    Location was convenient for us---near the interstate as we were traveling across country Breakfast was minimal and we punted for McDonalds. The room was noisy---both from shouting in the hall and from tromping around above us.

    Quiet, convenient wish they have better breakfast like crumble egg and sausage good coffee, they had waffle bread cereal, beagles fruits etc coffee was watery The night audit lady from Friday night when I arrived it til Monday night she did her make up then sleep everynight our bathroom got clogged we went and asked her for plunger she told me niece they don’t have and we have to come to use the bathroom bully the front desk from our room if we need to.

    We stayed overnight for an early morning flight. It was all we needed. The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. The room was fine. They have a shuttle that we didn't use, but will keep in mind for next time.

    We had to switch rooms because our air conditioner was broken and the cover was just sitting on the floor. Room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was not enough bath towels for two people and only 3 pillows in the queen size bed. Breakfast not very appetizing, coffee was on the cold side. Some staff were friendly but most very not so much. Overall very disappointed and would not stay there again.

    This is a nice, clean hotel. Good A/C. The bed was soft, but firm enough for me, and I prefer firm. Parking was a little cramped, but there were touring buses there at the same time. The young man who checked me in was friendly and efficient and made sure I was happy. My only complaint was the soap. I forgot my own soap and the hotel soap is terrible, like a little brick of sandpaper and disappointment LOL. Bring your own soap/bodywash. That said, I WILL be staying here again.

    I had no air for 3 days also room not clean 😐 also I ordered a king size Bed my bed was a twin . Hotel was fully booked so I was so sad the whole trip thank God it rain the last day will never book again, staff so nasty and didn't want to help at all front desk staff sleeping so she had to wake up to let us in the hotel when we got there at 11pm

    The stay at this hotel was up and down. Towards the end it was better my son and I got a king sized bed had access to a laundry machine. But, the first room we were shown smelled like weed, the second one was dirty until we finally had to get this. The breakfast options were good but wished they had more hot breakfast. Also the staff one had an attitude and messed up our checkout time and now my son and I are waiting hours before our flight at the airport. Also one of the days we were woken up by a fire alarm that was not really a fire had to evacuate at 6am. No explanation after . This hotel needs better management and they charge for everything, to check in and out early an extra $40, to use the washer and dryer, to buy snacks. Something should be accessible.

    Nothing Everything was terrible. Rude staff, they put us in a PWD room with open shower and we did not request for it. Door lock is broken. Breakfast is just bread. The people on the upper floor have heavy feet we can hear the foot steps through the night.

    I liked the convenient location and all of the stores that I needed were close by. The room was very clean. The walls are paper thin and the doors don't fit the frame. While they provide ways to secure the room, you can hear every noise in the hallway. All the stomping and noise above you and the noise in the room next to you, like an apartment but worse. We lost a lot of sleep because of it and my daughter had a dance competition all weekend and needed her rest.

    The property and room was clean but my issue is with the airport shuttle I was not properly informed about the hours of the service I had a 6:15am flight and the shuttle does not start until 5am is what I was told after I’ve already checked in and paid my deposit which resulted in me having to find my own way to the airport this is a big inconvenience flights are all hours there for so should be the shuttle or don’t advise this service if it’s not acceptable

    Van driver was mia- front desk staff at first claimed he was stuck in traffic, then admitted didn’t know where he was. 9 am pickup ended up being close to 9:30 - only because a young man stepped up and asked manager if he could take the 3 people trying to get to the airport in a second van. I nearly missed my flight. Also breakfast was very minimal and not replenished. Would not recommend.

    The hotel room was old and nesty. I asked to be placed on the second floor but since i was used the bathroom in the room so they said no. After midnight the next door peopla was so loud until 330 AM and no one had done anything about it. No coffe machine in the room, someone had to make it in the general area when i asked. I would never book this hotel and wont recommend anyone. Horrible

    The staff was absolutely rude ! I waited at the airport for 2 hours on the shuttle and then got the the hotel and was refused stay because I simply asked to speak to a manager just to point out that I had waited for some time. The manager and owner are absolutely incompetent to run a hotel in a reputable manner.

    Coffee was not made correctly. I complained to hotel staff. I also inquired about incidental charges that was not a hold on my card but an actual charge. I think their staff should be clear on the type of transaction will take place for incidentals. Also the front desk gentleman was rude when I called him to clarify the transaction commenting you’re going to get it back either way so now what! Very rude

    I was told the airport shuttle would get me in 10-15 minutes (twice). It was 45! The TV remote has no 'guide' on it, very tedious to scroll through every channel to 1)find what you want and 2) finally find it in part on Ch 10. If no 'guide' button, there should be a TV channel listing in the room.

    I go outside only to see my husband speaking to the police officer. The officer advised us not to stay here because there is at least one break-in a day, and it is typically cars with out of state plates. Needless to say, we drove away and I have a case open with Wyndham to hopefully get a refund.

    We did not use the airport shuttle. The place was convenient and close to the freeway. The best part were the staff that we encountered. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. The downside is the room we were in needs a good vacuuming. The room DID NOT feel dirty, just a lot of crumbs around the bed/corners. The bathroom needs something to hang the towels on if they want to encourage the change-towels-and-sheets-every-3-days. It was acceptable for the price we paid. I was really impressed with the staff. Thank you.

    Great hotel by the airport. In a safe area with lots of travel-friendly dining. Good wifi speed, no extra charges. One thing this hotel had that I wish they ALL had was a 3 prong outlet on the wall above the night stand. And, they had a clever way to hang the clock cord for those who wanted it unplugged. Whomever thought of this should be in charge of all hotel outlet designs!

    The new receptionist was nice. The room was clean but the carpet wasn’t and it smelled really bad. I recommend they get rid of their carpets or make sure they clean them often. The sheets had burn marks from cigarettes. The towels were way too thin and see through with holes. You can hear through the halls and the walls are flimsy so you can feel if someone is tapping on the wall.

    Got to the hotel @3am coming from out of town and i had to bang on the door for 5 minutes before someone finally came. Mind you i could see her the whole time. I had reservations and she act as if she didnt wanna check me in. No gym here iif you need one. Breakfast wasnt much at all. Rooms were alright as far as cleaniness but. There are spots on the walls and ceiling.

    Properly is obviously older and needs to be refreshed. It’s not dirty, but it definitely needs to be updated. The room I was given has a smell of long ago smoking. It smells like the carpets or the drapes need to be replaced. The hotel’s neighborhood has seen better days. A hotel shuttle driver warned me against walking to a nearby restaurant, telling me that there is often a police presence in the area addressing ladies of the evening plying their wares, and that some female guests had been robbed on the street recently. I didn’t feel like I was ever in danger, but I’m a single guy who stands 6’3” and kind of oblivious. The front desk was super friendly and helpful.

    The hotel inside the rooms is nice. Some upgrades can be had on the outside or in the hotel. But, the rooms are kinda small but have a lot in them. Fridge, microwave, nice sized shower and bed etc.

    The mattress was very comfortable. Water pressure was good for the shower. I would have enjoyed my stay better if the TV remote worked even after maintenance came in. I also would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Consider replacing the stained, torn & thin carpet throughout.

    The hotel keeps the main lobby door locked in the morning after 8am. I exited the hotel to go to my car, had to knock on the glass door to gain access. Lots of homeless around the area. I observed one homeless man enter the hotel. Go to the lil breakfast bar. Gather some food, walked down the hallway to the exit door, Right past the room I was staying in. He was too comfortable with this action,. He has done this prior, I work in the Security Industry. I know the signs to look for of breaches or concerns. I also have never been asked for a $50 deposit cash/card for no smoking in my room. My headquarters will be checking CC to make sure we receive the deposit back for non smoking in room. I travel all over the country. First time at a microtel, I booked the hotel.

    BED BUGS!!!! ACTIVE BED BUGS JULY 27th 2025. Do not stay here!! We left early bc I woke up with a line of 6 bites on my a**. When we told the front desk about the bed bugs, they didn’t apologize AT ALL or act surprised in the slightest. Definitely a regular problem. Ruuuude counter staff too, total attitudes. We had to find another hotel and spend the whole day cooking all our clothes in black bags in our car trunk & laundromat, and spraying everything with alcohol. Bad hotel altogether - no conditioner, and the shampoo is practically mouth wash. Floors and walls are paper thin just like their toilet paper and water pressure. Breakfast is a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not be swayed by the price like I was, TRUST ME, pay a little more and go to a Marriott. This place SUCKKKKKKKKSSSSSSSS. If you want to experience a taste of hell, by all means stay here. Otherwise STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. Their 96.5 cleanliness rating is a scam!

    People on drugs half naked coming towards us in parking lot mumbling nonsense, drug deals, police arresting someone nearby. Pot smell in hallway. Staff seemed stoned ( fortunately not the receptionists). Took a pic of what looks like blood on door threshold. One tiny shampoo bottle for 2 queen beds. Sticky carpeting. Noisy hvac, remote missing back cover, frig not very cold, accessory light no longer functional…. Basically run down. The family meeting me to share the room arrived late and refused to stay and found another hotel. Someone appeared out of the bushes intoxicated and was approaching them in the parking lot. I was told I would need my license plate number but they said they didnt need it. Why not? Can anyone park there? Plane noise all night long but I was expecting that so that is just informational. The cracker barrel had a security officer which should have been a hint. There was a portable electronic sign saying “drive carefully “ even though there was no construction happening but now it makes sense because at night intoxicated people randomly cross the street.

    In a sketchy area. Seems nearby hotels may be using to house homeless folks. No food available unless you want to walk through the sketch area with no sidewalks to Waffle House.They do offer shuttle to / from Charlotte airport. Slow to pick you up but good with scheduling your shuttle back. Not a horrible option if your airline leaves you hanging with no compensation due to “weather” or whatever else they come up with

    Stayed before an early flight the next morning. Staff was friendly, but impossible to sleep with the AC turning on, could hear every footstep from the room above us, and every door around our room open and close. With it being near the airport people come and go at all hours of the night and you can hear them. Barely slept 15 minutes. The bathroom floor appeared dirty, but the bedroom seemed thoroughly cleaned.

    Good, not great. Our room key kept disconnecting so we had to go to the front desk every night to have it reactivated. Our TV remote didn’t work.     Fit the need for quick trip to Charlotte. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable after long day out. Only short coming was no soap in bathroom and shampoo/conditioner were so small it was difficult to wash. it happened to be a trip I traveled so lean that I didn't have any in my bag.

    The bad: I was invited to check in the day before to make my check in experience faster. I did so, which required me to send a photo of my driver's license and my credit card number. Upon arrival, I had to wait almost half an hour to check in because the front staff apparently couldn't figure out how to check someone out(?). Despite having done the pre-check in, I had to provide my driver's license to be scanned and a credit card. Not obvious that they knew I had done their remote early check in that they invited me to do. I was there for a Metallica concert, and commuting back was a nuisance. I then went out for a late dinner, and came back to park around 1 or 2am. There was not one single free parking spot in the lot, with 5 or 6 vehicles parked along curbs which limited traffic flow. I was ultimately directed to double-park behind a series of cars which the attendant indicated were expected to remain at the property for several days. I pulled up as far as I could towards the curb, trying to avoid blocking anyone in more than was necessary. The following morning, the car I was partially blocking in was gone -- thankfully the driver of that car was excellent at maneuvering his vehicle and was able to squeeze out without hitting me. Would not stay here again.

    $40 for a 3 hour check-in seems a little steep but... Place can get noisy during the day and at night, but overall not a bad place for a quick overnight stay near the airport. Free shuttle was great, free breakfast not so much so. Will use again when in CLT.

    My stay was perfect for a quick overnighter. It was close to the airport so it only took minutes to get to the hotel after flying for six hours. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.     Had a 4 night stay. Very nice staff to say the least, early check in was a hassle and was not available as I came 3 different times to see if there was any rooms ready before my check in time. So I just waited till my check in time, beds was very comfy. 2 Slugs were found crawling up my wall. On 2 separate nights. I guess it was due to heavy rain and poorly sealed window (First Floor).
