Our stay at the Garden Hilton was the BEST choice we could've made. More importantly the dinner menu was excellent, and the park and walkways around the hotel are excellent for relaxing. The whole stay was calm peaceful, and proximity to the airport is quick!!

To be honest Ive stayed at 4 Hilton owned hotels and all of them have been a big disappointment. The rooms look nice but when it’s time to sleep. Walls are thin and you can hear everything, the beds are hard and not comfortable at all and the pillows , well they are like a deflated ballon when you lay your head on them.

The staff is very polite and helpful!! It was nice having a restaurant with good food right there instead of having to leave the property. Room was clean and nice. Location is great for airport. The only negative was our bed was a little uncomfortable.

We needed to stay the night at the Hilton Garden Charlotte Airport as an emergency change of plan because my husband had become ill. The desk person who checked us in was very helpful and efficient. The morning desk person even offered accurate health advice as she had a background in nursing. We thank the staff for looking after us!

It was wonderful. I really don’t think they should charge for parking but it seems like the thing everybody is doing now. It’s annoying, but I love the chain and how everything is usually very consistent.

Over priced for breakfast paid on premise's paid parking what a waste.

Parking on site is scan and pay? Which is completely unwarranted. I don’t understand why its pay parking. Its just another way to scam the consumer. It’s pay breakfast as well. just another way to scan the consumer mediocre it best mediocre at best. Mediocre at best and overpriced. This place is all about making money that’s it.

This was nice and clean, which we expect with a Hilton Garden Inn. It looks very old from the outside, but it is nice on the inside. The staff was helpful.

Clean and relatively quiet with helpful staff. Airport shuttle is a plus. . No restaurants or shopping/groceries within walking distance. The on site restaurant is marginal at best; not recommended. Pay $10/day to park. I will not stay here again and I don’t recommended it unless you just need an overnight for a flight.

The bar has a great selection although pricey. The hotel is very clean, the rooms and public areas well appointed.

The power went out in the middle of the night (1:30am) and had still not come back on when I checked out at 10am. They would not issue a refund because I booked through Hotels.com and not through the hotel itself. Disappointing to say the least.

Staff was great, ladies at the desk were very sweet. I had a delicious cheeseburger that tasted like a steak house burger. I would have given 5 stars but I did have done aunts in the room and charging for parking when you have your own parking is ridiculous. I have always loved staying at HGI and I haven’t traveled in a while. They never charged for parking in Orlando. If you have to use a community parking deck I’d understand but not when you have your own, on your property. That’s just wrong.

The shuttle bus was another amazing thing they offer. Driver's were nice and helpful. Takes a short amount of time to and from the airport. Already booked the hotel for 3 more stays. Two for another airport fly out/fly in and one for a concert I'm seeing with my son since I know this is a safe hotel. I would very much recommend this hotel.

room was great, Was charged 160.00 one night then over 300.00 next night during snow storm. Wasn't pleased with that, felt that they took advantage with us being snowed in and flight canceled. Also front desk informed us airport shuttle was halted from storm and next morning shuttles were running. We drove to airport because of paying online for parking at airport.

12/30/2025 shuttle pick-up 8:30pm, driver was rude to my husband and made it seem like we didn’t belong on this shuttle or couldn’t afford a stay at a Hilton Hotel. Very disappointed!! But overall our stay was nice, staff at the hotel were nice, helpful and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed here for a 16hr layover.

Staff was extremely efficient, courteous and friendly especially shuttle drivers and counter staff. Although check-in lasted barely 2 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised when the clerk remembered my name some two hours later.

We paid for breakfast on expedia and when we checked in at 2am the front desk never gave us our voucher. We ordered breakfast in the morning and after we paid, the front desk gave us out voucher. Had to wait for a manager to void the check but was charged extra taxes that came with the breakfast bill. Front desk was only 1 person and she was very busy during check out. Room was good. Spacious. Someone had left a rubber seal on the floor. Love the water pressure and size of the bathroom. Overall, would come back again.

Clean room. Excellent Airport Shuttle service. Excellent customer service. I loved the area/scenery. The only thing I disliked was how the breakfast ran. You have to be waited on and unable to just get your breakfast at your own convenience. Other than that, my stay was top tier!

Proximity to airport and free shuttle are a real plus. We stayed here to catch an early flight, shuttled to airport, left car in lot, flew back late a few days later, stayed again, retrie ed car in morning, and drove home.

Everything was great except for the bed. I was sitting on the bed after coming back from using the restroom about to lay down and I heard a loud crack and the bed shifted. I’m maybe 220 lbs. it stayed intact to get some sleep and I let the front desk know for safety concerns but I don’t think that should’ve ever happen

I was there to celebrate my birthday in Charlotte. The mattresses were hard. They need to invest in better mattresses. The toilets are too low. Also it's ridiculous to have to pay for parking. If I have a pay for my room, I shouldn't have a pay for parking. Also the breakfast horrible, It should have been free.

The only problem I had is the dining opens and closes to early. Also I thought breakfast was included or I would have chosen a different hotel.

Outstanding weekend, very accommodating

The hotel parking is outsourced to an outside company that charges $10 for overnight parking. This could be inconvenience for folks who don’t know how to use cell phones to pay for it. The hotel should provide the service to collect the parking fee for the customer. In my case, no one mentioned to me at check in. In addition, for a hotel in the middle of nowhere to charge for overnight parking , it’s excessive.

Apparently the pool is broken. The exasperated sigh of the staff person made it seem as if it was a long term problem. Charging for parking also seems excessive. Breakfast isn’t included.

Really nice hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It is convenient to the airport and has an airport shuttle. We arrived after 10 pm and were travel weary. We were warmly greeted, check-in was quite easy, welcoming and informative.

Room was very clean!! However bathroom door needed fixing so that it would stay open. It kept closing. Had an excellent cosmopolitan cocktail at the lil bar but I was shocked it was 23.00 made with Kettle One😮

Check in was good I appreciate the deposit amount not like most with $75+ the bar was okay. The only thing is sound proof rooms no so sound proofish the beds could be more comfortable but I slept well and housekeeping knocking on the doors at 9am checkout is 12 idk if it was a mistake but I guess I need to use my do not disturb placard. Anyways

A perfect hotel for an unexpected stopover from airport--shuttle drivers were timely and so courteous--I got in quite late, tired and the check in staff person was polite and gave me all the information about the morning shuttle. A great room, very clean , places to plug in my technology, a very comfortable bed and pillows--so glad I found this property. Definitely would book again.

My husband overheats regularly and this was the first hotel we stayed in where the air-conditioning was working well! We travel alot and we have an issue with the ac never working in the room like it should and this one was excellent! We will not hesitate to stay here again
