Only complaint was child size toilets in the room....

I would love to stay here again! The property had great ammenities, like several areas with seating, indoors and outdoors. Everything was well-maintained. My room was great, with places for all my things :)

Great hot tub! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. The room definitely looked different than the pictures provided. I booked a room with what looked like there would be a divider between the couch and bed, however, upon check in, the room did not look like that. When I asked the front desk, they informed me that none of the rooms look like the pictures on the website. The room still wasn't terrible though! Just beware of this.

Nice, quiet place. Good parking. I arrived late and the microwave popcorn in my welcome bag saved me from starvation! Recommended.

People were using that bathroom since 6:30 am, and I could hear everything. Maybe it was my fault for trusting her but please maybe just be a little more thoughtful next time. Btw, there were other rooms available. Also breakfast eggs tasted funky.

The suite was comfortable and perfect for our needs. We loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and helpful. The little coloring books at the front desk were a big hit.

We stayed for 3 nights and we never got a hot shower. Plus the room upstairs had kids running and pounding on the floor until late at night. we talked about this with the manager. He comped a night but the situation never improved

My husband and I enjoyed our relaxing weeklong stay here. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable with good water pressure and strong WiFi. Great location too, with Whole Foods and dining options nearby. The main stand out was the friendly and very efficient kitchen staff. It was nice to be greeted with smiles each morning. Breakfast was varied, with healthy options, such as overnight oats, and Chia pudding available daily. The free Wednesday evening social get-together was also impressive. No need to make dinner plans — Homewood Suites provides it. My husband loved the HUGE hot tub which was always empty. Laundry was close by and took credit cards — just another plus. All-around 10/10. I highly recommend staying here.

Convenient location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable bed and spacious room. Room was not very clean, crumbs on floor in kitchen area, not clean in kitchen area, someone’s long hair was still on the bathroom floor and I would recommend staying on 4th floor so you didn’t hear people stomping on floor above you.

Newly renovated and very clean. This was a larger property than we have stayed in, in the past. As such, it was very busy. Upstairs guests made quite a bit of noise which kept us awake till midnight! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Noisy guests in the room above us. Could never get Netflix to work. Dishwasher would not start

We loved this hotel! The staff are wonderful. We loved having a full size fridge and dishwasher in room. With going to medical appointments it was so nice to be able to cook at the hotel. The hotel breakfast was great too with several options. The bed was firm. Although we slept soundly all night we did wake with our lower backs aching. This might just be us. Even with this issue we’ll stay here in the future.

There was no comfortable chair in the room for reading or watching TV.

This particular room had several issues related to maintenance and housekeeping. The assistant GM was very helpful in resolving them. My experience with Hotel.com however was awful. I will never use you again.

First room a/c was broken then 2nd room was filthy. Toilet area was dirty, microwave had food splatter all inside, freezer was dirty, coffee tables had food stains on it like they weren't wiped down and the bathroom shower floor and bathroom floor was dirty and hair strands present. Will not stay here again!

Excellent hotel at what seems like a newly developed area. Room layout is as good as can be for my needs. Breakfast was decent. Indoor pool and jacuzzi big plus. Gym was ok. It was on the expensive side but I would definitely stay again.

1st make sure you take some cleaning supplies you will need them bath tub was dirty with a visible ring around it I wiped down with lysol wipes but could not remove the set in grim 2nd I suggest you go down to the front desk should you need anything instead of calling we waited from 8am til 945 for toilet paper I had to go downstairs to use the restroom after calling the 2nd time 3rd the furniture is very uncomfortable the sofa is very hard and small if staying over night it would do but for a longer stay I would say no 4th the bed is hard as a brick just for over night you could make it but longer it would be a no hubby ending up trying to sleep on the little sofa as bed was way to hard 5th read all the information in the key pack because they will not clean your room until you request it I didn't read it til we were checking out so I take the blame for that so from wed to sunday no housekeeping so keep that in mind to request housekeeping 6th they allow pets the elevator smelled of dog we normally try to stay away from hotels that allow them but when done right its no problem personally all hotels should be pet free because it is a inconvenient to others and staff as well that have to constantly clean after them breaktfast was fine most staff was a little standoffish NO MAJOR MOVIE CHANNELS ON TV hubby not happy

The lady at the front desk was so nice and funny. The room was very clean and comfortable

The staff here was amazing, building and rooms incredibly clean. The issue we had was there was absolutely zero hot water which makes showers incredibly difficult when it’s winter and you’d rather not bathe in cold water.

Everything was great. I’Keysha at the front desk was especially awesome - so very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Charlottesville.

The room was not ready when we arrived. Had to wait almost 90 minutes for an available room. They did explain the maintenance had been performed between 12pm - 3pm and the water had been shut off to entire hotel. Not good.

The thermostat was wonky and the beds were really hard, so none of us slept well. Breakfast was just okay, the variety was nice, but the biscuits were dry and hard. I ate dinner eggs and sausage, and got sick shortly after. I told the gentleman about the issues when we checked out about the beds and he was unphased and clearly did not care. He told me not to come back to Homewood suites, then. Don't worry, sir! I won't!

The hotel was dated, the water in the shower never really got hot, and breakfast really wasn't that good. On a positive note, the staff was nice and the room was clean.

Didn’t have hot water the first day which was rough but the breakfast was great and the suite was good.

I understand limiting the number of people in each room and only cleaning upon request but I think if the staff were masked it could be done safely - at least for the bathroom and making the bed. Not a huge deal but it would be great. Otherwise the hotel was great - beds were very soft so not to my liking but everyone is different. Great location with lots around to do in a short distance.

After the first room was not cleaned yet, I was quickly moved to a nice room. My stay overall was very good - a clean and generally quiet room.

The rooms were fine but nothing outstanding and breakfast was also mediocre (it should include more fresh fruit options, non-dairy milk, etc.). They could definitely up their game!!
