Baymont by Wyndham Chattanooga/Eastridge

Hotel is run down and room smelled like mildew. Front desk lady was nice. Beds were comfy. We just needed a place to sleep for the night on a roadtrip and for that it was fine.

I was pessimistic at first but pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfy. The bathroom was nice sized and shower was hot. Definitely would stay again.

The staff was great. The place does need some updating though.

The hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. The rooms felt old and poorly maintained, and there was a noticeable musty smell. While the hotel was adequate for a short overnight stay, we were disappointed given the reviews and the appearance shown online.

The Baymont Inn/Eastridge was the best hotel we have stayed in. The room was clean, and well maintained. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths.The bed was very comfortable and we had 5-6 pillows on each side of the bed. It was so quiet,and no noise. Construction crews were staying there as well and they were very quiet. The staff on the front desk was people oriented and very pleasant from check in to check out. We will book again.

Room smelled like dog, noisy air conditioning, water trickles from sink faucet, toilet has to be flushed two or three times to actually flush. Its an old/rough property.

Not much in the way of amenities. We were traveling home and stayed for a night. Convenient location. Food options nearby.

I was happy to see the cleanest bathroom and room since my last stay at a higher end hotel in FL. I slept soundly in a bed that was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a pillow top. A/C was comfortable and the noise level in the hallway was silent. I slept the whole night and woke up refreshed. The Continental breakfast was the most enjoyable one I have eaten at in a long time. Coffee was strong and hot, nice flavor. I made a waffle and after reading the directions, managed to cook it right. It helps to read the directions. LOL Happy to see the area was kept clean, smelled fresh and no flies hanging around. I arrived earlier than the 3 pm check-in and inquired on checking in early. After finding out there was going to be an extra fee, I declined and located a restaurant and then explored Bass Pro Shop.

The building is old. It looked like there was few people there. We got stuck on the top floor at the end of the hall. Never seen anyone on that floor. The hallway old stinky smell. No ice machine on the third floor. There was a dirty sock under the sink someone left behind.

Similar to other hotel breakfast buffets - food was warm and frequently re-supplied. It would be nice if Plain yogurt and hard boiled eggs were available.

The room was clean, just humid and clammy despite the AC being on. The property is obviously an old building that was renovated when it became a Baymont hotel. The elevator was old and a little sketchy. Breakfast was good, with waffles, eggs, and sausage available. Overall fine stay, just a little disappointing that it wasn’t as nice and new as the photos looked.

The in-unit bed seems to have a metal plate underneath that would generate a gong-like sound as soon as attempting to get on it. The bathroom exhaust fan was very loud and had some dirt in it. The electrical wiring of the light looked like they were not setup properly and the headboard light could not be controlled separately.

It was a good price for last minute booking while passing through. The room smelled damp upon entering and the bathroom fan was on. We made the best of it as it was only to sleep a few hours, but we really should have asked for another room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking. The free wifi is unsecured (of course) and VERY slow. I used the hotspot on my cell pone because it was much faster.

Just stayed 1 night but hotel was very nice. The free breakfast was eggs, sausage, cereal, make your own waffles, 3 types of fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal packets, bagels, bread for toast, muffins coffee, juice and condiments. Served breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30am. Bed was very comfortable with nice bed linens. Hotel was quiet and ice machines were working. No complaints from us.

It's very clean. We've stayed at other Baymont that doesn't clean our room if we're only staying for a couple of days, but this one does. It also replenish all of our amenities.

This hotel was rated very high on Expedia. It surly doesn’t deserve that high of a rating. It was just okay. Very run down. Not the cleanest.

Nice hotel but the coffee tastes like water. The yogurt seems to have been frozen and thawed, and there’s no good way to make oatmeal— the provided bowls melt in the microwave, and just adding hot water from the coffee machine does not produce edible oatmeal. Otherwise all good.

Where do I begin? When you pull up to the hotel there are people loitering in the parking lot. The kind of people that you would really consider and savory. When you walk into the hotel the lobby is about the size of an average living room. It is dark dank and dirty looking. We got to our room and the smell was awful it smelled like straight up chemicals but quite honestly I would think they had to use John chemicals to kill the germs that were in that place. We went down to the front desk and complained about that and they let us check out three additional rooms that all smell the same. We told them there was no way we could stay at this point. We did get a refund and went just a little further down to the La Quinta and it was magnificent.

As we traveled to Florida we need a place to garb a few hours of sleep. It wasn't bad, it was a bed. A hot shower and a breakfast. The staff was very pleasant on check in and check out.

Very clean on arrival. Greeted by a very friendly guest relations lady. She was very well dressed and professional in looks and manner. Made sure our room was clean and ready for us to check in. Did not eat breakfast. But everything else the emenities and all workers we came in contact were very helpful. Bed sleep very good.

Was a very nice hotel to stay at, our room was clean, employees were nice and friendly, breakfast was quite good. With it being close to 75 I wasn’t sure of traffic noise when booking the room but it was quiet. Before our trip I checked several hotels, this one was very affordable.

Everything was Great!

When I went to check in, they informed us there their TVs were out. I started to cancel after seeing the parking lot and inside but it was so late I didn’t want to have to find another one. The staff was friendly but the conditions of the hotel was rough, opted out of breakfast after checking it out. With no tv, we could hear every noise including a light clicking by the headboard. Didn’t sleep well and the parking area did not feel safe.

No comments everything was nice

The only real complaint I have is the TV'S we're not working which makes for a long night. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The television was broken and when asked when repair will be completed it was unknown. It had been tore up for 2 days. Receptionist did offer discount but did not apply to 3rd party vendors.

Told us at check in that none of the TV's in the hotel were working, i.e. they didn't pay their cable bill. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Nice pet area. I would stay there again.

None of the TVs worked during our two night stay. It was a huge inconvenience, as we were there with two kids and expected to relax in between sports events for hours at the hotel. Housekeeping made 1 of the 2 beds and didn’t take out any of the trash. The atmosphere was very humid and stale. Breakfast was very minimal but the breakfast area appeared clean. The property was in fair condition and needed to be updated.

Unfortunately the TVs didn’t work. The drive into the hotel had a bunch of abandon vehicles and people living in their cars in the adjoining parking lots.

TVs did not work the whole time. It was a stop to rest and relax in the room. That didn’t happen. Went for dinner and came back, nothing to do. Turning the shower on was different. We had to call and ask, pull a section up on the faucet, not a “knob”. Breakfast was basic, but okay. They definitely go by the time, she did ask if we were finished. Not sure we would stop there again.

The advertisement for the hotel did not tell the whole story, the hotel was old and needed repairs. The personal were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but needed to be warmer.

Our stay was fine but the top hinge of our door was loose, making it hard to get in and out of our room. I did report it and the staff said they would check into it.

The room obviously has been remodeled. It needed softer lighting options and a different/additional mirror. My wife needed a location to do hair and makeup while i showered. There was a coffee maker in the room but nowhere (table wise) to plug it in. We actually had to plug it in on the floor. The lbedside light swtch and outlet on the window side of the bed did not work. We will say that the room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

The whole building needs remodeling. It’s very outdated and falling apart. The elevators barely work. The whole hotel presentation is a zero. I thought Baymont was a good hotel chain but it’s going down. I’d not stay at another baymont.

The breakfast was nice, but the coffee machine was out of order and staff could not keep up with coffee being made and brought out one decanter at a time. Two to three would have been a better alternative to one at a time. The bathroom was actually nice and newer but very tight arrangement. The shower turn on was a very peculiar type.

Comfortable beds, yummy breakfast, clean, quiet. LOVED that there was no carpet in the room. My only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

that the place was a bit older but they put in the care to see it cleaned and revitalized. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delightful during the days we were there as well. Overall it was a very good and relaxing stay for us so I will definitely be booking again in the future. My only reccomendation is if you need white noise to sleep, make sure you bring a fan as the air conditioner shuts off frequently so it’s very quiet in the rooms.

The hotel is clean and seems safe, but the breakfast area is a bit neglected. However, what surprised me the most was that many guests came down to breakfast barefoot. I found this very unhygienic and a bit disgusting, and even worse, the staff didn't intervene.

I was going to stay there on the return trip, but have decided to choose a different hotel.

My room was not totally clean, dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain, half drink of cocktail in the fridge, cup stains on the end table. It makes me wonder what else was not cleaned.

HOTEL WAS WAY OVER PRICED FOR LOCATION, IT WAS HIDDEN BEHIND ANOTHER HOTEL AND NOT EASY TO SEE. THE $150 DEPOSIT IS INSANE ESPICIALLY AFTER HAVING TO ALREADY PAY $200 FOR JUST 1 NIGHT. THE HOT TUB I REQUESTED WAS TINY AND NOT COMFORTABLE FOR ANYONE AND VERY DANGEROUS TO GET IN AND OUT OF. THE BEDS SOUND LIKE THEY ARE FALLING APART AND MAKES A HELL OF A LOT OF NOISE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL.

The trip was a quick trip for us to explore around Tennessee so the location was great. The hotel inside itself seems run down. The breakfast was great for a typical hotel breakfast. The bathtub takes hours to drain though.

The room was not clean when we checked in. There was hair from previous guests on the bedside table, in the bed, in the bathroom. There were also roaches in the bathroom. The linoleum flooring was very noisy as well as dirty; other guests' sounds echoed down the hallway and made it difficult to sleep. It was not updated as promised in the photos and was disappointingly unclean. The showered wasn't even fully installed and a part was dangling from the wall.

This property has been updated but other things were in need of repair. Our room door would hardly shut. The AC/heater unit sounded like it was going to explode. It was so loud and kept us up most of the night. Breakfast was minimal. All the bread,muffins and bagels were stale. Didn’t appear that they had a dedicated employee to work the breakfast buffet like I have seen at other hotel chains. Area around the hotel seemed fine. It’s a cheap place to stay if you’re passing through.

We enjoyed our stay checking in and out we were greeted and staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Only thing that could improve was the breakfast area was not kept up through the duration of time. The counters were messy with spills and food. Last two apples were soft and beat up, attendant said there were no more. Otherwise no complaints.

Fitness center: add treadmills that work and yoga mats. This hotel was connected to a quality Inn and the garbage dumpster gates were open with garbage overflowing. Location very convenient off I75- could not hear interstate traffic. Freshly painted and shower was new- good water pressure. Staff was very service oriented and friendly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted at the front desk. I was impressed with the size of the room and the television. There was also a bathtub, which was quite enjoyable after a long drive. Room was clean and breakfast in the morning was decent!

The front desk staff was friendly. The pictures online didn’t match the property. The stay wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible. Our room door didn't close well and we had someone come into the room, seemed to be maybe management or the owner-it was an odd but comical encounter. The bed was very comfortable. The elevator seemed broken. The hallway had an odd odor. For the price, it was fine but not what was expected based on the prior reviews and pictures.

Bed was uncomfortable and the springs/metal frame were super loud with any movement and very uncomfortable. The shower was dirty and looked old with cracks/stains. The TV was slow to load, lagged at times, had torn picture every so often, and the remote was crusty looking. I’d rather sleep in my truck and use a truck stop shower over staying here again.

Loved our room here! Very clean, check in was easy. Only things are beds are rather tall and a bit on the hard side. We love firm beds so that was a bonus for us, however not everyone we were traveling with agreed.

Cons; breakfast was BAD. Expired yogurt, turned fruit, gross waffles, etc. workout equipment was broke and unusable. Most importantly, the hotel wasn’t in a safe area. Right next door, windows were broke in.

The room and property where very clean and very well kept up and I told the manager that when we checked out. Breakfast was great. We used to stay next door and will stay here instead in the future as it was very nice & clean.

It felt like a cross between a penitentiary (maybe...?) and a YMCA. It was last minute and all we could fine but I woulnd never stay here again. The woman who checked us in though was efficient so there's that.

The only complaints, but not really are that the elevator is old and seems that it may need to be serviced and the hallway smelled like pot. The pot was bad enough in the hallway around 1 am it was in our room by the door.

Clean room

Alexia was wonderful, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast eggs were premade frozen then thawed & heated in microwave, turkey precooked sausage had no flavor. If you wanted hot tea or hot coco to drink there is none—not everyone drinks coffee. Orange juice a bit on thick dark orange & cranberry juice was weak on taste.

This property is not as advertised. It’s an older hotel that they have tried to update and make nicer but failed. Elevator was dirty, halls smelled, shower has low water pressure, plugs on nightstand did not work unless light was on. Metal bed frame that made loud noises when you would move, Very,very disappointing.

There are no signs anywhere on the roads to tell you where the Hotel is or how to Enter the hotel driveway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was not safe because it is connected to another hotel and cars would come flying through the parking lot a high rate of speed. Didn’t eat breakfast.

Hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful. Check in was an easy process and went smoothly. Their breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, we booked a hotel specifically to have breakfast included but only had it once here due to it being pretty underwhelming. The rooms are decent enough and nicely sized for the prices. However, one side of the bed whenever someone moves it sounds like a personal holding a sheet of metal up amd wiggling to make a sound. The second night could hear someone else's bed making the same noise. Water pressure for the shower isn't that impressive and there was a roach crawling on the tub at one point. Overall wouldn't come back, it was decent enough for the price and ok for a short trip but would chip out more money for a better location and quality.

The room was fine but the breakfast area was completely disgusting. There was syrup on the floor with a napkin over the syrup. The counters were gross, the original waffle mix was empty, there were no forks, the eggs were stone cold. Someone had to ask for milk and the employee just put milk out and didn't check the condition of anything else. There were several people looking for food and were trying to piece together some sort of breakfast. This was shameful.

Wasn’t the cleanest and had homeless sitting out in back parking lot at what seemed like an abandoned building.

I would not recommend this to anyone. Didn’t look anything like pictures on Expedia. Guy two doors down smoking weed. Housekeeping knocking on doors at 7am to clean but check out time was 11am. Floors all laminate or tile- air wasn’t on so room super humid. Floors had moisture on them and not safe to walk on for people with mobility issues. Sheets on bed were damp as well. Horrible experience.

WAs hard to find late at night - not well marked

Everything was good, but nothing spectacular. Was fine for the price, but pictures don't represent everything.

Room smelled strongly of bleach. The room layout was weird. There was room for a couch but only a chair pointed away from the tv. The hotel looked very rundown and it was weird that the cops circled the building. The very weird part was that the wasn’t a new roll of toilet paper on the holder. That was very unhygienic. You don’t know if the person before you used that roll for needles. It wouldn’t surprise me if a lot of druggies or prostitutes were there.

When I booked it I thought it was a good price. The room smelled like wet carpet. The staff were friendly and overall good. The eggs used for the breakfast are awful, not sure how they continue using the same brand, everybody in the room had something to say about it.

Room was large, but in need of repair: exposed electric on floor, nightstand drawer that would not close. Overall old and in need of a refresh.

Upon arrival, room had a bad smell. The towels were dingy. It was a late check in so we decided to spend the night. The next day, we saw a cockroach and noticed what appeared to be bloody mucus on the restroom door. I spoke to the front desk staff who became immediately defensive and offered no help or any attempt at resolution. I contacted Expedia and they did not help either. Front desk staff lied about management not being present and not being available for a few more days but an Expedia rep confirmed that they just were not willing to approve a refund for the remaining night. Honestly, we were willing to take the loss because the place was terrible so we checked out a day early. The hotel refused to give me a checkout receipt or to acknowledge that I was checking out early. I’ve been with Expedia for over 10 years and I’ve never had an experience like this and I’ve never had to write this type of review. Very disappointing. Please don’t stay here!

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The water was hot water, pressure was medium. The room style is spare but as long as it clean and the bed is comfy, for an economy hotel it was great. Great pet price!!!

Overall, it was worth the price! The place was clean with a very spacious bedroom. The only downside was the king bed, which felt unstable, noisy, and not very comfortable.

Also, someone tried to come into my room at 9AM the day of check out (I couldn't locate a Do Not Disturb sign in all fairness, but all the same you'd think they'd knock or something instead of just open the door). I honestly wish I could receive at least a partial refund. The bed was comfy enough, but ultimately I left the property pretty upset, had to wash all my clothes (ants), toss food, and clean out my car afterwards. The parking lot needs work as well. There are potholes everywhere. The staff was very kind though, and that should be noted.

Forced to stay 1 night and cancel the second. asked for a refund for the second night was told I would have to talk to Expedia. So far I have not received any word back. Well below normal standards.

Hotel was clean, the room was clean and in convenient location. Room could use some repairs (warped door, bad paint job, etc). But we also didnt rent a 5 star hotel either so to be expected. Bed was comfy so thats important. The room had a distinct smell of cat urine though. Its a pet friendly hotel, so I imagine thats commin.

Not bad of a stay. Only problem was with the elevator that apeared that rhe doors were ready to fall off. Elevator needs some help fast.

Nice please

I wouldn’t stay here again. The hallways smelled of home cooking, the address takes you to the completely wrong side of the building. Water was like warm at best on full hot, fixtures were loose or completely off. I stayed for only 2-3 hrs and left to just drove the rest of the way home to FL. Look for somewhere else. Total dorm vibes too.

We had a great stay. The shower water was lukewarm at best and there was absolutely no water pressure. I spit harder than that. Besides that, it was fine.

The hotel had seemingly just finished a reno. Everything seemed clean. Lovely bedding and super clean room! Id suggest larger bath towels for guests. My only complaint was absolutely awful shower water pressure. Makes rinsing very difficult for long hair.

Needs updating for the price we paid

I have stayed here several times during road trips. I love that they are pet-friendly, and the pet fees are way more reasonable than other hotels. This last stay was the first time that I was a bit disappointed with the room. I think something was wrong with the air conditioner. The air was cool but very humid and smelled like mildew or something. I didn't complain because it was late, and I was very tired. I didn't think it would be that big of a deal, but all of our clothes and things were damp by morning. I think it was that room, because I didn't smell or feel the humidity in the rest of the building, at least not that night. In the morning, they had the outside doors propped open, which I think was a bad idea, as they were letting all the heat and humidity from outside come into the building, likely stressing the ventilation systems even more.

I suspect there are a lot of fake reviews on here as this property is a typical 7 in quality. The breakfast had an unusually good selection, though. Quite old, musty smell, not in great condition, gym didn’t even have a real treadmill (it was manual).

A pretty average hotel. I'd spend a bit more to get more quality at another place. Location isn't all that wonderful and the hotel itself is a bit run down. Staff wasn't memorable but at least the room was fairly nice. Nothing special and would have probably chosen a different place if we'd done more research. Breakfast was good!

The breakfast wasn’t great and the plugs in that area showed burned damage which makes you worry about a fire hazard. Rooms were clean but it is behind other hotels and not where I would stay if I was along.

Stayed for 2 nights in Chattanooga area-- hotel was updated, clean and breakfast was good. It was a safe area and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if passing through the area.

Looks nice on the outside, but smells bad from the minute you walk in the of the hotel door and just overall not a great place to stay. Hardly any amenities in the room. Not impressed

Staff was great..easy check in..only complaint was guests smoking weed outside and it lingering in elevators and hallway..if you’re not a smoker it’s super strong and makes you ill.. otherwise room was great, breakfast was very gross sausage wasn’t cooked and day old eggs..

Clean Rooms and comfortable beds

Room was very clean. Parking was a breeze. Many restaurants to chose from that are within walking distance.

Room smelled like mildew. Air conditioner was covered in dirt. Sheets on the beds felt damp. Gnats were flying around the room and the paint on the walls was coming off.

Breakfast warmer than I've had at other hotels. Bed was super comfy and had 6 brand new plush pillows. Only problem was poor signage! Sits among 3 hotels and this 1 is way in the back with no signs/arrows,etc. I arrived in a downpour and had to check other 2 hotels for directions to this 1. My shoes/socks got soaked in the flood waters!

Very friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Could make it to just about anything in 15-20 minutes. Elevator was a little rattley but other than that it was a great stay.

The room was smelly and dingy. We needed to stay the night because it was late and didn't want to look for another hotel. The lady in the breakfast area was upset with us because we had moved a table so we can all fit and didn't return it to it's place. I get that we forgot to move it back, but the lady was nasty telling us to return the table to it's proper location. She could've handled it better. We will not stay at any Baymont locations again.

Room was large, easy to navigate wheelchair but shower was not handicap friendly. Safety bars in wrong place, had shower chair but no handheld shower head. Floor was made of some foam tile that was not attractive, and creepy to walk on. A/C was loud and had to run continuously to service such a large room. Luggage trolley was only available at front desk but not easy to use when handicap parking and handicap rooms are in back of hotel. Check in attendee was nice enough to bring to the back when I checked in. Throughout the night loud crashes in the hallway kept awake ning me every 45 minutes to an hour, made for a very sleepless night. Breakfast was ok.

Staff was fairly friendly, but the entire hotel smelled musty, and each time we walked through the hallway we could smell weed. Additionally, our room was humid even with the AC turned down, and the floors and bathroom didn't feel very clean. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but it wasn't pleasant.

On the other hand, hallways smelled of spices. The breakfast was simple waffle maker and a few fruits. Some of the other breakfast items, eggs, coffee did not seem fresh and milk was frozen.

The hotel was very clean. The person checking us in was very nice but very slow. She was waiting on one person when we came in and then she took care of another person, but we waited about 20 minutes before we were taken care of. The room itself was nice except for a horrendous air conditioner. It vibrated the bed we were sleeping on and was so loud it woke everybody up every time it turned on which was about every 15 minutes. If you want somewhere to lay down, this is your place, but if you wanna sleep, go somewhere else.

Very nice clean and great breakfast. A real breakfast. Sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, real fruit. Apples, bananas, oranges and a variety of juices and milk. Even peanut butter and jelly packets that you can make a sandwich with for lunch. This is a very nice clean large cafeteria with room enough for the whole family to eat. If you stay here you won’t have to worry about buying breakfast anyway. So you can’t beat it. Safe your breakfast money for gas. Thanks again for your hospitality. You’re one of the best.

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a very comfy bed and drink making facilities were provided. The bathroom and furnishings were very good. The free Continental Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. If you were looking just for a reasonably priced room for a couple of nights, then this accommodation would definitely be worth considering.

The beds were very comfortable! It was very quiet, and the front desk person was welcoming and efficient. There some small stains on the fitted sheets -- one looked like blood.

This hotel is not very bad,but overall leaves a poor experience feelings-it has some chemicals smell in a hall,breakfast ends at 9:30,rooms dark room with some ugly wall right outside the window and a baby crib we had to ask was terrible dirty… so no go for me.

Ok hotel for our needs

The bed was super comfortable and the associate who assisted with the reservation went above and beyond in being nice and making the process a quick check in! The shower curtains don’t hang that well in the tub so some water got on the floor and just a little more furniture in the room. The room felt large and incomplete.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom light made lots of noise as did the toilet. The shower water was cold, but was reset to pretty warm. The air conditioning fan was very noisy. The TV didn’t always work. Weak signal. Not a great stay.

Great place!

We paid $219 for a room with a Jacuzzi tub, although it had a tub, the water was like warm. The room smelt musty. Non of the plugs worked. The hotel was just old and out dated for the price we paid. We will not be staying there again.

Had a great couple of days with my two girls at the Baymont. The room was clean and gave us everything we needed.

Went well until water started accumulating in the bathroom. Shower faucet was leaking from the shower head base. Not sure if that was the problem. However management quickly offered us another room to stay. Everything was great.

Very friendly front desk agents who made checking in and out a breeze. The photos of the hotel make it look much nicer than what it actually is, you can tell it's an older hotel with new paint on the walls. The breakfast wasn't my favorite, and the juice machine was out of juice after we had one small cup. The coffee was awful, definitely recommend bringing your own if you want a good cup. The overall cleanliness of the room itself was solid, I searched high and low and didn't spot any bugs or signs of any, which is rare nowadays even at really nice hotels so A+ on that. However there was a condom wrapper behind the headboard of the bed, as well as alot of dust, room service needs to focus on the areas that most people won't bother checking. Overall we would choose this hotel again if we needed one for a roadtrip on i-75. Very convenient to get to and the area felt safe.

Good enough for one night stay for the price. Our room and hallway had bad smell. Seemed like shower curtain had been used up so many times before us, it smelled terrible after getting wet. Other than that, our night was restful, safe. Breakfast was sufficient enough.
