The staff was excellent and the Hotel is located within most of the popular restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area. The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating.

No hair dryer in the room

Although rooms were remodeled they are way to small, not enough towels , couldnt bring blockout screen down due to new furniture installed next to it and we found a white tiny pouch filled with white powder stuck to ceiling . And not enough parking… will never stay here again

Recently remolded. Very nice design.

The staff was nice that we encountered. I do however wish the gentleman that checked us in had told me the hotel was under major construction before we came because we called with questions. Parking was horrible we had to park somewhere else and walk to the hotel because 75% of the lot was shipping containers. Had to go buy an HDMI cord in order to watch streaming from our laptop since the tv did not have any options. The elevator was under renovation as well and the wood in it didn’t feel too safe. The room was clean and decent and the cookies were great as always. Just a bad experience with the rest.

Right away the check in clerk was very welcoming with lots of great ideas for local places to visit and enjoy a good breakfast. The cookie was a nice touch. The lounge was nice. The parking needs to be figured out, maybe side access to the building would help guests have an easier way to unload and head up to room. There was some rennovating going on and the floor I stayed on had not been updated yet which accounted for the low score on cleanliness. Overall it was a good stay, I would recommend for visit and will probably book again when visiting city.

liked the room just wish there was a balcony, kitchen facilities, smart tv the $25 daily parking on top of what i paid nightly for a room. The fact that there was a reception and all the parking was taken by those people and I still had to pay $25 and was redirected to park somewhere else

Bar was well stocked, but they were under. Renovation and a lot of the construction material was stored in the parking lot. But they had accommodations for parking at other lots

I reserved this room specifically for the jetted tub. The stopper to keep it from draining did not work, and it was leaking from the bottom which rendered it unusable. They gave me free parking and breakfast vouchers which I personally felt was insufficient to make up for it. Also, it was under renovation, which had things feeling a bit dangerous as one can imagine. I would like to emphasize that the staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. I am simply expressing my concerns about the property itself and my disappointment at the tub not operating. The room itself was quite nice and well-maintained. Placing the outlet behind the headboard on the right side of the bed did make it impossible to plug in additional devices. The location was great being only a couple of blocks from the Riverwalk.
- 2/5
This hotel is currently under construction, which you don't know until after you check in. There is very loud construction noise between 8am-6pm, most of the parking lot is full of shipping containers, and the elevators are currently just bare plywood and tape. It doesn't seem right to let people book here without warning of these conditions beforehand.
- 5/5
They are remodeling right now so it is kind of a mess but the staff and service is amazing I will stay again once the remodeling is done looking forward to it

The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Televisions in the room lacked streaming services. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. There are no service lifts for work crews and cleaning staff. Everyone uses the same lifts which is a less than optimal guest experience.
- 3/5
The hotel is in the middle of a remodel, so it was not the atmosphere we wanted.

The location You were supposed to be the hotel of the weekend rodeo and gave shuttles but you claim you didn’t know anything but you were on the huge billboard as a sponsor. The hotel is a construction site. Only 1 elevator worked , the breakfast was soo poor it was upsetting. But you still charged full rates. Should have picked a different hotel

Room had ugly cheap carpet.. looked stained but that was the design. Elevators looked run down. Very ugly.

The cookies were great at the front desk. The location is great. I didn't like that fact that I requested a high floor and I didn't receive one. They put me on the 3rd floor and the view was horrible. There was renovations going on and the noise was loud and the hotel smelled fishy. I told them about the noise and they only gave me on night of free parking. The staff was very nice and the rooms were decent but I will not be staying at this location again if I'm ever in Savannah. Oh they also raise the rates about $200 more because there was an event going on In town.. I know a lot of places do that but to me that's just greedy.

Excellent service, great location.

- 3/5
Seemed a bit mediocre when compared to what we saw once in town. The Read House will be our next try. If you're laying your head down and heading out early next day, just fine. I will say our coffee, caramel macchiato from the lobby was absolutely fantastic. So maybe 3.5 for that.
- 4/5

No free Wi-Fi Staff was nice.

Alicia, our bartender and server, was outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and tweaked a menu cocktail for me that made it perfect for me. The desk staff was lovely for check in and check out. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
- 3/5
Carpet in room smelled pretty bad. Service at front desk was average or slightly below. Hotel under construction led to elevator waits.
- 5/5
Cook made a plate of bacon especially for me. Must’ve overheard me complain about what was on buffet. Was above and beyond and was greatly appreciated.
- 3/5
There's a mildewy smell in the rooms. If we hadn't been driving all day, we would have left
- 2/5
I also stay at Embasy Suites in Franklin, Tennessee and that suite also had a large stain on the sofa that it also reeked of urine. I was very disappointed in my stay at both hotels.
- 3/5
I would not stay at this location while they are renovating. You could hear the banging from three/four floors down during the day. So no mid day naps while seeing the town morning and evening. If you don’t plan on being in the hotel during the day you should be good. Was clean and friendly staff.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean. My only complaint was that the A/C unit was extremely loud.

I would not recommend booking a suite at this hotel. The couch was completely beat and very uncomfortable, one of the elevators made a loud hammering noise while running (loud enough to wake me up !) and the front desk just really didn’t care about these issues or offer any remedy.

During our three days stay, we stayed in three different rooms. In the first one, the amount of noise at night made it impossible to sleep; pipes, air conditioners, refrigerator. and the building below with all the machinery. We were offered another room that was more isolated. The amount of noise subsided a little, but the smell was disgusting. In both, the absence of cleanliness was immediately noticeable. There were piles of fingernail clippings on the carpet. We had to communicate it four times in the course of 14 hours and it was never cleaned. We asked for another room. The last room was better, but the noise at night was still an issue. We were comped breakfast for our trouble, but it was your average hotel slop. At $18 per head, you could have gone right out the door and had a good breakfast from a local restaurant for cheaper.

A little disheveled bathroom. They charged me for parking when I told them I didn’t have a car.

Very quiet hotel. Comfy bed. Large TV. Very close walk to pretty much everything youd want to go to.

The rooms where very clean. The overall hotel is nice. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was amazing

This is our stay at property when in Chattanooga but this stay had issues! Housekeeping needs to do better, the bed skirt had suspect stains on them, went down to the front desk to request that they take them off the bed but when I got back, they had to remove the wrong item so we still have those same. Nasty stains on the bed had to go down to the front desk again, but this time they corrected the situation the next morning we went out, thinking that housekeeping would give us fresh, clean towels and make our beds, but they said we wasn’t on the list for our room to be clean so I had to make our own bed and we had to ask for clean towels and that’s never happened of all the years of us coming there so I don’t think we’ll probably be coming back!!!
- 5/5
You can’t beat the cookies!
- 5/5
We came here for our daughter's 2nd birthday. It was super close to the aquarium (10 min walk) and near other popular shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was also very easy and they even served complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies! Love!
- 5/5
We have visited many times and have been very happy with the accomodations. The location is very convenient to Chattanooga food and entertainment.
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful! The room was small but clean. We spent some time at the bar, and the staff were so friendly and fun to chat with. The location was excellent-walkable to dining and shopping. The free parking was a huge plus in Chattanooga. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, great location and service by staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Check in was breeze, great room. Comfy bed, big TV, and frign microwave. Room was cozy. We had drinks within our hotel, traveling with children especially great!!! And finally heated pool was clean and lil cabana area..it was a lil chilly weather but when you promise a 2yr old we'll swim if you eat, you swim.. Not too mention warm cookies at check in.
- 3/5
They charged me park in their lot 25 bucks a night. Ridiculous. The restaurant in the hotel was extremely over priced. 2 quesadillas and 2 drinks cost 80 bucks after tip. Spent more money on and at hotel than i did anywhere else in my vacation

It was not worth the money spent

You will have to pay for parking and they are not responsible if someone breaks into your vehicle. The tub is outdated and the paint is peeling. There was hand stains on the mirror. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

Our room wasn’t in the best shape. Lots of stains in couch (we just avoided using) and everything felt sticky. Otherwise, nice area and very close to shops, water and restaurants.
- 5/5
Walkable distance to restaurants and downtown attractions like the aquarium and others.
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional about this property! The restaurant thats located in the hotel was not be best but there are plenty of other dining options close by!
- 5/5
This hotel experience was fantastic. The hotel was quiet and everyone we had contact with was always friendly and welcoming. Location of hotel was very walkable to great restaurants and shops as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Cait at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was nice, updated, and clean. The pool was nice as well.

It might have been awhile since I’ve travel, but it is a shame you have to pay for parking.

- Room has a mold smell - Air conditioner not working well - Bathroom unacceptable! Bath tub oily/ stained, Shower walls oily, and upper wall felty. - Bed- you sit and will hear the springs! - Carpet looks dirty - the desk had a broken leg! It came off on my foot! - The golden closing: water bottles for sale at $3.00!! The cost might be .10 cents! No complimentary water !!!
- 4/5
Great stay
- 5/5
My only constructive criticism is there was a lack of pool towels.
- 2/5
We liked the location and the staff at the hotel. The room was outdated, stinky of mildew the air conditioner wasn't working right and it was very loud. There were stains on the carpet. The sheets didn't smell very clean or fresh.
- 5/5
The hotel was great.
- 4/5
The room was great but the only thing I can say negative is they charge you $25 per night to park.
- 5/5
It was amazing! The hotel staff was excellent. The hotel was convenient to everything. We were able to walk just about everywhere. Chattanooga was amazing! Lots of things to do especially for children. Ruby Falls was amazing! We plan to come back soon.
- 5/5
The pool was great, everyone was friendly and available. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.
- 3/5
It was a great location and hotel areas outside of our room were nice enough.
- 3/5
The Hotel is in need of an overhaul.
- 4/5
The hotel is looking a bit tired and dated. Carpet in the room looks a bit tired and dingy. Overall we enjoyed our experience.
- 2/5
However did not know I would be charged $25 a night for parking. I chose this location as it would be close walking distance to downtown would’ve picked somewhere else. If I knew I was gonna have to pay parking anyway.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and helpful!
- 3/5
We really wanted to get some sun and enjoy the pool. But buildings block the sun. Also tou all reall need new round chairs they are horrible and all torn up and nasty. People really dont want to sit on them.
- 5/5
Great staff. Great bar. Great pool. Decent views.
- 5/5
Fantastic location, comfortable for families, great amenities, good staff and comfortable! We enjoyed the pool and exercise room every day. Lots of families for my son to have someone to play with at the pool. It was still quiet and lots of shops, food and entertainment close by. We really enjoyed our stay!!
- 3/5
For the price. It was ok. In Chattanooga. You should get more over 150. Hampton Inn is the way to go.

I enjoyed my trip. The hotel was a good place. Love the cookies. The service was amazing. The city is a beautiful place to visit. Many activities and great food.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

My friend and I really liked the location of the hotel to transition for Ironman Chattanooga 70.3. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here for this race.
- 4/5
Loved the place. But having to pay for parking is just stupid
- 5/5
Jetted tub in the suite was nice.
- 2/5
First room was still “lived in” - tv on, Chick-fil-a cup on dresser and imprint where someone had been laying in the bed. Trash in the bathroom. We had to return to the desk to get assigned a different room.
- 5/5
Great location for walking to area attractions
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were old and lumpy. Everything else was great except there isn’t much of a sound barrier between walls. I woke up to the next door occupants’ alarm and could hear every single word and conversation that they had at a normal talking level.
- 3/5
The stay was short, fine. However, the shower did not look clean and the blankets were incredibly thin.
- 2/5
There was no where near enough lighting in the rooms so it was very dark at night. The furniture in the room was pretty beat up. The mattress on the pull out bed in the couch was extremely thin and uncomfortable for the kids. They were sore every morning. The mattress on the king bed was uncomfortable. Definitely not what I would consider a 4-star hotel.
- 1/5
At check in the lady asked me if I just wanted to use the card on file. I said sure. I had walked in with just my id and a different card. Turns out you had to swipe the card so I asked her to change it & use the card I had. She didn’t know how. She went and got someone else. They tried to charge me $158.30 at this point. The room was already paid for. I am here for a follow up post surgery. I’m weak. I ended up standing there nearly 20-25 mins because they’re trying to fix it. It would have been nice to have the easy check-in like normal. The needs to be new mattresses. The beds are horrible, the bathrooms are out dated. Not worth the Hilton prices
- 5/5
Clean and nice rooms.

Great experience overall. It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s convenient and comfortable. Got a deal on the breakfast. I wish they would have had more fruit options and turkey sausage. While I didn’t get one, the omelette station is a nice touch. The service was perfect.

Service for food was terrible
- 4/5
It is a nice hotel with friendly staff
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
The box spring was crushed in several places. We slept with our heads up hill. Staff did compensate us.
- 3/5
The suite has one bathroom with no hot water. One of the three HVAC units did not work. The thresholds been rooms were torn up and the kids tripped over them. The other parts of the hotel were great.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms, comfy bed and friendly staff.
- 5/5
My husband and I had a nice and delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant The Grove. We had the crab cake and salmon, each dinner came with 2 sides and mouth watering little biscuits. The waitress was very nice and gave us time to look around and decide on what our choices would be. When we ordered our delicious meals arrived promptly. We had a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was gigantic, so nice to sore muscles. Our experience was fantastic and we will definitely be back.

- 5/5
Great location and clean!

Good place to relax, romantic dinner. Very clean and elegant. They need to work on the food availability for dinner , many items on menu not available. Service waiters a bit slow / tad lost.
- 3/5
Missing battery in tv remote was quickly remedied. Shower drain was clogged with hair and wouldn’t drain until i unclogged it and long hairs stuck to side of shower. Was just my son and I so definitely not ours. Indicated the shower had not been cleaned
- 5/5
Nice and convenient
- 5/5
The best hotel stay i’ve ever had!
- 1/5
Most upsetting was Gunner at the front desk, who was very rude and unprofessional with his attitude, starting from our enquiry of water bottles, and he himself suggested full refund, compelling us to look for options, based on above described room issues. He suggested to find options bc we told him this hotel and room mgmt was very unsatisfactory. Once we were on the phone to find nearby options, he refused to refund and waive fees(which he 1st said he would.) Then I asked to speak to his mgr and he said he would refund without penalty but takes 3-5 business days. I have a card with mgr mnber and will call to discuss how inconvenient and embarassing this has been, to find a clean room with working temperature, but also get a hassle, delay, and chaos out of this. Never had this expereince with any other hotel or double tree. Customer Service helped me to find option in another nearby Doubletree, Hamilton Place. This branch is clean, friendly, and the actual expected hilton experience for loyal customers. I want to be refunded with no fees for the downtown DThotel, ans reimbursed for the delay of 2 hours and our inconvenience travelling from Florida. I will definitely write negative reviews if this issue is not refunded fully and reimbused for our inconvenience and hassles today,

The food at the bar- sliders- was delicious!
- 5/5
Love the downtown central location! Front desk and staff were very friendly and attentive. And the cookies always makes this hotel our favorite!!!

The hotel was convenient to restaurants and other attractions.
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 4/5
No cookies given at checkin

Overall I had a nice stay. It is as expected for a double tree. The bathroom was gross though. I wish hotels would stop putting in tiled showers if they won’t property clean the grout. The grout all over the shower floor was moldy and the caulking around the shower floor was all black and moldy
- 5/5
Excelllent!

The customer service was amazing

The TV dis not qork, had to cal maintenance. The unit on the room was cold, could not change to heat.

They charge way too much for parking.
