Love everything about this hotel

I’ve stayed at Embassy twice and both times were exceptional. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the rooms are always clean. My favorite thing about this place is the ammenties and the breakfast.

The hotel's amenities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. We only stay here when we come into town. This has been my favorite place for years. Always pleasant, clean and kind employees grom the front deskto rhe people keeping the lobby clean and the people keeping our rooms clean. Rod was always very helpful and so was Steven and Kenny and the valet crew. I will be back.

We stayed at this location several times. It is convenient to several concert venues. Overall the hotel is in good condition, but is starting to show age. You can feel the mattress springs in your back, and the elevators take forever.

The breakfast was great. The staff who cooked the eggs was amazing. Room was clean. The room felt cramped. But overall clean and good. Parking was difficult.

The location is amazing and the staff were all very friendly! The value of the room was also grand! We will stay here again! The pool needed a good cleaning and the ice vending machines were out of order on two floors.

To start, the staff were very friendly, the lobby area was clean and inviting, and it was fast checking in. Second, the room was fantastic! Plenty of space to work, relax, and sleep - the kitchenette was perfect for our stay, the living room separate from the bedroom was also amazing since my husband and I don't go to sleep at the same time. Our view of the NASCAR Hall of Fame was a nice touch... and walking distance to a conference at the convention center was so helpful. We ate and drank at the bar, great food and reasonably priced. Free breakfast was really good - hot foods included and they do made to order omelets! Only downside was parking - you really have to valet as they don't have their own garage to self-park and I didn't want to walk around the block. Other than that, no complaints!

Ron at the front desk was a great 1st impression! I'd called about 3 hra prior to arriving because I was having trouble checking in online. Ron answered my call, but had to pleasantly put me on hold, after a few minutes I hung up. I'd completely forgotten about him until I heard that same pleasant voice again, but face to face. When I tried to blame the 3rd party res. for not being able to check in online he "managed up" and explained the process to me. We were there celebrating my guys' birthday so Ron made sure that he felt special during the check-in process. I definitely don't want to leave out the host (all of them) at the restaurant and bar. FIVE STARS to all staff we encountered except for one,, but that was on our last day and the bar had already been set too high at that point for her😉

I just decided to not come back to this place. I told the staff and they actually argued with me and my mother about the room. Eventually they gave us one night half off even though we stayed three nights. The first room had a bad smell that wouldn’t go away, they then put us in another room that had stains on the carpet and couch that looked like blood.

Great location and very convenient! I loved how close the hotel was to Middle C Jazz, making it easy to enjoy live music without worrying about transportation. There were also several nice dining spots within walking distance, which made the stay even better. Perfect area for a relaxing night out and exploring the city.

Great place! Nothing to luxurious but overall great...excellent breakfast as usual per ES. The one thing that needs to be improved is the parking. Valet parking is the only option, it's costly and the drop off/pick up area is so small that you often have to wait a long time to get out and some fender benders do happen given the small space. I would stay there again though!

The only downside is the check-in process. If you extend your stay, having to go back downstairs to check in again can be a bit of a hassle. It would also be much more convenient if mobile check-in were available. Other than that, we truly love the property and look forward to staying again.

Stayed at this location to attend a concert at Spectrum Center. This was a short walk there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage, nightly receptions, and free (really good) breakfast. The rooms are a really good size and have a microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay at this location again.

I was never informed by Expedia about the parking charge and was very surprised when I was billed $135 for parking for three nights.

The Front Desk Agent "Miricle" at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown, made our check in process effortless. We were very impressed with her friendly attitude, professionalism, and just making us feel valued as a customer. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future. In addition to the staff, we noted the cleanliness of the Hotel, as well as, close walkable proximity to attractions in the area.

Please be advised this property DOES NOT offer a roll in shower for a double bed room as stated online. Also the regular double bed rooms have NO shower bars either. Property is nice needs updating to not appear so dated. I like Embassy properties but this one needs a renovation to stay competitive with their neighboring properties. Unfortunately I won’t be staying @ this one next time my 81 yr old mom was very displeased she could NOT use the shower without a fall risk. I should have did my research & booked elsewhere. Fortunately next time we visit the Queen City I confirmed she will have the accessible room available to accommodate @ another property in the vicinity.

I arrived @ 2:30 to be told there’s only ONE roll in shower for the entire property & it’s not available. She could not use her shower at all during her two night stay that totaled a little over' $ 500.00She has said multiple times she never wants to stay at this property again because mobility assist customers are not appreciated

This was our 3rd time visiting this property. The cleanliness of the property and the friendly staff at check in are the main draws for us. Not to mention, you can walk to almost everything downtown from the hotel. The omelettes at breakfast are A1 😉

Pool was dated and small. I did like that it was heated. Breakfast could be fresher. Why do all hotels have the same powered eggs and not n-edible sausage. I did like the fresh omelets and the women cooking them was a joy.

My stay was absolutely fantastic!!!! The room was super clean and the staff was very helpful. The best part was the beautiful lady at the omelette station she had the most amazing contagious energy, she was singing and just sooo cheerful. The other guests stated this has been her all week that they had been there. There are not enough stars to rate my stay… simply amazing

The person greeting us at the front desk was the best! I wish I got her name. The hotel was without heat but staff provided us with some really nice and thick blankets. We enjoyed the pool. We didn’t need towels because they are provided for you in the pool room. We enjoyed our 2 complementary drinks from the happy hour. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. No heat for the two nights. Staff lied about valet parking price and they changed my tip amount from 5 dollars to 45 dollars at the 401 social inside. Managers were very negligent and did not care about customers. The TV didn't work in my room and for 250 a night I have had better stays at motel 8!! Will never go back to the embassy !! Phillip as a manager is a joke !!

This was my first stay and I loved it! Everything was clean and prepared when I got in the room but the elevators and floors were slightly nasty but that was because how busy it was ofcourse.

Rooms are damaged not worth the rate they charge. I did valet parking and it took them around 20-30 min to find my car had no info on the tag and could not find its location.

Waited 40 min to get our car this morning. The system should tell you how many request are in front of yours so you can judge the wait time. Bad and inept system.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. However, the valet service was a major issue. Since valet is the only parking option, the volume of guests needing their vehicles created significant delays. There was no visible organization, and on multiple occasions I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my car. This greatly impacted the overall experience.

I stayed here just for the breakfast and it ended at 9am. This wasn’t mentioned at check in. I paid so much to stay here. The happy hour food was very poor also. I will not stay at this location again.

When I texted valet to retrieve my vehicle, it was nowhere to be found. After waiting several minutes, I asked Monique at the 3rd shift front desk for help — and was met with an incredibly rude attitude. Her response? “Knock on the door.” Seriously? After another 15 minutes, the valet finally returned and casually said he’d been “at lunch.” When he brought the truck around, both windows were completely down, and the entire vehicle reeked of weed. Absolutely unacceptable. What started as a promising stay turned into a total disappointment. Between the unprofessional staff and the careless handling of my vehicle, I will never stay here again!!!

Directly across the street from the NASCAR Hall of Fame. 1 block from the convention center. Complimentary water was great! Good breakfast and evening snacks. Wanda made omelets while singing. There was a $75 per day hold on my credit card. I didn’t get the name of the valet guy who assisted me on Saturday night with directions but he was very nice, patient and helpful. The only con was that the hair dryer was dirty.

The property is very clean and updated. However the beds are too hard for my liking.

The air conditioning was almost non existent in the lobby and hallways. Room air was better but still not keeping up to where we would have liked it to be and it was quite warm for trying to sleep. I understand it the heat index was high, but it was quite uncomfortable at times. We were given a handicap accessible room which was not requested and the shower was a bit awkward to manage and leaked water onto the tile floor.

Had a great visit to Charlotte. The front desk woman was excellent! Good buffet breakfast and valet parking was convenient.

It was my first visit to Charlotte. I was there for a conference. I liked that it was easy to find; it was across the street from the NASCAR Hall of Fame and near the interstate and light rail. While it lacked the traditional atrium architecture of a regular Embassy Suites, I still enjoyed my time there and the spaciousness of the rooms.

I like the rooftop lounge area and the bar set up. Hotel was nice and clean. Everyone was professional and friendly. Definitely will be staying there again.

I loved the view from our 9th floor room and the big windows that allowed us to see down to our destination (the nascar hall of fame museum. The staff was so polite and helpful and well informed about everything which was nice to have since we were out of towners. We were there for our 15th wedding anniversary and so we had a very relaxing stay as well as a delicious breakfast! The valet service was awesome too! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The shower's water did not get hot for two days out of my stay. I told the front desk about this at checkout and they said they would send a tech to look at it, but offered no compensation for the inconvenience and did not even apologize.

I love the location and proximity to restaurants and a grocery store (WHOLE FOODS). The uptown area is really clean, safe and walkable. I got all my steps in. LOL!!! Staff friendly and helpful. The valet staff especially. I want to give a special shout out to the valet, Marcus. Motivated young man with a Hollywood smile. I had a brief conversation with him about his future plans. I am more than confident that he will be a great success. But for now, Embassy is lucky to have him. I can't wait to go back to Charlotte and I will definitely return to the Embassy. Also, the young lady who sings while making the omelets. BRAVO!!!!!!!

Everything was great overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming at the restaurant/bar. Food prices were kinda high for their restaurant. The pull out sleeper sofa could have used a new mattress. We were a large group of 6 and the pull out wasn’t even an option the mattress was thin and no support whatsoever.

Hotel was okay, expected more for the cost of stay. Room was not clean thoroughly and you could tell immediately after walking in. I had to go downstairs to ask for my room to be re cleaned. Booked the two queen bed with city view for $250 tax nightly. I would not stay here again.

There is vallet parking on site but there is a parking lot a little walk down the street that costs a lot less for a day’s worth of parking vs. 45/ a day at the hotel.

Every member of staff from valet to front desk check-in, house keeping, wait staff, and chef's were very personable and professional. The public patios were also pristine. By far one of my favorite hotel stays ever. It was a phenomenal (well needed) quick getaway. It's also just a few minutes drive to the major area venues. I haven't a single complaint. Kudos to the staff.

While the food service from the bar was slow (apparently someone called out), the staff were great. Both bartenders were very good. Keisha was also very pleasant and helpful. She helped explained perks of the hotel and the membership. Thanks for a good stay overall.

Wanda “the omelette lady”, in the hotel restaurant, will put a smile on your face with her singing, smile and delicious made to order egg dishes. How she can be so happy at 0630 and the joy/happiness she exudes is contagious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR ONE IN THE UPTOWN CHARLOTTE AREA

Good stay, the room is big and comfortable, clean and mint conditions. Breakfast was very good, very close to convention center

The only complaint is that you had to pay 45$ for valet parking

I double booked and stayed at a different location. I panicked and even called a week ahead to insure I had a reservation they couldn’t find it and I booked through hotels.com. So when I realized it and tried to contact you all I was charged 303.00 for a no show when in fact if I checked into the embassy suites ten mins away. I called and even told them I would check in late and now they won’t refund me my money so I’m calling corporate on everyone!
