Arrived to find no electricity. No air condition in there room and no lights. Had to get dressed in the dark for the evening event. I was told upon arrival, but really no option as much of charlotte was sold out. Bed was not comfortable and inconvenience of no air and no lights.

I liked the safety features and the accessibility of the ice maker. I went to breakfast really late, and wished they had refreshed the food more recently.

Nice room with apartment amenities, refrigerator, microwave, plates, silverware, glassware. Very spacious and comfortable. Sort of out in a food / dining out desert. The Pay to park, nickel and dime act. :( $11 / day, really?

The bed was very comfortable The hotel is 5 mins away but the shuttle did not come for 15 mins. I called second time and the girl said 10 mins. Finally after waiting on the cold we found another ride. When I told staff they did not act concerned or apologize. Horrible customer service service.

Everything from the gym, front desk, to the size of the room was amazing.

The beds were the most uncomfortable things we've ever slept on. The airport shuttle was scheduled the night before at 630am for us and at 650am, no shuttle, had to find the front desk lady bc she was nowhere to be found with a lobby full of people and she said the shuttle driver left for a training at 615 and would not be back till 7 and we would need to call a Lyft or urber. We were late to the airport.

The airport shuttle was available 24 hrs/day. Only minutes from the airport. We parked there for ten days, while on vacation.

I stayed at the Home2Suites by Hilton Charlotte Airport for only one night, but for myself and one family member, it was a comfortable, clean, quiet room. Would recommend for a short stay and would consider staying there again myself.

Airport shuttle requires a phone call which is not possible for someone just arriving in the US with no US phone. Whatsapp would be a better option or a regular shuttle schedule.

We had poor water pressure and no one came to fix it after texting about it twice. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. Paying for parking was ridiculous. Pool was a tiny rectangle. We will not be staying here again.

I asked for compensation of a reduced room rate and the front clerk was usless in giving me the infotmation to request this The Hotel was nice. The Room was nice minus the ac and the rmomg staff not helpimg us.

Service was ok, staff was ok, not service oriented, for instance, breakfast items were labeled wrong or in the wrong spots for serving. Exercise room had cleaning towels but they were dry not moist for cleaning. Had to pay for parking, was not informed until we arrived. When asked about parking, it was due to others parking long periods of time because of the near by airport. The hotel should know who there customers are they asked for our license. Really no good customer experience. Cleaning staff came to our room twice way before checkout on the last day, we seemed rush to leave.

Great "near the airport" place to stay. Only reason I dropped a star was that we wanted to take a walk, since we had 6 hours before flight, and these hotels are between two freeways with sidewalks that go nowhere.

It was ok. By the airport so we got charged 10.99 parking fee that irritated me. The male at the desk was not very friendly and i couldn't hardly understand him. He double charged us and the girl on days caught it and fixed it and then told us about it. So that was nice of her.

Staff is super nice and polite, but they seem to be understaffed. THe mini suite needs updating. HVAC system is old , makes noise and did not work. Tech came twice and couldn;t fix it. We were supposed to be moved to another suite but it was supposed to be available the next morning , we waited but no one told us if it was ready. I just went to Target and bought a heater. Breakfast was very good.

Airport shuttle was quick and so was check in. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Was just a sleep until our next flight. No complaints

Very nice room and hotel. We have always enjoyed staying at the Home 2 suites. Be aware that you will have to pay for parking, at $10/day. Also, you have to use your room card to opperate the elevator.

The description for this property needs to be updated. Parking is not free. Also, the bed was advertised as a queen. This was the smallest queen bed I’ve ever seen. It was more like a double at best. We knew it was near the airport, so the noise didn’t really bother us. The planes do fly low and often. There was a used fork on the floor in our room. That causes concern for what else housekeeping might have missed. The halls had a strange odor, but that wasn’t in the room. We called about the bed size, but we were told all beds in the hotel were that size. It was fine for one night, but the site needs to reflect what has changed, such as parking.

I did not have any food in this room thus the issue was there when I got the room. The front desk assisted me with insect spray to resolve the problem.

Thought when I was booking it said free parking, got there and new policy as of June...$5.00/day to park. Airplanes fly low and right overhead, but it did not bother me as much as my husband. Staff very, very friendly, easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good. We ate dinner twice at the Holiday Inn next door - good food! Nice and bright in the hotel. Pool was nice and warm and clean. Whole place was very, very clean. Beds comfortable and our suite was large! Huge bathroom. Will definitely stay again

I had to change room twice because the first key card I was assigned did not work, upon changing it, I realized the room had a very noisy AC. It's paid parking even though the hotel is not located in downtown. Breakfast was complimentary but just ok. Hotel was clean and tidy. Overall, my experience staying at his hotel was ok but not exceptional.

Lovely, clean room with cooking amenities. Didn’t eat a chance for breakfast as I had early flt. Only problem was that the front desk worker never contacted airport pick up & I waited over an hr at the airport. So I actually was in the hotel for only 5 hrs. Would have been better to stay at the airport beds

This place was fine, but loud due to planes and traffic/vicinity to airport, and everything smelled a bit off.

The only thing the hotel should really consider updating is ther TVs in their rooms and their pillows, both leave a lot to be desired. The TVs albeit “smart capable” do not allowed for any casting from smart devices to watch your streaming apps. The pillows honestly need to be replaced entirely they feel as though they reached their last leg years ago and no longer feel like a pillow but instead a loose sack of filling. Breakfast was great, the hotel is extremely clean, plenty of parking, but alas there’s a few things to look into for future guests. Overall in a pinch I would stay here again but I wouldn’t stay here if it was just for leisure.

This place is really nice but it’s right next to the airport and you hear planes flying by all night long and all day. Along with that our room had a bunch of ladybugs on the wall and floor good morning we woke up. Wasn’t too happy about it as the place is really nice and still had bugs around the room.

Check-in was a breeze and the person checking me in was courteous and helpful.

Stay one night for a gymnastics meet. Breakfast included is the best I had so far. Checked all boxes and satisfied all my needs. I recommend!

Didn’t like the parking situation. The bathroom floor needed to be vacuumed or cleaned there was hair all over. The staff was nice and helpful.

The First room we were in, the bed was absolutely horrible, felt like we slept on 2 box springs. Complained at 230a to staff. Was told we would be offered either another room or a discount, after the manager came in. Once I went down for breakfast I talked to the front desk person, she stated, “they told me you were not happy with your room. What do you want me to do?” “Move me rooms, if I can see the bed first.” “No, you cannot see the bed, so what do you want me to do?” After about 3 hours I went back down there and was adamant about looking at a different room. Got a different room which was a much better bed… I would also state that if you look u see the sheets, padding and other sheets need to be washed, stained like they only change top sheets and don’t wash the under sheet often.. I do not plan on staying at home wood 2 again

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the room was super hot in the night, there was no toilet paper when we got in the room, the shower was disgusting and this was all AFTER losing $200 because the hotel cancelled my reservation.

I loved the room. It had a kitchen area with a full fridge and freezer. It also had dishes and a dishwasher. Super clean and friendly staff.

This hotel was very convenient. I was able to leave my car. Take the shuttle to the airport for a short trip. Great location service was great hotel rooms could use updating.

Room was comfy and quiet. The only issue, and I'm really digging deep here, the sink didn't drain. Everything else was fantastic.

This hotel had everything I needed and was a great choice for staying right next to the airport so I could make my way to my next destination.

But we would want to ensure that the a/c unit was not rattling and loud next time. That was our only complaint.

Handicap room was a long way from elevator. I was on crutches and had to use wheelchair.

Loved that it had a big refrigerator, microwave, and dishes and a little store with frozen food and snacks. Staff was helpful. Did not like the $100 hold on my card. Should be sufficient to just have a credit card for essentials but maybe they have a lot of people destroying rooms?

The room was clean and everything needed for an overnight stay was available. The room layout was perfect for a remote worker like myself. I will stay again when in the area.

I pre-paid for 2 rooms, but still had to pay a $100 security deposit for each room. That’s unsatisfactory.

I liked the option to the app for checkin/out and having a digital key.

Great property located right near the airport and free breakfast and parking

I was visiting my daughter in North Caroline. Charlotte was out last stop before I flew out for home. I booked a hotel near the airport so I could easily get there on my own. My daughter dropped me off and I stayed the night. I caught the provided shuttle and it was on time and quick to the airport. I would stay here again.

One night stay from re-entry from the Caribbean. Very clean and quiet despite the hotel being in the flight path of the airport. Hotel staff was kind.

Didn’t even get to stay there actually they gave our room away even tho we paid in full for it. We went to a concert and then came to check in and our room was sold to someone else. Now the guy at the front desk did try to help by calling around to find us a room but still was very crappy for the earlier shift to sell out people reservations. There was numerous people coming in all whom had their rooms taken away. I wouldn’t stay there they may try to take you room while your in it
