    Overall the property looks good but use some attention a the shower in 207 could use some touch up. The only thing that surprised me me the outside door on the 2nd floor by parking appeared to stay unlocked I went out at 11pm an it was still unlocked.

    A very good find on Hotels Tonight. I ended up with a King Suite for not much money. The hotel itself is easily accessible, right off the freeway, and was not noisy. Staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and VERY large. Like I seriously could have had a game room in there. ? Overall Very nice. I slept great. Did not partake of breakfast bar. ?‍♀️ Only negative side, bathroom just could have used some caulking. Just looking old and worn around the toilet and tub area. Still clean. Just worn out.

    Hotel centrally situated in an area where I felt safe. The air conditioning unit took a while to figure out; the interface was not as intuitive as those in other units where I have stayed, but I think the A/C units are perhaps a bit outdated and have some wear and tear. I was comfortable at night. The room was pretty clean when we entered, but the toilet was a bit lower than its usual height.

    The hotel needs some work. The elevator door made a terrible noise - seemed like it might jam at any moment, would we get stuck? The parking lot had huge potholes. Much of the carpeting seemed worn/buckled. We had to change rooms - after checkin we went to our room and it was not clean - the bed was not made and there was trash

    At first the room smelled terrible but it was a pet friendly room. It subsided once we got the air on but took forever to cool down. The TV lost its signal at 10:30 so we couldn’t finish the end of the show we were watching. Other than that it wasn’t a bad stay!!

    This hotel needs to be condemned!!! 1st floor flooded, drywall missing, dirty, mold!! The room was filthy, the bathroom was so dirty. The floors had cardboard boxes laid out to walk on.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I told the lady at the front desk we cannot stay that the hotel is not safe! And she said call the manager in Monday.

    Comfort inn is a decent stay. It’s not usually our first choice but we were needing to be financially responsible for such a short trip. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I needed to use the pull out sofa but sheets + blanket were not already in our room. So I had to call the front desk to request these things at 9pm. I had to go downstairs to get it versus them bringing it up, which felt inconvenient. There was also trash on the pull out sofa mattress when I pulled it out.

    They didn't charge a security deposit, but the morning of checkout my card was charged an additional $82 and when we asked the front desk they said it was "part of an audit and would be credited back to the card" but didn't give any kind of time estimate or further explanation. The room felt damp the whole visit, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a meat and egg option, waffle maker, individually packaged juices and yogurts, muffins, bread, and bagels as well as fresh fruit and hot and cold cereal options. No option for non-dairy milk. The pool was closed because it had flooded. We had to have key cards replaced and remagnetized multiple times because they stopped working on our door after a few swipes. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.

    So for starters when I first arrived there was a dirty shirt from someone else on the chair in the room. Then they kept deactivated my key cards every day. Never cleaned the room or replaced towels unless I had to tell the staff to do so. My card that was on file got charged for a drink that I didn’t even buy. Even though the desk clerk was given another card to charge they still charged the main card. The desk clerk still charged both cards. Then when was asked about the transaction the other desk clerk had an attitude. My whole entire experience was very much horrible from start to finish. I won’t ever stay at this specific hotel ever again.

    To start the clerk had a Soviet socialist pin on. As veteran not happy about doing business that supports socialism. Second the property had musky smell. Not dirty but like it stays wet. Second it doesn’t look like it has been updated since the it was built. The carpet in the room was worn and had a horrible patch job. I don’t believe it is worth the $100+ a night rate.

    In the room we were initially given, one of the bed frames was broken so severely that when my 40 lb 5 year old sat on the foot of the bed it very nearly touched the floor. The staff member at the front desk was very helpful and quickly moved us to another room. It was in its own state of disrepair (pictures attached) but at least the beds were sleepable. The pool was relatively clean and the area around the hotel had a lot to offer but I felt that the room was overpriced for the overall condition of the property

    The lady at the desk was very nice. The hotel is in terrible shape. Wall paper everywhere is bubbled up and falling off. The carpet in the hallways is so old and rolling up everywhere. The breakfast was not good. Also the space for the breakfast is too tight. You can't get to anything if there are just a few people in there. The ceiling in the shower looked moldy with some paint trying to cover it up. The carpet in the room was sticky and felt slightly damp. The air condtitioner was awful. Stayed hot the whole time. But here is the kicker. On my last night there, we came back to the room from being out and there was a knife on the bathroom counter. I have no idea where it came from. It wasnt ours and it wasnt there when we went out. We decided it was time to go ahead and check out that night instead of the next morning. I showed a picture of it to the lady at the desk but she seemed new and didn't know what to do. I definitely will stay somewhere else next time. I tried to upload a picture of the knife but it won't let me.

    Room door didn't shut correctly nor did the bathroom door. No sheets for pullout bed. Check in clerk was nice and professional, able to get rooms close together despite last minute reservation. Checkout was good as well. Breakfast was good and clean. Hotel is older and definitely not worth the money we spent for a night but beds were comfortable and we're on the road again!

    I expected more from a $130+ a night hotel. It was severely outdated, our room smelled like mildew, and the breakfast was minimal. We considered going to a different hotel all together but our stay was non-refundable. Don’t let the pictures fool you. This hotel is way past due for a complete remodel. Would not recommend.

    The location of the hotel was convenient. The size of the room was good. Enjoyed the free breakfast. The hotel has aged and could use some updating. Some areas of the hotel looked unclean. In the room there were holes in the wall where pictures once hung and one of the curtain panels was missing. The curtain panel that was there was not hung properly. Some light bulbs in the bathroom were out. So bathroom was not well lighted. This was reported but nothing was done.

    Another bad review for a bad hotel. Don't ever stay here. Stayed for only 1 night and when we were readly to leave at 7:30 a.m. the only elevator was broken. My husband (72) and I (77) were on the 4th floor. I called down to the front desk and asked for assistance in taking luggage and aiding me (stairs are dangerous for me) down the 3 levels. Front desk said that they had called for an elevator repair person but did not know when the elevator would be repaired (it was a Saturday morning). I was also told that the hotel did not have anyone that could help us with our luggage. I called 911 and was told that they would only respond to help us if it was an actual medical emergency (so 911 in Chattanooga is worthless for seniors in distress). My husband eventually made 7 trips up and down the stairs with the final trip assisting me. I thought the poor guy was going to have a heart attack. Later when I called Hotel.com to see if I could get some of what I paid back, the assistant manager at the Comfort Inn told the Hotel.com representative that the malfunction was due to an earthquake that happened that day. We tried to leave at 7:30 a.m. and the earthquake occured at 9:04 a.m. I was still in the room at 9:04 and didn't feel a thing. The earthquake occurred in Knoxville not Chattanooga. We departed the hotel between 9:30 and 9:45 a.m. So this hotel won't even take accountability.

    I wouldn't call this property pet "friendly". They allowed us to have our small dog but they weren't friendly about it and made me pay the $25 pet fee in cash. Only place I've ever had to do that. Don't allow pets if you're going to make it difficlt.

    I don’t normally complain or write reviews. I think most reviews are people who hated it or loved it. I didn’t hate it, but I think I was given the worst room in the hotel. It was right next to the front entrance on one wall and had the ice maker and vending machines on the other. It shouldn’t be a room. It should be storage. Also- the bathroom floor and walls were disgusting. Luckily, I was too tired to care much about the noise or the dirt.

    Absolutely nasty place. Do not book here. Black mold on the walls. I have multiple videos and pictures of this nasty hotel. I had my 3 year old daughter with us and it was a horrible experience. Came from Florida and stayed here not knowing how gross it was. Paid 300$ something dollars for this place for 3 nights and we came in late at night the back door was wide open and doesn’t work with a key card so we were able to just walk in and put the keycard in and came in and went to sleep after driving 12 hours from Florida. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there and also the pool in the back was green and moldy with trash all in it nasty place. Mold all over the walls and bugs and crumble all under the mattresses. Woke up and left to come spend the day in Tennessee and had an amazing day and came back and felt lightheaded and dizzy so I started to check the room and found black mold on the baseboards of the doors and sporadically throughout the room. We talked to the lady and she said that she can’t do anything about it. Horrible experience and I’ll speak to anybody I need to about it and I would love for people to know before they go and stay here.

    The property itself is nice which is more than I can say for the rude and disrespectful staff member we had the pleasure to deal with When we first got to the front desk to check in let lady looked like she was in a bad mood I told her I was there to check-in and gave her my name she ask where I was from cause they don't let locals rent rooms there and she ask for my ID to make sure I was not from there I yes she thought I was lying so when she found out I wasn't lying she checked me in I got ready to leave and ask for my ID back and she headed to me but rolled her eyes so I put my stuff in the room and then went to Sonic to get something to eat when I came back me and a couple friends of mine that was with me we're walking down the hall and we went in our room 2 minutes later I got to knock on the door I opened the door the lady told me we had to leave because she caught one of the smoking in the hallway I said we don't even smoke she said well I looked on the camera and when are you in Black was smoking in the hallway and I proceeded to let her know that we don't smoke and she told me that we had 5 minutes to get off the property or she was calling the police and after a few minutes I asked what do I get my money back she told me no we don't do refund so now I'm out $105 sleep in my car last night I would not recommend that place at all

    Unfortunately I booked this stay thinking it was twice the cost of other hotels near by & itd be nice.. I was mistaken. The room is filled with mold, the curtains, ceiling, & all around the bathroom. You can see the cover ups of it being left untreated.. the staff was only nice after I niced them to death basically. Upon arrival the manager was snacking in the customer lounge and the new staff member left me waiting for almost 5min. After me standing there awkward for a couple minutes the manager chimed in, “there’s a bell there you can ring”. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would also recommend booking elsewhere if you’re in the area and planning a stay. The Expedia posting was NOT what this hotel looks like in person. It’s outdated and obviously maintained by a slumlord type owner. No real customer service & no nice stay. I just needed to sleep after a long drive & working all morning. It is what it is I guess…

    The hotel is very clean, safe and conveniently located right off the highway. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and breakfast the next morning was perfect. I was looking forward to nice hot shower after a long day on the road but the water only ever got luke warm but was hot the next morning and the tv kept loosing its signal so that was annoying but overall I would recommend this hotel.

    Disgusting room- dirty bathroom in the 1st room almost threw up. Room smelled. They changed us to new room and still smelled but we made it work. Tv had like no working channels - said weak or no signal. We had a dog, filled out the form for incidentals and pet fee- then the called our room before 7am waking us all up because she said there was no card on file. Hotel is run down and gross

    Upon entering the room it felt like I was walking into a musty/humid pool house. The air conditioning worked minimally. I had to set the thermostat to 60 to get the room to 73 degrees. There was not one, not 2 but 3 urine stains on the white comforter. (The side of the comforter that was stained was face down I’m sure to hide this from guests). There was some kind of stain on the lamp. No where in the description online did it say that the pool was closed for the season, but there was a sign on the door to the drained pool indicating such. (My stay was at the end of August and the weather was in the 80’s) Very worn down. I have stayed multiple places at with all levels of hospitality and cleanliness (I am a travel nurse) and there is only 1 hotel I have stayed in that is worse than this. Now mind you this hotel was really not much different in price from the surrounding(I’m sure much nicer) hotels. The only reason I did not change hotels is because I was there with my daughter’s college soccer team and didn’t want her to be in a different hotel than her team mates.

    The hotel is in need of repair. The benches in the breakfast bar were ripped. The keys would work sometimes and had to go get it reprogrammed. I booked this hotel for a tournament and booked it because it said they had a laundry but did not. I had to find a laundromat to do my daughter’s uniforms. The first night we were coming back from dinner and went to get in the door and there was a guy peeing right in front of the door. Room had an Odor to it. The staff was super nice but I will not book there again

    My family and i are looking for an apartment. We've been hotel hopping for 6 months trying to find a place that will approve us. It was very upsetting to be told *when we arrived* that they couldn't accept us. Luckily my husband had his South Carolina license with the address on it, so we were permitted to check in. I don't understand the rationale for not allowing locals to stay in a hotel. The money is all the same. Otherwise the stay was lovely, the staff was polite, and the room was very nice.

    Odor in the room (mildew) and tub needed caulking (old black caulking) around front. Wall between bed and couch had shoe marks from someone placing their on wall. Carpet looked dirty and potholes all underneath parking deck. Evening shift Manager Olivia very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

    The room stunk, the shower stall cracked, and the carpet was dirty. The breakfast served was poor quality. The property and service provided were very low quality and demonstrated poor facility management.

    All in all was a Good stay but the room floor needs to be cleaned and the sofa had a big stain on it but the staff was exceptionally nice and super convient near the highway will definately stay here again just not in the same room

    The room was not clean. The carpet was dirty and stained. There was cockroaches and mold in the bathroom. Employees entered our room by using their key without knocking several times including once in the evening. I do not know why they needed to come in our room at 9:30 pm. They ran out of supplies for breakfast. Our key to the room quit working multiple times so we had to keep getting it redone so we could get into our room. The ice machine on our floor was broken and we were told the only ice machine was on the top floor. We complained about it all, but barely got an apology.

    I think that corporate should invest in a makeover on the property. The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was good. But areas where the walls meet the floors and the bottoms of doors were worn and chipped. The door of my room was loose. This is just poor maintenance.

    Rooms need obvious updates, also no mattress protectors or pillow protectors on bed. This is concerning. Hardly any channels on tv. I wanted to upgrade to a bigger room but it was too inconvenient for the lady at the desk so we just dealt with what we had.

    The “suite” seems to be a regular room with a pull out couch separated by a 4 foot partition. The whole property has an odd odour about, can’t really pin it down but it can be described as musty. Friendly enough lady at front desk but when I asked to get some sheets for the pull out couch I was told I’d need to go in the back with her to get them because she can’t reach. The ice bucket was upside down, when lifted up it was caked in dried vomit from the night before, when told to the front desk staff she said she again couldn’t reach it. By the next morning it had been delivered outside our door, but at that time it was time to leave. Might be time to buy a ladder for the staff. Our bedsheet had blood stain on it but at this point I didn’t feel like dealing with it. The next morning the lady in charge of the breakfast was extremely exasperated and seemed angry at anyone. I saw her say to another hotel goer that the curdled milk creamers weren’t her fault but the suppliers’, and to just grab another one.

    The staff was helpful. But it took over ten minutes to get the door to the room open. Room was average. Noisy. Walls very thin. Parking was tight. And there was no wake up call as promised. I wouldn't stay there again.

    Accidentally booked the Saturday a week later then needed. Found out when I went to check in. Person at front desk said she would cancel the reservation that was week later and to let hotels.com know we canceled so we could get refund. We stayed the night we needed and now It’s been over a week and no refund.

    Area felt very safe, also very close to the highway as we were just passing thru. The location is well used and there was mold in the shower so we just didn't take a shower. Mind you it is mold in the grout sealer so maybe just some fresh white mold resistance chalk would fix that. The breakfast was enough options to get us moving in the morning with out adding an additional stop. The staff we saw were very friendly and polite for sure!!!

    There were dozens of long blacks hairs on the bathroom floor in plain sight, spots on one of the pillow cases, no soap in bathroom. It seemed like the room may have been used after it was cleaned, because cleaning person would not have missed these things. Ooooooo!

    Everything was alright, till breakfast. Breakfast was late, juice machine was put of order, waffle maker did not work, and staff maker said it had not for a week, butdid not shut it off and put on an out of service note. I had yogurt which was fine my husband had the eggs, bacon and sausage patty. He ended up with an upset stomach.

    While waiting to check-in (at 9pm) a couple came to the front desk to say their room hadn't been cleaned before they checked in and asked for another room. Our room was okay. The parking lot is poorly lit at night. Breakfast was okay but we've had much better experiences at other Choice hotels. Some maintenance repairs and updates would make this property a much nicer place to stay.

    Hotel itself wasn’t that bad. Expedia screwed the pooch and never sent over my reservation. But the hotel manager was very pleasant and took care of getting the refund on my behalf. The receptionist was also incredible. So sweet and very helpful throughout the entire stay!
