Great place to spend the night

The room was very clean, however we did not get the best nights sleep due to the constant sound of the AC unit kicking on and off all night. When on, the unit would blow directly toward the bed and we’d freeze, when off we’d sweat. Constant tossing and blanket movement :( An updated AC system would make the rooms more comfortable.

They have an excellent breakfast!! We also enjoyed how quiet this hotel is. It’s in a nice location with several restaurants close by and actually has a Steak House connected to it. We’re here visiting family and will definitely stay there again.

This is my favorite hotel. It’s always quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. One getting desk man was great. Other than those mentioned above, everything was pretty bland. Nothing exceptional about the place. A couple of cool cars in the lobby doesn't make it a better place to stay.

The only negative - I felt like the $100 per fee was a bit much for us checking in late afternoon and leaving the following morning. Should have been $50 instead of the $100 fee that I paid.

Love the hotel very beautiful. We would set outside at night and enjoy the fire pit. They have early evening get together with complementary drinks and snacks. The location was a little too busy for us.

I love our spacious room, and 2 tvs my husband watch his shows and I watch my Netflix. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and free drinks during happy hour. My only complaint is no ac inside the elevators.

I really suggest kids hours from,2pm till 4 pm that way they can can snacks, Shirley Temple drinks etc. Then from 5om till 7pm Adults only period. It will be awesome and not have to complete in line with a a drink with kids. I think happy hour should be for adult only. You could try kids hour from 2pm till 4pm that way it won't be a line for a drink. Typically when you think of happy hour kids are not involved. I did not enjoy it with all these kids in line, it took forever to get a drink .

The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I received messages about if our room was ok and if we needed anything. I was given a choice for what floor I wanted to be on. The only thing that i didn’t care for was that the fan/ac never turned off and it was loud for someone who is a lite sleeper. The rooms were super quiet.

Very nice. Quiet and safe. Right across the street are many options for dining. I ate at the Greek restaurant. If you are a Dunkin’ Donuts fan there is a shop about 4 minutes away easy in and out. I will definitely stay here again. We visited the railroad TVR and road the train then visited the aquarium. A great time in Chattanooga

Parking was difficult if returning in the evening. Great location.

The parking was sparse at that time of the night but otherwise we would definitely stay there again. It is right off the interstate and easy to hop back on in the morning.

Good breakfast, room was disappointing as there was no separation between living area (pull out sofa) and bedroom offering zero privacy. Other ES have separate bedrooms in king suites. This hotel advertised that! Very deceptive. Also flush on toilet was louder than a freight train. It was terrible and should be evaluated. We will not be stopping here again on our travels from MI to FL and reverse. Finally, we were charged $100 for our 2 toy poodles who were better trained/behaved than most kids, They never made a sound and as they are pure bred AKC registered dogs, totally hyper allergenic. That is why we have them as I am very allergic to dogs and cats. So, the room did not need to be cleaned as thoroughly as with another breed plus we weren’t even there 12 hours! $50 should have been the fee, period.

Overall we had a good stay and the space was nice. However, housekeeping didn't even vacuum and one morning we went down for breakfast with an hour left on the breakfast time and the made to order breakfast was closed and many items were gone and not being refilled.

The hotel was very clean and kept. The amenities were more than enough. we will stay again if we're ever in that area--

The hotel was average/ mediocre at best. The amenities are outdated and need renovation. The room which was a suite for a family of 5, was not very spacious. Very small bathtub and shower combination that did not divert the water all the way to the shower head. The pool was almost unheated, on the smaller side, and offered no hot tub for adults to relax in. The hotel attempted to be courteous and gave us water and cookie sandwiches BUT they only gave 2 waters and 2 cookies for 3 children and 2 adults. The breakfast in the morning was an expected continental breakfast which had hot and cold food options. They did have vouchers for made to order breakfast but we did not use them. We also arrived too late for the dinner and drinks offered so I do not know the quality of the food. There is Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse offered for in room dining or in restaurant, but no other on site dining for later dinner or snacks. For the amount charged for the room I expected everything to be on more of a luxury upend scale, but everything seemed to be no different than every other hotel in the area except there were a few more business men around in the lobby.

The morning breakfast crew was very disappointing due to the choices and stale bagels and limited choices for people that do not eat sausage and bacon. The protein bowl was a complete tasteless mess, it was a white blob with no flavor whatsoever. The staff was very rude and over welded with what was going on around them.

Dont remember staying at an Embassy Suites before, but we would absolutely look again and definitely stay at this one next time we drive thru. Breakfast was fantastic. The omelet guy does an amazing job (3/1/26). Appreciative the BACON and grits too. Would suggest the individual sealed gluten free bagels to be offered (even upon request). 5Star TY

The hotel is very nice and clean. I was surprised that they do not do anything extra for their Hilton members. The beds were not very confortable. Pillows were awful compared to other Hilton owned properties. All else was a positive experience from check in to cleanliness to service.

We were looking forward to staying at the Embassy Suites, however, the clerk on check in, a young gal, was anything but welcoming. Our suite, 502, also didn't having a working air conditioner. However, we did order Ruth Chris room service and it was divine. On our return to Chattanooga, we choose to stay elsewhere.

The breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Made to order omelets by a chef. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Love the happy hour reception of 2 free drinks and free snacks. A lot of dining options by the hotel that you can drive or walk to. Shout out to Marsha who checked me in! She was really friendly and energetic!!! We have stayed here several times and definitely will be back. We try to only stay in Hilton hotels especially Embassy Suites beacause it's a gorgeous hotel, wonderful breakfast and amazing rooms!

The mattress was worn and had sinking area throughout mattress which caused me to check out a day earlier and the desk clerk stated that hotel. Com would have to refund me

Our room was very clean, updated, nice furniture and I always love the separate bedroom and living room situation. I don’t like staying at a hotel that only has sitting in the bed as an option for relaxing. The festival Christmas decorations really set the Embassy apart from other hotels. They were elegant and classy, just overall so beautiful!!! Marisa was so friendly at check in and I loved her jokes! Overall

The room seemed "not clean" upon arrival --- which was late night. The toilet was dirty---or maybe stained? There was hair in the bathroom and crumbs on counters.

Fantastic staff, I left my purse hanging in the closet and didn't realize until I was 70 miles away, I called the hotel, they immediately went to the room not only did they find my purse but my glasses as well. Everything was returned, so happy and will definitely stay again. Hotel is beautiful, clean,quiet and the staff is honest and helpful.

The hotel was great! Free hot breakfast was great!!! Everything was fantastic, except for the pool!!! I tell you the "big kids" were so loud i mean screaming loud and so rough just splashing and throwing each other aggressively now mind you i have a 7 and 4 year old trying to float and enjoy their time. Well that didn't happen! Each time we tried they just took over!! I told the front desk and she said oh thank you for letting us know.... Ummm ok fix it!!! Anyways the stay was great just don't expect to enjoy the pool area because they have no control of the idiotic people who do not know how to act like normal people!!

We stayed as a family of 3 and we really enjoyed ourselves! The staff was super sweet and professional. The facilities were top notch and we all really enjoyed the attached Ruth Chris. We will definitely be returning again soon!

This place is always amazing. Home away from home. Huge rooms, good breakfast, super friendly staff. May be time to update the mattresses on the pull out couches.

Great option for budget stay for our halfway point to the beach! Very clean and there are options for dinner nearby.

We did have an issue with the fitted sheet not fitting the bed but housekeeping took care of it right away. And we had a comfortable nights sleep.

I come to this hotel often. It is by far one of the best!

My fiance and I were truly surprised about the quality of the hotel. We were especially surprised with the extras like the cocktail reception and the breakfast buffet. We will be staying in Embassy Suites hotels for all of our weekend getaways from now on!

Excellent Memorial Day weekend stay! Check in staff was superb, the room was clean and the breakfast served was on point. Would recommend anyone to stay here! Be prepared for the incidental $100+ fee tacked on at check in, but it should be refunded in a very timely manner.

This time the hotel’s complimentary cocktails and nibbles were not up to norm, nothing hot was served only mixed fruit bowl and carrots & celery to nibble on with your cocktail.

I like the floor plan of the room, location of the hotel and it was very clean and staff was friendly. Hotel was near alot of shopping places and eateries.

At the evening happy hour you got two free drinks. My drinks and my son’s mixed drinks were TERRIBLE. Both alcohol and mixer were bad.

I really expected more from an Embassy Suites. The head of the mattress was tilted down enough to make the blood rush to your head and there were significant body grooves in the mattress. The breakfast selection was nice but the taste was bland at best.

The staff is awesome, rooms are clean, and the place is pretty quiet despite it being super busy while we were there. Very family friendly. The free breakfast is great too! Loved the omelette bar. The only downside for me was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Just way too firm for my taste. Overall I would definitely recommend!

This is a first class hotel. One of the nicest I have ever stayed at. Only one regret is that I didn’t have a couple of weeks to stay.

We booked a suite, and needed to use the pull out couch, and it was very gross. Mattress pad dirty. We ended up sleeping on the sofa instead of the pull out part. Everything else was great. Loved the made to order omelettes!
