Ice was limited. The 3rd and 2nd floor ice makers was not working. The first room we received was not ready for us. Bed was not made. Staff was great about getting us a new room. The place was clean but the room smelled a bit like wet dog. Still had a great night of sleep. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices!

I usually don’t talk negative about businesses, but this one deserves it. For the price paid, it was a poor value. Drapes were hanging off and couldn’t be closed. Many areas of the room were dirty with old dirt. Sheets had minor stains and smelled of staleness. Bathroom had several dirty areas and broken tile where the rod was loose. Worst of all, the room smelled of mildew or dampness, which caused most of our family to have minor allergy symptoms by the morning. We opted not to use the shower. Very disappointed and a waste of money. I am the last person to exaggerate, so you can trust my review.

Beds were comfortable but smelled like Downie which I’m allergic too! Parking lot was clean but grass had pet marks! We approached by young man asking for help!

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and had really good shampoo and body wash. Loved having in room coffee! Bed was comfy and clean. Snacks were available for purchase and they had a good variety Nothing bad to say! Wish I could've stayed longer!

Overall, the hotel appeared clean, well-maintained, and everything was in good working order. The only issue we encountered was that the pullout sofa bed in our room was broken. However, the front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful when we brought it to their attention. While the broken sofa bed was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly impact our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and found the hotel to be comfortable and accommodating. I would stay here again in the future.

Great location, service, breakfast was excellent. There was a lack of towels, ended up having to use pool towels. But overall just what we needed as a pit stop in our travels.

Breakfast area was clean & well stocked with the hotel breakfast attendant assisting and keeping the area running smoothly. She was very polite & cordial. The room was clean & the indoor pool was very well maintained as well. The clerk at the front desk was super attentive & she went above & beyond assisting us with our check-in & providing us with extra towels & bedding. It was also very quiet & near many restaurants within walking distance.

Check in staff excellent. Pillows were excellent. Stay was great. Just noticed a bit more attention needed for maintenance in the bathrooms and bottom base trim. Cracks, peeling away from wall. Just cosmetic.

The appearance of the lobby does not match the photo. The lobby was dingy and beaten up. The extra decorations (wood Welcome sign, floral wreath) looked junky. Elevator was dirty.

The Staff and Hotel accomodations were exceptional!!!!! The Front Desk Staff went above and beyond in their Friendliness and helofulness in Checking in to my Room with my Furbaby. The Room was top notch, the Bed was super comfy and amenities were plentiful. The parking lot was well lit and parking was convenient. Located just off the Interstate and close to Restaurants and Gas Stations. I highly recommend staying here.

Walked in our room late at night and the sofa bed was broken and apart. There was a nasty stain on the floor. One of my kiddos turned on a light and a cockroach ran across the bathroom floor. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful even though it was 2am and I had four young children with me. We immediately left and continued our drive

We had a pet room and it smelled Iike it. The thermostat / HVAC unit did not work. The hall carpet was deeply stained, the overall property was tired. The coffee machine was out of order and the yellow Caution stand was stored behind the handrail in the elevator. Overall, not at all my normal experience of the Express properties.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Check-in Lady at front desk even remembered me from almost a month ago; which is exceptional.

Expedia website said car charger on premises. This was the main reason for my stay. No charger. Said they told Expedia to remove this but Expedia won’t take it down. Said call hotel next time first. But I did and no one answered Said she was busy and didn’t hear it!

Room was great for a quick stay. We just came in around 10pm and left after a good breakfast at 7:30am. While we were not there long, it was a good place to rest and refresh for another day of traveling.

Not as good of an experience at this Holiday Inn express as we have had in many others. The toilet seat was broken and there was rust in the bathtub and on the shower curtain. Also the handle to the bathroom was broken and very difficult to navigate. Breakfast was OK but rather tasteless and lukewarm. It was easing it to navigate to dining options and stores so we did enjoy that the staff we’re not friendly or very helpful.

Checked in just for the night. Room was nice, beds comfortable and breakfast buffet very good. However, our room had a leaking ac unit and floor was very wet. Had to change rooms. Next room had the same issue only not as bad so we were able to stay. Mgmt was very accommodating when contacted about wet carpet.

Check-in time is 3pm. Softball team began their check-in at 3:45. There were 2 clerks at front desk. I stayed in the same line, which was moving extremely slow. Other clerk completed all check ins & I was still waiting in line. This clerk NEVER asked for next customer in line. She was checking in walk-ins over customers still waiting in other line. After 20 mins of waiting, I was checked in, BUT a room wasn’t ready. Was told, it would be ready in 10 mins. After another 20 mins, room was finally ready. Entered room, settled in to relax for about 15 mins prior to game, & TV didn’t work. Tech came & fixed it. Clerk visited & I explained my disappointment with staff! She didn’t offer upgrade or credit due to OUR experience, but she did offer member points, but never followed up. Total lack of customer service…..

The bed was clean and comfortable. The tile to the entrance of the room had black sticky mop streaks. Seems as though someone cleaned the area with a very dirty bucket. We had taken two washcloths and wiped it all up. The washcloths were totally black on both sides. I was nervous about leaving anything in my vehicle.The parking lot butts up to a residential area.

Our room was spacious. Clean. Quiet. We only used the room to sleep, get ready in the morning to be off again on adventures but it was so nice to come back to in the evening and crash out in a comfortable bed. We didn't use the breakfast buffet at all so can't comment on that. We were up and out too early. The hotel was central to everything we wanted ... easy in and out ... easy access to highways .... lots of food choices in the area ... we stay again if we come back to Chatt.

I’m not sure who is reviewing this property but it’s not quite worth the “excellent” rating. The staff was friendly and helpful but you can tell they were short. We didn’t have enough towels (only a set of two for a six person room) and needed a few other things but no one was available to bring them to the room. The was hair in the shower and on the soap dispensers. The tile floor in the room was very dirty. The carpets in the hall were dirty. Bathroom wall is deteriorating near the tub and the door panel was coming off at the bottom. Just passing through for the night and typically this Holiday Inn brand is much better than this. The firm and soft pillow options on the bed were nice.

The floors on the 1st floor were wet from kids running in and out of the pool. Our room smelled like sewage. The water pressure was weak, and the bathroom sink and tub did not drain.

It was hard find hotel at first but if U pass the McDonald’s turn road beside the Hardee’s the hotel is on the left. GPS told us to turn before U get to McDonald’s we went through that parking lot until we figured out there was another North Smith Road. Staff was very friendly, & cook kept food stock & nice, hot a lot of variety including a pancake maker, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, gravy biscuits, scrambled eggs, egg white omelette, turkey sausage, turkey link, bacon, muffins, cinnamon rolls, coffee, apple juice, O.J., another juice, bagels, toast, apples, banana’s, oranges, nutrigrain bars Monday- Fri 7am-9:30 sat/sun 7-10am nice dinning room area near breakfast area. Pool was nice, cold indoor & an air conditioned gym. No Hot Tub. 2 double beds were nice with wall control for air conditioning, it included bath wash, shampoo, conditioner & at sink hand wash, lotion. For 3 people staying only 2 towels we got 2 more tissue it only had 1 but we asked for 2 more rolls. Pool had towels too not long ones but we bought our own. Washing machine & dryer only cost $2.75 per load quarters only! Walking distance to Hardee’s & Mc D’s. Champy’s was a great seafood place to eat & drink a margarita for vacation.

A nice quiet area away from the city with plenty of food options. The breakfast was pretty decent, eggs, sausage, pancake, etc. The biggest issue we had was that our room was right by the stairwell so we would hear the door slam pretty often. The rooms themselves were very nice though.

The restroom was clean but we need linens for the sofa bed , there weren’t enough towels for all of us and there wasn’t any box of tissue paper. The morning staff was nice, the lady at the front desk was very nice and courteous. It is a hotel but why allow people to stay outside at the front of the hotel sitting there talking and drinking at midnight when people are trying to sleep. Other than all those issues I think we can come back if we don’t have to deal with the noise people at midnight.

The check in was seamless. However, when I parked, it was in a poorly lit area and I interrupted a young couple having "relations" in their vehicle. Well, it was Friday night. I got to my room and was hit with the overwhelming smell of wet dog. It is a pet friendly location but honestly housekeeping should have kept up with it better. Everything was fine one improvement would be the electric blinds didn't have a remote to close them. There was a very bright parking lot light that illuminated my hotel room and I needed to lower the shade but didn't have the ability so I hung a towel on the window. This was nothing compared to how nice everything else was!

Our stay for the night was perfect! Somehow my bathroom door got locked but the front desk was quick to fix the problem with kindness! Breakfast was great!

Second time staying while traveling through. We have a cat and it can be difficult to find accommodations. They were very welcoming. Also room was clean no smells. Breakfast was excellent food was hot filled frequently. Will stay again when traveling through to Florida.

There is no car charger at the property as listed on the Expedia webpage. That is why we booked there. They said they have never had one. Other than that, it was a great stay and the room was clean and cimfortable. The staff friendly and the breakfast was great.

This hotel is old and not well kept. Incredibly loud and very few breakfast options.

There was a barking dog we could hear constantly barking. I understand that this is the other tenants fault. Besides that sound, we also heard people outside our hotel window & it wasn't even open. The room had dirty carpet along with the hallway. There were stains on the bedsheets, lamp shade & wall. The tv remote was sticky & the room had a musty odor. The breakfast was tasty.

we chose this hotel because of the indoor pool as compared to other hotels in area that had no indoor pool. when amenities like this are not available a discount should be given. i would of chosen elsewhere more affordable for not being able to use the pool.

Quick check in, decent area

Pretty standard holiday inn, lobby was very loud and manager had to ask them multiple times to quiet down, check-in was easy if you had a reservation, computer system would have trouble with the card reader at times, overall I was satisfied with the stay and would recommend. Rooms were clean and quiet and parking was easy but limited most likely due to spring break week being busier than usual.

The hotel is very clean, and an amazing and friendly staff. The breakfast was better than expected. The only sownside was the pool was out of service. Not a d3al breaker though. Definitely recommend.

We were very disappointed to arrive and find the pool was out of service, and has been for some time. That was the only reason we picked this hotel and Expedia should share that information. The front desk staff member was very helpful and made a great connection with our kids, which we really appreciate.

We booked this room last minute as a stop to break up our trip home. The room was incredibly clean and modern and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in a hotel! The front desk attendant the night we checked in was bubbly and sweet and made us feel so welcome even though we were so tired. Keep up the great work!

First impression was positive. I had come to check in and realized the indoor pool is broke (hest not working) the ladies up front called around to see if another location had one open as that is all my kids talked about. So 10/10 customer service. Room was little to be desired. There was weird yellowing discoloration along the white rolling curtain. The bathroom seemed to have suffered water damage at one point as the bottom of the door was warped and there was a very poorly done patch job next to the tub, who knows whats living inside the wall. The tub also had black smugdes in the bottom and the drain was not draining well. The next morning we came down for breakfast, and found the fruit area empty, and there being no sausage. We were down there a good 20-30 minutes eating breakfast with thr kids and the sausage never restocked and they eventually ran out of eggs (went to get a second one) Likely wont stay at this location again.

Breakfast was really good, love the pancake machine. The room and hotel common areas were very clean. The pool was closed but we only stayed 1 night so we weren't going to use it anyway. The only issue was there was a lot of outside noise like firetrucks and other road noise.

This hotel is pretty standard for a Holiday Inn Express. The only complaint I have is that the hot water for tea at breakfast is from a container that is also used for coffee. Therefore, the water has a strong taste of coffee. Management, please use a separate container to heat and tranfer water that is used for hot tea!!!

Poor check in service Rude Red Head with the personality of a Prickly Pear Cactus. After a long day on the road, just what you need a little desk clerk with an attitude. IWILL PROBABLY REMOVE HOLIDAY INN FROM MY GOTO. Room was dark, some lights were out or flickered. Microwave didn’t work, phone charging ports were all broke.

Would have given the property 5 stars but the ceiling vent over checkin desk has left dirt-dust on wall. The welcome desk was dirty and halls smelled of smoke. Room was clean and very new. Great location off 75. Staff very polite.
