It’s old dirty smelly and you have to check in at the hotel next door the amenities listed are not available what I’m most angry about is saying pet friendly and they are not!

Place is a total dive. Toilet seat not bolted on one side and dirty washcloth left in bathtub. Place had mold and entry hallway is filthy.

The location Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The bathtub was clogged and drained poorly. The room had an old, unpleasant smell, and the towels smelled strongly like mothballs. Overall, the cleanliness and freshness of the room did not meet expectations.

Price The location. The Red Lion hotel was attached to a Radisson hotel. You had to go in the entrance of the Radisson hotel before you could go to the Red Lion hotel. The entrance to the Red Lion hotel was closed

The room was very dated. The bed mattress was old and worn out, sagging in the middle.

The drainage in the shower/tub was not good at all. Because the have combined two hotels, the exit to the hotel I booked through front desk was closed which made the distance from the front desk to room lengthy, but the issue came because the entrance that I was closer to wasnt open. This is an inconvenience when trying to get to and from car with luggage.

I liked that it was near a lot of stores/ restaurants The part that was advertised the most was completely deserted. The lounge/restaurant was completely empty (i booked for this amenity so I was very disappointed), no one worked on the red lion side at all (had to enter/ check in through the radisson everytime), it was a bit dirty in our room (the sink and tub drains were clogged so we kept flooding the sink and the tub would drain extra slow after showering, TV was old (unlike the pictures they advertised), fridge was originally broken so we got moved to another room. Overall, I was very disappointed in this stay. The best part was that the beds were comfy.

hard to find the hotel, hard to find the room. They are falsely advertising the cost of a late check out. Once I got there to check in I was told that I got lucky because they dont rent rooms to locals.
