The Location I didn't sleep or bathe, extremely careless, there was no soap, towels, toilet paper or coffee, I understand it's being remodeled, but it's not fair to treat you like this. I took a picture of the towel they gave me. The mop in my house is cleaner than the towel. I'm sorry.

At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible! My biggest question — why wasn’t I informed about all this earlier? Why wait until check-in to disclose such major issues? It feels like the property only cares about business and not the comfort or experience of its guests.

Will not use that "hotel" again in my life. Only hotel where you get the towells and toilet paper in the lobby when you sign in. Seems like they are remodeling or something like that. One elevator not working and the other about to fall appart. No microwave, no coffee pot. We decided to stay overnite at the airport Not good at all.

This was the nastiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. After check in I'm informed there's no soap, and no towels. My room had one working lamp and a broken television. Called the office and they offered a second room. My biggest mistake was taking that room. It smelled horrible, the carpet was sticky and squishy, mold on the desk the TV was on. Holes in the wall and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The hallway was barely any cleaner, and the elevator buttons had a missing missing panel and exposed wiring. Per Expedia they have a shuttle service, they do not. I feel sorry for anyone who stays at this so called hotel.

This is a scam

The woman has trouble walking due to lymphedema and requested a room bearby on the 1st floor. Theyvsaid none were available on the 1st floor so they put her on the 2nd and one day later, their elevator stopped working. She was forced to use the stairs causing her great pain. The place is filthy, holes in the walls, black mold on the ceilings. The whole place reeked of smoke and another unknown odor, possibly crack or meth. Cigarette butts are extinguished on the hallway floors. They didn't supply toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or towels. I had to go to the store and buy all of those things for the woman. This place should be condemned as it is full of hazardous conditions. They should be ashamed charging less advantaged people $500 a week! That's more than my mortgage!

This property was absolutely horrible. It made you feel like someone got murdered in your room. Felt like a blessing ever pets are welcome there so it just smells like rotten animal broken everything all light fixtures, towel rack, and no towels for taking a shower. It was extremely dirty, smelled like pee and poop everywhere. There were no amentities offered as suggested online, no soap, no shampoo, the fridge did not work the tv did not work was told they didnt offer coffee although there was a coffee machine, no blanket was in the room and when asked for one they stated they only gave them to people who asked, the ice machine was broke. Online it said they offer breakfast, there was not a single thing offered. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my entire life.

The front desk agent Quinta, was very nice and helpful. The property though is horrific. Smells of smoke, floor was sticky, rugs were filthy.

We got to the hotel and it was overbooked, so we had to find other accommodations.

Had to go back to front desk to ask for these items. Front lobby was a mess. Looked like the floors hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. Questionable people hanging out in lobby. People hanging out in hallways. Did not feel safe.

I booked on line said it had breakfast, get there and the clerk says “ we ain’t got no towels for the rooms and there’s no breakfast” I looked at my wife and we immediately left. Never to go there again

It was filthy smelly no curtains my key wouldn't work. Some man open the door to get in . Trash running over in floor. I would recommend for the city code inspector to pop up. drug dealing inside and outside

Do not stay here! The hotel is falling apart. The building smells strongly of cigarettes and at check in the employee said “I’m going to waive your pet fee because sometimes we have problems like not having towels or soap.” She gave me a room that was bare, dirty, and also reeked of cigarette smoke with two hand towels we were expected to use as bath towels. This is not a safe place to stay - especially if you are alone. We immediately checked out and got a full refund and found a safe, clean place 15 minutes away.

Worst hotel experience I’ve encountered. I reserved 3 rooms at CLT Airport Inn and Suites and when we went to the address it was a La Quinta Inn. Strange, but it was in the evening and we thought we’d give it a try. As we were checking in, we were told, “We have no towels.” We were not given the option to cancel the rooms, so we took them. We were on the 4th floor. One of the two elevators was out of order and the other one worked but had no safety certificate. The 4th floor was covered with overflowing trash can trash and trash all over the floor. One of the room keys didn’t work and required a trip to reception. We reserved 3 rooms with 2 queen beds. We had one room with a king bed only and one room with a double and single. There were no towels, sheets, blankets, soap or shampoo. We did have toilet paper. We had a man sleeping outside our door loudly listening to music (he did leave when asked). Unpleasant to say the least! So far, both Expedia and the hotel are refusing to refund the reservation. It’s unfortunate Expedia doesn’t vet the properties or have any internal controls about who they partner with.

The staff was very caring and professional, but the property needs a lot of work.

When I went to the Holiday Inn down the street, they said they get several guest a week who leave there and go to them because it’s so nasty.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly, but she stated that they didn't have any towels. The rugs are stained and there's a wonderful odor of marijuana from the time you hit the door. We tried to fight through and when we got to the room, it was worse. No soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The elevator was working, but was missing a button on the 3rd floor. We lasted about 10 minutes before we returned to the front desk and found a different hotel. Read the reviews.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the start, the environment felt unsafe, with noticeable drug activity and law enforcement present throughout our stay. Our room was in unacceptable condition—it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival, with trash and even drug paraphernalia behind the furniture. To make matters worse, the amenities were severely lacking. We were only given **one** roll of toilet paper and **one** towel for our entire week-long stay, which made our stay even more frustrating and uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, safe, and properly maintained place to stay. Management urgently needs to address these serious concerns to improve the overall experience for guests.

Someone peed on the wall, entire place is dirty beyond repair and beds were stained everywhere with what looked like blood on mattress and who knows what on the sheets. Every lamp on the wall was broken and employee states no towels in the entire building and some nights they don’t even have toilet paper. Privately owned and management states owner does not like to spend money to restock or replace any immensities. Didn’t even feel comfortable sitting down anywhere as it was so filthy everywhere. Smell of cigarettes lingered in every hallway. Wish I took pictures but i practically ran out refusing to stay

This is a nasty dirty 4 floor hotel with 1 non working ice machine, no curtains, 60 in. Tv that is broken, broken room phone...I could go on....HOTEL FROM HELL

Both of the front desk ladies, I didn't get bit by bed bugs My TV didn't work and no one came to fix it, carpets were dirty throughout the hotel, the place is falling apart, trash was every where, all night ppl were loud in the halfway, they handed you a floor towel a towel a tiny bar of soap and a role of toilet paper at check in, one pillow on each bed and no blanket or cover just the sheets that were stained and nasty. They have the nerve to require a $100 deposit at check in . It is the second worst place I've ever been.

There is no such motel in existance, they operate from La Quintas motel and do not give importance to CLT Airport Inn customers.

Should not be a hotel

It seemed like more of an expanded stay where some people were living, had dogs and were definitely smoking in the rooms even though it was supposed to be a smoke free location. The tv didn't work or the mini fridge in the room. The shower was good and the air conditioner didn't disappoint. The exercise equipment was mostly broken.

We stayed in the room about 30 seconds. The first tip-off was that they didn't have any towels. No, the first tip-off should have been that the lobby smelled like pot. No, the first tip-off should have been the holes in the walls and the filth. No, the first tip-off should have been the smell of frying fish in the hallway. Nooooooooooo. We asked for a refund as was told to contact hotels.com.

Key cards did not work for the door. So a 2nd trip to the desk. The attendant walked us to our room, where all the doors on the floor were needing to be unlocked by hard keys only (she only discovered this as the other people on the floor were not able to open their doors). Once the door was opened, we discovered the following items were missing/not adequate for the room: -No blankets -No towels (previously noted)or cloths of any kind -Coffee maker, No pot -No TV -Refrigerator was warm inside -No soaps, shampoo, shower curtain, trash can, ice bucket,etc This is not a working Hotel! We DID NOT STAY. For obvious reasons, my 3rd trip to the front desk was to get a refund. Not confident in the attendants ability to process a refund correctly. Fingers crossed. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Upon check and we were given a filthy room that had not been serviced look like someone already occupied the room then when we were switched the new room the TV did not work ,no blankets On beds , one pillow with no case, and no towels whatsoever. The property had numerous individuals smoking in the vicinity, which did not appear safe for guests. The staff member was dressed in a very unprofessional manner, lacking proper attire, and her communication skills were inadequate. She was unhelpful and conducted business in a manner that favored her own group, denying services even after payments had been made. Furthermore, she remained argumentative even after acknowledging her potential mistake. It seems that this staff member should be dismissed.

Got there and diet of all the door could not be open with the card key . Second there was no towel in the room ! The front dest said they were out because they overbook .

Supposedly breakfast is included, but they only have expired oatmeal and dirty dishes. The girl at the front desk said they only had that and coffee, but the coffee maker was dirty. No one would have coffee.

The entire hotel smelt like an ashtray. Numerous stains and patched up holes were all over the floors and walls. The TV in the room would not work and there were several people standing in the hall blaring loud music. I checked out within 15 minutes and went somewhere else.

Before i even got there, they tried to cancel my reservation because they overbooked. So when i arrived, my room was downgraded from a king to a twin. There were no wash cloths, no towels, no soap, no toilet paper. Sheets and pillow cases not clean. I had to buy all new things. TV didn’t work at all. Graffitti on all the mirrors in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty and smelled like smoke even though it was a “smoke free” building. Pretty sure people were living there like it was a motel. Dog poop in the hallway and an old lady camped in front of the elevator. I definitely will not be booking there again in the future

The second you step inside, it reeks of cigarettes and dirt. Going inside our room we found multiple bodily fluid stains of all sorts spread across the sheets. The once white walls are now yellow, caked in nicotine from constant cigarette smoke. I’ve never been to a hotel as nasty as this one.

This hotel needs to be shut down. Broken glass in entryway, filthy entry/dining floors, broken elevator, sticky elevator floor, smelled horrible, no tp, towels, blanket, phone line cut, when got towels they were old, small and thin, blanket had a stain, no toiletries, missing furniture, a/c was filthy, blood or makeup on blow dryer, shower curtain dirty, no drain plug in tub, no breakfast, noisy throughout the night, laundry room filthy-health risk all around. WE'D LIKE OUR MONEY BACK! Canceled 2nd night.

I would recommend that this hotel close down until they are finished doing their renovation to it. There was no cable service, no bathroom soap or towels and no telephone in the room and had a horrible smell/odor in there. The only good thing was the hotel clerk that checked us in was nice and polite and upfront about the condition of the hotel. But, still needs to be closed until finished with renovations...
