Thank you so much for a great stay. The daytime lady at the desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond. So friendly and sweet. Always had a smile on her face. It meant a lot.

It the middle of a remodel. Showers need some work no pressure. Property is half construction zone. Staff were great! Room was clean! Breakfast not bad!

Minus the construction, everything else was excellent and I’d absolutely go back again once the construction gets completed.

The staff that I interacted with was wonderful - helpful, friendly and kind. The location was terrific - convenient to major interchange; right in the middle of where I needed to be. Close to conveniences like gas stations, coffee, retail. Had plenty of free parking. Cool water and coffee always on offer. My request for a different room, citing safety concerns, was met quickly and without issue. The hotel is in the midst of a renovation. My original room was on the first floor, which had not been updated. The room smelled stuffy and mildewy. The door to my room had a broken latch lock and a non function privacy lock; the window was not in good working order. I was able to change rooms due to the security concerns. It was on a floor that had been renovated and was clean and without odor. Public areas were not the cleanest, the elevator often had crushed snack food crumbs (though that is really a comment on the guests rather than the staff).

Only down side is the shower door would only open from the back side...once you reached in to turn on, expect a cold blast and suck it up until you can adjust the handle! Otherwise, everything was awesome!

The noise insulation from the road across is bad. And there is no enough space in the shower to adjust the water temperature without getting drenched with cold water. The eggs in the breakfast had raw smell.

This location is currently being remodeled, and the remodel was necessary. However, it is taking longer to remodel than it probably should. The hotel is extremely dated and reeks of cigarette smoke. The manager was extremely professional and very accommodating. Once the remodel is done, I will stay there.

TV box was kinda weird and wouldn't allow my own connection, but it's not that big of a deal. Still great and enjoyed every breakfast I had and staff were friendly and helpful.

Beds were super comfy, lovely offering of shampoo/ conditioner and body wash in the showers, hot water, quiet, dark and spacious rooms. Excellent full hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and yoghurt topping station! Highly recommend this place!

Yes the housekeeping staff was courteous. Yes the room was very clean. When I got in the room there were no trash can liners for trash cans. No microwave was told by staff at desk not all rooms have microwave.

It was a alright place, but the fridge never got cold and the manager said he would get it fixed and never did. There was quite a bit of black mold in the bathroom.

I got there at 2ish in the morning, first the guy told me one price then charged my card another price, second get to the room the refrigerator was not getting cold the knob to turn it was broken, something had fallen down into the shower, so called the front desk he said come get another room, changed rooms only to go get in that room and couldn’t he had said the battery was dead

My biggest issue is cleanliness. Not only did the hotel failed to clean the room from the person that was previously there i.e. washcloths still in the bathroom and on the floor… I stayed for two nights in my room wasn’t touched the entire time. The amenities and everything else was fine… But in hotels cleanliness is next to godliness.

NOT TAKING A ROOM THERE!!! I CHECKED IN. WAS GIVEN KEYS. OPEN THE DOOR TO THE ROOM; THE STINCH OF MILDEW WAS TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!! SO, I WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM. WAS GIVEN KEYS TO ANOHER ROOM.... ONLY TO FIND OUT NEITHER KEY WOULD OPEN THE DOOR. I was surprised in the condition this hotel was in . Seems to be an older Marriott . It's noise , due to it being off the high close to an intersection . The bed was comfortable , room clean . I'm not sure if the was a leak of some kind but looks like water messed the paint up on the wall . The fire alarm went off at 9:59 am the morning of my check out .

It was convenient The first room smelled like mold and mildew. When I turned the lights on and looked around. You can see where mold was on the ceiling and on the lamp shades. I asked to be moved that room was no better. Very moist and smelled like the first room. I was too tired to deal with complaining again.

Our room had clean towels and sheets, which is the bare minimum you’d expect. There was pee on the floor in the bathroom that we used a towel to clean up. As a side note, the beds were not overly comfortable. It was not a bad experience overall and the staff is outstanding. We just won’t be going back because the little things added up for us.

Clean hotel. Nice staff. Nice area. Only issue was the loud speeding traffic all night long on the highway. But not hotels fault so if you are a light sleeper it will keep you up. Otherwise it’s was a good stay

The exterior appearance of the hotel and the area around the hotel were nice but the room was very dumpy and in serious need of a remodel. The carpeting was torn up, the tub was stained as were the walls. All in all it was probably the worst Fairfield Inn I have stayed in. I expected much better from this chain.

I reserved room for 4 nights $410 but at checkout hotel charged my credit card $500 but my invoice only says $410. Someone put $90 in there pocket. This place appears to commit fraud by overcharging their patrons with the overcharge not appearing on the bill. Very disappointing will not stay here again.

I like the Continental breakfast and the area is very convenient to nice restaurants, shopping, etc. The actual hotel looks like it needs some renovations. Some of the rooms had broken doors meaning some of the rooms weren't secured, the hallways had a not so pleasant scent. The staff was cool.

Employees friendly and helpful if you can ever find one. Seems to be only a front desk Employee on duty most weekend's. Dining area is kept clean and is a miss on items provided. Any package items are old and dried out , facility had a great dining area employee for about 18 months but was replaced with different employees who were there for the (job) $ only with no idea what customer service meant. Think a disguised regional General Manager should spend at least a Thursday through Sunday stay and observe facility operations.

We were also told breakfast was from 6A-10A we got there at 9:20 and there was no food it was all gone and the lady told us breakfast was over at 9:30. No offer of yogurt or anything.

If i wanted to stay at a Motel 8 type hotel for $60 I would have. I paid $137 (includes tax) for a $60 room. Curtains were torn and stained, tub drained so slow that if you took a shower too long the tub would overflow. Corners, walls and door in bathroom were filthy. The front desk employee said they were aware of the problems from previous customers. This is my first time ever writing a bad review. They say you get what you pay for but I got ripped off. Sooooo disappointed ☹️ Please adjust the cost for the room or make the room better.

Hotel needs a mayor remodeling. Bed sheets were dirty at arrival. Bathroom tubs are clogged and not so clean. Breakfast needs a huge improvement (two days without coffee). Carpets are filthy enough to stain your socks. Hallways always smells like weed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great location. The staff was fine. However, the room was not clean at all, and I would not stay there again based on the cleanliness alone.

The noise from outside and in the hallway was very loud on our room. We had to leave the hotel early. Would not recommend.

Good location near interstate & shopping. Breakfast was not great. The delivery truck didn't show up, so no more eggs. Juice dispenser didn't work. An employee had taken the key to the milk case home, so no milk was available. Ran out of coffee cups. Back door handle was missing, so couldn't use the rear door. Room smelled bad. Baseboards in bathroom were dirty.

Poorly kept rooms. Bathroom was dark in the tub, curtains, ceiling was stained, rusted tubs, just a bad room for anyone. They did change our room to anything better than that.

The bed had one flimsy sheet on it so we were cold. The windows are thin so the highway noise was loud. The curtains did not block out the outside lighting so the room was not dark enough for sleeping well.

The elevators had lots of stains. Opened the door to the room and got hit with an awful smell. Guess they tried to spray something to make the room smell good, but it didn’t work. The heat/AC did not work. The shower leaked. The amount of weed smell was atrocious. I know next time to stay at the courtyard around the corner.

The hotel was good. The bathroom was not the cleanest, the floor was so sticky and gross. There was no hand soap had to use body wash to wash our hands. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. I probably would not choose this hotel again but it was a okay place to stay.

Outstanding place to stay

This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. Marriott would not be pleased.

The hotel was dirty. The breakfast was horrible. The staff didn't have the key to open the fridge where milk and yogurt for the breakfast are kept. So there was no milk available for cereal. The coffee tasted more like water than coffee. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room smelled of bad humidity every time we walked in we kept spraying Lysol however the nasty smell never went away. Not sure if they need to change AC air filter

Very nice hotel. Would have been nice to have a little bit larger breakfast area for the size of the hotel. When you offer 1 toaster and 1 waffle maker in a hotel that was sold out so breakfast is busy, it made it hard to enjoy having what I usually like to have because of wait times for those two appliances. The elevator could have used some cleaning and improvement. Other than that, our stay was great!

This place needs renovations. Old and dirty. Stained bedding. Cracked tub and in need of total overhaul. Front desk non existent. They walk away for long periods of time. No one answers the phone for issues in room. I was told I was upgraded in room when arrived at 9pm. It turned out to be a downgrade handicap broken down room. Didn't smell well either maybe lack of cleaning. Air conditioner was barely running. Stay away.

The room was late being cleaned and there were missing light bulbs and the fire detector was missing, which they fixed in about thirty minutes. This should have been caught by the cleaning person.

The room was very dirty. It was late when we arrived and the lighting was poor so we didn’t notice much of it until the next morning. The sheets, toilet, and towels were clean. When I opened the drapes in the morning I realized how dirty the room was. The sheer drapes were completely shredded and filthy at the bottom. The floors needed to be swept. There was hair in the shower. This location is also near the highway on one side and a somewhat busy street on the other so there is constant traffic noise. I did expect that part of the stay. One end of the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana.

Room was clean however the smell of weed was horrible when getting off the elevator on our floor. The breakfast (6am-10am) was closed at 9.

Road noises can be so audible. We couldn’t go to sleep well.

i was expecting more for how much they charge a night. it was run down and the pool wasn’t even open. wouldn’t recommend for long stays i’m glad i was only there for a few nights.

The panel in the elevator was falling off. The bottom of the doors were painted over instead of repaired. We followed directions to get clean towels in the morning and by 5pm we had no towels and the trash was still in our room. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was limited and not restocked quickly. Another guest told us not to worry as the property had just been sold and maybe the new owners would be better. I guess we'll see.
