It was very clean, staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, the room was big the bed was comfortable and location was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows were flat and not comfortable at all. They definitely need new pillows.

Overall I give the hotel 5 stars. Our room was very clean without smelling like bleach. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner, body gel and body lotion. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great!!! Plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly. Thank you Hampton Inn.

Had a sliding door that very difficult to slide. Told them about it and they were supposed to send someone. Never happened I was there two more days. Towels had hair in them that were not mine.

Zero to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Would stay here again!

Location, amenities, breakfast, and parking were all Hampton Inn standards. House keeping was horrible. Stayed 4 nights and they never once came in our room. Front desk couldn’t tell me why. I did not used the do not disturb… we were out of the room every morning by 8am.

The room was very clean. It was spacious. The staff was friendly. It is in a very nice area. We definitely felt safe. We did not visit the pool but there is an outdoor pool that I noticed from my room window. The breakfast was adequate. I only wished that the sausage was pan seared.

Elevators very fast. Great location, 7 minutes from our destination. I asked for a light blanket for the bed because their comforter was too heavy and they did not have one. I wound up sleeping under just a sheet, which was not enough.

It was clean and staff was very nice. I almost fell in the tub. It was too slick with no grips in the bottom. The weight of the door was almost too much for me to open. The curtains did not close. I did not like that there were only sheer curtains in the middle of the windows. There were not enough charging stations for two people. I also thought there would be more restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but there were none that appealed to me.

It was disgraceful for being charged what we all were. Poorly organized and planned. Total disregard for all attendees. They did absolutely nothing to offset this disruption and overpriced venue. Suggest anyone staying here simply picks another venue that’s near by

There was construction work going on above us. We were 5 rooms total as we were in town for a wedding and I called ahead to request our rooms to be on the same floor and they had us on different floors and not even close together.

Staff was excellent. Mattress was unusually hard and pillows were flat. Very flat. A/C blew directly towards the bed. Although we made reservations for a week, we were asked to change rooms due to PLANNED renovations. We checked out earlier instead. Very bad experience.

This was hands-down one of the very best hotel visits I’ve had in quite a long time. The particular kindness of the woman at the front desk, Cordia, on checking in after a problematic trip, was greatly appreciated and above and beyond. Wonderful too, breakfast and entire stay. Thank you!

Really enjoyed my stay. Only major issue was not having hot water in the shower my first night and having to switch rooms. This was quite inconvenient after a cross country flight and being half unpacked. One other minor issue was that for the first three days my card would stop working and I had to go to the desk to get it reprogrammed in order to access my room.

I like the fact that your pool was outside. When traveling I usually stay at Hampton Inns and this was the 1st 1 with a pool outside. The fact that your buffet breakfast has so many options I can satisfy all 5 of my grandkids

We really enjoyed our stay. I just hate that we didn't get the opportunity get in the pool. We were busy with family. We'd definitely stay here the next time we're in town.

Had a car breakdown in the area, so stayed at this property two weekends in a row. Would not have come back if it were not worth it.

We choose this hotel for a quick trip to visit family. Everything concerning this hotel was excellent except for the chase chair. That chair was not as comfortable as it may have appeared. However, the check in process was fast and the staff was pleasant. The hotel was safe, quiet and clean. We have no issues at all. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great except at 9:06am my entire family was awakened by construction in the room next door. After driving cross-country, this was not a welcome surprise. I called the desk and the noise stopped after about thirty minutes.

Staff was friendly for the most part but not overly so; they could stand to be a bit more welcoming. For instance, when we were leaving, the front desk worker didn’t say anything, no greeting or goodbye. Even when I turned in the key, she didn’t thank us for staying or invite us back. A small thing to notice, but it matters when you’re distinguishing between a good experience as a guest and a great one. Overall, a nice, unproblematic experience. I recommend this hotel.

Like: That coffee & tea were available all day. Dislike: That the outdoor pool is located next to a very busy/noisy road, with lots of buses and dump trucks passing by.

THE FACILITY IS VERY NICE. THE FOOD SERVICE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. I stay at Hampton Inn for the convenience of a fast & adequate breakfast of your, fruit, eggs & black tea. None of these items were available. There was nothing gluten-free to eat except peanut butter and skim milk & only green tea.

Our stay was good/great overall...My only feedback was our drapes only closed to the aircon unit on the floor, leaving a 6-foot gap. Unfortunately, the parking lot lighting was right outside our window, and it was hard to get to sleep with the blinding light coming through. Definitely a design flaw. Drapes need to be modified to close all the way.

The breakfast options were fine, although I didn't see any yogurt, which I would have preferred as a choice. The hot buffet was good, though, and the staff taking care of this area were especially good and provided friendly and efficient service. The problem I had was with one member of the front desk staff, who appeared to not care about customer service, and didn't apologize or acknowledge a problem when I brought it to his attention. I had asked for a replenishment of an item in the bathroom several times over a 24-hr period, but I had to go to the front desk several times to finally get it. During part of that time, there was no one at the front desk, and no one answered when I called the front desk and housekeeping from my room, several times. I had to knock on the locked office door behind the front desk to get someone's attention, and even then my request wasn't taken care of. I suppose it's difficult to get good help these days, but people in the hospitality industry should do better.
