The room had red paint splattered all over the bed, floor, night stand and outlet. Room had no additional amenities. No soap, hand towels, no tiny coffee pot. The microwave was on the computer desk, with no where to work from the room. No associate at front desk before 9 am. No answer on call to front desk.

we had to ask for my pillows , there was not enough blankets on the bed, people were knocking on our door and running all night. not the best part of town

The location relative to the City and lakes. Access to major highways. Access to services (food, fuel, stores). I was woken by Police next door intervening with patrons. Then a dog attacked a policeman with the owner chasing the dog. Then there was a fight and screaming match between patrons. Then most people were in their pajamas and slip slops all day. The carpets are dirty. There are no utensils to use. The bathroom door was half kicked in. The floors were black with dirt. The toilet didn't flush. The fridge was chipped all over. The bedding was non-existent.

The gentleman at the front desk .. he was the only nice employee I came in contact with .. Bathroom in lobby had no to, a sharps dispenser with no lock and open to the public for use. The cost of laundry facilities!!!! Outrageous! I had no tv for 3weeks , no chair at the desk in my room

The location of the hotel is great but other than that it was just somewhere to lay my head for a night. The property wasn’t as clean I guess because it’s fairly new but I seen dead bugs in the bathroom and the towels in the bathroom already had hair on it. The elevators weren’t working had to use the stairs. Then while checking in there is an additional fee and waver/ agreement they have u sign. Also when checking out no one was at the desk to collect the key or anything so I called the number on the wall a lady answered telling me to just leave the keys on the desk. In my opinion they should have a key drop box if you don’t have anyone working 24/7 at the front.

The only person worthwhile was the night reception , Zollie. Always polite and courteous. I stayed here 4wks!!! No chair for my desk, 2wks I had no tv , 1 load of wash/dry cost $9!!! They never salted the walk or lot when it iced — almost killed myself! And I pd a full week $483,left 3days early and only got $55 refunded ! I will never stay here again voluntarily— or recommend to stay here! Bunch of nasty crooks!!

It was close to where I need to go, that's it. That's all the rest sucks.. 1• I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, only two face clothes, two towels. Not enough for everyone.... NO HOUSE KEEPING STAFF? 2• Mattress was hard, springs were felt all night. The beds looks to sit on a cheap futon like frames. No box spring, double no to a pillow top. Just sad ? 3•The plastic cover under the sheets were stained. 4• Sovetop.. NO pots,pans,plates ,glasses,cutlery ,nothing.. 5• The phone had a charge for local calls.. ?? most people have cellphones though.. 6• No ice machines 7• No coffee or tea 8• Keep the parking pass visible as they had several cars towed in a shot period of time. 9• Nothing in the lobby no books, no coffee, no art, nothing 10•No smoking rooms but no smoking areas, people were smoking in the parking lot. Only stayed one night. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

No a lot I can say I really liked. There was NO soap in the room at all! Hand soap,dish soap, body wash. Nothing to wash anything with! Also no breakfast and or coffee.

Location was close to restaurants and the mall. The hotel was dirty, lacked hospitality, my partner and I had to switch rooms because our original was smelly, dirty and overall looked bad. The second room which we settled on was cleaner but lacked toiletries and we just didn’t feel safe enough. The door was broken thin wood door.

The hotel smelt clean but the floors in our room were torn up and stick. The pull out couch was disgusting, scratched up and moldy. The whole place did not look like the pictures provided and was really run down and we will never be staying there again when we go back to visit

Once we entered the hotel's parking lot, we could smell ganja. The hotel essentially smells ganja. And we didn't see shampoo, body lotion, or conditioner. There werent cups too for us to use.

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had for staying in this hotel. Every room is smelly. Not enough towel supply. Microwave was not working for first 5 days then they changed my room and in new room internet was not working. just payhetic experience. Some staffs are good but most of them are not knowledgeble enough to interact with guest problems.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful to the guests and their individual needs. Everyone on staff is helpful and will go up and beyond to help you, if needed. I can’t say enough nice things about them all.

I loved the location of the property. The staff was very nice. I liked the size of the room and the way it was set up. I feel like it was time for some deep cleaning on top of fridge, in corners, etc. Above and beyond the quick clean you'd do most of the year. But there was nothing that made me feel the room was too dirty to stay in. Interestingly there were no ice cube trays or garbage cans in the room. The staff quickly gave me the trays and some plastic bags but the garbage cans never showed up. Outside of that, everything was exactly as described in the reservation and I would stay there again.

There was a kick hole in the bathroom door, the faux leather chair leather was cracked and needed to be replaced. In my 3 day stay they never came to empty trash, sweep or refresh towels or anything. But they did let themselves in my room to ask if I would be checking out. It wasn't past check out time either.

There were mouse traps out in the open. The floors were sticky. It smelled like roach spray. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. When I pulled out the pull out there was blood all over.It and it smelled there was no sheets or covers.It was just a complete disaster all the way around.There was a hole on the bathroom door and walls. This was one of the worst stays that I have experienced all year long. Very disappointed in this extended stay. I will never recommend or go back. The front service staff was very polite and nice. My room key didn’t work I had to go back to to the front desk three times the front desk lady had to come and unlock my door get in the room and my room wasn’t clean bed covers on the floor had to go back to the front desk to get another room. I drove 31/2 hrs to for all this when I was tired and wanted to lay down

Me and my family stayed only one night but it’s NOT up to the Extended Stay standards. For families and longer duration stays I don’t personally recommend it. Staff was very good and polite however we are not satisfied with hotel cleanliness standards.

So we took our 4th floor room instead of the downgrade. Once we got to our room, everything appeared decent. When we went to use the full kitchen, we found out there wasn't any utensils at all. Not a big deal, its whatever. As far as the bed, I've slept on a piece of plywood more comfortable than the mattress. As far as the pillows, take 2 pieces of toilet paper and lay your head on that. That pretty much is comparable to the pillow. The next morning I woke up with back pain. My wife went to take a shower to find no shampoo. She called the front desk and they said to come get it...Are you serious ? It's your job to make sure basic necessities are in the rooms. Anyway after a couple minutes they finally said they would bring it up. After 3 showers....still no shampoo. Thanks for not fulfilling your job front desk people. Breakfast was advertised as a full breakfast and it was far from it. Oatmeal, granola bars, and coffee....we ended up at McDonalds. Overall, for a one night stay and you dont have any other choices then fine stay there. If you need multiple nights, extdend your stay somewhere else!

Facility was very well maintained and customer service was above and beyond. Catherine was extremely helpful assisting us with our needs at check in and was extremely friendly going the extra mile to make us comfortable. The room smelt great and was clean. The building was extremely secure. Swipe in building and room. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel looked nice from the front desk and the staff was nice BUT I never received a key card for the hotel ir my room because the machine was down so I was unable to leave n return as I wanted or needed w out being locked out. I'm including pics of my room. I think they speak for themselves! I do expect a full/partial refund for my stay of 9hrs. Interesting...ur website isnt allowing me to add my proof of the disgusting room.

The lady that helped me check in was nice and helpful but the room itself wasn’t so nice. Sheets were stained and the room smelled like smoke and made me worry that I would get charged for smoking in a non smoking room and I don’t even smoke. The bed wasn’t so comfortable either. It was like laying on a wooden board. I doubt I’d stay there again.

Hotel was warm and inviting, only issue is they were suppose to come and clean the room every 2 weeks but didnt clean once in theb28 days i was there

Staff was very friendly and helpful, you have to pay for house keeping but I just maintained my own room especially because I had my dogs, washing is convenient on 1st floor. Room was clean, other guest not rowdy but hung out

No coffee maker, blow dryer, shampoos, etc. Simple things that one would expect in any hotel. The halls and elevator areas were also pretty dirty.

They have roaches. Roaches maintenance guy seen it did even offer spray. I'm here until my house is ready. I will have to make sure I shake up all my stuff so my home will not have roaches

I've stayed at this location once before, which was unproblematic. This time, the after hours phone was ripped from the wall, and I overheard two very loud domestic disputes/fights within a 12-hour span; the first occuring around 6am. I'll probably stick to another location I've frequented many times before.

When i came to check in a 3pm. There was no one at the front desk. Waited for 15 mins and left.

Everything was ok until i got there and was told my husband needed a i.d to stay there w me and he didnt have i.d. So that was dissappointing.

The property itself was fine. The room smelled musty. The worst thing was the noise level. There was quite a bit of uncontrolled late night running around and yelling. Dogs were barking consistently all night. It made for a rough stay. When we asked to be moved, they said they couldn't though the place was not full. We would never recommend this place to any of our friends.

Streaks, stains on bed sheets. Spots on furniture. There was a liquid stain on the bed skirt. Horrible smell inside of the room I had to get spray and there was no coffee maker! I won’t come here again

It is a non-smoking facility but the elevator smelled like marijuana. It was a good experience overall, room was clean and up to date. I will stay here again, because the location and price are good.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff and easy parking

No receptionist had to wait 10 minutes for her to show up. Was apparently a policy for COVID. But inconvenient

Close to everything, restaurants and mall and close to tge highway

After 8pm the lobby felt like it was totally shut down. No front desk person on site and and called operator from room several times and no one picked up

It was clean, but wish i had access to some coffee and I had to be at work at 5 in the a.m. but it would have been nice to have coffee

The room was nice and comfortable. Room floor needs to be swept/mopped. There was what appears to be dog hair on the floor as it was all on my black socks. Very disappointed with that.

I tried to call you a half a dozen times about this property I tried to check in and the lobby was closed and the gate shut I had to wait 15 minutes till someone came I left at 3 AM because there’s construction project going on with trucks backing up and beeping all night I’ve been trying to get my money back ever cents terrible place you will get no sleep if you stay here

The staff was great to work with. The room was clean. Location was great -right off the highway and plenty of places to select from for eating
