Hotel would be vastly improved if privacy of guests was respected. Markers in luggage and around medications indicated that staff tampering took place. Roaches were documented throughout the bathroom and sleeping area. Reservations at this hotel will only be made as a last resort if ever again.

This was a very sketchy motel that I had to leave after I saw cockroaches on the floor and people looking in my car. Horrible experience. I only spent 45 minutes there. More security needed.

I went to reception area. They didn't have kettle at all. just coffee machine. but no option to boil water for tea. Poor service.

Old motel. Sheets and comforter were stained with old blood. Asked front desk for clean sheets they said they dont keep clean sheets. Asked to move rooms and they said we couldnt. Booked 3 rooms. One room had a bad odor. Not willing to accommodate us at all.

It’s not the best neighborhood but the staff were friendly. And the room was recently remodeled, new floors and modern bathroom. Everything was clean

Room was filled with roaches and front desk refused to move us. Told us if we didn’t like it we could just leave. Very rude and wanted to act like they couldn’t speak English when we went to them with our issue! Will never stay here again and would not recommend at all to anybody.

Bed was small for 2 people. No closet to hang anything up. Only one pillow. But I guess for 80.00 a night you’re not going to get a Marriott accommodations. For one night it was do able though. Close to the airport, which is what I was looking for.

Towels were not clean,asked for clean set which the lady up front said it was to late,and started asking me dum questions, so i just hung up and went to Walmart and got some,i dont recommended this place.

The place is alway clean i always have non amoking room no issues.

The guy wouldn’t not let me check into my room after flying back into the country with out seeing my ID when I had my confirmation number slapped up on the front desk glass while this guy was on the phone talking to someone else instead of helping me. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to stay at all and honestly hotels.com should be embarrassed to be afflicted with this chain.

Reasonably cheap and fairly clean. I booked a non-smoking room. When we arrived there was only smoking rooms available (no apology or explanation given by the surly staff). I asked to check the room to see if I could stay there. When I returned they had ‘found’ and non-smoking room. I took this but it turned out to be a smoking room. They tried to trick me, I left today with my clothes smelling of smoke.

I never stayed in the hotel. Once I went into the room and seen that it was dirty with dog food on the floor.l, I went to the office and told the receptionist that I was no longer going to stay and I need to check out. It was very disgusting!

Room was clean justbsaw a couple specs of dirt beds was good very nosy lots of in out traffic all night. Front desk was hood and helpful. Hot water toliets flushed good clean towels and rags. Over all good night stay.

The hotel was infested with roaches. I woke up with them crawling on me and in my bed. I requested another room and that room had roaches as well. I did not have the luxury of booking a room at another hotel, given the lateness of the hour. I was in town for a funeral, so this added to my grief by not allowing me to get a comfortable night of sleep in preparation for a long and stressful Saturday.

Cleaning was definitely -10 stars. Location is convenient and noise wasn't too bad. I was informed they only had one room left when I arrived and it was smoking.. I had made a reservation for no smoking room but I had no choice,it was late so we had to take it.

Checked in. Went straight to take a shower, room smelled like pot. Towels in the bathroom were barely folded. Had people’s hair on the towel, shower walls. And had a used bar of soap in the shower also covered in hair. Went back to the front to get a refund and check out and told me that after being in the room for 15 mins I was unable to receive my refund.

It stunk like old wet clothes.I killed a roach as soon as we walked in room.Everything was painted white so it looked fresh.Killed another roach as getting ready in morning.

A place close to airport to rest your head. No frills. Convenient and cheap with easy access to terminal. Saved us from a night at the airport.

Poor quality. Mold on bathrooms, room smells weed. Second floor does not have insolation on roof you can feel the heat inside the bedroom even with AC blasting

So I went and booked a reservation and when I called for the shuttle to pick me up the exact same lady said to me “What shuttle, You have the wrong hotel” she then said you have the wrong hotel again after I asked again in disbelief. I spent extra for this hotel BECAUSE they claimed to have it. So I had to spend 60 dollars in Uber on top of the already high price they were charging. Avoid this place like the plague as they are liars and promise something they don't have.

The room was very clean, but I slept on a box spring. The dead bolt lock would not lock. The safety lock on top is about to fall out.

I did appreciate that the rooms inside were much cleaner than you would have thought from looking at the outside. The location was convenient; very close to downtown. I would say "eh" about how the property was trying to charge me more for staying an extra night than what I paid on Expedia, without so much as offering to match the price, so I had to go back through Expedia to book another night, but I guess that's just part of the Expedia perks.

Bathroom was very dirty with mold on the tiles and the shower curtain liner was black with mold.

Night check-in was though a small security window. Staff was neither rude nor friendly. Rooms were run down. Not a bad place to spend the night for a reasonable price; most other nearby hotels were much more expensive.

We were stuck at airport with no luggage and no where to go. Found this on internet and they let us check in at 3:30 in the morning. Great price as well.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all. I was traveling with my 2 small babies and we had to wait 30 minutes for them to let us have the keys to the room.

I has reserved two rooms with double beds and did not get this. Im out of state and reserved these rooms for my family. I also had called and asked if they could do a late check out. The front desk said yes but to have a family member let them know in the morning. My family was not able to stay the extra hour due to not having the receipt. This hotel lacks appropriate hospitality, communication, and service.

There was nothing wrong, a bit older, but maintained, staff was wonderful, very respectful and helpful!

The gentleman at the front desk what professional and polite. I liked that size of the TV (42") and the ac/heal was on point.

It's a basic motel but you will save money and have some sleep. Additionally, the gentleman at the reception helped me to change some 10 dollar bills into ones so I was able to purchase water in their machine which by the way charges only 1 dollar for water bottle which is way way less than what other hotels charge to water. And again the attention from the gentleman at the front was way way better and more professional than in many other supposedly "high end" hotels I've been in.

I didn't like anything about Royal Inn. The area was dark, dirty, animal (big cat) walking around the balcony. Peoples were cooking with a grill on the second floor balcony. The place looks more like a run down housing unit than a hotel. I had to find another hotel just to feel safe. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The guy at the desk said that i had to call you'll for a refund.

We had three people and they only left shampoo for 1 person. The person who checked me in was not friendly. I could not hear him through the glass, so he held up a sign that read, "personal identification". He stayed at the computer for what seemed like 10 ,minutes trying to find my room. Finally he gave me my keys, but I had to ask him where the room was. When I checked out the next day I asked for a receipt. That gentleman was surprised that the first man didn't give me one.

Spent one night there because of a delayed flight. Don't go near this place! It's dirty. No elevator. Staff is inhospitable. Toilet would not flush. I was terrified to get in the shower. Couldn't wait to get out of the place as fast as possible. Spend the extra money and go to a real hotel.
