Everything was exactly as expected

The room had a aircondictioner leaks but w everything else was good

The hotel is a bit run down. Needs maintenance. There were some areas near the lobby that had torn carpet and exposed hardware. Just felt unkept and not to Sheraton standards.

We have stayed here a few times while visiting our daughter and it’s always a great experience.

Have stayed twice. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Take your own water they charge 5.00 for the bottle in the room. 1st stay was amazing. Friendly staff nice room. This last stay when flushing the toilet there was a loud noise that continued sounding like almost fire alarm. The curtain would not close all way seemed stuck. The wall had some rough places. Seemed to be short on staff had to wait at desk a bit.

Check in was smooth. Facilities and room were in excellent condition.

We called to get a pot of coffee in our room for the morning and were told by a young gentleman that we had to go down to get it but he called us back a few minutes later to say that they could bring us a pot. Thank goodness as I like to enjoy my morning coffee while getting ready. Overall I highly recommend and am planning my return in the fall.

My flight was rebooked with an overnight layover in Charlotte, so I booked this hotel. The 24-hour shuttle was super convenient and quick. The room and bathroom were super clean and comfy. The restaurant/bar was open till 11 p.m. and served real food and drinks; I had shrimp and grits which were delightful. The lobby decor and pool were beautiful, but the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall an excellent layover spot!

The hotel was perfect with nice clean large rooms and the best bed I've ever slept in! The lobby has a huge open feel and it's convenient to have a restaurant and bar right there if you're not in the mood to go out. Food was very good except the grilled Caesar salad (which is novel) was served with a bottled dressing which pretty much ruins a Caesar. So after tasting I scraped off the dressing and asked for a lemon slice and some olive oil. Such a shame, great idea but poor execution. For $14 for a Caesar salad dressing should be house made dressing not something you buy off the shelf. Chicken with cous cous was really yummy except the chicken was very overcooked...but it had a lemon butter sauce so that helped tremendously. Again execution us important. Nice big pour for wine which was great. Second time at this Sheraton and would stop again.

Convenient for trips to and from the airport. They accept airline vouchers which fortunately I did not need but others in the lounge during my stay did. Shuttle services to and from the airport. The shuttle driver mentioned that they offered rides to and from a nearby Cracker Barrel. Likely very helpful to those using the paltry airline vouchers. If you aren’t limited to that voucher the hotel offering are worth the price.

We were just there for one night, but both thought the interior when you walk in the lobby, the restaurant / bar area, the elevators, the rooms and everything else we saw on our short stay were in great shape. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Must stay here was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to accommodate my needs and and amenity choices while in town. The staff was very helpful and I didn’t experience a bad moment. The pool area is amazing. I will definitely be back.

Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations.

Airconditioning was not working and made a terrible noise. Pollo not very clean, lots of debry and small floating dirt.

I was very disappointed that we had to pay extra to park there. If I knew I would have stayed at one that included it. If you are staying in the hotel it should not be an extra charge.

Front desk staff who assisted me with the room change, I was now going to my 3rd room, did not seem to realize the importance of a working air conditioner. Other thank that issue and attitude from front desk staff everything else was fine.

Convenient proximity to the airport with shuttle service to and from. A full service restaurant and bar. Kids seemed to enjoy the pool. The only downside I experienced was the lukewarm food on the breakfast buffet. I suspect if I took the time to mention it that would have been corrected. I’ll stay again!

The hotel is very dated. Peeling wallpaper etc. The air conditioning took forever to cool off the room. The television only worked half the time. The food was not great. The staff was friendly. Only chose this hotel due to it location to a place we were going. Would not stay again.

The staff went out of their way to make sure that our stay was wonderful. Really appreciate the gentle Manager, Tara, and her team.

This hotel is looking pretty tired in all areas, the ‘executive lounge’ is just dreadful and fails to live up the name in any respect.

Shuttle driver left his shift early so we waited 45 minutes after calling for pickup. Room was fine. Paint and rugs look in need of a face lift.

The front desk staff were helpful, fun, and engaging. The indoor/outdoor pool was very inviting. Our server at the restaurant was very kind and took great care of us. The chipped salad and Old Fashions we delicious.

Everything was great. It just would’ve been nice if our rooms had a microwave.

The Hotel Clerk was very amendable to me for early check in.

Everything great except when we returned and waited for an hour for hotel shuttle from airport to collect our car. We thought the shuttle was on half hour schedule and should have gotten taxi or Uber.

An airport hotel that, if you don’t have a car, you will hardly get out of. There is nowhere to walk to nearby and all sides are bounded by highways. But you’re a short Uber or Lyft to the downtown area which has more to see and far more dining options. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, staff was superb. Only mark down for me was the gym had a bunch of missing weights (ya really need two of each weight, not one!) and could have used another multi body part machine and a bench that one could do arm curls on. Cardio was sufficient. The shuttle to/from the airport was nice. And, amazingly, the gas station next to the property had far better coffee - beans ground fresh when you order, brewed right there. Who knew.

Overall, pleasant stay. The pool and bar areas were nice. Bed was comfy. Only negative observation, if you're going to have windows to see the inside of the hotel from the elevator, make sure you clean up all the cobwebs which were an eyesore.

Property was beautiful and well kept, like other sheraton properties I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and it felt safe and clean. The only issues I had, was the spectrum service in my room. It didn't work and the walls were very thin. I could hear the man coughing all night in the roommate to mine and could hear a dog barking in the middle of the night. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay

Feels like vacation.

Visiting for a local concert for my daughters birthday. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was cold and the hot tub is out of order which was a main reason for choosing this hotel. Online this place looks like a resort, However the pool was a major selling point for this trip and it was very cold. The staff here were amazing. We had lunch there and the food was great. We had to switch rooms due to our AC unit leaking and the maintenance man Tom was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and supplied us with fresh towels. Overall it was a nice stay. We likely wouldn't return but only due to the area has so many other options for nicer pool areas.

The hotel is in such need of a renovation, properly one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.

The TV did not work in my room. It took 30 minutes for maintenance to arrive only to confirm it didn't work. The worker left to find a new room remote, which took another 30 minutes when he returned that remote didn't work and he left again. Finally, I received a remote to work the TV after well over an hour.

Excellent hotel stay, friendly service, nice value and the shuttle to the airport runs every half hour so that was awesome. A really great breakfast --I paid via Expedia to get that and the hotel couldn't see I had added that, but it was easy to handle.

Very very noisy all afternoon and all night. Doors banging shut every 5 minutes all day and night other guests being super loud. The staff at the front desk were very rude and seemed irritated when you asked them a question. No phone signal and the WiFi was going in and out so I could not get any of my work done. Horrible experience and not worth the price they are charging. Over priced and had to pay for daily parking.

In our first room, the bed had a large brown stain under the sheets when we pulled them back, we called and were immediately moved to a new room. Before that in the first room, the shower had a very very slow drain and the hvac fan was unusually loud.

I didnt like the fact that I saw a price and made the purchase at the property when I arrived. The amount I booked for was less than when it was ran. Looked back at it and it was booked with tax fees and everything included. It was not worth my time when leaving to talk to the person at the desk as he had an attitude when I asked didnt I purchase breakfast.

TJ in the bar saved the day(s) for us and the hotel is lucky to have her given the rest of the confusion! Good job TJ, the glue that keeps things together!

Checked in and notified attendant we would need the 5:30am airport shuttle. Bed was comfortable but next to the pool which stays lighted all night and the curtains didn’t fully block it out. Arrived in the lobby at 5:29 to see the shuttle leave the parking lot without us. The attendant was unconcerned and stated “that’s why we tell you to arrive early”. An unanticipated delay and $15 uber ride. Not happy.

Needed a quick overnight stay and this place was perfect! Room service with great food and a convenient shuttle to the airport every thirty minutes. Would utilize again if overnighting.

This hotel is due for a major renovation. The heating/air in the room rattled constantly even while trying to sleep. It was a loud noise like a washing machine spinning. The bed and bath appeared to be clean; however, when checking the corners, under the bed and behind the night tables it was filthy. There aren't any vending machines so you go to a snack "window" and tell the check-in staff what you want. You could not switch channels with the remote. You had to enter the channel number to go to another channel. Not a good experience at all.

The location was nice and even though I had several issues with the two rooms I was placed in, maintenance was kind and both Managers; Brandon and Mrs. Morales were nice. I didn’t like that the refrigerator had food left in it and the bathroom had hair in the sink and the counter was gritty. The heat was not working in the room and it was cold. We checked out earlier than planned.

The front desk personnel took my concern related to the working order of my television to manager. She promised to provide a resolution that evening and she did exactly what she had promised. The manager, Saysi, did an incredible job of resolving my issue with the television in my room. She handled it with the utmost professionalism. Given the extent of my travel related to my work, I can say that it is rare to find a leader who takes your concern seriously and then takes proper steps to ensure resolution. I appreciate her for that, and I will certainly be returning to this location! NA

The food, many of the amenities were shut down for repair

Front desk didn't tell us at check in that we weren't getting the king bed room that we reserved--stuck with two doubles instead. They couldve saved us the trouble of going up to the room and then coming back down bc we thought there was a mistake. So basically disappointed, and annoyed. Just be upfront, acknowledge mistake and offer a discount or something. Good customer service and honesty is not that difficult.

The airport shuttle needs some refining. We had 8 of us downstairs to wait for the shuttle, with only 2 people there ahead of us. We were all staged by the door waiting for the shuttle. As soon as it was pulling up, a large group gets out of the elevator and proceeds to start getting in the shuttle. 2 of our group got left and if it wasn't for the driver rushing to make another trip, we may have missed our flight. The same chaos happened on shuttle from the airport. There needs to be some sort of 1st come first serve system because the honor system sure isn't working. I know it would be hard at the airport, but definitely doable at the hotel.

I absolutely love this hotel The front desk and housekeepers were very nice and helpful. The hotel was well kept and in a good location just minutes from the airport. If you are in town for a game it is close to Bank of America stadium and the Spectrum Center which are both downtown.

Great staff overall. The only issue was the garbage truck stopping right outside our window at 3am for about 5 minutes while being emptied (Room 133). Otherwise, the pillows are cozy and the bed is comfortable.

My plumbing wasn't when I used my private facility and someone was there to fix it in just 10 min. The front desk was also very very nice and helpful.

We stayed here due to a missed flight connection in Charlotte. The airport shuttle and in-house restaurant made it a no brainer. The pool area was nice, although we did not use it. Ony wish was that breakfast started earlier for those with early flights.

Dinner was great with great service. The breakfast eggs were way overcooked. The corridor and main entry by the elevators smelled of a foul odor, though.

It is an airport hotel so the surrounding area is not ideal. But I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to Park and Go.

Room had roaches - manager moved me into a new room and the next person to check in got my old room with the roaches.

Hotel was ethically pleasing and the staff were great. Unfortunately, the hotel doors slam shut so we heard them banging shut at all hours, often waking us up.

I encountered insects, including large moths on the walls, even one cockroach on the bedding. Showed pictures to the staff but got no reaction. Room services start early and were very noisy that disturb sleeps. Service is merely polite, not feeling welcoming or caring. For a hotel with this star rating, I expected more.

The hotel was close to the airport after a long travel day. Dinner was excellent! We will go back to this hotel on our return trip.

The check in process was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the people beside me left their dog in the room I assume unattended and it barked continuously. Of course, this was no fault of the hotel.

Didnt like that the bathroom facuet hot water handle was broken. Maybe the shuttle driver isnt a morning person at 630am. My stay was heh ok

Everything about our stay was wrong -

Airport shuttle was on time but be careful, it fills up quickly. I just made it on with my bags on my lap. Elevators were quick and restaurant was great. I highly recommend the chicken caesar salad. Waitress was wonderful. I travel a lot and she is the best waitress to date. Only minor complaint is no lobby coffee prior to 6am.

Quick and easy check in, prompt shuttle from the airport, and the room is very clean and spacious. My daughter is excited to try the pool as well since it’s indoor/ outdoor.

Room was loud; barking dogs next door until 3 am, adjoining door was not insulated so can hear next door tv and voices; ac unit was loud; high unknown allergen in room making both people terribly congested, staff tried to come in to clean room twice before 9 am! They knocked then opened the door both time before allowing us to answer. Check out was not until noon, but they kept trying to come in.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly. The location was super convenient, close to the airport. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, pleasant stay.

Staff was talking as we came up to check in, didn’t look us in the eye at all and acted like they didn’t care if we were there or not. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

This hotel was close to the airport therefore very convenient for my extremely early flight. The staff was friendly and informative. The on-site bar and restaurant was lovely as was the indoor/outdoor pool. The guest room was large and comfortable, but the bathroom shower was not clean.

This Sheraton is lovely. with a reasonably priced restaurant and great size for a small conference venue.. My room was ready a little early for my weekend stay. Although the bed was slightly hard for me, it is a comfortable mattress with crisp linens and a very clean room. I appreciated the convenient outlets in the room and the coffee urns in the loby each morning, since I'm not a fan of the solo pod coffeemaker in most hotels these days. I travel with a collapsible water kettle, so easy to heat noodles or make tea, even though there was no microwave in my room.

I had to change my room twice. Ac vent was rattling in first room. Fridge wasn't working in second room. Elevator has issues constantly.

Overall customer service was great at the lobby desk and at the lobby restaurant and bar. Food was 7/10. Only other comment was it felt a little hot and stuffy in the lobby area but that could have just been me. Also the free Starbucks coffee was nice but I declined to pay $21.00 for the breakfast buffet. Most hotels the buffet is free and you only pay for menu item breakfast.

Lack of security

Walked in the room and it smelled horrible, bathroom was dirty, cut sink on and the handle broke so no water, shower had mold everywhere, hair in tub and bathroom floor. When staff was notified they offered a small discount on parking.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful during our very quick trip to Charlotte. Would definitely recommend.

It was perfect from location and staff. Very nice staff and the food was excellent. Everything I ate was delicious and plenty. Breakfast was good and fresh. The bartender was nice and friendly.

The issue we had was cleanliness in the bathroom and our last day our room didn’t get cleaned at all. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Just stayed for a quick night as our flight was the next day.

Unfortunately our stay was well below our expectations. Our room was super dated, mini fridge loud, tv worked half the time and the pool was disgusting. It was hazy, you couldn’t see the bottom and trash floating. The photos in the hotel post so not match reality. Breakfast was expensive and was basic and lackluster. We won’t be back.

I was in town for a conference and my stay was very pleasant. The staff was super helpful and managed to assist me in all things from food, Uber, airport and convention center.

It was okay overall but for the price I feel like maybe not worth it. The restaurant was very expensive. The hot tub was not working to the point they have a wooden cover over it, the swimming pool was freezing so would’ve been nice to relax in the hot tub. The staff was friendly. I personally think the hotel was pricey for what you get.

Great place everytime

Connecting Flight got delayed and had to stay last minute. Staff was so friendly & helpful. I didn’t get there until 11pm so missed the restaurant bar but appreciated the complimentary water in room. Airport shuttle was great; driver is prompt & has you there in about 10min. Recommend!
