mold on the cieling in the breakfast area.the elevators were barely working. The hallways smelled bad.

The elevator barely works and when the doors open- it is uneven with the floor and is a safety hazard. There is a sign there to warn people and now I see why. I tripped over it, fell out of it, and caught myself on the wall and I am sure I am not the only one that has happened to. It needs to be fixed!!! The room we had needs to be upgraded and things need to be cleaned better. And the lobby- there were at least 4 small garbage cans catching rain from the roof leaks and then puddles of water everywhere where there were no garbage cans. That is EXTREMELY dangerous. This could be a nice hotel if it was better maintained.

It was okay the check in was fine, however my tv was not working asked 3Xs to get it checked and nobody went. Was not only me there were four other families. Pool said it was open but had it locked all the time. There were bugs too. For the amount of money I paid it could of been better.

It was reasonable

Bathroom was dirty, curtains barely hanging, fridge does not close, elevator barely working and stops below the floor when going up. Glad it was quick stop to sleep.

Check in was wierd. I gave my name, he checked for my reservation. Then he asked who I booked it with, as though he couldn't find mine. He seemed to me that he didn't know what he was doing. But finally I got my room key. Breakfast was good. Shower was OK. Shower curtain needed to be replaced. Hair dryer, must of fallen off the wall, because it was on the countertop. Slightly cracked. But it did work. For a Quality Inn, the quality was just OK.

Ceiling in bathroom drips. Sink clogged. Refrigerator broken. Curtains falling off. Elevator doors open before reaching the actual floor. No way is that up to code.

It was alright

I had paid in full through the Orbitz website, then the front desk told me I have to pay an extra 5$ to the hotel. Seemed a little fishy to me to be asking for extra money...

Rooms are nice, but still had left over grime in the tub and on the headboard from the previous stay.

We had some very loud banging from 9-9:39. Had to go down to the desk because our phone didn’t work. Then when checking out they gave us a receipt but then took it back and said they could not give us a receipt. We insisted we wanted one but the refused. She said that she was trying to nice.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They should pay me to stay here and I still wouldn’t. Nothing worked very noisy and the room was filthy

This was our second stay at this Quality Inn, and very disappointing. When entering our room I found an old half of a towel on the vanity that was being used as a cleaning rag. Also on the vanity was a shampoo bottle with its contents spilled out on the countertop. We ignored this and I wiped up the spill and draped the rag on the edge of a wastebasket. Then my husband discovered the TV didn't work. After reporting this to the front desk person we were informed she'd contacted the maintenance person. After an hour we didn't hear back so I called the front desk, got no answer so went down there. The front desk person tried to locate us in another room, but that one hadn't been cleaned, so we went back to the front desk where she eventually found another room. By then my husband was so tired he asked if we could stay in our initial room but receive a credit since the TV didn't work. She agreed. In the end at checkout the next morning we received no credit and no satisfaction of any kind. This is the last time we'll be stopping at this motel!

management are thieves! We had a severe ice storm in Michigan that damaged our home and we lost power and electric company said it would be weeks before back on, so we had to cancel our trip.We gave Quality Inn and Hotels.com plenty of notice, yet they refused to give us a refund....

This was just right for a place to stop overnight. Clean, comfortable room. Simple breakfast available (hotel waffles are always a favorite). Not particularly stellar, but totally adequate for a good nights sleep. Price was affordable as well compared to other local options.

Several issues here. The whole place smelled funny, it was dirty, there were bugs, the air conditioning didn’t work correctly, bedside lamp wasn’t plugged in, towels smelled, old moldy food left behind, and my card was charged after checkout. Had to call for two weeks solid arguing with them and they kept saying the manager would call. Eventually started lying saying he called and left voicemails when I had no calls or voicemails from them. They eventually told me to call my bank since they couldn’t do anything. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get the money back.

The conditions of the hotel are poor. Our first room smelled like smoke. The staff were nice and agreed to change our room. The second room was clean, smelled good. But the curtains were broken, partially hanging off the window. Paint on the wall behind the chair was rubbed off. The pet area bags were empty. The elevator in the front of the building was out of service. And, the continental breakfast was okay but no hot eggs or breakfast sandwiches. they offered boiled eggs and a waffle maker, cereal, and yogurt. It was an okay one night stay as we passed through the area, but it was a one or two star experience.

The staff was great, the main lobby is quite lovely... Equipment in the fitness room did not work (specifically the treadmill and the ellyptical) and ice machines on the 3rd and 2nd floors were out of order. Also, watch your step on the elevator - the doors open before the elevator actually reaches the floor. 😬

Booked a room impromptu late night while getting gas across the road. Booked thru expedia, which displayed presentable room options with a pool. The pool was closed with no explanation, just signage. The grounds were well kept, as the establishment sits between two well-known hotel brands in the area. The room we were given was on the ground floor, likely where the other patrons with pets were housed, which we heard walking by. Immediate discomfort when we walked in the room. Started examining the premises; dirty brown and broken curtains, inspected the toilet bowl which was lopsided and rocky, lifted the toilet seat to discover a roach that tried to run, and flipped through the bedding. I'll stop there. All that said - NO. Absolutely not.

They have good breakfast items.

I did not stay for the dates of this review. I made it incorrectly with the wrong dates. They were kind enough to allow a change to the correct dates. Their customer service is outstanding!!

Very nice clean place, also very quiet and hidden. Not too public so you can’t hear the traffic.

This was a last minute overnight stay and we found this room online at a fair price late in the evening. It was very clean. We loved the clean bed linens and size of the king sized bed. The continental breakfast was a real bonus. Sometimes hotels have a small amount of breakfast choices that don't last very long, but this hotel was very generous with their choices and had ample quantities for us. We were very pleased with this location and will definitely stay here again when passing through.

Price was $69 with tax. You get what you pay for. The hotel overall was very shabby looking. Holes and marks all over the walls. Wasn’t sure the elevator was going to get us where we were going. Very slow. Only + was our bed and sheets were very clean. Also in a great area for restaurants.
