Replace a stay close to the convention center really close to a Whole Foods

The only thing I would say is if you drive a large pick-up truck or extended SUV the garage is NOT made for you. While the hotel does not own the parking garage if you have the option, compact cars are better. Also check the GPS, before you go, the hotel is centerally located and city driving can be complicated. But breath drive carefully and park accordingly. Good Luck!

Nice hotel, but I would rather have my parking in the same location not have to go out of one building to another where my car is parked. I did not like the breakfast options either. But the staff was very friendly, nice.

overall the best hotel we had stayed in by far. rooms are clean. lobby is clean. even the elevator is clean. staff were attentive and helpful. cleaning staff were on point with cleanliness. breakfast were served on time and replenished as quickly as possible. coffee is always available. impressive.

We just did a short overnight. It was perfect for what we needed. The pullout couch was a bit tricky but we finally got it out. Breakfast was good but maybe more waffle makers? Overall, great stay.

Double check to make sure the pool is open and also inquire about the temperature of the water. During our stay the pool temperature was extremely cold and we couldn’t use it. Very disappointing.

Our stay was very noisy. It sounded like people were bowling above us. While was helpful except for Tina at the front desk. She was rude and had an attitude and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance with our card keys. Also, parking was such a hassle. Hotel says they validate not what they really mean is you park on the garage, they stamp your ticket and you pay the hotel. Nah. Why are we paying to park our car when we’re paying to stay at the property. We won’t stay here ever again.

The stay was amazing. My kids loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast was just needed.

Unfortunately there was a couple that was fighting next to our room. Calls were made to the front desk and nothing was done. This started at 10 pm and went until 2 am. The parking was not convenient, and instructions were not clear for the parking garage.

The attention to detail, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Charlotte. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience! 😊

You see I lost my husband December of last year suddenly and this was our first memorial day apart and I did not want to stay home alone in South Carolina so I drove up just to stay alone away from home. I meant Tye at the front desk and I almost cried throughout the whole checking process. He has a very special place in my heart today. Thank you so much!!!

My room was immaculate. It was very clean and spacious and the service was top tier.

My stay was amazing. The staff were attentive and helpful for all of my needs. My sleep quality was great because the floor I have given was extremely quiet. Breakfast was the best part. Such a large variety amount of breakfast food. I will most definitely stay here in for my next trip to Charlotte

The property was exactly as pictured. The hotel was modern, clean, and well maintained. The only downsides for me were the pool area, which felt a bit small, and the parking situation. It was never mentioned that parking costs $37.50 per day, so that was an unexpected expense.

This was our second stay within a month or two. Didn't disappoint....breakfast was delicious, room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a queen suite that was spacious. Staff was friendly,helpful and accommodating, as we needed to extend our check out by 1 hour. We will be back to stay here in the future and highly recommend.

Everything was very clean. Extremely convenient to Whole Foods and the convention center. Felt very secure. The staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again. I liked having the small kitchenette and full-size refrigerator.

Around the building had a lot of trash, it made it uncomfortable when I was walking my dog.

The room itself was nice and comfortable. I had a great city view. The breakfast didn’t have alot of options. I was so confused with the hotel. You have to park next door in a parking garage. Use two different elevators before getting to your room. Validate your parking ticket every time you come back. You have to use your key card to use the elevator. Make sure to keep up with your parking ticket because it’s 45 dollars if you lose it.

The rooms were clean, the staff was very professional and accommodating, the breakfast was one of the best that I’ve had when staying at the Hilton 2 Suites. This is the first time that my husband and I have had an animal travel with us, and I must say this hotel was very welcoming and clean since it was also a pet friendly hotel. The staff really keeps the hotel smelling good and clean. That is one of my “pet” peeves and I was very satisfied.

This was my first time staying at a Hilton hotel and it far exceeded my expectations. I had a suite and I didn’t know it so it was a pleasant surprise. I also had a kitchenette with everything except a stove, a separate door for the bedroom, and a view of the city. It was about a 12 minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. It’s right next to a Whole Foods and I didnt have an issue with getting DoorDash even late past midnight. I clean every room that I purchase but this is the first room I didn’t have to disinfect. The front desk staff were all nice and even showed me how to get my rewards started. They also validated parking which is included in the incidental fee which makes so much more sense from how other hotels do it. I absolutely loved it. I have stayed in 12 different hotels in the past year and this one is probably top 2. I will definitely be staying again.

Overall good space. Decent breakfast and nice area of town. However they never changed my trash so it got a little smelly with all the takeout food. Beyond that it was good.

Susan had prepared the best breakfast menu each day. It was very fresh and there was a great variety of choices. She greeted each of us in the buffet line or at the table giving it a warm personal touch.

It was confusing getting to the lobby which is on the 2nd floor. It doesn’t seem to have a main entrance that is obvious to check in. Otherwise very helpful staff and the breakfast was great!

Hotel is okay. But the staff is amazing. Especially Tina who was not only incredibly sweet but she went out of her way to assist me. I would come back to this hotel just because I know Tina would provide a 5 star experience at the desk.

Pool was not open yet. The site to book advised it opened in April. We were there the 14th thru 21st.

Upon arrival which ended up being much later than anticipated due to travel issues, we arrived to a room with only ONE queen bed. In addition, it was 78 degrees in our room when we arrived, the bathroom fan did not work and the parking was an absolute nightmare. The 2 floors reserved for the hotel aren’t enough for the hotel so you then have to go from the 3/4th floor to the 9th floor, park there and then when you are ready to leave, you have to wait on a hotel attendant to get you to the 9th floor because the hotel key card doesn’t scan to the 9th floor. Two times over two days, we waited 15-20 minutes just to get to our car and another 15-20 to get into the 9th floor to park as it was gated separately. On top of all of that, a maid walked into my room while I was naked and didn’t speak English and didn’t take the hint or understand that I needed her to leave when I backed into the bathroom. Any concerns were basically entirely blown off by the multiple hotel staff that I spoke to.

This place was amazing! We came down for our son's surgery at Levine's and chose here because of the proximity to the hospital. Tye was so friendly and helpful. Room was big for our 3 kids and they loved it as well!

It was wonderful to have a nice hot breakfast every morning and coffee available. We really felt at home in the rooms. We really had a good time and felt like the location was perfect.

The gentleman that checked us in was fabulous. We called earlier to say we were going to be late and he was by himself and was so nice and accommodating. When we checked out this morning the lady was super rude. I asked her for a new parking voucher (which I paid for, it wasn’t free) because I lost the one I got the night before (this was a little slip of paper an inch wide and 1.5 inches long). When she gave me another one she let me know that it was a lot of hard work on the staff when these papers got lost. I thought she was joking because the gentleman the night before said to come get another one if we needed. I just laughed out loud and told her I was ever sorry and didn’t realize how hard it was to print those papers. I wish I would have let her know I’m pretty sure the $255 we paid for the night plus $35 parking covered it. Even if it was hard on them to print and cut more paper, do you tell a customer that?

The hotel and staff were great and the property was clean. My only complaint would be that my husband and I were unable to get a proper nights rest due to the large room only having one AC vent, and that vent was over the entry door. No matter how low we adjusted the air, the room wouldn’t cool.

Real nice, clean and friendly place

I stayed for the Twice concert and found this place that was in great distance to the stadium. Didn't feel like i settled at all! Staff was great, check in was smooth and the view was amazing, overlooking the city and skyline. Breakfast was great too with many options, yogurt stood out to me the most alongside their sausages. Definitely a great area to stay within the city and mall.

I had a wonderful stay. Staff was great (Tye), room was great and location was great. My only compliant would be parking. The parking deck is separate from the hotel so you have to go down the elevator in the parking deck walk over to the hotel get on that elevator to get to the lobby and room. There should be a connection to the hotel from the parking deck or the parking should be free for the inconvenience. It's 35 a day and you have to go to the lobby to validate your ticket to get out the deck each time. It's just a lot.

My stay at Home2 Suites was fantastic! I enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms, the varied breakfasts and the perfect location for downtown activities. I would definitely book here again!

Susan did an excellent job managing the breakfast area. She was by far, the best. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Even able to keep an electric scooter in the room. There is a Whole Foods close by for plenty of food. Walking distance to St Peters Catholic Church. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

First time staying here and I had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites. My daughter and I stayed here for a cheer competition and the location is great. The whole place was very clean and all of the staff was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Charlotte. The breakfast buffet was also great most places have very few things but this layout was like a restaurant style buffet and the food was great!

Room was nice but not much of a city view. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Had variety of meats which was nice because I do not eat pork. It was super clean. The sauces were good too. Had a chipotle maple. The area was nice. There was a Whole Foods next door.

I got charged twice, I booked and paid threw Expedia and they said I selected pay at property. I have the receipt and everything with Expedia. This was a Christmas present for my son to see the panthers ball game, so I know I definitely didn't select pay at property.

Front desk was informative about the parking situation but did not alert me that there was breakfast or the time of breakfast or the Wi-Fi. But the room was awesome!!!!!!!

I had a great, seamless stay. The food was excellent, better than a standard breakfast, with lots of variety. The room was spacious and very clean. I also really appreciated the front desk staff as everyone was kind and welcoming, especially Terrence, who went out of his way to help us. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

I typically stay outside of Uptown to save money, but it helps to pay a little extra for convenience on occasion. Home2 Suites fits that perfectly.

Overall hotel is very clean. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel staff was so friendly. I cannot say enough about Terrence and Ty. They are amazing and so friendly. I left behind a pillow (very sentimental) but didn’t realize it till much later in the day. Called to inquire if it had been found, and Terrance immediately recognized my name and that he had checked me in. They went above and beyond to find the pillow and pillowcase. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again next visit.

Advertising led us to believe that the hotel provided a "voucher" for the $30/night parking. No - they charged it to the room and gave out a barcode to open the gate and not insert a credit card in the parking garage. Then, despite our explaining (extensively) which room to charge the parking to, they charged it to the wrong room and then argued that they had done it correctly. The front desk (Tina and some guy wearing a badge that said "Queen Diva") were rude and argumentative about this parking charge situation. The rooms were fine, the breakfast so-so but edible but the staff are pretty bad. LOL - the second day we were there housekeeping came to our door at 5:15p.m. to see about cleaning our room. Why didn't they do that at normal hours? IDK - but we've never had that at a hotel before.

Parking is $30 per day! They clean rooms every other day. The room was ok. Had a smell. The elevator and hall way to get to the rooma and lobby always smelled like marijuana and the parking garage reeked of it! Its in a sketchy part of town. Quite a few homeless people begging for money. Not sure if I will try a Home 2 Suites again but i definitely will not stay at the one in Charlotte Uptown! And the breakfast is marginally ok.

The pull out sofa bed mattress is comfy, but the comforter is hard and scratchy. It would be nice to replace the bed and sofa comforter with something softer. The lobby was difficult to find, better signage would help on the 1st floor. It was overall a great place to stay. It's right across the street from the Nascar Hall of Fame and a short walk to the Bank of America stadium.

Had a queen junior suite with 2 queens and a pullout for 5 people. They overbooked and we had to very uncomformably squeeze into a king bed and a pull out. Very upset with the handling of this.

Great location, secure parking, very clean hotel

Over crowded. Breakfast line was around the lobby…new food wasn’t put out, no COFFEE. AC did not work in our room. Their response was we don’t have maintenance until morning…This was at 4 pm. Beds slept terrible. Never again.

Overall, this was a fine hotel. Rooms were comfortable, kitchenette was well stocked, refrigerator worked. Service was spotty: I experienced both excellent customer service (Tina) and poor customer service.

Our room was very clean. AC worked good. Beds were uncomfortable, sofa bed was old and worn. Adjoining room was loud several times in the middle of the night and early am hours. Parking is absolutely ridiculous. Having to validate tickets every time in and out with your car seems extreme. I've stayed at other Home 2 Suites and this one was disappointing. Breakfast was done very well daily with Megan. Exceptionally clean and efficient.

Extremely noisy, could hear a lot from other rooms and the hall. Staff at check in was great. After that the desk acted like we were bothersome ( we approached about 3 times over 4 days).

The property front door was hard to find, better instructions on the website would be great. The breakfast was often cold, the fruit looked horrible and the staff person both mornings, just looked like they would rather be anywhere but where they were. We have stayed at other Home 2 Suites and loved our stay. The breakfast was a real downer and the lack of staff that know how to smile brought the whole experience down. Not what we are used to.

This was perfect for our stay across the street from the Charlotte convention center. We needed to be close to the Eucharistic Congress. I only wish we could have stayed here longer, but we arrived just before midnight. We are a family of four and the pullout couch for the suite was perfect. This space was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I was shocked at how well stocked in the kitchen was with everything we needed. To top it off this breakfast in the morning was hands-down the very best breakfast we have ever had in all of our hotel stays. I still can’t believe it was included. Everybody at the buffet that morning was saying the same thing. We hope to book our stay for next year as soon as we know the dates of the next Congress. Congratulations to the staff at the Home 2 suites Hilton.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

Nice to have free parking almost attached to the hotel. I should have done my homework so I'd have known to go somewhere that's NOT pet friendly, I could smell dog and cleaner in my room. Also, a corner room on 8th floor was SO LOUD....cars/bikes racing down the road til 3-4am. I'm a light sleeper and didn't get more than 6 or 7 hours (TOTAL) in the 3 nights I was there. Staff was friendly and place was clean.

Great location across the street from The NASCAR Hall of Fame, The Convention Center, Whole Foods, and lots of restaurants. Great breakfast. The pool and workout facility are small but adequate. The rooms were comfortable and nice and modern. I made a mistake on my reservation and the front desk staff was amazing, understanding and fixed it for me. It wasn’t an easy thing. THEN I was walking out of the hotel to go to a meeting and the young lady that had helped me was leaving work. She recognized me out in the sidewalk and addressed me by name and asked if everything was working out. So personable even when she was off the clock.

I was there Aug 22nd for my mom’s 75th birthday! The property was amazing! The whole staff was courteous and professional! We enjoyed the scenery on the balcony, and we enjoyed the pool area! The rooms were nice, clean and spacious! I would definitely come here again

Good parking at car park next to hotel. Good size room and bed comfy. NASCAR hall of fame across road and easily walkable to other attractions too. Basic breakfast but good enough to start the day.

2 adults and 2 teens in the room and we all had space. Nice walk to the football stadium and we felt very safe. Only negative is the parking garage is not marked well enough for the hotel. Highly recommend this property!

The property was excellent. The location was convenient and walkable. The staff was informative, helpful, and efficient. They remained calm and the Director of Sales accommodate our request. The breakfast was outstanding, organized, and saved valued time. The pool area was clean. I give this location 5 stars and will consider home2home suites my destination choice.

I really liked how big the rooms were, the safety of needing a card to go up to the rooms, the 3ft pool on the 2nd floor was great for the children. It was convenient in location most of the activities were in walking distance. The breakfast menu for the weekend I went was pretty good. Overall great stay, the only thing I didn't care for was the bedding.The mattress and pillows weren't at the most quality compared to other hotels I've stayed. It felt like a cruise cabin bedroom.

There was a very weird smell right off the elevator on our floor. Other than that, great stay.

Right across from NASCAR National Hall of Fame in Uptown, very convenient. Share the same parking lot with Whole Foods. I like Home2Suites, since you can heat up your food in the microwave, and there are kitchen utensils, although I didn't use them for the trip.

Parking was difficult to navigate. Locked gates prevented us from going to the level we were required to park in.

The front desk lady working the night of Monday, June 9th 2025 was phenomenal. She helped meet our requests even with a hiccup, gave us a great room with a view, and she was nice and had great stories to tell us. We stay at hotels often and our stay with home2 suites has been one of our favorites due to the hotel room/view and mostly the phenomenal staff.

King room was LARGE! Bed was too soft so we had to put on floor to avoid backaches. Staff was friendly and very supportive. Parking ws difficult at times but hotel was able to provide an alternative that was acceptable. I would stay again

This was my first time staying at Home2 Suites hotel. I was amazed by the size of our room, which included a frig, microwave, sink, real dishes and a dishwasher. It felt like home. The only thing I feel where changes/improvements could be made: 1) The pillows where horrible and too dang on soft. The staff did bring us firmer pillows, which was their suggestion. (A1 service) 2) Breakfast could have a more variety of options and the meat should be well-done. Other than this two items, our stay was pretty good. I would definitely book with them again.

Overall, I was very happy with the stay. It was very easy to check in, the room was extremely keep and overall presentation of the hotel looked amazing. Very short walking distance from the venue, restaurants and other attractions to keep you busy before the concert

The room was amazing and perfect for my week long conference. Then when I had flight issues at the end of the week Tina and Terrence were so helpful and worked with me as I ironed out the issues. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I loved the room. The bed was extremely comfy and the spacious bathroom was nice. It was like a one bedroom apartment. The only thing that I didn't like was the mirror was right beside the bed. I felt like it should've been on the beside the bathroom, so you could get a full body view of yourself but other then that everything was awesome. Even the full kitchen wirh fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Upon check in we didn't get our goodie bag. Had to call back and ask for. Then we just got 2 waters and no snack for 4 people in the room.

We stayed here for two days for a concert. It was very convenient to the stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. I also felt like the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. The sofa bed was old and bedding not great. The elevator was broke to garage when we arrived, no biggie. We made it. I normally stay at Hilton brands. The mattresses in this hotel were horrendous. It felt like I slept on a sidewalk. When we checked in. Breakfast was great . Fernando was amazing. He was friendly and extremely helpful.

We had a great stay in downtown Charlotte.The hotel is central to so many great restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was crowded, but great. The rooms were very comfortable. Staff, particularly the later who checked us in, were fabulous.
