Hotel was great - very clean. Great location as well. But there was a shooting right outside the night we stayed. Also, a bit over priced.

We only stayed one night but the comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff were top notch.

The location is unbeatable! Uptown right between Bank of America Stadium and Truist Field The lobby and hallways smelled like pot the whole time we were there. The room was clean but shabby and used. Very little decor. Lots of dents and dings in furniture and walls

Great stay! Our room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for three people. A big thank you to the manager for ensuring we had extra pillows and blankets ready for us. I also have to acknowledge the young lady running the Sunday breakfast service, she was working so hard on her own during a busy morning but stayed incredibly friendly and helpful. Friendly staff and great service all around!

Management is terrible. Our a/c wasn’t working upon check-in. They tried to have it fixed never got fixed. Then proceed to say that they were unable to move us into another room due to 3rd party booking bs. They eventually moved us into another room after two failed attempts to repair a/c. The second room was in deteriorating condition as well. I will not recommend until costumer service is improved.

Kiyah was so nice and gave excwllent customer service. The room was clean and had all that we nèeded. My only concern/complaint would be that the heat did not work in our room. Turned it up before we left for competition and when we returned it was still cold. All the gentlemen pffered at the front desk was extra blankets cause maintwnce would not be there until today. So we each had 2 additional blankets to sleep under.

Shower didnt work all 3 night we stayed there. Had to wash my hair in the kitchen sink before going out for the day, couldnt wash my body. Had a staff member in our room every single day trying to fix the shower. One told us to use pliers to turn it on and off, we asked where do travellers get pliers from? Not once did anyone come to clean our room. We had to beg for fresh towels every day because the staff would use out towels when trying to fix the shower and just leave them on the floor along with muddy footprints. Paid for a premium King suite and got a 2 Star hotel experience.

Didn't partake The staff was rude and didn't know what the he'll was going on. Could not watch TV called front desk and staff member didn't have an answer and was extremely condescending . Was told earlier the day that bar restaurant closed around 11pm...went to eat about 6:30 and was told kitchen was closed but at the same time a staff member was served right in front of us. Same when we got there and tried to order a beer...bartender totally ignored us and served staff member right in front of us. It's obvious that the staff realizes that the location next to the stadium will always fill the hotel up on gameday and could care less about taking care of the costumer

I enjoyed the location. Ridiculous price for parking. They trick you into thinking it’s free, then when you check out say “we need a card on file” she then asked me to “tap my card” without evening telling me how much it was! It was $25! Ridiculous. Ended up spending over 250+ for ONE night? Insanely over priced and feel scammed. They need to include that parking IS NOT FREE!

Unable to take advantage of the $25 parking rate, due to a soccer game and the fact the parking lot had set the parking fee at $40. Went to breakfast and there was very little food available; seemed they could not keep up with the number of people who were staying at the hotel.

They charged us $400 after we had already paid in full prior to check in. This is after being told that it was already paid for. They stated “oh we just need to add a card to the file” but proceeded to charge for a whole night stay. They canceled the charge after arguing but when that’s your spending money for the weekend with your child and now you have to wait 7-10 business days to get it back it kinda makes you not want to visit again

The plumbing was really loud throughout the building. The room is a bit dated. The beds were terrible.

The proximity to the Bank of America Stadium. The front counter staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant. The house cleaning staff always seemed to have an attitude like we the patrons were in the way. It was always them first, not the hotel guest. Only 2 elevators used for 11 floors and all hotel staff meant waiting up to 32 minutes to take the elevator to the 11th floor.

Location! Was very clean & comfortable. On site restaurant and bar was nice. Hot breakfast included with stay was awesome. Again staying next door to the Stadium to attend a concert was just so nice. It made the whole experience great. No overpriced parking to deal with. No long walks from wherever you did have to park. Just step out of the lobby and walk across the street, your there!! I have no complaints

It’s excellent location to Bank of America stadium. It’s quite worn out. The bedsheets were threadbare and some towels were frayed. The bathrooms were not very clean either. The fan in the bathroom was too noisy.

We visited Charlotte for a Savannah Bananas game, so the area was packed with visitors. The bed was very comfy! We would definitely stay here again, especially with the proximity to the stadium and ballpark.

The location to the events we booked for was perfect. The staff was not helpful. I inconvenienced the front end evening staff by purchasing drinks at their market. she was not happy when I interrupted the front end person's personal phone call when I needed to ask for ice. Oh, they don't have Ice machines.

Water pressure The room was nasty, toe nails on the floor. Something was running down the mirror. But the worst was the pillows was dirt stained and stunk all to be damn. The bed sheet looked like someone just rolled out of it . This IS the nastiest hotel room I have ever been in . They did move us to a different room, and it had a dated smell to it . On the way out , there was a dead water bug at the front door. My wife and I do quite a bit of traveling. We will never, ever stay in another Residents in ever.. Nor will we recommend anybody stay there. The smell in the first room was unbearable And frankly quite unbelievable.

Pulling in and checking in is very ambiguous. The drive is not well labeled and several of us arriving at same time caused a log jam. One young man at desk for check in with four people arriving at once was not sufficient. I was second…he had me fill out a car pass, but never gave it to me to hang on my vehicle. He also never explained that I had to get a ticket to enter the hotel garage and needed to get a pass each time from the desk to leave. Also, he did not explain I would’ve charged $20/night for parking. I ended up having to pay an additional $20 in order to get out of the garage so I could go back to the desk to get a tag and understand the whole process. Perhaps another person to help with check in would have afforded the young man more time to explain everything during my first time at the desk!

The hotel was great. Lots of room for a family of 4. Large jetted tub and separate shower with amenities. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the lobby that were generously priced. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff were on top of stocking and cleaning up the area. This is the first hotel that we've been to that offered iced coffee. Check in and parking was easy. The location of the hotel is great for anyone wanting to attend a football or baseball game since the hotel is within walking distance of both.

After finally getting a room we were greeted with a room that clearly had some major damage to the ceiling that was in poor repair condition. Everything felt a bit dirty. The decor is straight from the early 2000s. The even worse part is there is no staff available to help with anything. All phones were disconnected with no ability to reach the front desk. Instead, you have to walk down and try to find someone working. All of our requests were ignored and no items were brought to our room. We requested a crib for our infant a day before check-in. We were assured they had cribs. At 7:30 I walked down and requested a crib. I was assured one would be brought to the room. At 9 pm I went down again and was reassured they were on the way. No crib was ever brought to our room. Instead, we had to find one locally. Literally had to get our own crib. 0/10 hotel. Avoid.

Back to our stay, after checking in, we head to our room and realize 1 of 2 elevators wasn't working. Any time going up or down, you had to wait at least 5 minutes. With the hotel as busy as it was, you'd think fixing the elevator would be a major priority! The room itself was very nice and clean. The bed was very firm and you could hear the springs squeak so there were random spots where it was firm and others where it wasn't at all. It was not the most comfortable bed. Overall, the room was decent and staff was nice, but for the price and location, too many small annoyances.

Someone came into my room at 330am asking for a drink of water. They had a key and Im told they went into 3 other rooms as well.

Otherwise it was a decent stay. I would definitely go back but would make sure my room is somewhere else.

When we arrived they had trouble with getting us a room key. Someone had to walk us to our room. And the gate to get in out would not let you sometimes scan your ticket.

The room was very nice and spacious. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bar was very limited and the pub was shut down. It did not mention this on the website.There was not very many amenities and the staff were less than happy that they had customers.

The room was AMAZING - so big! Kitchenette stocked with dishware, living room with couch, dining table and two desks. King Bed so very comfortable. Shower big enough for two. Only downgrade was one of the elevators was out of order, so made for a bit of a wait to get the elevator during peak times.

Great stay! Was way more beautiful in person. Really appreciated the great view of the city and the convenience of being around almost everything; food, bars, spectrum center, stadium, etc. Would highly recommend!

My second time staying at this property and it was nothing short of an amazing experience!

Our stay was disappointing. We didn’t know until we checked in that we had to pay extra for parking. We were charged a pet fee of $75 which is way above the going rate. There was only one small sliver of soap in the room. Too small to be called a bar. There was no cream for the coffee in the morning and the staff’s attitude was that it was ‘too bad’ yet there were 3 employees sitting in the dining room on their cell phones. Couldn’t 1 have gone out for half & half. All in all seemed a little chintzy on the amenities. If you are going to ask resort rates then you should supply resort amenities. I would not recommend this hotel

The only negative thing I have to say is that when my husband looked in the kitchen drawer there was a dirty spoon laying right on the top. He placed it in the sink. Also there was a small piece of dried food on the wall. We also loved the convenience of the parking garage. Other than the above we enjoyed our stay there.

You were never able to fix the tv in the room. My wife and I had planned to watch a nexflix movie and we were not able to view the movie

Great place

Great place to stay especially if you are going to a Panthers football game. It's the closest hotel to the stadium and you can walk to the game. Parking onsite with a very reasonable charge. Continental breakfast was tasty with eggs, sausage, etc. Hotel was very clean and staff was excellent.

Love the location.
