My granddaughter and I loved the indoor pool. Would definitely stay again. We didn't try the restaurant, but it looked nice

From the time my family and I entered the property I knew the stay would be pleasant. Everyone was so inviting and warm. Upon entering we were greeted, offered cookies and checked in immediately. The room was clean and smelled great. My daughter enjoyed the pool since the weather was like of muggy during out stay. A lot of restaurants are near by, along with a mall and shopping areas. We actually did quite a bit of shopping and dining at the local restaurants in the area. The pillows were not as soft as I would have liked. But other than that no complaints from my family.

The pool was a little murky and there was a water leak on my checkout day, so I couldn’t take a shower. But the stay was fantastic!

When I returned to the lobby to put back the luggage caddy, Candice approached me and took care of it in a very friendly manner. Our room had a curtain and screen. The curtain wouldn't go down all way - screen did. However, there are lights outside that shined all night. There's a tub with a shower - always had hot water. The tub began dripping after the first use and never stopped. This is a simple maintenance fix. We had the breakfast buffet, which was very good. I believe the lady's name who was assisting us was Anna. Very helpful and pleasant. However, there was no advance notice that it was $16 per person. Parking is free, the pavement is in good shape, with ample space. All and all it was a good stay for the cost.

Breakfast is not complimentary, but is very good for the price. Our room was quite large and clean. A little tricky to find in the dark, but close to the freeway exit.

Quiet, comfortable room and a nice little restaurant for in-house dinner & breakfast. Staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Vehicle parking was convenient and close.

Where do I begin?!? We’ve had problems since we checked in. Problem #1 ants in the living room area. Problem #2 the mattress on the pullout bed was horrible!! You could feel the spring coming through the cloth. #3 there was no sheets, quilts/ comforters do the pullout bed. We had to go downstairs to get some. #4 the phone was not working in our room so we could not call downstairs to request ANYTHING! #5 we asked for our room to be cleaned/ bed changed new towel etc… We came back to the room and nothing was cleaned and we had no sheets etc….on our bed. #6~I’m writing this review as I sit here and witness so many guests who have not paid, enter the pool area with their children half way supervised. The adults are on the patio while the kids are running around. When we walked in there was a female attendant at the desk. I was waiting until she finished talking ( it seemed as if she was talking to another coworker) and then she stops and just stares at me. I wanted to inquire about our room that had ants and wanted to know if it had been taken care of. While I’m talking I see a group of people walking behind me. When the attendant finished speaking with me she goes and hug one of the people in the large party, and they head straight for the pool. We go upstairs to change and come back down to a pool and patio area full of people. It’s over 15 kids (excluding my 2) in the pool with only 2 adults supervising. The rest are outside sitting, listening to music, playing football.

Overall this property was great. Front desk staff and bartender were nice. Housekeeping, however, opened our door at 8 am. 1 did we forget to put the do not disturb sign out? Yes 2 did we have the safety lock on? No. 3 is it housekeeping 101 and common sense to knock on the door before going inA room before checkout time? YES! Do better!!

Walls are very thin could hear all other guest . They only put 2 very small towels in the room . And did not restock coffee. When I went down and ask for coffee for my husband and I they would only give me one. And was rude about it . They also have a cat

Our first room assigned was not ready for guests. The following room was ready but not totally clean, dead bugs by the windows and the light fixtures.

We didn’t have a good view. Our window was facing brush which sucked . Would have loved a sky view seeing it was New Year’s Eve.

Candice seemed to be running the place herself on Christmas Day and night. I was driving from Chicago to Orlando Florida for the winter and was happy to have stopped at the Chattanooga Doubletree. The property and service wants five star.

Went down for dinner at restaurant. A Sunday night I ordered food was good I asked bartender to change channel so I could watch last half of game, Bartender showed me a letter taped to the wall which said no changing the channel I asked for manager was told no they can’t be called. Here I am in slow bar unable to get someone to listen and help. Bad customer service no one can contact the manager unsatisfactory service

People were friendly and the hotel was clean. The heating/air seemed faulty. It was sticky overnight but still sleepable.

Refrigerator doesn’t work and was very dirty inside, we found 5 bugs in the room, the Hotel smells horrible, the elevator was super dirty.

The check in went smooth. Front desk employee was real kind and very attentive. Room had a few carpet stains and the cloth hanger rack in closet had a few screws missing so it wasn’t usable. Other than that the room was clean and comfy. Morning came it was time to wake kids up, everyone with kid’s know kids don’t always want to wake uo. Next thing there’s someone knocking at the doi. It’s management complaining about noise by then it was quiet told the girl it was fine. Few minutes later more management come knocking telling us to be quiet, we were quiet just getting ready to leave, then he starts to threaten us that he’s gonna ask us to leave. Told him we are leaving anyway. But ti he harassed twice within 10 minutes over nothing. Not a kid friendly place. Staff has no understanding and not sensitive to children being present. A simply phone call would have been more professional. Very offended.

No hot water, no bedding for pull out bed, had to ask, then no pillows were brought. They acted like it was a disservice

The room was clean and comfortable. The customer service was perfect. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly. The only thing we did not enjoy was that the AC didn’t work.

The room and bath were very clean but no bath towels initially. Had to wait for the clerk to finish their break to get towels on our way back to the room. Our bath door was loose on check in but was fixed next day. Great bath with 4'x5' tile shower and quartz counter. Nice quiet location on dead end. Overall a very nice room with great 65" TV. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our only other issue was with the sports team that left at 5am on Sun morning. We wish they would have realized there were others on their floor. They literally pounded on numerous doors of their team mates to wake them, apparently. This is obviously not the hotels fault but people should have some consideration of others at that hour. This was the most expensive stay on our driving vaca but was a very nice quiet place. Overall value was good.

I didn’t partake in the bar or breakfast, so I can’t be fair judging those things. Everything else we experienced was fantastic.

Front desk help was fine. The weekend kitchen & bar staff could have cared less. Ordered 1 beer & 1 soda in the bar on Friday night & after we were served the bartender left and no more service & it was early in the evening. No coffee & little egg at breakfast & when I asked, the woman working wasn't happy I'd asked. To be clear, the younger woman working on Monday AM was delightful and couldn't have done more to make the meal enjoyable. Weekend staff needs training. Also, outlets in bathroom didn't work. Overall disappointing.

The room had a huge stain in the carpet. The bathroom towel rack was broken and hanging by one end on the wall as clean towels were left in the bathtub. Both issues were reported as we left and work orders were issued by front desk staff, along with apologies.

Everything has old smelly carpet. The hallway on floor five had a musty odor and the room was humid and had a funky smell. The A/C blew cold air directly on one of the beds, making it very cold while the rest of the room was warm. The gym was tiny, no room to do anything

This is a newer hotel, so it was extremely nice and clean. Everything was is pristine condition. We felt safe, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space to move around in and we didn’t feel cramped. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The warm chocolate chips made it all even better.

Our vehicle was broken into and the staff didn’t notify us.

I've never really had a bad stay at a Doubletree, and this was no exception. The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was dark. Best night's sleep we've had in a while. The shower was wonderful too. 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I will definitely stay here again!

The check-in was excellent great stuff up front we was on the fifth floor when you get off the elevator it stunk extremely bad even her other guests comment that .when we got to the room the room was really nice clean but we only had one bath towel the next day we did not have any. There was a lady cleaning one of the rooms and I asked her for some towels she gave me one and was very rude never did get any towel for the rest of the weekend had to dry off with hand rags

When we arrived the receptionist was outside with other employees. We had to wait for her to come inside. She acted quite annoyed and was rather rude. Other than than that the hotel was fine.

The POS working the front desk wasn’t there when I tried to check in. I think they were in the storage closet smoking crack. I ended up having to stay at a different hotel.

Staff was exceptional. I had just left another one of your partner hotels in Knoxville downtown. I was not happy with them. The staff in Chattanooga made my experience a completely different experience and I’m very satisfied for me and my family. I wish I knew the ladies name who checked us in she needs a raise!! Good location

We almost always stay at Hilton based hotels and usually have a good stay. This was rather poor in meeting our needs and expectations. First, the bedroom is the smallest I have ever seen in my 50 years. My wife and I could not pass each other in walking across the room. (I am 6,3 210lbs and she is 5.2, and 135 lbs). The bath room is similarly small. Also I am disabled and the bath and shower has no safety grab bars. We asked for a room that had safety bars and they complied, The new room had a single sink in the bath with only 6" of counter space on each side, not enough for two peoples toiletries.. We gaveup and came home.

The price was fair for what you get. It was pretty dirty in the room, when I reached to open the blinds, my hand was caught in a huge spider web. Bathroom lights were dusty like they have never been dusted before. Hotel cleaners looked like they were drug users. Hotel smelled pretty unpleasant upon walking in.

I pretty much always use Doubles Tree hotels wherever I travel and this one did NOT disappoint me. Definitely telling people I know to come here if they are in the area.

Cleaners were playing loud music while cleaning adjacent rooms. I was sick and needed to rest, and didn't get it there. The bathroom door also squeaked.

Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was closed every day, but the server was amazing! She explained the situation and provided us with different options, so we had our breakfast with the voucher. She truly saved the day! Thank you!

Was there to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday & the hotel was clean. Pictures didn’t do the property justice. Hotel top to bottom was well staffed & clean. Breakfast was 16.95 per person. Only downside was there’s so much to do when you visit you don’t get the chance to take advantage of all the amenities the hotel has to offer. We also were given complementary cookies when we arrived. Check in and check out through Expedia was smooth. Definitely recommend.

I love a nice luxury hotel like anyone else, but this didn't even meet basic standards of a discount brand with the price posted out front in neon lights.. To add fuel to the fire, it was $233.57 with tax. In suburban Chattanooga.

I think the $16 dollar breakfast is a bit much seeing the cost of the rooms you got hotels like comforts Inn where complimentary breakfast is served but everything else was good service grest standards!

We stayed at the hotel while visiting relatives nearby for a birthday celebration. We enjoyed our stay, and found all the hotel staff very helpful. After we checked out of our room and were on the way back home, we discovered we had left our laptop computer in the room. We called back and spoke to the desk clerk who immediately went to our room and found the laptop and was able to hold it and pass it on to our family member who brought it to us. We were beyond relieved to have our computer back, especially when we considered the mess that could have been, had we not gotten the computer back. We know this was above and beyond the normal duties of the clerk and we were so grateful.

This for the most part was a nice hotel to stay in however, when I went to get into the shower, I noticed that part of the shower was broken and did not work properly in addition to that the lighting in the bathroom and throughout the entire room was not sufficient enough for me to Even start doing my make up. I wish there was a way that at least the lighting to be adjusted also there was a unfinished showerhead or sprinkler in the room.

Nice hotel, total staffing nightmare.

We got to our room about 9pm. The toilet was clogged from the previous guest. The cleaning staff should have corrected this while cleaning the room before our arrival. Instead, it was left for us to deal with at night. We had to wait for maintenance to come to fix it. They left and returned with a plunger. He had to plunge a LOT to get it working. It sounded like kids doing cannonballs in a swimming pool. I am not faulting him for this. He did what he had to do to fix our problem. I felt like the whole bathroom was dirty after all of this. I went to get Clorox wipes from my car to clean the bathroom after this because I was grossed out. There went my relaxing night. We had a stay booked with you on September and have now canceled that. There was also no shelf to put soap or a wash cloth on in the shower. What are we supposed to do? Put it on the floor of the shower. Was very disappointed in this Hilton.

There was a rattle noise from air conditioner that was annoying and kept me up during the night. Also water was not hot at first they made adjustments but had to turn all the way over to hot to get hot water and it still should have been hotter. Also no sheets on pull out…has to go get some and they had no pillows to offer us.
