Loved this hotel! Great location and great staff! I will ve coming back to this Hotel for sure!

The parking deck is a disaster. Spaces are very tight. Someone swiped the rear quarter of my wife new car. These 2 issues make this a one and done property for me. Sad because I am a loyal Hilton customer but this one did not meet their normal standard.

We came into our room and it was 80° so he asked the front desk for help. They sent a maintenance man up to our room and the maintenance man proceeded to accuse me of my attitude when I had not said a word and tried to pick a fight. That pretty much sums up the Hilton hotel in Dallas. My wife is going to report this to the HR. I should’ve called the police.

It was situated near coffee and a place to sit outside. The environment was welcoming.

Ok. Just boring Fridge was buzzing very loud in the middle of the night making the cabinet it was sitting in shake and tremble. Had to stuff towels under it to make it stop. Was not cool.

The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, nice modern touches. Lots of lighting choices and the reading lights were great for a little bright light, and the housekeepers were so nice. They had a lot of pride in their work and always helpful. Tipping her was deserved. The bar downstairs is a little pricey for drinks, but they were good drinks and the bartender was so sweet and friendly. Dan at the front desk was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dan always had a smile and was invested in making sure your stay was good. He texted several times to make sure everything was going well. I appreciated that because I had another place I had chosen to stay but it was not up to my standards, so I came to Hilton Garden Waverly Walk. Great decision. A draw back is not enough green space for dogs. A small fenced area would be great, just due to the traffic. My dog is deaf and she couldn’t hear vehicles nearby. The downstairs market was nice but needed more salad choices and dressings for late arrivals. The wine selection and beer/seltzer selections were good. Just needed glasses nearby for use. Prices were ok. Parking was good. Close by was the parking garage. The neighborhood was beautiful and easy to walk. I give my stay a huge “10” out of “10” and will definitely stay again.Thanks everyone! Sharon

Awesome property but if you are a business/ tech professional beware they have locke all Ethernet ports in the room and the Hilton honors speed is 10mbps I was in town for a tech conference and couldn’t even work

Front desk lady was not welcoming or greeted with polite demeanor.

Room was clean and comfortable Bed slept good. We didn’t eat the breakfast so not sure how that was. Parking was free so that’s a plus! There’s a parking deck next to the hotel . Staff was welcoming . No issues. But the property was very nice . Would definitely stay there again.

I thought about calling the front desk to request fresh/new pillows or pillow cases but it was a bit late and I was super tired. Also my room was average. I was not impressed or excited about it. And I hated the carpet. I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting more from a Hilton affiliate. Also, I read somewhere that the breakfast was complimentary, but when I got there I was told that it was not complimentary. Another disappointment. Also, after my shower there was water dripping from the light fixture in the ceiling of the bathroom. Not good. Too many off-putting incidents. I don't think I'll go back if I can help it.

Everyone was so nice. We really enjoyed our 9 day stay here. It was perfect to be able to walk around and get food or shop. Perfect space for walking your dog. Very safe, there are security vehicles riding around the area at all times. We will be back when we are in town again for sure.

Only thing we did not like was the noise coming from the garage side - truck picking up stuff early in the morning. Also car alarm that went off at night. Otherwise a very nice hotel and location.

This location is absolutely perfect for dining and shopping. The staff was great they remembered my name every time I walked through the lobby. The parking was easy and free. Breakfast was good a little pricey but convenient.

Nit picky on services. They try to gouge you at every turn. I paid extra for hot breakfast and was forced into the continental.

It’s a great spot for business or family travel.

Have family that relocated from the northern side of Charlotte to the Matthews area so tried this hotel for our weekend visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was beautiful. The onsite breakfast buffet was kept clean and stocked, the staff was terrific (thank you, Sandra, for being so wonderful with my Dad!!) and the food was delicious. We will be back!

The property is clean, quiet and offers all amenities you need for a good stay. James at the Front Desk made our stay absolutely perfect. We travel a good amount and work I seldomly see such dedicated workers. It was a delight and I can’t say enough good things about James.

Very clean! Safe area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was even a grocery store next door.

I appreciated the location, toiletries, and pillow. However, I found the shower unsatisfactory and had difficulty darkening the room.

We stayed here since my family’s house down the road was packed for the holidays. Nice, spacious, and clean room with great turndown service! Only downside was the breakfast situation but it was no big deal. Will definitely stay here again!

This amazing Hilton property seems like it was just built yesterday very clean also cool on the fourth floor overlooking the shopping areas easy walking everywhere lots of food choices and if you want to get stuff and bring it back to your room, super easy do that too highly recommended for kids families adults, all sorts of friends just busy in the Weaverly area
