Price Creepy men checking my daughters out!

It had a stove top and a microwave. Had most things needed for the kitchen. It worked all well, very enjoyable. Bed was small, not nice sheets. Bathroom a little grubby.

I checked out a day early, but the hotel clerk working great day morning refused to give my partial refund for the night I didn’t stay although I paid directly at the property not online through Expedia. The clerk said to contact Expedia which I did, but I was told by the rep an internal review would be placed and the refund must be issued by the hotel because I paid directly at the property. The hotel cleanliness was ok, but the elevator didn’t have a light making it completely dark and unsafe for solo women travelers or anyone period due. I emailed the manager to get my refund for the night I didn’t stay. If my refund is not applied by the manager then I will dispute that transaction with my bank and file a complaint review on better business bureau.

The price that's about it. First day was professional and nice It was dirty. the walls were discolored and dirty. The fridge was disgusting. also not a safe place. you got a waiver to sign that holds them not liable if someone breaks into your car. That tells me that it has happened at that location a few times if you need to sign a waiver tag and put it in the car.

We really loved the idea that there was a little kitchen and table in our room. But our friends had a small comfortable chair in their room. We did not have one in our room. All of our sitting had to be on a hard chair or the bed. Whoever cleans the room doesn’t clean the room. I had a cigarette in my bathroom trashcan as soon as I arrived. I had food in my refrigerator and sticky stuff all over the floor. Rust on the refrigerator. Rust on the microwave seems to be unsanitary. The washcloth was a towel, torn in half and shredded. My towel for the kitchen had a big burn hole in it.

I reserved nonsmoking room, but my room was very smoking smelled- we can not sleep in room

The location and price To be honest I have absolutely no complaints! Everything was pretty good and clean

It was a very well kept room. And the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The overall look of the hotel and room was very nice.

The room was good. Quiet. Really hot water. Nice little kitchenette. Clean… yes but at the price of a level of cleaning product smell that I can only describe as supernatural. Opened the window for a while and that either helped or I went nose blind to it.

When we arrived, we were given a room on the second floor. I am handicapped (they had no way of knowing that). When we got our room keys, the man at the front desk said, “I’m sorry but the lift is broken”. So, I had to drag our luggage upstairs with no help from the hotel. The next morning, the toilet got clogged. I called the front desk and the lady said she was sorry and would I like a plunger? I said yes please, and she said come down to the office and get it. I said don’t you have anybody to bring it, she said not until 10am. There were 3 of us and it was 7:30. I went down for the plunger so everyone else could use the toilet. She gave it to me and had the nerve to say, Bring it back when you’re done in case someone else needs it.” The room was tiny. Every time we went to the car, you could smell weed and this is a no smoking hotel. And they didn’t even serve coffee!! We will never stay at this hotel, AND we will never use Expedia again. You sell a product that is inferior and you don’t stand behind. I have many choices as to where to spend my mon

Great budget stay. clean room, good water pressure, no smoke smell. didn't use the kitchenette, but it was well stocked and maintained. Wall a little thin so could hear the neighbors some, but that's par for the course in a hotel or apartment situation. for the price a great value.

No-Staff was not pleasant, the Manager does not correspond well in a professional manner, the lobby and hotel room was not the same in person as advertised from the website. Still waiting on my refund to be return back to my credit card because. I did not stay at this hotel site nor would I recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

I asked for a non smoking room in my booking, and I got a room that smelt of tobacco every time you walked in and even buying fragrance to spray the room with did not help. Staff said I could move to another room but I was afraid if I did that and caused more trouble that I wouldn't get my refund. The bed itself was also very uncomfortable to sleep in every single night.

Do not stay here. They definitely need to lower their prices and improve inside bedding and stove. See attached pictures

It is quiet and the rooms are pretty big The bed feel comfortable at first but after while hurt mine and my husbands back but I would still come back just with a pillow from home

Very clean, spacious livable fully equipped Lack of communication with staff and myself, didn’t come to clean the room, beds were not sturdy chair was hard.

I love the rooms and the area it is close to any and everything you need. And also at the same time the building is in the back in like a quiet neighborhood kinda vibe. But beautiful for walks to the store with no traffic barely. Only thing I didn't like was the fridge in my room. Was way to small I asked to change rooms many times or use my free upgrade and still have failed to move me even tho I booked a completely different room the next time. But as the room in general very nice.

When I first arrived I was bombarded with two surprise fees and the room I booked was booked out even though I made this reservation days prior.

When I was checking in the motel person was trying to charge me again for the room cause I booked through a third party. Also the clientele that is staying there is much to be desired. The light in the main room didn’t work and when I asked the motel staff to switch me to a new room they said they would have to up charge me cause the bed would be bigger. Every night I would move the dresser in front of the door to block it just in case someone tried to break in. And when I asked Expedia to switch me to a different motel they refused. They said they would issue a refund but it would take a week for it to hit which didn’t help me that night. Overall an absolute nightmare of a stay. Doubt I will ever use Expedia ever again.

Hotel was in a decent neighborhood. The staff was polite & left us alone. However, the room itself was very outdated, the bathroom door didn’t close & the room was pretty dirty. The front door to the room also did not close all the way, which is a safety concern. If your looking for something cheap & don’t have high standards, I would recommend them.

When I got there to check in, they did not have a king suite for me, like I had prepaid for. She had to put me in a two queen suite, that was cheaper online, but I didn’t get the discount.

My daughter stayed. I got her out of there before she unpacked. A woman met her in the parking lot who had just checked out and told her not to check in because it was so stank. She did anyway and then we had to get her out of there and to another hotel. She got a refund.

It is not clean, there was a stain on the remote control that looked like blood. The room stinks. The air conditioner was noisy and at first request, i was informed nothing can be done till next day. i called an insisted before a staff was sent up to confirm after which it was exchanged. the bed was uncomfortable. Request for towels went unanswered. Poor service.

We did not stay at this property. It looked very shabby and ill-kept, so we checked the beds for bedbugs, and sure enough, we found them.

Nice rooms for the price. I was in the navy, I'll sleep anywhere. Definitely not luxury, but the staff is polite and the property isn't sketchy like most hotels in this price range. About 4.5 miles from Carrowinds. $100 cash deposit that isn't advertised, but was refunded at checkout.

I would have given a higher rating except for the fact that the mattress needed to be thrown out. It was a spring mattress (who uses them these days ?) and my side was caved in. It was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Sleep is the main reason to get a room and this one failed miserably.
