The front desk staff were very nice and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. But the parking lot is WAY too small. There were NO available parking slots at 1030p last night and we had to park on the main street. We worried about that location. The hotel allowed a Mercedes van to take up 2 spaces and a pick-up truck with a trailer took up 6 spaces. If we had arrived back later there would not have been any places on the street either.

This was a very beautiful hotel. I felt like I was at home. Nice, big rooms with kitchens in Em. Also, you're able to go out on a patio and barbecue. I really like the home feeling. Thank you for all the kindness and helping us make our vacation very successful

On the positive side, all staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar included more than I have ever seen, good quality too, including fresh waffles, delicious egg bites, chicken and some sandwich options, muffins, etc. Also great exercise equipment and facility.

The room looked clean until I found a large roach when I awakened in the middle of the night scurrying across the floor. It was very noisy. There were a lot of children and families this particular weekend. I was also awakened in the middle of the night with loud music. I will not be staying here again.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were huge. Staff was super nice they allowed us extra 20 mins to swim! Super conveniently located with shops and restaurants all just a few mins away. Would definitely stay again!

We didn’t eat breakfast. The kitchen and n our room was perfect for our needs. The room was immaculate and everything was just as we liked.

Staff was nice I selected this hotel & room based on it having a suite and the description said two bedrooms. The hotel does not have separate bedrooms. I could have found a much cheaper room along our route. This hotel was a bit out of the way. I encourage Booking.com to be careful on descriptions.

Room smelled like pet urine. Mattress needs to be replaced. Otherwise, very acceptable hotel.

Nice hotel in a great area. Full size fridge is a definite plus. My stay was ruined by the fact that there was a WEEKEND-LONG party directly below my room with blasting music, singing, and cheering from early morning until late at night. I tolerated it Friday night. I was woken by it at 8am Saturday morning, which I still tolerated, and it was still going when I returned to the hotel at 8:00 Saturday night. I called the desk at 9:30pm and was told that while multiple guests had complained, there was nothing that could be done. I was assured that it would end by 10pm. It did not. I called again at about 10:20, and was told “they’re leaving the room now.” No, it continued on. Still going at 10:30. I called back at 10:35, and the front desk didn’t even pick up the phone. I can assure you that had I made that much noise in my room I’d have been asked to leave! The hotel essentially took money for rooms on the 2nd floor with the knowledge that the conference room below would make those rooms uninhabitable, and they didn’t care. No offer to correct or to comp any portion of my stay. (Almost 200/night with taxes and fees). Unacceptable. We rent hotel rooms to have a place to SLEEP. If that can’t happen, it’s a fail regardless of anything else that was good about the property.

Nice large room with desk, table, refrigerator, microwave, and a couch. The bed was comfortable, medium firm with 2 nightstands. Everything was clean, breakfast came with the room and had lots of protein and fruits. The staff were very friendly. We'll definitely visit again!

They said the pool was heated and they turned it on but I don't believe they ever did. 2 days never got warm enough to get in . Don't say you have heated pool if you refuse to turn the heater on .

The hotel itself was in a nice area, however the hallways smelled like there was mildew in the carpet, and the room floors were not cleaned. I had small bugs that I had spotted crawling on the floor multiple times throughout my stay.

I like the room, the pool that my grandkids could use visiting us - grandparents during Thanksgiving. We spent family time in beautiful sitting areas in first floor. Thanks for hospitality @ The elevators were long time to wait for.

Clean rooms. Tractor trailer parked in the lot for two nights during the holiday season and was allowed to park horizontal so it took up 10 parking spots in an already small parking lot.

It was perfect for our short trip. Close to the places we were visiting. Easy to get in and out.

Despite many choices for breakfast I was not satisfied. Mainly because I wanted a healthier dry cereal like raisin bran or special K. And plain yogurt, unsweetened would have been better. The coffee is the worst! Most disappointing was the pool! It was not heated. I chose your hotel mainly for the availability of a pool which I need for my back. It was so cold I couldn’t use it. Look above. The staff were very nice and tried their best.

We have stayed here several times before and really like the location, the rooms and usually the staff. Check in was smooth and easy. On our second night's stay, the young lady working the desk seemed extremely bothered by the fact that we stopped and asked for things. Since the hotel no longer cleans rooms every day, we needed fresh towels. Our room didn't have all of the linens needed for the sofa bed. When we called and asked for them on the first night, we were told we had to come down to the lobby. By the time we realized we needed them, we were already in our pajamas. At the same time we asked for towels, we also asked for the missing linens and a couple of pillows. We were told they were out of pillows for the night. Hard to believe that was true. It seemed more like she had done all she was going to do. We will definitely reconsider staying there again.

The facility was clean, staff were friendly and rooms were comfortable. While the pool and pool area were clean, the water was pretty cold. Even the kids thought it was too cold to swim in. Night staff needs a little education on what kitchen utensils are (we asked for a hot plate and skillet and the girl at the desk had no idea what those items were even though there are signs in each room using those words saying they’re available). The breakfast selection is better than most hotels but needs to be kept up with and restocked a bit more often than it was during our stay.

Stayed for 4 nights. Very convenient area to get to ballantyne & uptown. Breakfast was average but was hot and had options just would have liked clear signage as to what has pork and what did not. Nice gym. Housekeeping is every other day but even still I had to track the housekeeper and request service for my room. Would stay again.

We had no lock on our bathroom door it was just a big opening . They gave us three towels for five people.

Everything from food to room and the staff were all amazing. My only complaint is that they only have 2 luggage carts that are very small which don't hold very much and 1 bell hop cart which was always gone. had to take 4 trips to get to car.

Close to many shops and restaurants. Close to the highway and about 20-30 minutes to most places around Charlotte Some staff is rude. Cleaning schedule wasn’t good. 5 day 4 night stay and did not get a refresh of towels or have garbage removed. We had to do this ourselves.

If you are allergic to pet dander do not book here as they accept pets into all the rooms. My stay was hell due to my allergies being activated because there’s no ventilation. The bedding was the worst, two thin sheets and a slippery duvet cover was subpar at best. The worst of all was Christmas Day, we were left with no clean linen or towels and our garbage was not emptied which meant we came back to a terrible smell in the room. Now I wouldn’t be upset about this other than the fact that we were informed that those two things would be taken care of by housekeeping on Christmas Day .

Property is on a main road, the traffic noise was unbearable day and night. I did not get any good sleep. Check-in clerk did bare minimum, never explained anything, where and when is breakfast, where the elevators are etc., not helpful at all. Microwave in room was dirty from previous guest. Beds very uncomfortable. Not even lotion was provided. Breakfast was another disappointment. Went at 8:35 am, no eggs, no staff to ask anything, no staff at front desk, phone ringing endlessly, guests waiting at front desk with nobody to help. Never again would I stay at this property, not even free of charge.

The hotel was superb. Clean inside and out. Great service, nice spacious rooms for 2 people. LOVED the full fridge and the space to prep things. The food choices for breakfast were very good and the area was nice and clean. This hotel is in a GREAT location, and the surrounding area is very nice and safe.

I have stayed here several times because family is near. This was not a good visit. We arrived after 3 & the front desk did not know which rooms were available. Was told it could be 30 minutes. I find that unexceptionable. Only waited for 10 minutes. The bathroom slot door did not close. Glad I was only there with my husband. The pool area did not have towels & seemed like it needed to be cleaned. Very disappointed for Hilton, will look elsewhere next time!

Convenient location, daily breakfast with GREAT coffee. A Swimming pool and fitness center were avaliable. Outdoor sitting area was a nice touch. Walking distance to a shopping center across the street, although you will have to walk briskly as you will be crossing a highway. Friendly staff who took care of all your needs. Would definitely consider this location again.

Ice machine on 3rd floor broken. 2 towels for 3 people/ 2days. I forgot a few things, called front desk but never got a call back.

It was fine. However, there was food, possibly dog food spread all over the floor and under the desk. That means they didn’t vacuum; and some of the furniture was dusty.

Enjoyed the stay and location is accessible.

There was no conditioner, no lotion, no tissues, a broken bathroom door, and when asking for an extra pillow they said they were all out. Otherwise it's a nice hotel and a great location.

Initially Hotels.com didn’t do something on their end and had a problem with checking in, but luckily, the general manager Barbara, or Bobbi, who worked the desk was such an amazing help with sorting everything out. I cannot stress how very professional and very helpful she was and I had an amazing stay at the hotel I booked for the night! Highly recommend booking there if you’re ever in the area!

We had an issue with the new tv system and they moved us immediately. Staff was great, love the size of the rooms, bed and pillows and linens extremely comfortable.

Reservation was not honored upon check in because of mold. Was told hotels.com was responsible for notifying me, not hotel. Hotel had one room available - slept 2 for party of 5. Could not offer cot. Hotels.com customer service asked whether I had attempted to remedy issue through hotel and promised to call. Never heard from anyone again for duration of trip. As far as actual hotel, trash everywhere, elevator broke during trip, room filled with marijuana smoke from adjacent room despite it being nonsmoking hotel.

The elevator is out of service had to drag luggage to 4th floor. 3 trips really sucked.

Booked two rooms. One with king, one with two queens. Both rooms had one king. So didn't get what we booked.

I like how the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our kids enjoyed the pool and there was a wide variety of breakfast options, although the bananas were overly ripe. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and pretty clean. Overall, we had a great experience.

The property was ok, we chose because we needed a place that would take pets. Area was great, hotel was nice, room was just ok, carpets appeared dirty and room had a terrible smell.

I enjoyed the layout of the room but it was loud due to being over the parking garage. I could hear the cars coming and going as well as cranking up.

Late night check in clark was not friendly I guess. It was kind of weird that I found some PLANT LEAVES on the night stand. Then our AC is broke. I called the same lady and told her about it and she said that they won’t have anybody to fix until tomorrow…what the heck??? SHE DID NOT OFFER US ANOTHER ROOM UNTIL I ASK TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM SINCE I PAID FOR AN AIR CONDITION ROOM. SO I END UP SLEEPING ON A LUMPY SOFA BED SINCE THEY ONLY HAVE A KING LEFT-I booked 2 queen beds. On the plus side, as unpleasant as the lady was at night the morning front desk gentleman was very nice. NIGHT AND DAY attitude.

Check in was easy, they didn’t even require id or credit card. The room smelled very musty, it was an overwhelming odor. The shower never got warm. That was very disappointing. The pool was cloudy. Stains all over the carpet.

Started off shaky with room not ready due to being short staffed 45 mins after check in time . So I gave an additional 1 hour to clean the room. When I arrived back the room was ready. However,I had to wait around another 45 minutes even though I booked and prepaid via Expedia. The hotel initially didn't show prepaid on their end which took phone calls and waiting for Expedia. The guy at the front desk was kind and was putting out fires by himself as I wasn't the only person this happened to. He did his best without management on site checking in multiple families and troubleshooting. He also made a special accommodation to ease my anxiety because I honestly wasn't sure if the issue was resolved until manager reviewed. I received that confirmation 2 days later at check out. I didn't let this spoil my trip. The room was very clean and I love the shopping area across from it. My boys loved the breakfast! I will be back there again as I understand sometimes everything isn't perfect especially when short staffed which was the main issue. My boys who are very picky were happy and that's all that matters!

Stayed here for the weekend of the 4th of July to spend time with my mom that lives 12 minutes away from the hotel. The room was good for a family of 5. Full fridge, microwave, sink and dishwasher they also provided dishes. the only part that I didn't like was the fact that the cleaning people only work until like 1-2pm and they go to clean your room to early also breakfast was until 9am I think 10am is a better time from M-T and F-S 10:30am., but other than that is perfect. It's next to a small shopping center that has a Target and a CVS.

During my stay noone came to cleanup the room. Typically the rooms are cleaned everyday in all hotels. Also the breakfast was not as good as expected, no scrambled egg, no beans, no baked potatoes ...

Room was spacious. Had to switch due to issues with the shower. Second room had issues with the window shade. Overall, good hotel.

The property was in a very convenient location, breakfast was alright. The rooms where fairly clean. One good thing is that our rooms didn't smell like chlorine, which is very common in hotels with pools.

What a great facility! Great amenities! Delicious breakfast! Very clean and cozy rooms! Extremely friendly staff! You have all the comforts of home in a very safe area of Charlotte. You are in close proximity to amazing stores, restaurants, and entertainment! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Upon check in Fred was such a huge help. I was able to check in quickly and the room was found to be very clean and quiet.

Best use of space. Large room with kitchenette. Full size fridge. A sitting area with a pullout couch. Space to place your luggage. Desk and drawer space plus a king size bed and a large tv. Love this Home 2 by Hilton. Will book again when traving.

The breakfast was great, but more fruit option would be great. The beds were comfortable and the showers always had hot water.

Property was clean, maintenenced, convenient, and affordable. What i did not like was the lack of turn down service and requests for towels and amenities were slow to response. It was advised that turn down service would have to be requested early and could not be guaranteed.

We had a nice stay, we were a little disappointed in the breakfast, everything was packaged and the coffee was cold both mornings with no microwave access.

It's so very comfortable to stay in a hotel that has such great rooms. It's like home away from home.

Overall the stay was comfortable. The room had a few minor issues - sink faucet handle came off and the toilet clogged after just normal use. The concierge attendants were very accommodating and friendly. When we arrived, there were several guests outside the hotel fixing their car windows because multiple cars had been broken into the night before. Not the hotel’s fault but still wasn’t great.
