Excellent deal compared to other nightly rates in the area. We checked in late and there was a super helpful over night desk agent. We had an issue with our thermostat for the AC as soon as we walked in our room and he changed our room to another wonderful the same floor and brought us up keys so we did not have to walk back down. New and clean place- we will come again.

Clean room. Very smelly hallways.
- 5/5
It was so peaceful & clean the staff was so nice and welcoming just a vibe altogether I really enjoyed my stay I’ll be back ❤️
- 3/5
The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Downside, there was no ice, no coffee anywhere. None in room nor in the lobby at 7 am. Nice kitchenette, but no dishes, silverware or cups. Unless you are staying more than one night and want to pay extra for those things, not the best choice.

It was a beautiful stay and the front desk was so kind!!

Good staff, nice establishment!

I didn't like the fact that the person at the front desk gave someone the authorization to come into my room a key that wasn't staying with me
- 4/5
Everything was clean and well kept
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful! The GM helped with my reservation! He was super nice & extremely knowledgeable about the area! I will definitely stay here again.

Never got chance to stay at this location, had to be moved to another location because of a power outage.
- 3/5
If you want coffee in your room in the morning, you will not get it here because there is no coffee pot. I was disappointed about that. If you love the smell of MJ(iykyk) in the hall, elevator and your room; then this is place for you to stay. I feel like someone had come in our room and smoked all day. You could only smell it on the weekend, during the week the MJ smell was gone. The office hours were weird too. Overall this place was very clean and in a pretty nice area. The staff was very nice and kind and extremely helpful. The air conditioning is on a sensor, so the room gets extremely hot at night. I kept having to get up and move around so the room would cool down.

Pros: we had a full fridge, a stovetop and the location was close to Charlotte Motor Speedway which is why we came. There was also ample parking and the building was relatively secure. The staff were nice overall - they were simply following protocol of the hotel which I can’t be mad at. Cons: must pay for additional towels and linens, housekeeping comes every 2 weeks (or sooner with a fee), our room smelled like weed when we walked in, our comforter had stains on it, after the office closes you are instructed to call the front desk (although we weren’t able to get towels because the cabinet for them was locked), shower was warm at best, we have to take out of our own trash (that’s new to me at a hotel). Overall I definitely would not return.
- 5/5
It would be great to have coffee available in the room & breakfast, but it wasn't included. I didn't expect it, but it would be a nice addition to this place.
- 5/5
Brand new so was nice and clean. Bed comfortable

EXCELLENT STAFF, EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATIONS, EXCELLENT STAY!
- 2/5
A decent place to stay, but wouldn’t be my first recommendation… Definitely not a friendly staff. The young lady with the glasses has a very bad attitude be aware of her.
- 1/5
Wasn’t very helpful. Had to do everything basically yourself. Staff is very slow paced. Had to pay for everything even for little things like switching out your towels. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever been a part of.
- 5/5
EXCEPTIONAL!
- 4/5
Check in was slow and took about 20 minutes. The front desk didn't seem like they could find my reservation and didn’t seem to care they were taking a longer than usual time. Also, we got there at 4:45ish and they were getting ready to close. We left at 8:30 and they were closed until 10.

Great place to stay
- 4/5
Very nice and clean property. We had a good stay overall but being on 3rd floor with elevator broken really messed us up with 2 young kids. We stayed a week so needless to say we had alot of things to carry. Disappointed that the higher ups didnt work harder to get that fixed.
- 2/5
Elevator did not work for 3 days. Front desk staff was very unprofessional. I called the desk and was placed on hold for 12 minutes. I would never stay here again.

They cancelled my reservation and blamed it on booking.com
- 5/5
Great stay. Have absolutely no complaints. The workers were nice and the place was super clean.
- 5/5
Only thing the AC kept turning off at like 2:00 in the morning in the middle of the night but everything else is good the mall is right there so a whole bunch of places to go out to eat at very good trip
- 4/5
Clean Could here people in the next room
- 5/5
This is more of a long term hotel instead of a one nighter. But the price was right and the place is relatively new. There is not a breakfast offered…just coffee. It was priced reasonably and easy access for my short 8 hour stay. I did not see a restaurant close by that I could walk to and get a quick meal if that is important to you.
- 2/5
The free Internet is slow. There are no utensils pots or pans available for use. Hotel walls are extremely thin. The elevator didnt work. This is not a place to cone if you are a light sleeper or want to work from hotel.

I like that it has a laundry room you can use. Also I like the full refrigerator in every room. I didn’t like that there’s no outside sitting area. I also didn’t like that the elevator broke and I work on my feet and had to walk up to the fourth floor after working 7-8 hours.

The pets and I have real bad allergies.

Be aware the room Only only has 2 towels and 2 wash cloths very fragile and thin Linen is only issued before 4pm After that There is it any options to have your linen replaced or get Fresh Linen it is now 12:56 of my checkout day and I am stuck in the room with my companion because my companion is handicap and has to ride the elevator and the elevator is not working I was told by the front desk person she would let the GM know that we are still in the room but we didn't get any updates as to when the elevator will be repaired so we will wait.. Not bashing the place everything is brand new and it looks good but be aware

Great Hotel
- 5/5
Staff was very professional and concern about my needs and staytime
- 3/5
The suite was pet friendly. The room was clean. The bed was about 1' from a wall so it was difficult to get into it and out of it, especially is you're over 70, as we were. We could not get our room made up. It isn't included in the stay and they charged $2.00 to get clean, dry towels for showering. There was no hand towel, only washcloth (2) and bath towels (2). There was no soap for the sink area, only the shower. There was no hair dryer. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights but it was more expensive per night than where we would normally have stayed. We wanted to give it a try.
- 4/5
My stay was decent. The only problem I had was the toilet kept stopping up. Maintenance had to come twice to fix it because the first time he just came and unclogged it but that wasn't the issue. After the second visit from maintenance, I didn't have any more issues. Other than that, the property was clean and in a great location. I would visit again.
- 5/5
A few shops nearby! AC works! Comfortable bed! ($100) deposit! Kitchen is in the room , but cookware can be purchased at front desk! Overall, Great stay and Staff!
- 5/5
Staff is polite and helpful. Room was clean. The only complaint I have, or just a heads up really, is that room 433 has some outlets that do not work. Besides that, my stay was pleasant enough to recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay.
- 5/5
Being able to cook on my room Clean and Quiet
- 4/5
Had a good short stay. Room was very well kept the only thing is that you have to throw away your own trash. Never stayed in a hotel that had to do that but nothing crazy I guess. It’s actually a 17 min drive to BOA stadium NOT 10 like Expedia has listed.
- 5/5
I really liked how the room was when I went up there and the cleanliness was good too.
- 5/5
This was a brand new hotel. The staff was great. The only thing is there was no coffee in the lobby. I think/hope that the is changing, they have two coffee pots in the lobby as I said it is new and I just don’t think that the coffee station has been set up. It is also an extended stay, thr kitchens don’t come with utensils you can buy a kit at the hotel for 40 or find a thrift store. In Oregon I stayed at one and picked up my kitchen stuff at a Thrift store for 9.

Very clean , new hotel No irons in room
- 3/5
Our room was comfortable but the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a used town, used cup and plastic trash on the sink. Only had one clean towel to shower for two people. It was late when we checked in and staff were leaving for the night so there was no one to ask for another towel. The room itself was clean. You have to take your trash out to the dumpster yourself. It is located on the far edge of the parking lot. They only had two luggage racks, the one we had to use was terrible with the wheels locking up and kept falling over dumping our luggage and bags. The biggest thing was the $160 incidental fee that they said would be refunded when we checked out. Our room was prepaid online so was not expecting that big of fee for one night. Front desk didn't open up until 10:00 so we dropped the key off on the counter when we left. Sure hope that large incidental fee gets refunded as they said it would.

Room was clean & comfortable. Nice location Staff was rude, weren’t helpful, didn’t want to work. Had bad attitudes and unprofessional
- 3/5
Location is good and the establishment is actually clean No staff available barely got in because an employee that resides just happened to be going outside. My Fiancé tried to warm up his dinner and the microwave went out also the bed is very small barely fit both of us comfortably No irons in the rooms

Reserved a room in advance and with no prior warning, I arrived to the location and was told they were "sold out" of rooms even though I paid and Reserved my room in advance. The lady at the desk told me she called me and canceled my reservation but that was a lie and I did not receive a phone call and my reservation did not show up at canceled at any point even now a day later it does not show as canceled. Every other hotel around was completely sold out so I had to drive to a different city to get a room double the price. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because they should not allow you to reserve a room only for them to tell you upon arrival they don't have one for you. The front desk is also shut off with metal shutters which I can tell she was hiding behind just to not have to talk to disappointed guests. They make you talk to them through a phone right beside the shut off front desk while they're hiding behind it which is really unusual.

bed was super comfy room was clean
- 3/5
I wanted to check in an hour early & was told there is a $25 charge. This made check in a mad house because everyone had to wait until 3pm. Bring your own soap, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. The hotel does not offer plates, silverware, glasses, cookware, and paper towels. You can purchase this at the front desk, if the front desk is open. There is no iron. You can borrow from the front desk. If you stay here, expect the bare basic. It is ok for a quick stay to rest your head. Nothing more.

The bed could have been more comfortable but for a 1 or 2 night stay it was fine.

I received a call by staff one hour and 22 minutes before I arrived to be told that the room I requested was not available in unworkable condition, that I could be accommodated with a smaller room. I had booked the room for 3 people and one bed bedroom was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call back and to no avail I did not receive a call back before I arrived. I arrived and was given a 2 bed guest room as promised with no verbal issues about the room not being in working order. Of course the room had issues. For one the floors were wood floors that had not been mopped because my wore white socks and it left the bottom of his socks black. Secondly, there was no A/C in the room it was blowing nothing but hot air. I notified the front desk and was promised that it would be fixed. We left for the whole day and upon return still no A/C. We had to open the windows and throughout the night it had cooled the room down. Again complained no action. Stayed one more night and left. I will not be staying here again.
- 3/5
Room was very clean. A/C didn't work (wouldn't connect to wifi). Waited in hot room for over 30 minutes for someone to fix the a/c. Waited another 15 and it would still not connect. Finally moved to a new room. There is only someone at the front desk from 9 to 5, so you have to call, but the calls were answered promptly.

Rooms are clean. Location is great. Northlake Mall is nearby along with other shopping centers. Kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, sink and 2 burner stove. Bring your own cookware, dishes & utensils or you can buy a set at the front lobby. If you need to exchange towels or in need of toiletries, make sure you do this when the front desk is staffed. Front desk is only available limited hours.

Great location

Clean property and clean room however our room had to be changed and the new room bathroom was not clean nor did we have tissue. There was soap left in the shower from the previous guest. The noise level of other guests you literally can hear everything they say and do
- 3/5
The hotel is new and looks nice. There isn’t someone at the counter a lot of the time. The elevator did not work. There were some louder patrons which is not the hotels fault but we could hear them through the walls all night. The bed was ok.

Great service ,clean room . Perfect for a get away
- 1/5
I had to stay in these hotels twice. And every time there were difficulties. The bed linen doesn't change. Garbage is not taken out. There is no cleaning. It's nice that there are new buildings and everything is beautiful and smells like fresh furniture. But when you open the door and there is a bag of garbage in the middle of the room or in the bathroom used towels, and someone else's hair on the toilet, then it's very unpleasant that you came to rest on the road and you have to deal with the staff every time. And one more thing. Besides paying for your stay online through Expedia, upon arrival they charge you an additional $100 deposit in case you damage the property. They promise to refund the money after the inspection. But unfortunately, when you leave your place of stay, you can't know when the inspection will take place, or even whether you'll get a refund on your credit card. Therefore, be extremely careful and cautious before checking in WoodSpring Suite.

It’s new so in great condition they are bare bones even though they say suites they have no pots pans plates etc to go with the large fridge & cooktop stove. They feature a large microwave and front desk courtesy coffee.

Needs extra towels in the rooms.

The address to the hotel is incorrect. We arrived at an Extended Stay and were very confused. We then found out the correct location and it was down the street. The front desk agent took 20 minutes to check us in. She has no clue what she was doing and kept stopping to help other guests while checking us in. Our initial experience was terrible. We had to initial about 15 different line items. I left and came back later in the evening and they locked me out of my room and then told me at the desk I had MORE documents to sign off on. Totally ridiculous! They then charged my card $100 for incidentals. Why so much? Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable. But overall, the staff was awful and the 'rules' were absurd.

I liked the fact that this is a brand new hotel. So everything felt clean & unused The staff was okay…when I arrived to check in the young lady at the front desk was on the phone & I had to wait til you ended her conversation to be greeted. They don’t have irons in the room you have to call the front desk & wait for one to be done being used. No blow dyers either.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable and well informed about the hotel amenities. It really made a great first impression. Throughout my stay, I continued to notice how attentive and kind the front desk staff were. They always greeted guests with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to help. It is clear that customer service is a priority here, and it truly enhanced the overall experience. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The common areas, hallways, and lobby were always neat, organized, and inviting. I also noticed that the property was consistently well staffed, which helped everything run smoothly. Whenever I passed through the lobby or needed assistance, there was always someone available and ready to help. The rooms were another highlight of the stay. They were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless when I arrived. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a high standard. Overall, this hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Between the exceptionally friendly front desk staff, the clean and orderly environment, and the spacious, comfortable rooms, it is a place I would happily stay again and recommend to others. The level of service and attention to detail truly made this stay stand out. Na

I booked a room that included and pull off sofa. But I got there I was given a room on the 1st floor. I don’t do 1st floors. I requests a room on an upper floor but I wasn’t given the same type of room I booked. I was with my son (he should have not been IDed or charged a deposit since he was only 17 yrs old) Long story full of drama, our room was just 1 size queen bed. Me and my son had to share a bed. When I called to let her know of the mistake, she acknowledged the mistake but said ‘I’m sorry I didn’t read the code correct but we don’t have any other rooms’. Over all .. it was awkward and. Unconvincing
