    Throwback atmosphere that I enjoyed but needs improvements. Bar is apparently only open seasonally and they should state that considering it is featured on websites including Expedia. Friendly staff! Great location to Carowinds.

    The hotel itself is very nice and well-maintained. Every morning they served a fantastic hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, potatoes, bagels, waffles, plus juice, milk, and coffee. It was a great way to start the day. The staff was outstanding from check-in to check-out, friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. For the quality of the hotel and all the amenities, the price was an absolute steal. We also loved that the hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences.

    This is our go to hotel on the way back and forth from Maine to Florida. It’s clean, quiet and convenient. The staff is great too. What more can you ask when travelling?

    The night shade was stuck in one position allowing a bright parking lot light to shine directly into the room. The shampoo and conditioner and shower soap are in canisters on the shower wall accessed by a pump which did not work on the conditioner. Four coffees were available but just 2 sugars and 2 creamers ( and you know how small those are). A free breakfast which closed at 8 had scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and home fries were cold. Only 2 bagels and wheat toast were available &1 well done banana was offered otherwise all fresh fruit, if there was any, were gone. A waffle maker was available. This hotel was too expensive for what we got and how things looked. The morning reception person was quite nice. SO disappointing. We left a day later and sacrificed a nights stay without a refund.

    I’ve stayed and several Sheraton four points in this is by far the most disappointing. My bathroom wasn’t clean and the complementary water was left over from a previous guess because it was half full. The elevator had crumpled napkins and the wallpaper was peeling in a few spots. The light fixture in the restroom in room 316 needs to be repaired. It appears to be an older hotel that could use some updating. The breakfast was just okay.

    The hotel is older but clean. The sink in our bathroom had no pressure at all and the tv was older. We only encountered one staff member and although he was very nice, since he was the only one, we had to wait for him on several occasions. Once when there was an issue with a reservation in front of us and when we were checking out. He must have been outside. We waited probably 10 minutes. The person in front of us gave up and just left her key cards on the counter. The hotel is in a good location and although I only think this hotel is average, I would stay there again if I was visiting the same area.

    The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay. The breakfast host/cook maybe was rude. He watched everything you did and would tell you as soon as you opened the lid to get something to close it fast. I also over heard a argument between him and another guest cause he was being extremely rude to him too. Other then those 2 issues. We had a great stay

    The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the staff also nice. However, while booking, I specifically alerted them to my husband's need for a shower chair. They told me to let them know upon check in. When we checked in, I was told that the housekeeping staff had gone home and the desk staff had no idea where a shower chair would be kept. I was told to ask in the morning. In the morning, I was told that there were NO shower chairs on the property and the accessible room was not available. The hotel IS refunding me for ONE of the two nights we stayed, but I find it reprehensible that such a hotel owned/run by such a large chain doesn't have a few shower chairs on EVERY one of their properties.

    three of the lights did not work in the room, the power station for charging cell phones did not work. There were poorly patched sections on the walls in the bathroom. The breakfast crew did not show up, so the breakfast was gross and missing most of the food and they shut it down hours early.

    The good is the location. Close to everything you would need. You got the mall and all the restaurants and stores within walking distance. Also, its an easy on and off of 485. The bad, the bed was horrible, very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in it. I didn't think they made beds like that anymore. The decor was really dated and old. Lots of stains on the carpet. The only morning I went to get breakfast, they were mysteriously out of everything. Then the staff said they didn't have help, so they closed breakfast. I was there at 7:45, breakfast was supposed to close at 10am. I won't go back to this hotel again. It was weird any super dated. Hopefully they renovate everything. On a good note, The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. I also felt safe in the area.

    Staff during interactions were courteous, room was very clean, water pressure was good, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers if you need them. For me, a five star place is one that exceeds expectations for a certain price point, and for what we paid for our stay Four Points was excellent. Would definitely consider staying here again.

    The staff was great! Everyone working there was very nice, helpful, and friendly. And the location was superb for everywhere I planned to go. However, the hotel needs some serious remodeling. Specifically the mattresses (I wonder how old they are) and the bathroom vanity under the sink either needs to be replaced or repainted.

    I rather their around 9 PM a little late from my drive exhausted was expecting a great room from the star of view that was given. The commode was running would not turn off had to shut the valve off and on every time I use the restroom. The bed was like sleeping on a hard cardboard box not comfortable at all. The room smelled of cheap air freshener. You know the kind where you’re trying to cover up a smell. I was just not happy at all. I would not recommend.

    The room that I was assigned had 4 bugs visible on the walls when I entered the room. I was assigned a second room and found two bugs ( one on the wall and one on the lamp. I was assigned a third room which was a double although I reserved a King. I was very disturbed and upset.

    We were given a room but the toilet ran and the bathroom light wasn't working. One call and we were given another room. It seemed clean and spacious until my husband went to dry off after a shower (excellent water pressure) and the towel has feces stains on it. Immediately they got us two fresh towels. The little coffee pot did not work. The concierge were both very accommodating. Excellent breakfast selection as well. So good and some not so good. We would stay there again.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. It’s convenient and close to the highway but far enough away that you don’t have to listen to the traffic during the night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. They no longer serve food in the bar but the restaurants in the area are good. If you like German food I highly recommend Waldhorn’s which is only a couple of miles away. They serve authentic German food at a reasonable price.

    Arrived around 10 pm( had called earlier) and the staff behind the counter said ‘ I will be right back.Have to do something’ and returned 10 minutes later leaving me standing waiting to be checked in.The A/ C kept going on and off throughout the night.Otherwise the stay was as okay.

    The rooms needed some upgrading. Bathroom had paint peeling, and needed some extra cleaning. There were questionable people hanging outside of the hotel. The walls are very thin. I heard the music, and television from the hotel guest in the adjoining rooms and could hear their conversations clearly. Though the staff was extremely nice I probably will not be staying at this location again.

    I go to use the shower, it trickles but doesn’t turn on. I try calling reception for 2 min and no one answers. I go downstairs and wait another 5 min for someone to show up. They tell me I have to switch rooms and that ends up being a 30 min process. I learn from the cleaning lady while waiting that she had told them that room was broken, so that was great to hear, not sure what their plan was there. I finally get another room but that one has a toilet that constantly makes noise, the shower never really gets hot and there weren’t really any easily accessible plugs by the bed. Hotel is outdated, needs repair and has definitely seen better days. Sebastian was very nice and helped me sort out the first room issues, but was slow moving and really seemed to need help so not sure what the other staff I’d seen were doing. In a pinch, the place is adequate but I won’t be staying here again.

    Well, the toilet seat was loose and moved a lot when you sat on it. The bed has seen better days. They need to start replacing them. Pillows were just okay. Kind of flat with not very much filling. The handicap rail in the tub the end piece that covers the screws fell down no matter how many times I would click it back on. What I did like about the hotel is the rooms are very spacious with a separate seating area. The bathroom was also nice size. Access to my car was also convenient and they had plenty of parking. Again I like a firm bed, but would like to have some cushion on the mattress also. Both times I have stayed here the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

    When I walked into the hotel I was amazed by its beauty. Immediately I was greeted by the staff. Everything was clean and neat. The room was cozy and felt amazing with AC.     We did not like that the pool was closed our entire stay. We also did not like someone in the parking lot playing extremely loud music, from their SUV. We called the front desk to lodge a complaint and in just 5min. the music stopped.

    I travel alot & stop here to rest before going home. The staff is so friendly and have gotten to know my face. Very clean, very quiet, excellent location and convenience is A+, rates are so affordable and love the 12noon checkout. I will only stay here as a woman bc i feel safe when traveling back to my home after weeks on the road. Thank you very much!

    Area and location was good. Hotel was a bit dated. Desk furniture was not to what I know as Marriott Bonvoy standards. Front desk staff were. Highly accommodating, friendly. Breakfast was fine. The one thing that will make me not come again was noise. Walls seem to have no insulation. From the second floor we could hear everything. I heard at 3 an when the person above our suite slid open their balcony door, heard taking in the halls, laughter with front desk. That was not something they can fix but irritating none the less.

    Was ready at 9am… arrived at 11:30 and told to come back at 2:30pmas the message was an error… We were in the road 6 hours for no apparent reason they didn’t honor the ménage received. Then in the evening preparing for bed the window wouldn’t close And there was a light shining in the room . Called the front desk and they suggested to cover the window with a sheet ourselves as there was no maintenance person in the evening. Overall would not stay here or recommend this hotel .

    I was truly taken back by this hotel. I wasn't sure it was even a Sheraton Hotel. The hotel chain has truly took a swan dive compared to the laughty heights where it once soared in the days of old. Luxury and service quality and immaculate decor has given was to a sad, out dated in room appearance, with uncomfortable beds and rooms that can't even come close to Holiday Inn Express. This room was on par with Motel 6. My how the mighty have fallen. We will not stay there again, until the rooms are totally renovated and furnished adequately. The walls were paper thin and one's voice could be heard from our room down the other end of the corridor to the elevator, and that was an indoor voice. Such a disappointment....

    The property was clean and while a efficiency level hotel, very neat. Unfortunately, overnight the parking lot had multiple break ins to vehicles. We escaped being a victim but were unable to sleep any longer for the remainder of the night, feeling unsafe to be in the area.

    The location was secluded yet walking distance to mall, gas stations, and restaurants. And Literally had a walking trail outside the front door across the street. Clean, very spacious room was on 4th floor, quiet private my new local getaway for peace

    We had a great 7 day stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. The room was spacious and clean. It was really helpful to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool too. The location is well-positioned to access the freeway to get around town. The shopping mall across the street is probably busier on the weekends, but was very quiet when were there on a weekday. The walking path along the creek across the street is great for a walk/run/cycle. It's a quiet and safe area for being so close to a freeway.

    The bed was awful, the room wasn’t that clean, couldn’t figure out the ac, there was a crack in the door so when someone walks down the hall you can hear them loud and clear. People partying all night until 3am, people loudly moaning at 5am, the road is SO loud next to the building. I would NEVER come back.

    The mattress was bad - soft and/or worn out and very noisy. Sometimes had hot water to shower in the morning, and sometimes didn’t. A few nights there were groups of people in the hallway practically shouting and slamming doors for 30 minutes or more around midnight. They had people going into rooms and working on the fire alarms for 3 days, and then the fire alarm went off every hour from midnight until 6:00am the night after they finished. I attempted to contact the manager on multiple occasions, each time told that he wasn’t available, but they would pass on the message to him to contact me. They asked for my cell phone number, but I was never contacted about any of these issues.

    We had a dirty towel in our room other than that the room was really clean.The Bed was terribly hard.Also there was a door that led into the room next door.Which was Quite uncomfortable for us.When we got into our room it was unlocked.So the people in the room next door had access to our room.We locked it and put a chair in front of it but it was still so uncomfortable.We could hear their entire conversation and what sound like they was have s**. It was not a great experience. It looked like it was a sweat that they closed off and booked it as two separate rooms.The staff was never at the desk when you needed help and never answered the phone.At check in and check we had to literally search for someone to help us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re staying more than a night.
