    Disgusting place inside and outside. We arrived at 2am and no one was there to check us in just a note on the cage pulled down over the front desk. At 7 people waiting in the parking lot. Lobby smells like garbage and cigarettes. Super sketchy hotel nothing like advertising. No one ever came back so we had to find a different hotel. I want a full refund.

    The toilet stopped working. The staff went on strike for a few days. We got locked out because of the strike. The fridge didn't work very well ( ice cream never firmed up). The laundry room kept heating up our room past the capacity of the windows unit air conditioner. The microwave was a over the oven vent hood style that sat on the only counter space in the kitchen and it had the wrong plate thing inside so it didn't turn.the water temperature varied wildly in the shower, like in a 5 minute shower it got too hot and too cold without the dual being adjusted. There was only one small trash can with no bags. The was not sinksifter/stopper in the kitchen for washing dishes. We had to buy our own towels for the bathroom. In the end we left as soon as we could find an open room somewhere else.

    This motel was a dive. I didn't stay here because the manager or any employees for that matter were nowhere to be found. I waited an hour and finally the manager just happened to show up and said they didn't have any vacancies. I explained my hotels.com booking and she said it didn't matter. Now I can't get ahold of hotels.com to get refunded for this fiasco. I'll never use hotels.com again or stay at motel 6 again. Theyre both terrible.

    I stayed night only because I got in late and didn't want to search for another hotel at 1030pm at night. The room I was given was dirty, it smelled horrible, the carpet had stains throughout, the range hood was covered in rust, the lamps were covered in rust, there was a burner missing from the stove, there was a sticky substance on the fridge. The 'desk' that separates the kitchenette from the bed is broken and about to fall down. The door jamb was broken There was dried up dog urine in the stairwell. The whole place smelled bad, especially weed.

    Everything was a mess and people were locked out they rooms and I couldn’t even check in and people had to climb into their windows on the second floor just to get there belongings out the room. I’m highly disappointed and will never book a room from here ever again. Andddddd side not the staff was very mean he was disrespectful and was not helpful at all and had to climb over the desk top just to get to the other sideeee like I said highly disappointed

    1. The bed frame had to be fixed before my wife could sleep on it. 2. The check-in person (also the maid) had to clean the room before we could even occupy the room. 3. The kitchen and stove were GROSS. 4. No fire or smoke alarm in the room; only wires protruding from the wall. 5. The one window in the room was broken and filthy and the shade was broken. 6. The TV set was not working for our entire stay. 7. Many outlets in the room did not work. 8. The sleeper sofa was worn and VERY uncomfortable (husband had to sleep here due to unstable bed frame). 9. The bathroom towels and washcloths were very dirty -- looked like they were NEVER washed -- stains and black marks on them. 10. The propertand (inside) is littered with trash and VERY dirty. 11. The property (outside) is full of trash, dog poop not picked up, cigarette butts not picked up. 12. Hallways not clean; rugs need serious cleaning. 13. Bins for dog poop bags full and overflowing. These were never emptied during our 5-day stay. 14. Didn't receive clean towels, even when requested. The pictures on the website are deceiving -- DON'T believe them!! I could NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Secondly the accommodations were sub par with the room looking as if it hadn’t been cleaned not to mention there were roaches and dust on most of the furniture. Third, they make you beleive the facility is capable of being used to cook as an extended stay but not cutlery or flatware or pots are provided. 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone. EVER! Only thing good about this place was the day/night time desk staff who checked me in. Super attentive and always available.

    The lady that let me in at 11 PM was really nice. there was no toilet paper. there is a sticky film on the floor that my socks stuck to- I could see my footprints afterwards. there was old letters and garbage under the bed n night stand. the lady told me that that was the only clean room- she had given me a double room for the price of a single- for that reason, but the room was not clean. There was mould all over the roof and shower in the bathroom. the Room was just gross.

    I didn’t stay a night because when I get there around 6:00pm the room wasn’t ready I have to wait with my kids a while then they took to the room it was dirty chemicals all over the place smelling bad we couldn’t not stay a night in that situation so went to front desk I asked her to refund our money but she told me to call Booking dot come manager was not there I call booking dot com explain everything they tried to contact the manager but they left unsolved I didn’t get my money refunded I am still waiting my money refund. I am really disappointed it so long to resolve the issue. So I is a lot booking dot com to reserve my hotel me and all friends and family for good business in the future please resolve my issues.

    Ill admit I was worried seeing some of the othe reviews but my room was very clean. I did not see one bug, hair, or stain...in MY room. It was a nice stay for what it costs. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a few stains on the hallway carpet, but I didnt sleep in the hallway so it honestly didnt bother me that much. Although, the bed after the second night started to get uncomfortable since the matresses are firm but as well I do have a back injury so maybe it was just that.

It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. I checked in at 10:30 PM and checked out the next morning at 10:30 AM because I physically could not stay there any longer. I was worried for my health and had to move to a nearby hotel just to feel safe. This was, without question, one of the worst, most infuriating hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

    Stay away. Smells like marijuana in the lobby. The desk is behind a reinforced gate, I assume to avoid theft. Cash deposit required. Needless to say, we did not bother checking in. The night attendant even agreed that it was not a great place.

    Staff was nice. The charge to change out towels and basic toiletries is frown upon. The room walls are very thin to where I could hear the people next door conversations and then scolding their pets. As well as a strong pet urine smell from the connected door to their room from ours. I definitely won’t be booking again

    Overall, I would rate this hotel a 1 out of 10, with the 1 rating only because the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind. She actually was the only one there and had to check in people, and also clean rooms. I will not be staying in this hotel anymore and considering all the other hotel options in the area, I truly hope the owners make the right choice to update this hotel and not continue to think that having your guests, whether they be long term or short-term stays, endure a dirty, outdated and depressing hotel is acceptable.

    The hotel is not bad. but the room was full of cockroaches and when I asked for a change of room they changed me to a full of humidity. the bed you could see that they had not even washed the sheets, smell horrible. I definitely will not come back. and because it was soccer season it was $90 a night, I would not pay even $20 to stay there

    It was dirty, the floors were sticky, the bathroom door knob was broke, the toilet barely flushed, dirt on walls around kitchen, no bathroom garbage, the entry way and up the stairs were so dirty. Very unpleasant stay and will never return to that property. The people that worked there was nice.

The kitchen counter top was never wiped from the previous guest and it was sticky and filthy. There was excessive dust in the room and the carpets had burn marks in them. The bathtub was excessively stained. The blanket in the bed had pieces of dirt on it. I paid $109 through Hotels.com and the cost at the counter would have only been $77. What a rip-off! We would have left and gone somewhere else it it hadn’t been so late at night.

While we were waiting in the lobby a female employee came upfront with a rude attitude. Completely changed the setting of the front desk. Informing we got the last available room. Eventually, we get squared away. We take some bags to the room and as you open the door there is a huge pile of someone else’s dirty laundry and trash still in the kitchen. Trash in the stairwell and just an overall rough smell. The beds were made and there was clean towels in the bathroom but the room was definitely not ready. Saw hair on the wall in the shower.... on the towels... Just rough.. multiple trash bags under the sink...

    The hotel room smelled horrible of mildew and stale cigarette smoke. In fact the entire facility reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no elevator the room didn’t look to clean. The stove top burners were rusted and the oven was coated and burnt inside. There was black mold around the showers/tub cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink. The pull out sofa bed was stained up and had burn marks on the arms. Over all horrible place to stay, definitely needs some renovations and better staff.

    I actually book the room for myself and an out of town friend. Upon our arrival, (which is around 12:30 am) we step out of the car only to hear a girl on the phone prompting another girl to come up there and get A** kicked. There was a phone on there was a phone out side to call for the front desk and no one came to attend to us for about 4 min. Girl was really nice. I made the reservation on hotels.com for the extended stay hotel around 6 it 7pm. Got it because it was only for 1 night and moderately priced but nice. The pictures on the web are definitely deceitful. The front desk agent said that there were no vacancies but I had a reservation, so I was confused. She gave us what I think should not have been given to anyone for any nominal fee. It smelled of urine, cigarettes and mildew. On the pullout couch are big what appear to be blood stains on multiple spots of the bed. We instantly left and had to go book another hotel, crossing our finger, that some other hotel would be able to accommodate us at around (at this point) 1:15 am. I did reach out to Corp and request a full refund. Working for hotels myself, I know things are supposed to be handled, kept up and over all be done in a professional way and on a professional level. This is the first complaint email I have ever sent. I just in good conscience couldn't let this one go with out notifying you guys. Ive stayed at extended stays before and they seem to all be really clean and reasonably priced but this one???

    It almost 10 minutes before the front desk clerk return to from wherever. She gave me my assigned room. Went to my room and there was hair in the bed. Went to a second room.....hair in the bed. She accompanied me to the thrid, fourth, and fifth until I finally gave up and asked for a clean set of sheets which another 10 minutes as she pieced the bedding together to make a set. I will never stay at that hotel again!

    It almost 10 minutes before the front desk clerk return to from wherever. She gave me my assigned room. Went to my room and there was hair in the bed. Went to a second room.....hair in the bed. She accompanied me to the thrid, fourth, and fifth until I finally gave up and asked for a clean set of sheets which another 10 minutes as she pieced the bedding together to make a set. I will never stay at that hotel again!

    I was very pleased with my stay the property was very clean inside and outside the rooms were very clean there was no debris or trash in the hotel or around the hotel and the lobby was very presentable and the staff as well was very clean neat and organized

    No one at check in when I arrived at 10 PM. I had to use a house phone to call someone to check me in. Then after swiping my credit card they said they had no room available. Night manager kept going on about how I had made the reservation through an "outside system" like this was my fault and then bragging on how he was going to upgrade me to a better room. The room was a dump.

    The structure of the property is awkwardly built. The hall ways have a bad odor. The front desk people are super night and have great attitudes. I think the building should be torn down and remodeled.
