    The room was decent for one night. No refrigerator for my husband’s insulin. No microwave for reheating anything we brought back with us. Only one washcloth provided. No hair dryer. For the price charged I expecting a few mire amenities that you take for granted when traveling. The lack of refrigeration being most important.

    In the second room, the entry way lights flickered for approximately 10 minutes until it turned on. In the bathroom, lights around the mirror never worked in either room we were in. I informed the from desk about these issues. They always said someone would take care of it to no avail. We were charged twice for incidentals. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a refund for one of these charges. In addition, when we returned to our room after being out, housekeeping never came to clean or take the trash out. We had to call the from deck to let the know that our trash was overflowing. I strongly recommend staying at a reputable hotel. Never again will this place get my money.

    Stay was fine, hotel is convenient and clean, but this is my second stay in a month and both times in different rooms the ac is running but room is extremely hot, the stay a month ago I went downstairs and spoke to them so they put me in a different room, it was not as hot and stuff but was not sufficiently cool, this time I left and went and purchased a fan and didn’t bother letting them know because this was the third room so didn’t want to bother packing up and moving and possibly be the same issue.

    Everything from the lobby carpet and couch is filthy. The blinds in room don't work the shower curtain is to small for tub and rod for it doesn't work . The lobby has no snacks it's all empty . The air conditioner didn't work kept turning off so room was hot and stuff I asked for a fan nope they don't have fans either . Had to ask for towels and soap. There was no rooms to change too so we were stuck . Worst Radisson was I have ever been too

    The hotel was very run down. It’s connected to a closed red lion. Our room was dirty and smelled like weed. The window screens looked like they had been sprayed with something and never cleaned. When the shuttle came to pick us up at the airport he watched us struggle to load our luggage into the seats. Didn’t even tell us we could put them in the back, just sat in the drivers seat and watched. I ended up with a suitcase on my lap. All the cases of food or drinks at the hotel were empty. There is no restaurant as described in the Expedia amenities. It’s like staying in a hotel that is nearly abandoned, about to close.

    This hotel was a huge disappointment. The room smelled, the bedside lights did not work and the mattress was stained. I arrived at 9pm after a late flight. The vending area had 2 Gatorades and empty machines. The neighborhood was not one that I would feel safe to walk to a restaurant at that time. The shuttle the next morning was late because of a driver dispute. I ended up sharing an Uber with another disappointed traveler. The only reason I gave one star was because zero stars was not an option. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

    I was a bit concerned when I saw some of the reviews but my business stay there was fine. The pool was closed due to the season. My room, bathroom and all were clean and you can tell it was recently renovated. The only issue I had was controlling the AC. The area on the ac unit where you'd normally adjust was sealed and a signed stated to use the thermostat on the wall to control it. Well, that didn't work no matter what I changed it to: AC, Heat, Off-- nothing. When I told the front desk she said she wasn't aware of any sign on the AC unit itself and would have someone look at it. I believe they didn't want people to adjust the thermostat so it's somewhat "locked". Otherwise, my stay was nice. I didn't use the breakfast area. The location wasn't too far from downtown either

    Had a very rude latina lady first day . Ag thw front desk. We were treated so badly that i would have left had i not had a reservation. . I travel alot for work and have NEVER been treated like that ANYWHERE . Rude and entitled and not helpful at all. We were tryin to check in early after a long flight. Which is normally just fine. When her shift was over . An hour later. A lovely man. Helped us and got us right in. After that it was great stay. That woman should not work in customer service. .

    Stay somewhere else period! They hold 75 dollars for incidentals on your card. My child had a nose bleed while sleeping and they charged my card 300 dollars to clean the sheets. I also took pics and notified the front desk when i noticed the blood and they still charged the ridiculous amount. Also, the bed had a mattress protector on it that blood also got on and all they had to do was wash them immediately in cold water, but instead they allowed them to dry and over charged me. This is not a 5 star hotel, there are no Egyptian cotton sheets on the bed, so 300 dollars is excessive.

    First I state that the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They hotel room was nice with comfortable bed and clean bathroom but, lacked a microwave in your personal room. This was annoying because there were only few in the building by the checkin desk. The outside area had a few bars and restaurants close by which was convenient so you didn’t always have to drive but, the are does get sketchy at. So to sum it up no, I will not be booking here again but, if you need a place to rest that’s close by the airport I recommend.

    I never made it into the room. During the massive storm on 1/31 that shut down CLT, I went on Booking.com to book a room. I received a confirmation from both Booking.com and then from the hotel, only to arrive via a $70 Uber that required more than two hours to secure, to be told that I didn't have a room and that the hotel had been sold out since noon that day but was still showing availability on the OTAs. TERRIBLE! That the hotel was selling rooms they didn't have!

    The room didn't have none of the amenities that it said it had. The size of the room was fine. It took 5 minutes or longer for the water to get hot to take a shower. I gave it a 1 star for the size of the room. I wouldn't recommend unless its some upgrades!!

    Made reservations the day before our arrival and confirmed the airport shuttle service. Night of arrival with my children and friends call the property and advised there are no shuttles running call Uber. Contacted Uber spent over $100 for two Uber trips because 7 of us. Arrived to property and told they overbooked and nothing they could do for me and children- it was 930 at night. As we stood there several couples arrived and were allowed to stay in king bedrooms - we had reserved two rooms with two queens. When asked night clerk why we couldn’t have king rooms advised we only reserved two rooms and we would only get two rooms. We asked to speak to manager and were told they wouldn’t be in until tomorrow and nothing she could do because wasn’t her decision. We asked again if we reserved already and property overbooked why they wouldn’t make it right by allowing us an extra room or two to cover our family. At this point, clerk said she refuses to answer us because of our attitude. I hope they record their lobby and see our interaction and it would show we had no attitude the clerk did. We ended up reserving another hotel Hilton uptown and reserved more Uber rides to take us there. This property is the worst and our Uber drivers confirmed same saying they always hear complaints from people staying there- DO NOT reserve a room there. I have never written a review but I felt I had to this time . Do not give this property your money.

    We had an unexpected stay in Charlotte due to weather and this hotel was a last minute booking. When we arrived, i was told they were full. When I showed my online confirmation, i got a room instantly. I would generally describe this hotel as shabby; dinged up furniture, old appearance. Staff were nice but completely unhelpful with any questions about local food options. The lobby pantry was completely bare and the coffee station featured empty pots. Room was sparse but clean. It worked for our emergency situation but i would recommend it for that reason only.

    The staff upon arrival was very courteous. The room was questionable? Upon entering the room, the first light to turn on had to be shut off due to the constant blinking. A person sensititve to the "light show", could of seizured. The top comforter on the bed had a stained, not sure whether it was cleaned or not. The bed sheet had a small hole , really? Im very picking where I lay my head to sleep. I tried calling for a wake up call, but the line continued to ring several times with no assistance. The window shades were either dirty or stained. I think this Radisson needs to be revisited for a make up.

    The room was clean, comfortable and up to date. The hotel is close to but not quite in a a nice area with some pleasant restaurants and microbreweries. Pervasive smell of marihuana in hallway. Neighborhood seems to be in the process of improvement but not all that inviting. There is a very nice strip club in walking distance. Hotel seems to be short staffed.

    Leaving my car at hotel at no cost. I felt it was safer than at airport. Room and bathroom clean. Quiet facility. I got locked out of my original room (lock froze) and was put in another room without my belongings. It was about two hours before I got my suitcase, late at night. Very inconvenient. Restaurant is poor.

    Staff were nice. The hotel does not have a restaurant and/or bar which is disappointing. I also found the room to be just ok. The air conditioner/heater would not turn off, the blinds were broken, there was no hand soap in the washroom and there was no Kleenex. I personally would not stay here again

    The hotel room was adequate. It was missing a hair dryer in the bathroom, so we informed the front desk upon leaving. No closet to hang clothes or coats - just a standing rack with hooks. The heating unit was loud when we turned it on, so we had to turn it off when trying to sleep or watch TV. No paper cups in the bathroom - found them near the TV with coffee items.

    The front desk staff was extremely professional given the influx of late night guests due to flight cancellations. However, the rooms were not up to par. The first room’s door lock was broken so it took another 45 minutes to resolve / get in. I was moved to a new room that had rotted wood in the under sink shelf (literally crumbling with hole); used towels hanging from the shower rail; stained towel provided as “new” ones (one with red dot that appeared to be blood); no toiletries provided (not even one bar of soap, just an empty bathroom with towels). I survived the night as an emergency stay, but I would not return or refer this location to anyone.

    The staff Anthony day clerk and Markitus night clerk were very professional, had great awareness of guest and informative of the surroundings area. And helpful with checking in. The lobby, and rooms were clean and air conditions worked perfectly. The room was located in safe spot on the floor. Thanks Anthony and Markitus for making our stay comfortable. :-)

    When I arrived at the property, staff was friendly and welcoming, however he could not find my reservation. He finally put me in a room. When I went to the room, there was another occupant in the room and we were both confused and frightened. I went back downstairs and explained the situation and the concierge put me in another room which he said was "clean enough, but one of the lights was not working" He said that he would have someone come swap it out, but I dont think that happened. On my penultimate day, housekeeping knocked on my door and asked me if I was checking out today because according to their records the room I was in was to be empty. I said I was to checkout the following day. They advised that I needed to confirm with the front desk. I went down to the front desk and I had to confirm my reservation for the following day. After checking out, I was to be refunded the $75 dollar deposit. Instead, the hotel charged me and kept the $75 without explaining why. I would not recommend that anyone stay here. The rooms and hotel feel old and outdated. It is in a sketchy area and not that close to central or uptown Charlotte. Barely anything in the snack area to eat, which can be tricky if you arrive on a late flight and dont necessarily want to order a full meal. The staff was friendly, but it did not make up for the confusion aroud my reservation that happened when I arrived and even as I was about to leave. 2/5.

    I had a room booked with Radisson a nice young man called me and said they were having issues with the property. Did I want a refund or to be booked with their sister property which was right next door. I agreed to the sister property he told me to come to the Radisson 1st when I arrived the lady was using her phone paid me NO ATTENTION and acted like she had NO CLUE as to what I was talking about. So I walked next door to the sister property the place was HOT and the young lady behind that desk was even ruder. I finally got my room went to use the elevator and it was OUT OF SERVICE. I WENT back to the front desk and the lady had disappeared I waited 15 minutes for her to come back and by this time a line had Forbes behind me of about 6 people. I asked if there was another elevator and she said yes down the hall as if I was supposed to know the layout of the property EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I get to the room and the AC doesn't work I call the lobby the lady tells me come downstairs and bring my key and belongings remember I have to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel for the elevator I get back downstairs in the heat and have to wait in the long line AGAIN get a nasty attitude from the clerk again. Oh did I mention the unholy things going on outside the hotel and a gentleman's club next door. This area the hotel and the clerk are terrible. I felt unsafe and mental abused because they had already taken my money

    I had reserved 2 rooms because we were there for a women conference. The rooms looked good on the website be we had to drive pass homeless people and drug people before we got to the hotel. RM 417, blinds were not operatable and the iron board was broken we had to get another just to iron our clothes. RM 419 had no AC my friend had to be moved to RM 412 where the electricity went out and a service man had to come and fix it while she was trying to get ready for a conference night. The hall carpet was musty smelling. It was different from any Radisson I have stayed in and we were somewhat afraid when we had to enter our rental car at night. I tried to ask for a reduce price because of what all had took place but we were told manager was out. Not a good place to stay.

    Ac/heat didn’t work in the unit. One of the units didn’t even have any toilet paper, like was it even cleaned? Staff seemed annoyed and unprofessional. Horrible room set up, bathroom doesn’t even have a vanity to set anything on. Broken toilet seat. Just run down and overpriced. Tacky sign at check in about not renting room to people who live within 10 miles of the place and other strange policies. Waste of money.

    The room was small we needed extra towels we never received them we went to use the microwave in the lobby and there were no utensils I don’t know what type of pillows they use but they were very very small stemmed like a decorative pillow and when we turned on the air or heat there was a smell coming from the unit or it triggered a smell from the carpet the tub needed to be resealed the water did get very hot and the shower felt good…all though we loved our stay in charlotte,nc WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THE RADDISON HOTEL I WILL PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR MORE COMFORT!!!! 😞

    This hotel was not clean and is in a bad area. Stains on lobby couches, rooms smelling bad and didn’t feel clean, no water available to purchase at front desk, AC going on and off all night, and did not feel safe in our room. Sign when checking in states hotel is not for people that live within a mile of hotel which gives off motel vibes and is unlikely that the sign is really a deterrent. Other patrons that we encountered seemed off. We were there for only 7 hours due to flight issues, but could never stay here again. Positives are that we didn’t see any bugs and the staff was friendly including Carl the shuttle guy. We told them earlier that we needed a shuttle and they wrote our name down so that made things easier when we woke up. Also they gave us toothbrush/toothpaste when we forgot ours. Hotel was around $160 which seems absurd for the quality. It was rated a 7/10, and I thought how bad can it be but I realized that I am not a 7/10 hotel type of person.

    Radisson had rooms, but unfortunately only 1shuttle was operating and after 35 minutes of waiting, there wasn't enough room for all passengers. I decided to get a taxi to the hotel. Luckily the check in was quick but all snacks, bottles of water, were sold out. Luckily I had keto snack with me, and got some ice, and a cup of water from the lobby. There are no vending machines on 3 floor. No restaurant on site, and be prepared to bring your own food, incase major flights are canceled/delayed late evening at CLT. The good thing was the room was big, quiet, and bed comfortable. I got a much needed rest, after a horror travel experience with AA.

    The property was alittle run down. The coffee maker in my room didn't work the power outlets on one side of the room didn't work. And because of early flight no coffee available in the lobby. I am very impressed with shuttle service and the park and stay featured with no extra charge for up to 7 days. That made up for every thing else.

    There was no soap in my room. It was after 2am and I was beat from a long hard day. Went to hop in the shower. No soap anywhere in the room. At that hour and as exhausted as I was I didn't want to bother with calling the desk and waiting for someone to bring soap. I washed my body with shampoo instead.     1. Had to take an Uber there. I had tried to call to ask for a shuttle ride; no one answered (and I don't know if there was a shuttle available at all at that time). 2. Upon checking in, I asked for a toothbrush/toothpaste as mine were in my checked bag. She gave me a toothbrush...but no toothpaste. She said they'd been out for a week. 3. Since there was no toothpaste, I asked for mouthwash. She said they were also out of mouthwash. 4. I went over to the ice water dispenser in the lobby. No water in it (just some ice) 5. As I made my way toward the room, she called me over again and changed me to a different room (because I guess the one she had assigned me was not ready?) 6. She asked if I needed a shuttle in the morning. Yes, I did. She asked what time. I said 8:30. She said they only go on the hour. Not convenient for an "airport" hotel. They should have been able to take me at the half hour. On a positive note, the wifi was fine and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning.

    Hotel was nice but in a not so good area. A lot of homeless people and ladies of the night ( if you get my drift). However the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The cleaning crew doesn’t speak English but Norma was AMAZING! On our 3rd day we met her and it was a perfect stay after that. Clean towels and wash clothes daily, she made our bed when we asked. I will say this, if you ask for fresh linen don’t expect it until after 12pm. I thought it was very odd that they wash everything at 1 time daily?!? We stayed during a holiday weekend so it was the best we could find for a decent rate. I would stay again if I needed to.

    I don't even know where to begin. We checked into the hotel on Friday and were given keys to someone else's room. I was literally mortified. When we went back to the front desk, they acted like it was no big deal. They then assigned us a new room on a completely different floor, after we had already hauled our luggage around to the fourth floor. Having worked in the hotel industry, I recognize the sheer carelessness of the staff. I specifically told the woman at the desk to ensure we were properly checked in because we were two women staying there. Fast forward to 1:00 AM: I hear our door handle jiggle as someone tries to open it. The front desk then calls our room, saying, "What's your name? You're not checked in; our system shows your room is vacant." Are you kidding me? Our entire stay should be comped for this blatant negligence, but I was told there wouldn’t be a manager on duty until Monday morning. I never complain, and while the rooms were clean and the hotel itself was nice, the staff's carelessness is utterly unacceptable.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not in good condition, though it could use an upgrade, especially with the sheets, pillowcases pillows mattress was comfortable. The only complaint I had was our refrigerator was leaking and so when we got up in the morning, the carpet in front of the cabinet that held the refrigerator was completely soaked, and it looked like it had been doing it for a while because the bottom of the cabinet was completely soaked And already peeling.

    It had a musty smell. The pictures online are misleading it’s a dive. The staff was as nice as she could be but there is nothing she could do about the sub par accommodation. If you are stuck at the airport the last place you want to sleep is in a dive. I couldn’t turn off the air conditioner. I just slept a few hours and got out. The area is dark. Never ever again.     Pictures online made it appear to be a decent hotel in a decent area. We are not from Charlotte and recommend spending the extra money and getting a hotel somewhere else. Employee appeared to be under the influence when checking us out. Homeless in the parking lot. Not what was advertised.

    There was only one towel and one wash rag for my huaband and I. I also had to ask for an iron and iron board. Whom ever renovated the bathroom did a terrible job on the shower flooring. It was weird and squishy
