Pros: - Clean hotel overall, and in a very nice area so i felt very safe traveling alone and taking my dogs out at night. - staff very friendly and helpful - overall clean hotel and good breakfast Cons: - The walls/floors sound paper thin. I could hear by upstairs neighbors just walking around which kept me up for hours over night and then again in the morning. - some minor issues in the room like one curain being broke, and part of a baseboard coming off. Overall i enjoyed my stay and liked the hotel. for a quick trip it wasn't that bad

All the floors in the hotel were very dirty. There was some mold in the bathroom. One morning I woke up and went outside and the front desk staff was sleeping at the front desk. Other then that it was okay for a short stay.

Our room was dirty. There were dishes left in the dishwasher that were dirty, and a post it note on the counter that said they were clean. I dont think they added soap or ran it as the door was unlocked. Next, there was no soap at the bathroom sink area, and 4 travel bottles of conditioner. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. The shower gel was maybe 1/2 inch left. There were no extra linen in the closet to make up the sofa bed. We had to go back down to the desk and get bedding of which we were given no pillow. After the 2nd day of our stay I thought we would get housekeeping service...well they came and took all our towels and left none. Not one towel. I left a note of the soap we needed and nothing was replaced. They also did not make the bed. I have pictures of everything the way it was left. I stay here every year when we come in town for our family reunion. We were very dissapointed with the appearance of the hotel hallways which were so hot and the carpet looked liked it was never cleaned. Filthy. The matresses were rock hard. The tv in the living room didnt get the same channels as the bedroom. It was just extremely dissapointing and we will not be back next year.

It was very clean. It smells amazing in the hallways. It was a little further out than I expected but only 20min from where I needed to be.

Staff were very nice. Booked a one bedroom suite that slept 4. No bedding in the room for pull out. Front desk was able to find sheets, blanket. No pillows. Room had two towels. Was told that housekeeping was gone for the day so that is all they had to give us. Furniture in the room was beat up. Hilton…if you’re going to advertise that it sleeps 4 then have bedding and towels for four in the room. That doesn’t seem to be too big of a ask does it? Or give your staff a key to housekeeping to get guests the basics if you’re not going to provide them.

Nice hotel. The fitness room had a wet carpet, moldy smell. My room was fine, but my boss had 2 terrible rooms & had to find a different hotel. Hotel is in a great location with walkable restaurants & movie theatre.

Location ok, breakfast ok Internet issue entire stay, staff couldn't make room keys until final night. Had to be escorted to and room opened manually.

Very turned off at first with the front desk member eating her Burger King and rolling her eyes due to have to get up to check me in. Then just rude and grumpy. Room was mostly clean. Bathroom was a little grimy but clean bed and kitchen. Not a bad deal for the price.

The staff are more interested in chatting to one another than restocking breakfast, for example. Don’t expect any healthy options. We were there for a week and requested the room was cleaned intermittently; it was never cleaned - each request ignored. Two of the towels had what looked like blood on them and I finally had to get my own clean Ines from the front desk. The desk regularly provided misinformation about checkin/out. If you are unlucky to have your room near the road you can be kept up all night at weekends listening to wedding and party music from a nearby venue. There are restaurants near, but don’t cross the main road as it gets decidedly dodgy. Not value for money.

The room we had was really big and clean! The employee who checked us in seemed to be annoyed that we were there. Also the parking lot is shared with another hotel and the spaces are not very large. We had a difficult time finding a parking spot.

While the breakfast offerings were satisfying, we noted a slight limitation in variety, and unfortunately, the kitchen staff didn't exhibit much friendliness. However, the other staff members were friendly and welcoming. Despite these small issues, the hotel's great amenities and rooms made our stay enjoyable. Parking was easy and safe, making our stay hassle-free. The area around the hotel is nice, making it easy to get around, and it's great for walking. With all these positives, we'd definitely consider coming back in the future.

The hotel is well situated for the airport, being about 12 minutes away. Our accommodation was comfortable and the daily hot breakfast was very welcome. But the real stars of the show are the staff. During our stay our little cat was lost. Every single staff member, managerial, reception, housekeeping etc.went the extra mile. We were shown kindness, empathy and concern during the 24 hours that our kitty was missing. She was found trapped in the box spring, an issue that does need follow up! We would like to extend our heart-felt gratitude to all members of this excellent professional team. The hotel is fine, but the team made our stay truly special! Once again, thank you!

It was a nice hotel and room. Had a whole kitchen and things to use to make food if you brought or bought food. The couch bed did not have sheets blankets or pillows. They brought. Close to down town. The people above us were loud as hell all night long.

Had given my reservation to someone else because names sounded similar. Then provided room key and someone was already in room. Happened to another family too. no hand soap in room.

My air would not shut off, the elevator didn’t work, the check in attendant could have advised that 207 was not in chronological order and around the corner.

Rooms could use some updated furniture. We had to ask for soap and paper products but otherwise a good stay for a quick visit.

The property itself is nice for a couple of days. There are air condition units in the room with a thermostat on the wall to control the temp of the room. The setup of the room was very comfortable and suitable for a couple of nights stay. Housekeeping is every other day, but if you have any requests prior to then housekeeping will make accommodations. Parking is free but on the weekend can be a nightmare at night !!! The lot is shared with two other hotel properties. The parking spaces are painted very narrow, some occupants parking may take up two spaces. Causing you to park far from the hotel entrance.

The property was nice, but my room smelled straight up like a nursing home and had Stains on the comforter. There was also no curtain to fully close, making it easy to see in and out, which was not ideal given I was on the first floor. The staff was really accommodating and was able to check me in much earlier than the check-in time, but it felt like I made some sacrifices to do that.

Liked the property, but the long walk to room 123 from the check in desk was excessive. It would have been nice if the hallway I was a connected loop.

The other issue was the parking. I understand there are a couple of hotels here that share a parking lot, but myself, along with a dozen other vehicles, circled the lot for over an hour trying to find parking. Most of us finally just gave up and make parking in areas we shouldn't have and hoped we wouldn't be towed. When we asked the desk attendant about the possibility of towing vehicles that were double parked to free up spots, he shrugged his shoulders, mumbled a bit, and went back to playing on his phone. Additionally, we needed a pillow for the sleeper sofa. Was told there were no more pillows... went to put sheets on the sleeper sofa, the stains on the mattress belonged in an episode of CSI. Pretty sure that wasn't wine stains... I've stayed at Hiltons my entire life, from Hamptons to Waldorfs, and this property is really unbecoming of the brand. Going forward, we will be staying at the tried and true Doubletree in Southpark that we've used for years when we come to Charlotte. We came here to be a bit closer to Carowinds for the Scarowinds season and overall, this wasn't worth saving the extra 10-15 minute drive, the parking fiasco was proof of that.

The nightstands were filled with dust. The room phone was filthy so I wiped that down with Clorox’s wipes as well. Kitchen chairs were filled with stains so I covered them with the hotel towels. First day the room is very bad the washroom corner got hairs all over when I went to talk to the front desk the gentleman did a good job changing me to another room and the rest of my stay I do feel more comfortable

The property and surrounding area was excellent! My only complaint is no guaranteed parking when you come in late. The pots and pans were filthy. When I tried to check out, I was waiting on the front desk receptionist for 28 minutes. Walkie talkies are an easy fix. I would definitely stay here again.

The daily breakfast are good and has a variety and not just pastries, and even includes fruits and tasty orange juice. I was annoyed that the daily hospitality fee are not included in the price and had to pay extra when we got to the hotel, it would be great if you can include these costs in total costs when quoted. The hotel itself has great features, but the decor and available pots/pans/crockery etc are dated and the couches and work areas needs updating. The daily breakfast are good and has a variety and not just pastries, and even includes fruits and tasty orange juice. I was annoyed that the daily hospitality fee are not included in the price and had to pay extra when we got to the hotel, it would be great if you can include these costs in total costs when quoted. The hotel itself has great features, but the decor and available pots/pans/crockery etc are dated and the couches and work areas needs updating. We requested to leave a day early and get a refund and were offered TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS which is what we would have gotten if we checked out early for no reason at all. There was no manager to talk to either. Just horrible customer service.

Breakfast area doesn’t have a garbage but they don’t bus the tables very quickly so it gets messy if busy.

Great location; lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also great are to walk your dog since the property is dog friendly which is why we booked this property.

The room setup was really nice. Unfortunately, the sound proofing in the hotel was not good. Every time the people above my room as well as my sister's room down the hall walked across the floor it was like giants above our heads. The hotel was short-staffed so service requests went unmet. The property is nice it's just unfortunate that staffing issues and structural issues marred my stay.

The bedding on the king bed was a mattress cover, not a blanket. What is wrong with this hotel? Do they not have any blankets? The breakfast the next morning was very disappointing. There were no plates on the buffet and the staff was not trying to help.

Nice, clean hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Located in a cute area of North Carolina. The staff here are amazing! Friendly, helpful and just overall great customer service.

Though my reservation said 3, they did not have clean sheets for the other need in the room and they didn't have a pillow case with the sheet set that I had to go to the front desk to get. Room was clean and otherwise nice.

We had to switch rooms because of uncleanliness. The 1st bed didn't have freshly laundered linen and the bed had hair in the sheets. The mirrors were smudged. The 2nd room had cleanliness issues as well. The pull-out bed mattress cover was soiled in several places and had food and crumbs all over it. Also, there wasn't any sheets or comforter for it.

The area around the hotel had lots of restraurants (I chose the Indian place) and outdoor entertainment. The room was fine. The breakfast was not the best, I think due to understaffing.

Everything was great about the property. The customer service was on point and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were very soft, and we will be back if we return to the area. Breakfast could have included waffles, but we were satisfied.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms and stocking the bathrooms with matching shampoo, conditioner and lotions. Customer service was fair. Upon checking in at 10pm, I needed pillowcases for the extra pillows and shampoo for the bathrooms yet the front desk clerk seemed disappointed she had to collect the items for me and told me the items would be held at the front desk versus bringing them to my room. This was my least favorite Hilton property experience ever.

When we entered our room for the first time there was a large dead cockroach on the room floor. They sent someone to vaccuum it up and the vaccuum was loud and left a smell of dirty burnt rubber in our room. The sink filled with water as we washed our hands and brushed our teeth. Also, the blinds in the room were broken and i had to hold them closed with a hair clip. I had to request bed linens for the pull out sofa, the blanket had holes in it as was old and scratchy. Definitely not what i expect from. Hilton hotel.

I loved the area around it was so quaint and cute! Also the hotel smelled very good down the hallways. The only problem I saw which I didn’t find a very big problem was a little mold around the toilet other than that- i will definitely stay again :)

The place was cool the staff was nice, the POOL WAS CLOSED and that’s the reason I went to swim and relax by the pool outside. The room was cool but the bed was not made up properly and the towels were hanging sloppy.
